00:01:21.700 --> 00:01:27.700
Oh, I'm so delighted to be sitting down with the gorgeous Claire Diane today.
00:01:28.020 --> 00:01:34.340
Claire and I met quite a few years back now, and I'm trying to remember exactly where, but we'll get into that in a moment.
00:01:34.500 --> 00:01:44.020
But dearest listener, Claire Diane is a transformational teacher and educator with her background in psychology, schematic science, and contemplative traditions.
00:01:44.260 --> 00:01:56.340
Claire challenges the endless modern loop of self-fixing and asks a powerful question: what if the self we're trying to heal is the very thing keeping us stuck?
00:01:56.580 --> 00:02:07.620
Through her mentorship programs like Deep Aliveness and Into Freedom, she helps seekers move beyond conditioning and into a state of genuine, deep-seated liberation.
00:02:08.099 --> 00:02:10.099
Welcome to the podcast, Claire.
00:02:10.500 --> 00:02:11.060
Thank you.
00:02:11.139 --> 00:02:12.659
I'm excited to be here.
00:02:13.139 --> 00:02:14.819
So wonderful to have you.
00:02:14.900 --> 00:02:27.219
And you know, in our little pre-chat, just before we started our conversation today officially, I sat here and I was like, oh, I wish we just had endless time because I have so many questions for you.
00:02:27.460 --> 00:02:31.139
But let's begin with my first question that popped in the intro.
00:02:31.300 --> 00:02:33.219
Do you remember when we first met?
00:02:33.860 --> 00:02:34.900
I do, yeah.
00:02:35.139 --> 00:02:38.180
Just as you were saying that, I was like, I remember.
00:02:38.420 --> 00:02:44.100
So we first met at an Acro Yoga um immersion.
00:02:44.579 --> 00:02:54.579
So I was trying to remember the year that this was, but it was, I would say it was a good, I don't know, it was like 15 years ago, I think.
00:02:55.219 --> 00:02:56.900
I I feel like it was that long.
00:02:57.060 --> 00:03:02.100
Um, and it was uh I think it was in Brighton, and we did like a week long.
00:03:02.579 --> 00:03:10.740
I just got really into, I was already very into yoga, and I just got really into acro yoga, and I was like, right, I'm gonna go and just immerse myself in this.
00:03:10.980 --> 00:03:19.540
And you were there, and we did like a I think it was a five-day um yeah, sort of retreat, immersion in acro yoga.
00:03:19.780 --> 00:03:22.340
And that is where, that is where I met you.
00:03:22.420 --> 00:03:23.540
Does that ring bells?
00:03:23.780 --> 00:03:25.060
It does, it does, Claire.
00:03:25.139 --> 00:03:30.740
And you know what I really love about the story as well is that because you know, time is so subjective, right?
00:03:30.900 --> 00:03:37.379
You know, we you know, you and I can sit here for 45 minutes, but feel like we literally covered 10 years of experiences.
00:03:37.620 --> 00:03:47.460
Um, and for me, I remember very vividly that specific course because that was the summer of me turning around and saying hello to everything that scared the shit out of me.
00:03:47.700 --> 00:03:50.740
So that means I was turning 30.
00:03:51.060 --> 00:03:52.979
So that means it's actually 10 years ago.
00:03:53.300 --> 00:04:03.539
You know, no judgment of your sense of time, but you know, it was very, very potent for me because literally that summer, um, and you're right, it wasn't written.
00:04:03.939 --> 00:04:15.300
Yeah, anything in my life where it was something I wanted to do, but I had a huge amount of fear, I addressed that, including saying hello to my dad after 15 years of zero contact.
00:04:15.460 --> 00:04:19.939
So there were a lot, it was a big summer, but now today it's not about me, it's about you.
00:04:20.100 --> 00:04:21.860
So I just wanted to put that.
00:04:22.580 --> 00:04:27.700
One thing I wanted to share that what I feel like is so beautiful about Acro Yoga is that you get to know.
00:04:27.939 --> 00:04:36.180
I don't know if any of your listeners, I'm sure there'll be people who are familiar with it, but you get to know people really quickly because your people are literally holding you in the air.
00:04:36.340 --> 00:04:47.060
You're literally so you're physically, you're so close and you're you develop this, you have to develop this real trust and this kind of intuitive understanding of of each other.
00:04:47.139 --> 00:04:48.899
And it's a very embodied thing.
00:04:48.980 --> 00:05:03.300
And I feel like my experience in acro yoga was that I felt like it was like a fast track to get to know people because you're just so close, like physically, and in in terms of having to trust people and pushing your boundaries together.
00:05:03.379 --> 00:05:10.740
And there's a lot of things about acro yoga that are uh it's a bit scary, you know, and you just have to kind of take that leap.
00:05:10.819 --> 00:05:19.620
And so I I wonder whether that's also partly why we're we still know each other now because we we connected in that way.
00:05:19.939 --> 00:05:21.379
I I couldn't agree more.
00:05:21.460 --> 00:05:23.220
You're so right, and it's exactly that thing.
00:05:23.300 --> 00:05:37.060
And for listeners art dear, whether you yourself have ever done acro yoga or not, what you're talking about here, Claire, is that feeling of, you know, like you said, I loved it since a fast-paced track to deep connection.
00:05:37.299 --> 00:05:45.060
Um, we needing to trust deeply and quickly because you know, you know, Acro Yoga, you're standing on each other's shoulders, literally.
00:05:45.139 --> 00:05:48.580
I remember doing a handstand in the air.
00:05:49.940 --> 00:06:02.340
These crazy, wonderful things, but but exactly like you said, that thing of like you need to very quickly look into the eyes of whoever of whoever is in front of you and go, you know, take a breath together.
00:06:02.500 --> 00:06:05.139
And can I really trust this person?
00:06:05.220 --> 00:06:11.460
And and you really just have to do that because otherwise in your head, you have to go from your mind.
00:06:12.019 --> 00:06:16.820
You cannot doubt it, you just have to go, fellow human being.
00:06:17.299 --> 00:06:21.220
We chose this journey together, we heal for each other, come with me.
00:06:21.539 --> 00:06:23.860
So that is, you know what, it's so beautiful.
00:06:23.940 --> 00:06:26.340
And and thank you for remembering all of that.
00:06:26.419 --> 00:06:30.820
And and this is just the beautiful beginning of our conversation today.
00:06:30.980 --> 00:06:32.019
I love that, Claire.
00:06:32.100 --> 00:06:33.700
That is absolutely amazing.
