ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this episode of Life With Ghosts, we sit down with Christian Sundberg—an Author whose work centers on something most people dismiss outright: detailed, sustained memories from before physical birth.
What makes Christian different isn’t just the claim—it’s the clarity.
He doesn’t speak in abstractions or vague spiritual language. He describes a state of awareness prior to incarnation with structure, coherence, and emotional precision. A sense of identity without a body. A continuity of consciousness that doesn’t begin at birth—and doesn’t end at death.
In this conversation, Christian walks us through:
- What it felt like to exist before entering a body
- Why we choose to come here at all
- How memory is filtered—and why most of us forget
- The contrast between that state and the human experience
- And what it means for grief, loss, and the people we love
