Lindsay Clancy, Total Hypocrisy, Family Court & the Internet

WEBVTT
00:00:01.600 --> 00:00:05.040
I've also been following the Lindsay Clancy child very closely.
00:00:06.559 --> 00:00:07.200
Covering it.
00:00:07.280 --> 00:00:08.560
I'm covering it, bitch.
00:00:10.080 --> 00:00:15.759
I'd run through the streets naked, screaming about family court and injustices women face in the court.
00:00:17.120 --> 00:00:20.800
Let's all point the finger at Tim Cruz not to do this again.
00:00:22.480 --> 00:00:24.960
Hey, Timmy, knock this shit off.
00:00:26.320 --> 00:00:27.600
What the fuck does he care?
00:00:27.760 --> 00:00:28.320
You're right.
00:00:29.839 --> 00:00:30.960
I'm Jenny Len.
00:00:31.120 --> 00:00:31.839
And I'm Jen.
00:00:32.000 --> 00:00:34.320
And we're in High Conflict Hell.
00:00:34.399 --> 00:00:35.280
And you might be too.
00:00:35.439 --> 00:00:38.240
If you know, you know, but let's make sure you're in the right place.
00:00:38.479 --> 00:00:40.159
Jen, are you in the right place?
00:00:40.399 --> 00:00:47.119
I'm in the right place because I have been following the Lindsay Clancy trial for a month now.
00:00:47.359 --> 00:00:48.479
God, more than that, right?
00:00:48.560 --> 00:00:49.600
Yeah, five weeks-ish.
00:00:50.000 --> 00:00:53.439
Yeah, first through my Facebook algorithm algorithm and then through your Substack.
00:00:53.600 --> 00:00:54.640
Almost as long as you've been in love.
00:00:54.719 --> 00:00:56.399
Lindsay Clancy's been on trial.
00:00:57.119 --> 00:00:58.399
Wow, that feels horrible.
00:00:59.600 --> 00:01:00.320
Oh, I know, right?
00:01:00.399 --> 00:01:01.520
Horrible for Lindsay Clancy.
00:01:01.759 --> 00:01:01.920
Yeah.
00:01:02.000 --> 00:01:02.159
Yeah.
00:01:02.240 --> 00:01:02.719
What about you?
00:01:02.799 --> 00:01:03.439
Are you in the right place?
00:01:03.600 --> 00:01:07.200
I'm in the right place because I've also been following the Lindsay Clancy trial very closely.
00:01:07.439 --> 00:01:08.480
I've been following it.
00:01:08.799 --> 00:01:09.519
What have I been doing?
00:01:09.760 --> 00:01:10.560
You've been covering it.
00:01:10.640 --> 00:01:11.680
I'm covering it, bitch.
00:01:12.560 --> 00:01:16.239
On Substack, you can find me at Jennifer Marks or on Instagram.
00:01:16.480 --> 00:01:19.840
I changed my Instagram name to what did I change it to?
00:01:20.000 --> 00:01:21.040
Jennifer Marks the Spot.
00:01:21.200 --> 00:01:22.640
Jennifer Marks the Spot on TikTok.
00:01:23.519 --> 00:01:24.400
Very lesbian name.
00:01:24.640 --> 00:01:27.280
You know, I'm borderline there at some point.
00:01:28.799 --> 00:01:29.680
We all want you to be.
00:01:29.840 --> 00:01:30.400
You're not here.
00:01:30.640 --> 00:01:33.280
Unfortunately, I'm straight as an arrow, which is unfortunate for me.
00:01:33.760 --> 00:01:34.799
I've seen a crooked arrow.
00:01:35.120 --> 00:01:35.599
Bad luck.
00:01:35.920 --> 00:01:36.400
Well, okay.
00:01:36.480 --> 00:01:37.840
The straight arrows.
00:01:39.519 --> 00:01:40.000
Yeah.
00:01:40.319 --> 00:01:51.680
So I also know I'm in the right place because once you watch or once you experience being a woman in court, it really is like you're, I feel like it's you can't describe it.
00:01:51.760 --> 00:02:02.879
Like once you watch someone else have to go through something that's a hundred times more horrible because they're in front of the nation and they've done the most horrendous thing, allegedly, to their children.
00:02:03.040 --> 00:02:04.400
It's I can't even imagine.
00:02:04.480 --> 00:02:11.360
I can't even imagine the public scrutiny and everyone telling you everything you're you did is completely psychotic, outrageous.
00:02:11.439 --> 00:02:15.039
You're a psycho, and you're sitting up there saying, uh, just someone stop this.
00:02:15.199 --> 00:02:17.039
You're in a wheelchair, by the way.