00:06:33.860 --> 00:06:37.060
Um, well, let's take us back, let's take you back in time.
00:06:37.299 --> 00:06:38.980
So, Claire, where are you from?
00:06:39.139 --> 00:06:40.259
Where were you brought up?
00:06:40.340 --> 00:06:45.700
And and just sort of briefly, what kind of belief systems were you brought into?
00:06:45.940 --> 00:06:48.179
Do you but did you have brothers and sisters?
00:06:48.419 --> 00:06:57.539
What was what was looked upon as this is who we are in your family, this is what we're not, you know, sort of give us a little flavour of what was clear life like.
00:06:57.779 --> 00:06:59.299
Oh, okay, okay.
00:06:59.620 --> 00:07:04.419
So um I'll try and remember the the pointers you've given me there.
00:07:04.500 --> 00:07:10.419
But I grew up in Kent, which is known as the Garden of England, the southeast.
00:07:10.820 --> 00:07:25.779
Um, and I grew up in a little town called Herm Bay, although actually although we were technically in Hambé, we weren't which which is a seaside town, but we were actually um not really in the town town.
00:07:25.860 --> 00:07:36.659
I'm not we were close to the sea, but we didn't, you know, we weren't that close because when I was um younger, my parents bought a derelict uh 40-acre farm.
00:07:37.220 --> 00:07:50.740
So the farmhouse was completely uninhabitable, and it had 40 acres of land, which um it wasn't a working farm or anything, it was just derelict, this all this land with this very derelict farmhouse.
00:07:50.899 --> 00:07:55.379
And so my parents bought that, and we ended up which was very exciting.
00:07:55.460 --> 00:07:59.620
I remember just being there and being like, oh my gosh, all this space, it's incredible.
00:07:59.700 --> 00:08:09.460
And and we actually lived in a caravan on that land probably for about a year, whilst the house was being renovated because it was you couldn't live in it.
00:08:09.940 --> 00:08:15.860
Um and I am the youngest girl of three brothers.
00:08:16.259 --> 00:08:19.460
So I've got three older brothers, and I'm the youngest girl.
00:08:19.860 --> 00:08:29.860
So I would say I definitely um you know learnt to sort of hold my own and you know, there's definitely a fiery side that I have that probably comes from that.
00:08:30.740 --> 00:08:48.500
And you know, in my you know, my mother has always been very um because I feel like sort of linking this to my upbringing and just in my in my mind now making connections between like my my early life and sort of what I do now.
00:08:48.980 --> 00:08:57.860
I think being having all that land around me, I was a very sensitive child, very connected, you know.
00:08:57.940 --> 00:09:04.580
Like one of my earliest memories is uh finding a dead butterfly.
00:09:05.379 --> 00:09:07.539
And I was like, this is so beautiful, you know.
00:09:07.620 --> 00:09:17.060
It was like it looked perfect, but like I couldn't believe it was dead, and it was just like and I remember I felt so sad, but there was also this beauty because it was just so perfect.
00:09:17.460 --> 00:09:25.539
And I I went and I found like the perfect size matchbox, which was one of those, you know, you get those longer match matches, don't you?
00:09:25.700 --> 00:09:27.620
Because it was it wouldn't fit in a normal size.
00:09:27.860 --> 00:09:38.500
So I I found this like matchbox, I decorated the top of it, I drew, you know, and that and then I put like cotton wool in the bottom, and that was its and I put the dead butterfly in the little matchbox and I buried it.
00:09:38.659 --> 00:09:52.660
And so I've always been very connected to nature and the soul and and knowing and feeling that there is something that I am bigger than I am a part of, even from a very young age.
00:09:53.300 --> 00:10:07.139
And I think growing up around all that nature, which was such a huge part of my life was really intrinsic actually to really feeling more and more into that connection with life.
00:10:07.300 --> 00:10:58.899
And my you know, I grew up with a lot of trauma actually, a lot of um family trauma, and I had a lot of my own issues, so I had an eating disorder, I was bulimic for many years, I had social anxiety, then I suffered from clinical depression, and at the same time, you know, my I think having feeling held by that something greater than myself, and being influenced by my mother, who although she struggled a lot with her own mental health, her outlook she she's a very um she was I would say really like a hippie at heart in my mind, you know, and very into natural medicine and and you know, very wise in her own way.
00:10:59.220 --> 00:11:13.620
So I feel like so much of that, you know, really is a is a big part of like who I am and actually a lot of my own suffering and the suffering that I witnessed in my family, you know, we get to alchemize that.
00:11:13.700 --> 00:11:28.580
And I think often like as as we would go, often healers are people who have had to move through a lot of their own their own stuff, and I think that is what gives real depth and actual lived credibility to the work that we do.
00:11:29.700 --> 00:11:30.660
A hundred percent.
00:11:30.820 --> 00:11:37.940
I always say, you know, um, we can always take pe we can only take people to places where we ourselves have been.
00:11:38.180 --> 00:11:41.220
Yes, you know, yeah.
00:11:41.620 --> 00:11:42.899
You can read all the books.
00:11:42.980 --> 00:11:54.019
I'm not saying there's, you know, of course, there's everything to be said for education, but there is nothing beats lived, felt physical, emotional, spiritual experiences.
00:11:54.180 --> 00:11:58.340
So you know, everything you're sharing just makes so much sense.
00:11:58.420 --> 00:12:16.340
And this beautiful example of your deep connection and your deep love of the butterfly and your deep love of life, and and like you said, of it's even in death, it was still beautiful, you know, and it still deserved to be honored and celebrated.
00:12:16.500 --> 00:12:19.700
And you know, I really think I'm getting goose bums.
00:12:19.860 --> 00:12:42.420
I I really feel like it sums up so much about you and how even as a child, even before you were fully aware rationally, cognitively, of why you felt the way you did, it was just a natural way of you to engage with the world and be in the world and belong to the world and make sense of your world.
00:12:42.660 --> 00:12:51.379
So yeah, and you you know, something else that just came to my mind as you were speaking was that I a couple of things.
00:12:51.460 --> 00:12:54.180
So I grew up in a very Christian school.
00:12:54.259 --> 00:13:05.220
So I went to a Christian school and we had a chapel, and uh actually when I was, I think I was 11, I chose to be confirmed myself.
00:13:05.620 --> 00:13:21.220
So I was uh I guess I would say I was religious in my own way, and I used to pray every single evening, but I never believed in like a god in the sky, like a man up there.
