ABOUT THIS EPISODE
On the heels of Virginia's worst loss since 2024 at the hands of West Virginia, Preston welcomes back CVille Right Now editor-in-chief Mike Barber to examine what's a reason for concern and what's an overreaction.
First, Preston and Mike discuss neutral site games, why they exist and why they shouldn't. Then the guys give their One BIG Take in reaction to Virginia's 38-27 loss.
Later Preston and Mike go through six questions that popped up in Charlotte and answer if the question is a concern or overreaction: secondary struggles, gameplan for West Virginia offense, Jason Hammond and Noah Josey injuries, Beau Pribula and the Virginia passing game. Finally, Preston and Mike compare the West Virginia loss to last year's early non-conference loss to NC State and ponder if the outlook for the team has changed.
