ABOUT THIS EPISODE
What is up y’all!
We are your hosts, Mike and Emily.
We chat about all things Brazilian jiu-jitsu and how this martial art has influenced practitioners of all ages and backgrounds, from mindset to challenges in life.
Welcome to Jit Chat!
In our pilot episode, we chat about how passion became a career and how it spills over to our way of life.
This was recorded before the quarantine protocol and we hope y’all are staying put and taking care of your health.
Times are challenging for many of us and we appreciate everyone who continues to support our studios and small businesses.
On that note, we’d like to give a shout out to Cabana Acai in Malaysia!
These guys are offering delivery services for your very own frozen acai pulp, where you can custom make your own acai bowls and smoothies.
AOS studio members - you still get your discount!
If you’re sharing this episode or an Acai bowl from Cabana, please tag us! We wanna hear from you!