00:13:21.379 --> 00:13:39.060
My and again, I I've reflected on this a lot as I've got older of being like it's so interesting because the work I do now, it was living in me even when I was really young and maybe didn't, like you say, maybe didn't have the the language or the the awareness to kind of explain it in that way.
00:13:39.220 --> 00:13:43.940
But when I would pray, when I was younger, I'd do it every night in my bed.
00:13:44.019 --> 00:13:46.100
And it was like I just I had to do it.
00:13:46.259 --> 00:13:47.940
I put my hand in my heart and I'd lie on my back.
00:13:48.019 --> 00:13:53.700
And I remember one evening my friend I had a sleeper, and my friend was like, Are you praying?
00:13:54.580 --> 00:13:58.500
She didn't know, I prayed every night, and I was like, Yeah, yeah, I pray every night.
00:13:58.660 --> 00:14:23.300
And I remember having this conversation with her about like for me, it wasn't I I was never praying to this entity I believed was it was like the I guess the understanding that we would say source or just just being life, you know, and and I was always just in my prayer in my prayers, I was connecting to that and actually feeling myself as that and and speaking into that.
00:14:23.460 --> 00:14:38.899
So I reflected a lot, I was like, wow, that's actually really deep the way I was even from that age, even though I was brought up in a Christian school, um, and I was brought up on a lot of the, you know, in school we had religious studies and a lot of the teachings of Jesus.
00:14:38.980 --> 00:14:40.259
I just found them so beautiful.
00:14:40.340 --> 00:14:43.139
I found them such beautiful stories.
00:14:43.700 --> 00:14:50.100
And it always for me was pointing back to this deeper understanding about who and what we are.
00:14:50.740 --> 00:14:57.860
And it was never about kind of placing my power in this entity outside of me that I have to try and get to.
00:14:58.019 --> 00:15:01.060
It was just really opening myself to that.
00:15:01.460 --> 00:15:12.340
And the other thing that came to me as you were speaking in terms of my childhood was I remember and I think I must have been about again, time and age is funny, isn't it?
00:15:12.420 --> 00:15:14.340
But I think I was probably about nine.
00:15:15.300 --> 00:15:30.019
And one of my brothers was really depressed at that point, and I remember my mum bought him this book, which was essentially this book full of all these quotes, these like motivating boot quotes, because he just thought my mum thought if he reads that it might help a bit better.
00:15:30.100 --> 00:15:45.620
And anyway, and I think he did read it a bit, but I remember one day just like finding this book and sitting there for so long, looking at all these quotes and just getting goosebumps upon goosebumps upon goosebumps, just reading these quotes and like they just spoke so deeply to me.
00:15:45.700 --> 00:15:52.820
And I basically like stole this book, and I would read this book again every night before bed, and I would end up memorizing so many of the quotes in it.
00:15:53.379 --> 00:16:06.899
And a lot of these quotes were um like quotes from Rumi, you know, who who appeared a lot, other philosophers, and um and that had a a really deep impact on me actually.
00:16:07.540 --> 00:16:25.860
And um, I remember just sort of I'd walked out some of these quotes at school, and my friends would just be like you know, just feeling I was very wise, and but yeah, I I was immersed I would say just in this like philosophy and what what so many of those quotes were speaking to at the heart of our being.
00:16:26.259 --> 00:16:37.860
And actually when I was um when I left school, I I ended up the first thing I enrolled on was a philosophy degree, funnily enough, which I didn't complete because it wasn't right.
00:16:38.420 --> 00:16:57.300
But again, looking back on my life as I've got older, I'm like, yeah, that makes so much sense because so much of what I do, it's kind of the philosophy of being, we could say, you know, and and you see, don't you, as you get older, how so many of these things that you experienced growing up, they all played their part.
00:16:59.060 --> 00:17:00.180
A hundred percent.
00:17:00.420 --> 00:17:03.300
And and I love how you I mean, I love all of that, Claire.
00:17:03.540 --> 00:17:18.019
There's so much here, but but exactly they all play their part, and it's like it's like they're all holding hands of each other, and in and you know, and and so it's through the holding hands that you're brought and birthed into the next experience, right?
00:17:18.099 --> 00:17:32.339
And and so so all of these experiences almost become like like friends of yours, even the challenging ones, and and I and I what I also want to share because I love pattern recognitioning, or we can call it serendipity, synchronicity.
00:17:32.579 --> 00:17:40.500
And so when you said that at the age of how old were you when you decided to be um confirmed, is that what you said?
00:17:40.740 --> 00:17:41.619
Yeah, I was 11.
00:17:41.859 --> 00:17:42.980
You were 11, right?
00:17:43.220 --> 00:17:44.579
So I did the same.
00:17:44.740 --> 00:17:55.700
So I come similar to you, come from a family where you know my mom sort of introduced me to we we have like Virgin Mary everywhere in the house, but then we also have Buddhas.
00:17:55.940 --> 00:17:59.940
We we have them all, you know, they're all welcomed, you know.
00:18:00.259 --> 00:18:13.299
Um, and but but I was the only one from my school that wanted to, you know, be uh well, I I don't know if in Christian tradition it it's called baptized first.
00:18:13.619 --> 00:18:18.099
Uh but I was nine at that point when I was like, I want to do this thing.
00:18:18.259 --> 00:18:27.459
So there's me and a baby in the church, and then later on for the confirmation where in Denmark I think you're around 14 or 13, again, I was the only one.
00:18:27.539 --> 00:18:39.859
So the whole church, and then all of my friends, and then again, just to share that similarly to you, I had such a deep sense of connection to universal source, whatever you want to call it.
00:18:40.019 --> 00:18:43.059
For me, it wasn't, oh, I devote myself to the man.
00:18:43.379 --> 00:18:47.939
For me, you know, I devote myself to life, yeah, yeah.
00:18:48.099 --> 00:19:06.980
And so it's just another beautiful synchronicity between you and I that we didn't, you know, I didn't know about, which which I just think is and again so beautiful for listeners because it's that thing of you know, you can be around someone or know about someone, but never have this conversation, and then all of a sudden there's a moment in time when you go, That was my upbringing too.
00:19:07.059 --> 00:19:24.419
I also chose that, yes, you know, yeah, so just so beautiful, everything you're sharing, and and um, and your deep connection to nature and uh, you know, which is life itself, but anyway, let's pop you into this beautiful space.
00:19:24.500 --> 00:19:33.539
You were in a gorgeous flow, so you grew up in Kent in this spacious place with your brothers that were older, all of that.