00:02:17.360 --> 00:02:18.879
Literally in a wheelchair.
00:02:19.039 --> 00:02:22.400
Okay, so I saw somebody on the internet say, and this is a really good point.
00:02:22.479 --> 00:02:24.560
I was gonna tell you, but I waited until we were recording.
00:02:24.800 --> 00:02:30.960
Somebody was like, I uh in your comments, I have been called a bad mom over the littlest, simplest thing.
00:02:31.039 --> 00:02:32.560
This woman said over smoking pot.
00:02:32.800 --> 00:02:33.199
In court?
00:02:33.759 --> 00:02:34.960
No, just in general.
00:02:35.199 --> 00:02:35.520
Oh, in general.
00:02:35.759 --> 00:02:38.879
She was like, it's so easy for people to talk about each other like we're bad moms.
00:02:39.039 --> 00:02:41.439
She said, It happens all the time, and I relate to that.
00:02:41.520 --> 00:02:46.879
I've been called a bad mom a million times in various different ways, and it's just so easy for us to do.
00:02:46.960 --> 00:02:53.840
And here we have this woman on trial having admitted to killing her children, and no one could get up there and say she's a bad mom.
00:02:54.000 --> 00:02:55.520
That's I know, right?
00:02:55.680 --> 00:02:59.039
And then people are really up in arms about the whole like admit thing, too.
00:02:59.280 --> 00:02:59.840
Oh my god.
00:03:00.080 --> 00:03:05.759
So, and it's yeah, there's a lot of stuff that people are really, really diving into.
00:03:05.919 --> 00:03:12.719
But the entire essence of her case is that she's told everybody that she's done it, even if she hasn't technically signed an admittance in court.
00:03:12.800 --> 00:03:15.759
Her whole trial is built around it, her whole civil trial is built around it.
00:03:15.840 --> 00:03:22.639
She has tons of you know, statements everywhere to anybody who all testified on her behalf, saying she admitted to doing this.
00:03:22.879 --> 00:03:41.120
But I know there's a huge conspiracy going on too, where people think that Patrick is responsible for more than just coercive control, more than just being a shit husband who shouldn't have left his ex-wife now home with three kids while she was really seriously having a mental crisis.
00:03:41.360 --> 00:03:46.319
But like actually, the actor and Patrick is real pissed off now.
00:03:46.560 --> 00:03:49.280
Yeah, he's threatening to sue everybody for defamation.
00:03:49.599 --> 00:03:49.919
Right?
00:03:50.159 --> 00:03:51.120
What do you think about that?
00:03:51.439 --> 00:03:55.360
It's interesting that that's where he's putting his eggs and that's the basket that he wants to put them in.
00:03:55.680 --> 00:03:56.639
Yeah, that's the battle.
00:03:57.599 --> 00:03:59.120
That's interesting to me.
00:03:59.919 --> 00:04:08.960
While you're out going for runs with your new wife, I think it's an it's an interesting look instead of coming out and making very public statements.
00:04:09.280 --> 00:04:17.040
And I think that this kind of situation merits you coming out and making a personal statement, not sending a statement that's clearly written by your attorney.
00:04:17.279 --> 00:04:17.680
Yeah.
00:04:17.920 --> 00:04:21.360
I think that this is like a very you should come out.
00:04:21.519 --> 00:04:26.000
Come on Good Morning America, like Shreddington, Kevin Reddington did, and say, This is horrible.
00:04:26.160 --> 00:04:27.839
She asked for help so many times.
00:04:28.000 --> 00:04:29.279
I loved her so much.
00:04:29.439 --> 00:04:35.600
I know that the judge ruled that we couldn't listen to the 911 call in person, but everyone will tell you that it was very authentic.
00:04:35.759 --> 00:04:40.639
I would never have done that, but she needs help and we need to make sure that we do not try her again.
00:04:40.800 --> 00:04:41.680
That's what he should do.
00:04:41.920 --> 00:04:49.920
Okay, so even less than that for me, like I understand not going on national TV and making a public statement while everyone's accusing you of being an actor and a crime.
00:04:50.160 --> 00:04:50.959
I totally get that.
00:04:51.040 --> 00:04:53.759
I understand then using your lawyer to make a statement, right?
00:04:53.920 --> 00:05:00.160
Basically saying, hey, this mistrial is hard, and if you know the retrial is gonna be hard too.
00:05:00.800 --> 00:05:02.079
That's the part that killed me.
00:05:02.480 --> 00:05:10.959
To me, it was clearly just written by two men who were concerned about protecting their own egos, meaning Patrick and then his attorney.
