Shapeshifter, Worldbringer ✧ The Astrology of August 2026

The astrology of this year so far has blurred not just our vision, but the edges of reality itself.

As our eyes adjust, we find a more-malleable reality. Circumstances bend under our roaming hands; thoughts ripple outwards and create waves that crash into shadows and structures known and unknown to shape our experience.

Dawn is breaking, sharpening our gaze, and bringing a new world into focus.

The Astrology of August asks for our devotion, with the promise of a prayer heard on high.

Our Upcoming Events:

✦ Wednesday, August 26 ✧ Unfurl: Lunar Eclipse Ceremony ($)

✦ Monday, August 31 ✧ The Astrology of September

In Taurus: August 3 - September 17 | In Aries: September 17 - January 6, 2027

THE FREQUENCY: Final stint of Chiron in Aries (wound of the Self) until 2068. Integrating what we’ve learned since it entered Taurus on June 19.

THE OPPORTUNITY: Reflect on the realm of life both Taurus & Aries rule in your chart. What characterizes your healing journey? Money magick, self-care ritual.

Mercury in Leo ✧ August 9-25, 2026

THE FREQUENCY: The fastest-moving planet was lost at sea from June 1 until August 9. Expect communication breakthrough! Creativity & authenticity abound.

THE OPPORTUNITY: Follow what lights you up. Get crafty. Be inspired. BEHOLD your creations. Reflect on how you’ve transformed (Pluto opposition through August 15) and how you’ve expanded (Jupiter conjunction through August 18).

Mars in Cancer ✧ August 11 - September 27, 2026

THE FREQUENCY: You thought we were done with Cancer energy? Nope lol. Take action on what we learned from this past year. Boundary work. Move from emotional intelligence.

THE OPPORTUNITY: Ritually connect with your Water; speak your boundaries into her crystalline memory. She’ll hold them for you. Neptune Rx square peaks on August 17, lasts through August 26.

Total Solar Eclipse in Leo ✧ August 12, 2026

Exact at 13:36 eastern

THE FREQUENCY: Self-Sovereign Eclipse ⊹ Ruled by the Sun. Co-present with the South Node at the anaretic degree, Jupiter & Mercury in Leo. Fireheart. Dancing with the Flame.

THE OPPORTUNITY: Gain insight on how YOU are called to change the world, to create Heaven on Earth. Nestle in & BEHOLD, rather than force, or wield.

Sun in Virgo ✧ August 22 - September 22, 2026

THE FREQUENCY: Time to analyze what the Solar Eclipse exposed & tie up loose ends (since Jan 2025). Analytical wisdom. Optimization. Devoted, Spiritual Realism.

THE OPPORTUNITY: Reflective journaling & card pulls. Aim to understand; orient to solution. Learn something new. “Curriculum” or ideal schedule/routine/daily ritual. GROUND!!! Earth energy has been LACKING astrologically, with only Black Moon Lilith in Capricorn and a newly-minted Chiron in Taurus holding it down in earth signs on the Solar Eclipse. We come back down to earth.

Mercury in Virgo ✧ August 25 - September 10, 2026

THE FREQUENCY: Cazimi peaks on August 27. Brings more emphasis to your word, your truth, giving voice to your devotions. Embodiment of prior nodal journey (since Jan 2025).

THE OPPORTUNITY: What’s coming up for integration? Any patterns that are repeating? Which do you wish to continue, or to complete? To separate from?

Lunar Eclipse in Pisces ✧ August 28, 2026

Exact at 00:18 eastern

THE FREQUENCY: Ruled by Mercury (conjunct the Sun) in Virgo, Jupiter in Leo, & Neptune Rx in Aries. Cazimi square Uranus in Gemini. Timshel: The Way is Open.

THE OPPORTUNITY: Gather up the artifacts of all that you’re completing & lay them on the altar of this Moon. Devote yourself, entirely. Boundaries as sanctifying the Temple, making your space holy ground. Honor your Spirit Team.

Until next time!

xoxo Auburn