00:19:33.779 --> 00:19:39.939
And at what point did you move away, and how old were you, and where did you move to?
00:19:42.099 --> 00:19:51.539
So um I first moved away to um Sussex to a place called Forest Row.
00:19:51.859 --> 00:20:01.299
Um, so I got very interested, and I think it was really part of um part of my love of philosophy and healing.
00:20:02.099 --> 00:20:06.500
I got very interested in um the work of Rudolf Steiner.
00:20:07.059 --> 00:20:10.740
And and I'd always I've always been a natural teacher.
00:20:11.139 --> 00:20:22.980
So even growing up, I I've I've always had a real gift of helping people understand something even that may seem quite complicated.
00:20:23.619 --> 00:20:28.419
And I think part of that is because I've had to develop my own ways of understanding things.
00:20:28.579 --> 00:20:39.379
And if growing up in school, we we might be taught a certain way to like do a math equation, but I would often develop my own way because it was like, well, this is makes so much more sense to me, and this just works.
00:20:39.939 --> 00:20:43.699
And I, you know, all my friends, my mum used to joke about it.
00:20:43.779 --> 00:20:45.699
She was like, you know, you should really start charging for this.
00:20:45.859 --> 00:20:54.819
But there was a a period of time where like all my friends I would spend so much time on the phone after school helping all my friends with their homework, and I loved it.
00:20:54.980 --> 00:21:00.019
Like people would read my mum was like, Oh, you know, it's Anish again, he's calling about the homework.
00:21:00.500 --> 00:21:07.379
And I I was basically like a little mini teacher, even I don't know, I was like, this this was in my my primary school actually.
00:21:07.539 --> 00:21:14.579
So I was young and I uh primary school into like early secondary school, and I absolutely loved it.
00:21:14.659 --> 00:21:24.500
So I always had a real gift of of of teaching and educating, and it's something that I've uh I've absolutely loved to do, and I do it very naturally.
00:21:24.819 --> 00:21:47.539
So um fast forward it's sort of like my story is so I'm sort of skipping over things and coming into things, but essentially to answer your question, when I first left home was when I went to um a place called Emerson College, which doesn't exist anymore, um to s to study to become a Waldorf Steiner teacher.
00:21:48.579 --> 00:22:01.220
The other context of this is that my partner who I'm still with, he he was homeschooled until he was 10 because he he's a violinist and he's played the violin since he was two, and that was just like his thing.
00:22:02.099 --> 00:22:05.539
Um but when he was 10, he went to a school and he went to a Steiner school.
00:22:06.579 --> 00:22:11.859
And so did his sister and his mother, who unfortunately passed away quite a few years ago now.
00:22:11.939 --> 00:22:18.659
But she was very Bohemian and she was an artist and a photographer and an actress, and she loved Steiner stuff, and I was very influenced.
00:22:18.740 --> 00:22:21.379
He has a very, very interesting family.
00:22:22.019 --> 00:22:27.059
And I was like, okay, I think I want to be a Signer teacher.
00:22:27.299 --> 00:22:33.059
Um, and so I went off and it was like a year, it was a way of just like trying it on, experimenting.
00:22:33.139 --> 00:22:36.419
It was like a year foundation course where you could then see.
00:22:36.980 --> 00:22:54.259
Um so that was when I first left school um to to go and and do this year's foundation, and it was fascinating and part of it, you know, you did so many things, you did like sculpture and um Eurythmy, which is like a form of movement that Rudolf Steiner created.
00:22:54.500 --> 00:23:00.659
Um, we did art, we did anthroposophy, which is the study of the philosophy of Rudolf Steiner.
00:23:01.139 --> 00:23:10.819
And funnily enough, um at that in during that year, I got a weekend, I got a part, I got a job basically.
00:23:11.059 --> 00:23:16.740
I got a Saturday job in uh the local health food shop, which was called Gaia.
00:23:17.220 --> 00:23:20.179
Funnily enough, like I Of all names.
00:23:20.339 --> 00:23:22.579
And um, there was a herbalist there.
00:23:22.659 --> 00:23:30.899
And I uh well one of my jobs was like helping her label the herbs and decant the new herbs that came in.
00:23:30.980 --> 00:23:35.939
There was like tinctures upon tinctures on the wall, it was so witchy, and I absolutely loved it.
00:23:36.099 --> 00:23:50.579
And I'd actually nearly left my school and not done my A levels to go and study naturopathy in London at the School of Naturopathic Medicine, um, naturopathic medicine, but I decided, and my mum was like, maybe you should just do your A levels, it's probably a good thing.
00:23:50.740 --> 00:23:58.259
So I always knew I wanted to be in healing in some way, and anyway, I ended up in this college in Forest Row, which is a very interesting place.
00:23:58.419 --> 00:24:01.699
And I got this part-time job at this shop in Gaia.
00:24:02.099 --> 00:24:17.619
And um I just fell in love with uh I was so immersed in like plant medicine, and I had all these books that when the shop wasn't busy, which was quite often, I would sit there, I would tidy the showers, I would sort out the tinctures, all the jars of herbs, and I would read the books.
00:24:17.859 --> 00:24:29.379
And it was actually during that year that I went to an open day in London at Westminster University to um for for the Bachelor of Science degree in herbal medicine.
00:24:29.699 --> 00:24:34.419
And actually, I went to the open day just to explore it and ended up the next year.
00:24:34.500 --> 00:24:37.939
I was like, okay, this isn't right, but I'm gonna go and study herbal medicine.
00:24:38.099 --> 00:24:50.579
And then I moved to London, so I moved from Forest Row and then I moved to to London to do my degree and and stayed in London for many years because I then did my masters there and other postgraduate training.
00:24:51.059 --> 00:24:52.500
Absolutely love this.
00:24:52.579 --> 00:25:08.980
And and I also just you know, it's such a gift, it's such a gift as a human being when we kind of since the beginning, for whatever reasons, give ourselves permission, someone else encourages, whatever it is, a combo of everything.
00:25:09.139 --> 00:25:27.379
That and I'm not saying your life has been easy, of course, you're a human being, so you know, challenges are always there, but it's still such a gift to hear you, the way you talk about experiences you've had in your life and how you know it's all it just feels like it's always been such a felt experience with you.
00:25:27.619 --> 00:25:31.379
It's you know, and and and I mean you you made it so inviting.
00:25:31.459 --> 00:25:41.379
This this this experience of you sorting out the herbs and the tinctures and then reading the books about more herbs, and I'm sitting here going about, you know, thinking about all my books on herbs that I've got behind me.
