K. Margaret Solorio: Hi Sparkles, welcome back to Intuitive Wisdom. This is episode 258. A friend recently recommended Bob Goff's books and I read Everybody Always. It's an easy read with short stories in each chapter that make deep points that really make you think. And you know I love that. It's a good food for thought, right? Something you can mull over and help you make your life that much better. So one thing that I've carried away with me since reading the book is be not afraid. And that's what we're gonna explore today. Here we go. Alright, Sparkles, are you choosing to move forward from fear right now? Let's sit with it for a second. Just think. We make a lot of decisions, small ones, big ones. I find that fear is often a knee-jerk reaction, robbing us of the chance to tune in and decide for ourselves how we want to feel or what's best. We often on this podcast talk about perspective, right? Going left instead of right. Sometimes just to see what it brings up. That changes growth. Growth is uncomfortable. But it's why we're here, right? To grow, evolve, learn, love, to be our full authentic selves, to learn to be our full authentic selves. but fear can often just keep us comfortable and stuck, creating barriers and limiting beliefs about what we think is possible for ourselves. So I've got three questions for you today to mull over, to have that as that food for thought this week, to think about, to help yourself. First question is: Am I moving forward from fear or from alignment? So we've had different guests talk about this, but one play great place to start is just to tune into your body. So take five minutes to listen to yourself. We have so much stimulus coming in all the time. So take that five minutes, sit with your cup of tea. And just ask yourself and listen, you know, is it coming from your gut? Does it hurt someone your body? Does it close your throat? what physical sensations are you getting when you tune in and think about whatever decision it is? And that can help you understand if it's coming from fear or if it feels like it's in alignment. And then also give yourself a few minutes to let your mind go there. You know me, I've talked about a lot journaling, right? I love writing. So journaling helps me tune in and let my mind go there and let it flow. So you can either journal or you can just sit f with your thoughts for a minute and see what happens. But I think a lot of times what's the expression fear is a mile wide and an inch deep. So once you start walking through it, you realize it's not that big of a deal. You can handle whatever it is or choose to do it anyway. But let your mind go there in terms of, okay, what if my fear is true? Where will then I be if I walk, if I take this left instead of right, so to speak, this path. If I choose that way, where is it going to lead? And then let your mind go there. Cause a lot of times we just like I said, fear throws up these barriers and mental walls and you don't even think, well, what does that mean? So letting yourself go there and get the perspective and get the full full picture of what that means. So first question was Am I moving forward from fear or alignment? Second question is Am I aligned with who I want to be? This is a great place to make decisions from, right? It takes a lot of the onus off and it makes it a lot more present in terms of we've talked about like becoming her or becoming that person you. want to be in the future or working from your future self back to like close that gap between where you are and where you want to be. That I think the more conversations I've had with people, that's just hard, right? Because you haven't gotten to where you want to be yet. So how are you supposed to know quite how that feels? So I think just going back to values and Christina reminds us this on our monthly episodes regularly, who do you want to be now? And how can you lead with that? And that's alignment, right? Alignment is not seeing what you want and lining yourself up with it like a straight Hi, Sparkles. quick interruption to share a story. A client came into a home frequency reset, a clean energy clearing for her home, carrying real shame and old patterns in the middle of healing work that she'd been doing on her own, tied to her l relationship with her mother. While we held sacred space during the clearing, something unexpected unexpected, I can say that word, opened up a connection to her mother's spirit right alongside the shift in her home's energy. She left having released that shame, welcomed in love and acceptance, and felt affirmed in the healing work she'd already been doing. It wasn't just her home's frequency that cleared that day. If you're in the middle of your own healing and wonder what your home might be holding on to, then let's talk. You can find out more and book your session by going to my website, deliciouseease.com forward slash services. All right, let's get back to the episode. line. Alignment is thinking, okay, who do I want to be? And then seeing what around you resonates with that, and then taking that path, making that decision. So am I aligned with who I want to be? And then third, how do I walk with faith instead, right? Instead of fear. So we're very familiar with fear. It's easy to walk with fear. But how do I walk with faith? Because faith is right, believing before you see it, knowing even though you don't see the, you know, in the 3D world, the physical around you, but believing it and knowing it's true and just having that trust, that trust in your angels, that trust in the other side, that trust in yourself to be your own safety net, believing. before you see it. And so walking, taking that left instead of that right and going, Yep, I'm still gonna make it where I'm gonna go, where I want to go, or the loop will finish in the same spot. I'm just gonna go this way and see the trees from the other side or whatever it is. You get the idea. but w how how do you allow yourself and give yourself permission to go left even though if you don't know the outcome, right? To make that different choice, to walk by faith. And know it's all gonna work out and it's working out for your highest good. so faith isn't the absence of fear, right? You're not like switching out one for the other. It's acknowledging the fear, right? The fear is there to help keep you safe. So it's a message, but you're not allowing it to take the driver's seat. You're taking a bigger perspective and making a decision anyway. Another really interesting thing. So Goff's other book is Love Does. It's actually his first book. I read them backwards in order. but Love Does is all about love is action, right? Faith. Faith is not just something, faith faith is not just a thought. Because of when we talk about faith, and I just did it now, we talk a lot about faith is believing and those thoughts, right? A belief is a thought you think over and over again. So then we're back to the thoughts. But faith is actually taking that step, taking walking down that path, making that decision, doing something to go forward in your life, not knowing the outcome, not having calculated everything, not knowing necessarily that it's, you know, the obvious safe choice. Cause you just you you're choosing the best for you just because, right? Not because everything necessarily lines up where you can have evidence to support your theory because you have faith that it's the best for you and you have that feeling and that knowing and that alignment with who you are and who you want to be. So faith then is taking that step and a way of being and a way of living, right? Lay of way of making choices and not just a belief, a thought that you think over and over again. All right, Sparkles, to recap three questions that you can check in, journal pomps, if you will, with yourself this week. Am I moving forward from fear or from alignment? Am I aligned with who I want to be? And how do I walk with faith instead? And if you're looking for one thing that you can do today, and the next time you feel that hesitation, pause and go through the three questions. It doesn't have to be a dissertation. I mean, again, I like to write, so I'll journal it all out when I when I'm trying to understand myself. But sometimes it's just a quick gut check, right? How do I feel? Who do I want to be in this moment? And how can I talk myself into doing what I know is right? Even if I don't understand all the pieces or I don't know that it's all going to be okay. it's okay in this moment. And that's enough to walk forward in faith. All right, Sparkles, I hope you enjoyed this episode. I love exploring these topics with you and learning more and growing together. So I will be back next week for another episode. until then, have a great week. Bye.
