ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Irina Sanchez de Lozada is a Career Growth Coach & creator of the of the world-known Aligned Career Mastery ™ System (ACM). Irina once felt stuck, lost, and directionless in her career in finance – waking up every day thinking: “There’s got to be more to my career than this.” But Irina didn’t know at that moment what a purposeful career looked like and for years she just kept doing what she thought was the best - progressing in the same industry, focusing purely on getting higher titles, bigger bonuses and more recognition and appreciation.
At some point it simply stopped working for her. I knew there was more to life than what I was doing. She felt my career path was not for me anymore and yet Irina had no idea what it was that she wanted instead.
Somewhere down the line she stopped enjoying what she did. Intuitively she knew that the next level promotion within her company or even changing employers was not the answer, but I didn’t know what was. Having spent so many years in the same industry, she could not even imagine what else was available to her or how she could possibly do anything else. And that scared her because the truth was, nothing about her job excited her. Instead she felt bored, demotivated and increasingly frustrated. It took her 2.5 long years to get three job offers from a totally different industry in HR consulting / people advisory with 15% salary increase, without having any previous experience. That was hard as she had to figure out how to do that on her own. Lots of mistakes. Lots of rejections. Lots of time and energy wasted. She doesn’t want that for you.
She wants you to secure crazy career transitions that will forever change your life by offering greater impact, growth, work/life balance, and an average of $20K more in salary! How does she know she can help you to achieve that? As since starting her business, she helped 100s of ambitious professionals who once felt frustrated, lost, stuck, and directionless to land dream job offers in a new field with confidence and ease. Her mission is to help as many ambitious professionals as possible to claim back their confidence, know they are 100% worthy and ready as they are, and find a career that allows them to wake up excited on Mondays again. Because life is too short to dread Mondays, don’t you agree?