00:25:41.539 --> 00:25:54.339
You know, it's it's it's so beautiful, Claire, because you know, as you know, so often as human beings, uh we have an incline, a natural way as children.
00:25:54.419 --> 00:26:08.740
And then, you know, whatever happens as teenagers, young people, older people, all of a sudden we sit and we have a conversation with someone, and I remember so vividly having a conversation with a friend who was probably 20 years older than me.
00:26:08.980 --> 00:26:15.859
So I was 16, and she was crying her heart out, and she was telling me, all I ever wanted to do was sing.
00:26:16.019 --> 00:26:18.819
So she would have been in her you know mid-30s at the time.
00:26:18.899 --> 00:26:35.379
And and I remember turning around to her and saying, Well, you can still sing, like start singing now, you know, whether or not it becomes your main profession, or if you just sing for yourself every day, or but you know, sing and and just listening to your story again.
00:26:35.459 --> 00:27:14.740
Like I said, I'm not saying it was easy, but the one thing that shines through really clearly is that you know, from the minute of the the butterfly choosing to honor it and protect it, and you know, and and then to to the I want to be confirmed, to the oh yes, the herbs, you know, that that just this just deep um, just deep, just you know, I it feels as if it's been a such a physical experience for you, not to say it wasn't, you know, but but just the way that you're talking about also, you know, you you're like I was a micro-teacher since the day one, you know, you know.
00:27:15.220 --> 00:27:24.899
I I really it it feels like such a natural unraveling, unfolding of your life, like a like a remembering.
00:27:25.220 --> 00:27:25.939
Yeah, yeah.
00:27:26.179 --> 00:27:27.699
Yeah, that's beautiful.
00:27:27.939 --> 00:27:29.859
Yeah, I absolutely feel that.
00:27:30.019 --> 00:27:45.699
I feel I feel that since you know, I healing is the only thing I've ever really wanted to do, and that's taken so many different um it's taken different forms throughout my life.
00:27:45.779 --> 00:28:07.379
But yeah, and I've always just been, you know, even though as you as you say, you know, a lot of these decisions came with challenges or difficulties and moments of uncertainty and doubt and all these things we experience as human beings, ultimately I feel like I've always I feel like I've always been led by by my heart, actually.
00:28:07.459 --> 00:28:13.139
And I've always ended up it's sort of like the stepping stones appear as you take the next step.
00:28:13.220 --> 00:28:22.099
You know, you you you don't really know where you're going, you're just following, as my mum says, just do the the next right thing, do the next right thing, do the next right thing.
00:28:22.339 --> 00:28:30.819
Um, and so I've always always tried to do that, even if even if I didn't really know where it was going sometimes, you know.
00:28:31.139 --> 00:28:31.699
100%.
00:28:32.019 --> 00:28:32.899
And and I loved it.
00:28:33.059 --> 00:28:44.819
And and I mean also in how right is she, you know, we can sit here and strategize, analyze, criticize, predict, you know, as we know, the brain loves to predict, trying to predict what may happen.
00:28:45.139 --> 00:28:53.859
But actually, all we ever have is here now, this moment, and like your mother said, what is the next right step?
00:28:54.259 --> 00:28:56.659
Kind of when we're walking down the street, I like to simplify everything.
00:28:56.819 --> 00:29:05.139
I'm always like, well, you know, start walking down the street, and you know, if uh if you end up in a in a cul-de-sac, you turn around and you walk out another way.
00:29:05.299 --> 00:29:10.980
Like we just can't predict, and that's also but that's also the beauty of life, right?
00:29:11.139 --> 00:29:16.419
That it is a book, and we are still, you know, are we the pen, or someone else the pen?
00:29:16.579 --> 00:29:20.339
The point is we are living the story and we are living the questions.
00:29:20.980 --> 00:29:22.500
Living the questions, yeah.
00:29:22.899 --> 00:29:26.259
Yeah, and I love when you mentioned your friend.
00:29:26.419 --> 00:29:32.980
I I had goosebumps when you said she was that story of her sort of thing that all I ever wanted to do was sing.
00:29:33.059 --> 00:30:07.459
And I I feel like I feel like so much of the work, and definitely in my own life, is actually that we because you're right, you know, as we get older, we we have all these frozen ways that we see life through everything, everything we believe ourselves to be, you know, and and all these filters and these veils that get placed, and all of these kind of these rigid belief systems that stop us actually from being really in touch with the life that is here and feeling the inherent possibility and actually the inherent freedom of that.
00:30:08.579 --> 00:30:24.259
And and I feel like so much of it and so much in my own life is like I know I I often feel like more and more I am I'm feeling more and more like childlike.
00:30:24.740 --> 00:30:37.379
Um not in the sense of immaturity, but in the sense of just this like this excited innocence and this joy for no reason, this like causeless joy that children have.
00:30:38.099 --> 00:30:50.899
You know, um and and and and not see and and not seeing things through all of these these filters and and these these interpretations that we place.
00:30:50.980 --> 00:31:15.779
And I so I feel like so and I feel like so much of that is also just really more and more connecting to our heart, you know, like dropping out, you know, like as Rumi says, like sink the mind into the heart, you know, like dropping out of seeing everything from this fixed position behind our eyes, and like you know, like this that we move through life and just like seeing things in that way more.
00:31:16.339 --> 00:31:39.139
Um and so I feel like for me, you know, a lot of my journey, my healing journey has actually actually been recovering the natural gifts I knew I had as a child, natural the natural feeling of possibility that you have as a child where it's like you know, your eyes are wide, you know, and life is this thing that's just there for the taking, you know.
00:31:39.859 --> 00:31:53.379
And I I feel like a lot of in our healing journey, I think although we might often describe it in different ways, that's often what we're coming back to is this very open-hearted and it's our only actually innocent way of seeing the world.
00:31:53.939 --> 00:31:59.859
100% because in the innocence is the is the story of possibility.
00:32:00.179 --> 00:32:08.259
Yeah, it's the connection with the life that's actually here, not everything we're carrying and placing on top of it.
00:32:08.579 --> 00:32:16.179
100%, and also again that thing of you know, from dropping from the head into the heart, again, back to your mother's words.
00:32:16.579 --> 00:32:25.699
Just take the next best step, you know, because it comes, you know, we come into the present moment in a no cliche, but it's it couldn't be truer.
00:32:26.179 --> 00:32:36.819
We are guaranteed nothing in life but this moment, yeah, right, and and yet our whole society is always you know advertising that we should be planning for the future.
