James Dooley: Benefit number one for me is scalability. It's infinite scalability with artificial intelligence. If you get inundated with inquiries, which happens a lot in lead generation over at FatRank, many businesses cannot deal with the volume. An AI employee can go back and forth, gather information and reduce the need for a dozen staff. These are tedious tasks that an AI employee can handle. So scalability is definitely benefit number one.
Kasra Dash: My second benefit is the data set and memory. Even if you've ever spoken to myself or James Dooley in person, we forget a lot of things.
James Dooley: What's your name again?
Kasra Dash: Exactly. AI does not forget. It remembers far more. I wish I could plug AI into my brain for the memory side of it. From a business perspective, better memory means better decisions.
James Dooley: Benefit three is that AI never rings in sick. It works every single day. It never turns up hungover on a Monday morning. Humans ringing in sick can massively hinder certain businesses. Consistency is a major advantage with AI employees.
Kasra Dash: You also never need to motivate an AI employee. That alone is another benefit.
James Dooley: Another big one is SOP training. When you train new staff, you often repeat the same processes and the same information multiple times. With AI employees, although they are not perfect, you usually only need to train it once and it has it locked in. This ties back to the memory point you mentioned.
Kasra Dash: The next benefit is speed. An AI employee can respond within seconds. A human might respond in an hour if they’re busy or on another call. AI can get required information instantly which is a huge advantage for any business.
James Dooley: Cost is another important benefit. Go High Level is around $97. Sentra is similar. Many AI employees cost far less than one human staff member. If a business hires two AI employees instead of one staff member, the savings are huge.
Kasra Dash: Another advantage is consistency in communication. Humans can go off on tangents. AI sticks to the straight line. It reduces errors and keeps every interaction structured.
James Dooley: And if you pair a human employee with an AI employee, you essentially supercharge them. If a staff member is a six out of ten, AI can lift them to an eight or nine out of ten because it guides their decisions and fills their knowledge gaps.
Kasra Dash: When you look back at the benefits of AI employees, they’re cheaper, faster, more consistent, more intelligent and never ring in sick.
James Dooley: If someone came to you and said they had an employee who is fast, cheap, reliable, intelligent and never takes a day off, you'd hire them instantly. So AI employees make perfect sense if you use the right platform and give the right prompts.
Kasra Dash: The big question then becomes which AI employee platform is best. We’ve created lots of videos on whether AI employees are worth it, which platforms are best and even the disadvantages, because there are disadvantages too.
James Dooley: This video is specifically about the advantages and benefits of employing an AI employee. If you have any questions, drop them below. Or if you want help with lead generation, head to FatRank.com, fill in the contact form and the team will be in touch.