00:32:36.899 --> 00:32:38.500
And I'm like, that future may never happen.
00:32:38.659 --> 00:32:56.259
Not saying we shouldn't, you know, be like a squirrel at winter time and of course, you know, put your little nuts away, you know, but at the same time, so often, so much of, like you said, that innocence, that joy that is right here and that exists right here, right now.
00:32:56.659 --> 00:33:03.859
We just miss out on because we get so worried about the future, we are so upset about the past, you know.
00:33:04.419 --> 00:33:19.220
So I I I I love this uh distance between the past, the present, and the future, and just different practices that allows us to ground back into the here and now and the love of words, Claire, because again, words are sounds, right?
00:33:19.299 --> 00:33:20.419
They're frequencies.
00:33:20.579 --> 00:33:23.619
And so, of course, words is not something you hear, it's something you feel.
00:33:23.859 --> 00:33:38.579
Yeah, and and and your experience of when you when you kind of you know ended up sort of semi-stealing that book from your brother, it sounds so much like myself, because it's the same thing, you know, like the a right word, i.e.
00:33:38.740 --> 00:33:47.699
a right the right sound at the right time at the right place literally shifts everything about what you're feeling and experiencing.
00:33:48.019 --> 00:33:49.139
Yeah, absolutely.
00:33:50.179 --> 00:33:51.699
Beautiful, Claire.
00:33:53.059 --> 00:34:02.980
I um I want to ask you, because I know you offer so many incredible services, and I also know that we don't we don't have our 10 hours.
00:34:03.619 --> 00:34:19.940
Not today, but please um share with us, Claire, what whatever feels the most important for you to share at this moment in time about what you offer, um, why you offer it, why you're so passionate about it.
00:34:20.099 --> 00:34:35.699
Because actually, one thing I do want to say, what I always love whenever I read your beautiful newsletters or see you on Instagram, what I always love is what I always sense from you and your message is this complete release of judgment of self.
00:34:36.099 --> 00:34:36.740
Yeah.
00:34:37.860 --> 00:34:41.699
Oh my god, you know, I really loved it so much.
00:34:41.780 --> 00:34:46.099
But anything that you want to share, I'm gonna I'm gonna hand it over to you for now.
00:34:46.980 --> 00:34:48.659
Um, okay, wow.
00:34:48.900 --> 00:35:02.179
Well, I think to answer this the question that you put in there, which was um why am I so passionate or like all the offerings?
00:35:02.260 --> 00:35:13.460
And so essentially, my the work that I do today, and again, we could, you know, we don't have our 10 hours today, but my my journey has taken me in many have many different forms.
00:35:14.260 --> 00:35:32.180
But the thread through all of it has always been uh living our freedom and actually how we can stop living from history and how we can stop living from the our conditioning.
00:35:32.660 --> 00:35:33.860
You know, that's all that's all it is.
00:35:33.940 --> 00:36:00.500
It's it's this these conditioned these conditioned beliefs, these conditioned um feelings about who it is that we are, these conditioned ways of seeing the world and knowing ourselves, and so much of that it's just conditioning, it's just these veils, and they become so normalized and so automatic and so well rehearsed and so embedded that we just think this is just who I am and this is just what life is.
00:36:01.620 --> 00:36:24.660
And actually, my work is a very loving but uncompromising and fierce in its own way, um, outgrowing of all of these conditioned filters, all of these conditioned ways that we have been taught and actually rewarded for culturally, because we could talk about hyper-individualism and capitalism and the fact that it's it's it's not neutral.
00:36:24.740 --> 00:36:37.460
The world won't, you know, society as we know it has a vested interest in us keeping on believing that we are these separate, contracted, little vulnerable people, right?
00:36:38.420 --> 00:37:03.460
That we are small and so my work is really a fierce and loving and uncompromising outgrowing of all of these conditioned identities, these conditioned ways that we've known that we've been taught to see the world and know ourselves and really to come back into this deep connection with the aliveness at the heart of our being.
00:37:04.180 --> 00:37:16.340
Um and I I care so much about that because ultimately because it's the only way it's the only it's the only thing that ultimately actually sets us free.
00:37:16.900 --> 00:37:31.940
And as you read in my bio, um so much of what we end up doing in our healing is trying to fix the self that we believe we are from inside all of that conditioning.
00:37:32.900 --> 00:37:39.940
And so the self that feels broken and the self that feels not enough tries to become enough, but it can't.
00:37:40.660 --> 00:37:45.780
The self that believes it is not enough can you that self doesn't become enough.
00:37:45.860 --> 00:37:49.539
We become free from the belief that we are that one.
00:37:50.180 --> 00:37:52.900
It's a completely different paradigm, actually.
00:37:53.940 --> 00:38:00.420
Um, and I don't believe that the peace and freedom and the joy that we long for.
00:38:01.380 --> 00:38:07.700
In fact, I know it's it's not available at that level of trying to fix or change just our experience.
00:38:08.420 --> 00:38:15.700
It is only available when we have a deep shift in our fundamental understanding of who and what it is that we are.
00:38:17.140 --> 00:38:26.740
Because that is what influences everything about the way we see the world, the way we perceive other people, the relationship we have with experience, with our emotion.
00:38:27.380 --> 00:38:39.059
And so, unless we do that deeper work, uh we're always just chasing we're essentially always just trying to fix ourselves from inside this conditioned identity.
00:38:39.460 --> 00:38:46.100
And there's never an end to that, and there's never freedom, it doesn't live in that place.
00:38:46.820 --> 00:39:08.900
So um, and and also on a on a big level, I'm so passionate about it because I also believe like that that is everything that's wrong with the world today is is a reflection of the fact that we have lost our connection to the heart of being, and we've lost the fact that we share our being with everyone and everything.
00:39:09.460 --> 00:39:20.740
And we we we on on big national levels and individual levels, what that means is that we then go through the world trying to control, seeking power, domination.
00:39:21.380 --> 00:39:38.420
So many things, you know, like the world as it exists could not continue to exist in the way that it does if we all did this deep work to actually return to the heart of being and and and live from that place and express from that place.
00:39:39.220 --> 00:39:56.340
So it it's like a very big, you know, my passion about it is all these different levels, and ultimately I don't believe we can ever really change the world without without that level of shift in the the deepest core of who and what we know ourselves to be.
00:39:56.660 --> 00:40:27.300
So um yeah, I have um I have a six-month mentorship called Deep Aliveness, which is really it's it's about outgrowing the survival consciousness that's been organizing our life so that we can stop living from history and actually return to discover this true emotional freedom and what I call like intimacy with life, which is intimacy with the living texture, the living field of experience before everything we place on top of it.
00:40:28.180 --> 00:40:37.940
And then I have a one-to-one mentorship, which is essentially the same work but done um in a more bespoke one-to-one way, which is called interfreed.
00:40:38.820 --> 00:40:49.220
So, yeah, I think my big invitation for anyone listening who resonates with me and my work and my mission is um you can explore my website, which will be in the show notes.
00:40:49.300 --> 00:40:54.500
You can explore deeper liveness, my mentorship, um my group program and my one-to-one.
00:40:54.740 --> 00:41:03.140
And also my um I share a lot, as Josephine said, on my newsletter and on my Instagram channel, which are really great ways.
00:41:03.300 --> 00:41:11.620
You know, I have people messaging me all the time, either to an email or to something on my Instagram, just being like, you know, your words have changed my life.
00:41:11.700 --> 00:41:20.019
And I feel like it's so powerful what you were saying before about words, right, and frequency and hearing the right thing at the right time when you're ready for it.
00:41:20.900 --> 00:41:45.460
And I'm always really touched by that because it's like we have to remember like just what we do really matters, and and our words matter, and and even someone who's never come into a an actual offering with me, who's never actually worked with me, you know, on a regular basis, is just like your words change my life, you know, and and I think uh it's just very beautiful, so yeah.
00:41:46.019 --> 00:41:48.100
I mean all of it do yeah.
00:41:48.260 --> 00:41:51.460
I'm just yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, I'm just side clear.
00:41:51.700 --> 00:41:58.579
I um that so much stood out to me, and and I want to, you know, honor all of it to the best of my ability.
00:41:58.900 --> 00:42:15.460
I uh something that that sprung up into my own experience and my own memories when you were talking was that I was in uh Bangkok last year in January, and I woke up in the middle of the night and I kept having this I know what my purpose is.
00:42:15.700 --> 00:42:19.860
I've always wanted to help empower others to realize they have choice.
00:42:20.100 --> 00:42:21.460
So the same thing as you, right?
00:42:21.860 --> 00:42:23.300
Since I was very, very little.
00:42:23.460 --> 00:42:41.620
And then, you know, and then practically we do this, we do that, and we're always looking for more ways, other ways to help other people realize that there is another way, there is choice, even in the midst of cares and you know, grief and all of those big transformations.
00:42:41.780 --> 00:42:53.140
But anyway, I woke up in the middle of the night, and if I just wanted to sum it into one word, I the one sentence was what I deeply, deeply, deeply pray for is world peace.
00:42:53.460 --> 00:43:00.340
And then, and then in a note sense, you know, I was almost laughing because you know it's such a big dream, right?
00:43:00.500 --> 00:43:04.019
But then, you know, the macro dream starts in the in the micro dream, right?
00:43:04.180 --> 00:43:05.860
Well, world peace starts with me.
00:43:06.019 --> 00:43:20.260
That doesn't mean that everything is just calm inside of Josie, but it means that deeply, deeply, deeply wanting to continue initiating a deeper sense of love with everything that I am.
00:43:20.420 --> 00:43:31.620
So that so that this tendency of judgment, this tendency of shaming and blaming myself, you know, that that starts to to change form, change shape, right?
00:43:31.700 --> 00:43:49.300
So there's enough space within me, within my own heart, my own brain, that when the next judgment about myself comes, maybe I can take a step back, take a breath, land in the heart, and maybe there's enough space to realize that there's another choice of talking to myself.
00:43:49.460 --> 00:43:59.780
There's another choice of how I want to, you know, have be in relationship with myself because myself really means the universe, the source, the God, everything.
00:43:59.940 --> 00:44:01.940
At least that's from how I feel it.
00:44:02.019 --> 00:44:10.420
So it I just wanted to share that everything you're sharing and and how deeply you care in the complete mirror of myself.
00:44:10.500 --> 00:44:14.740
And so it's just so wonderful to have you on here today.
00:44:14.900 --> 00:44:23.539
And I know cleared it by you continuing, and also like obviously, like this is not a choice, you know, this is this is who you are.
00:44:23.940 --> 00:44:31.940
This is a deep remembering that's been with you this lifetime beyond, before, always.
00:44:32.100 --> 00:44:45.460
You know, you continuing to show up in the ways that you do inspires and empowers so many, and and again, that same thing the macrocosmos did the microcosmos, it all starts with us.
00:44:45.940 --> 00:44:58.340
And so, even yes, I have this big dream of world peace, but even that, no attachment to that, all I can do is my little environment inside of me, you know, like your work, right?
00:44:58.579 --> 00:45:05.140
Go back to your own heart, no shaming, no blaming, no need to try and fix.
00:45:05.380 --> 00:45:13.620
It just it feels it feels so so right, so ancient and so sacred.
00:45:13.860 --> 00:45:14.820
Yeah, yeah.
00:45:15.059 --> 00:45:16.100
That's beautiful.
00:45:16.500 --> 00:45:18.019
Yeah, and the ripple effects.
00:45:18.500 --> 00:46:04.340
You know, that that's that's it us and who we uh who we affect and it's like you know ripples on a on a lake, you know, it just it keeps going and even when you can't see it anymore, because there's the ripples you see, but then they go under and then there's the you know and it just and then one ripple joins with another ripple and it's it's um yeah, it's uh like we're all focal points of healing in our own way, and I think the more that we that we really embody that and presence that and give significance to that, you know, because it's very easy, isn't it, to feel like, oh well what can I do?
00:46:04.820 --> 00:46:11.700
You know, when we think about these big things and it's like imagine if everyone went around saying, What can I do?
00:46:11.860 --> 00:46:25.059
You know, like no, it's it's every it's so important what it is what we do and the place we do it from and and and the frequency of care and love that we put out, like that's a real thing.
00:46:25.220 --> 00:46:33.620
It's a real thing, and our culture again trains us out of of of believing in that and of seeing the importance in that.
00:46:34.420 --> 00:46:56.900
But it's a real thing to to allow your actions and and the way you interact with people to come from that place of open-heartedness, to actually, like you're saying, in your own self, to rem remove all of these these layers of self-conflict and judgment and ultimately, you know, that's an energy that ripples out.
00:46:57.300 --> 00:47:09.620
You know, that and and and if enough people did that and present that, it's like it's it's really quite remarkable to to think about how the world could change, you know.
00:47:10.100 --> 00:47:36.340
Um and that it it is so important, and I think it really matters that we feel the role that we get to play and how important that that is, and that big and and it's important also because we're not separate, we're not just these separate little people, you know, we are connected to everything, and and um and it really matters, yeah.
00:47:36.660 --> 00:47:37.780
No, it really does.
00:47:37.940 --> 00:47:45.059
You and I always, you know, it's this thing of like again, I have so many little stories, but very briefly.
00:47:45.220 --> 00:47:53.059
Um, a long time ago, I remember walking down the street, and again, I was in my late teens, and I kept thinking, how can I better have my purpose?
00:47:53.220 --> 00:47:56.660
How can I, you know, how can I bring joy into this world?
00:47:56.820 --> 00:47:59.700
And, you know, was it dance, was it this, was it that?
00:47:59.940 --> 00:48:02.900
And and all of a sudden, it just dawned on me.
00:48:03.059 --> 00:48:06.420
It was like, it's just you being in joy, Josie.
00:48:06.500 --> 00:48:16.420
It's you walking down the street and actually just with all of the contrasting emotions and the contrasting feelings and thoughts, but just continuing to return to the heart.
00:48:16.660 --> 00:48:18.019
That's your purpose.
00:48:18.180 --> 00:48:18.980
That's enough.
00:48:19.140 --> 00:48:24.900
Because, like you said, you walk past someone, whether you give them a massive smile or not, they feel your energy.
00:48:24.980 --> 00:48:28.180
Maybe you just have a brief moment of connection through the eyes.
00:48:28.500 --> 00:48:34.900
We never underestimate you know how much those ripple effects help.
00:48:35.059 --> 00:48:41.220
You know, you know, that person will feel a little better because they were seen for this brief moment you had a connection, right?
00:48:41.380 --> 00:48:46.180
Then they go on with their day, then they hopefully have a little moment with someone else.
00:48:46.260 --> 00:48:51.620
And next thing you know, you've actually reminded someone that was about to commit suicide and making it dramatic.
00:48:51.780 --> 00:48:53.780
But you know, but but this is real.
00:48:54.260 --> 00:49:03.300
Yeah, we cannot underestimate the the impact of choosing to continue to live in the heart and from the heart.
00:49:03.620 --> 00:49:08.100
Yeah, and just the deep interconnectedness that we all share.
00:49:08.340 --> 00:49:10.019
It's it's unfathomable.
00:49:10.180 --> 00:49:14.820
Our minds can't get around it, but we know it in our hearts.
00:49:15.220 --> 00:49:17.940
My god, Claire, I could talk to you all day as we know.
00:49:18.340 --> 00:49:20.019
I want to ask you one last question.
00:49:20.100 --> 00:49:22.820
I know you have to go, but one last question, my love.
00:49:22.980 --> 00:49:30.420
I always ask this on the podcast, and I know you've already given us so much beauty and so much amazing energy.
00:49:30.660 --> 00:49:44.900
Um, but as you look back over your life, the high highs, the low lows, everything in between, the moments where you were like, Yes, this is who I am, and this is where I'm going, and the moments where it was like less clear.
00:49:45.700 --> 00:49:55.620
Um, if you had just one or two soul messages for humanity, what would they be?
00:49:57.380 --> 00:50:00.100
Hmm, what a beautiful question.
00:50:01.539 --> 00:50:12.900
Yeah, I think if I had a soul message for humanity, it would be to get in touch with the heart of who you are and make that your life's devotion.
00:50:13.860 --> 00:50:21.140
To to know that and live from the heart of who you are and devote your life to that actually.
00:50:23.700 --> 00:50:25.380
I absolutely love it.
00:50:25.780 --> 00:50:28.260
Live your life in devotion, yes.
00:50:29.059 --> 00:50:38.180
That's a big yeah, I speak about yeah, devotion a lot because ultimately the work I do, I say like this is a path of devotion.
00:50:38.579 --> 00:50:44.740
You know, it's not a path of discipline, it's not a path of effort or the will.
00:50:45.620 --> 00:51:00.019
You know, it's a path of devotion, and devotion comes from our heart, you know, and and that we are devoted to ultimately to to life and to our aliveness and to tasting and living from that more and more and more and more.
00:51:00.180 --> 00:51:03.300
So um devotion is like one of my favorite words.
00:51:04.820 --> 00:51:07.460
And of course, it is the same for me.
00:51:09.140 --> 00:51:11.940
Claire, it's just been so wonderful.
00:51:12.180 --> 00:51:15.300
Just share with us briefly before you before you leave, my love.
00:51:15.460 --> 00:51:17.140
Um, what's the best way?
00:51:17.300 --> 00:51:20.260
I know you mentioned your website, but what about your Instagram account?
00:51:20.420 --> 00:51:23.220
Any other little little places where people can find you?
00:51:23.539 --> 00:51:34.019
So um, yeah, the most, you know, the really the only social channel I really use is Instagram, and then I have my email my newsletter list.
00:51:34.180 --> 00:51:41.460
So um I think I would encourage people to, yeah, you can sign up to, I've got a free healing guide as well, which people can access.
00:51:41.539 --> 00:51:43.460
Maybe I'll give you the link to that.
00:51:43.940 --> 00:51:48.660
Um, so yeah, people can follow me on Instagram, which will be linked.
00:51:48.820 --> 00:51:53.380
Uh, if they download my free guide, they'll automatically go onto my email list.
00:51:53.780 --> 00:51:58.900
And I think if anyone wants to get in touch with me, I say don't do it on Instagram.
00:51:59.140 --> 00:52:05.380
I'm, you know, it's mostly my channel of expression, but I'm I don't spend a lot of time on Instagram.
00:52:05.539 --> 00:52:10.980
I'm uh it's not something I really enjoy to do in terms of spending my time there.
00:52:11.140 --> 00:52:17.300
So if people want to actually get in touch with me, the best thing to do is to to email me.
00:52:17.460 --> 00:52:22.740
I will see an Instagram DM if you DM me, but I might, you know, I might not see it for a few days.
00:52:23.059 --> 00:52:23.780
Absolutely.
00:52:24.019 --> 00:52:26.100
Oh well, thank you so much, my love.
00:52:26.260 --> 00:52:28.660
Stay on the line for a second and dear listeners.
00:52:28.900 --> 00:52:39.620
I hope you feel as inspired and empowered to go out and live a beautiful day by this fantastic conversation with Claire Day and thank you so much, Claire.
00:52:39.780 --> 00:52:40.500
Just a second.