00:05:11.279 --> 00:05:22.800
And nobody in the room was kind of like, hey, you have a whole foundation here, Patrick Clancy, dedicated to women's postpartum health that you are all over the place trying to promote.
00:05:23.120 --> 00:05:25.439
He's trying to promote it in my DMs.
00:05:25.759 --> 00:05:30.240
And maybe this is an opportunity to say, don't do this to her again.
00:05:30.399 --> 00:05:33.920
This has been the worst experience of all of our lives.
00:05:34.160 --> 00:05:34.480
Right.
00:05:34.639 --> 00:05:36.319
Don't do this to her again.
00:05:36.560 --> 00:05:44.879
We need to support women going through postpartum crisis or psychosis or whatever you want to say, and end this madness.
00:05:45.040 --> 00:06:01.360
And instead, it's very it's a very egocentric approach of being like, don't do this to me, which I get because now, as someone who's been online for all of six weeks, as long as you've been in love and Lindsay Clancy's been on trial, I've also been online as an influencer, a real influencer.
00:06:01.839 --> 00:06:05.199
And it's and it's really hard though not to get offensive when people are coming at you.
00:06:05.360 --> 00:06:07.600
I told you, Jen, I accidentally bit a girl's head off.
00:06:07.680 --> 00:06:12.879
If that if you're listening, sorry, girl, because she explain what happened.
00:06:13.120 --> 00:06:13.439
Okay.
00:06:13.600 --> 00:06:19.279
Well, and first I want to say too, we did a part one of the Lindsey Clancy trial a couple episodes back.
00:06:19.439 --> 00:06:22.959
So we're gonna talk about the update with like the missed trial and everything.
00:06:23.120 --> 00:06:26.959
So you can go listen to the first part of the Lindsay Clancy trial.
00:06:27.040 --> 00:06:33.120
It was called Lindsay Clancy Trial, Mental Health, Medication, and How the Court System Treats Women.
00:06:33.279 --> 00:06:34.800
It was published on August 8th.
00:06:34.879 --> 00:06:35.759
So you have to scroll a little bit.
00:06:35.839 --> 00:06:43.199
Yeah, scroll a little bit, but we definitely did a whole part one just because anytime a woman's sitting in court, it hits my core.
00:06:43.759 --> 00:06:53.600
So this girl, though, I made this like sarcastic video where basically I was pretending to be the prosecution, talking about the way to handle this case, which is just lock her up and don't give her any help.
00:06:53.920 --> 00:06:59.920
And people were kind of really in the in the comment section, just kind of being all over the place with me.
00:07:00.079 --> 00:07:03.040
And so I was having a hard time of reading the tone of the comments.
00:07:03.279 --> 00:07:04.879
Some of them missed your sarcasm.
00:07:05.120 --> 00:07:07.279
Yeah, some of them missed my sarcasm.
00:07:07.439 --> 00:07:12.560
A lot of them were attacking me personally, and I was like, Whoa, easy, everybody.
00:07:12.720 --> 00:07:15.920
And so this girl made a comment, and it was after like 24 hours that had been up.
00:07:16.000 --> 00:07:22.160
So I'd been in the comment section just responding because apparently that's what you're supposed to do for the algorithm, but it's really actually hard mentally.
00:07:22.319 --> 00:07:27.759
And so this girl made this comment and she was like, Oh my god, you sound just like Jen Sprague.
00:07:28.000 --> 00:07:31.519
Did you go to the masterclass of Jen Sprague with crying, laughing faces?
00:07:31.680 --> 00:07:35.360
And I took it like she was calling me like on their side.
00:07:35.600 --> 00:07:37.680
And I was like, My response to that was so mean.
00:07:37.759 --> 00:07:39.199
I was like, Why are you being so mean to me?
00:07:39.759 --> 00:07:40.639
Why would you do that?
00:07:40.959 --> 00:07:42.000
Why'd you say that to me?
00:07:42.319 --> 00:07:43.759
Biggest supporter of her.
00:07:44.000 --> 00:07:45.519
And then I was like, Of Lindsay Clancy.
00:07:45.600 --> 00:07:46.480
Yeah, of Lindsay Clancy.
00:07:46.720 --> 00:07:46.800
Yeah.
00:07:48.240 --> 00:07:48.560
There you go.
00:07:48.720 --> 00:07:50.560
I'm the biggest supporter of Lindsay Clancy.
00:07:50.639 --> 00:07:56.079
I would never in a million years want to sound like Jen Sprague, except my whole fucking video is me being sarcastic sounding like Jen Sprague.
00:07:56.319 --> 00:08:02.240
But I was just too busy, like, so the one person that like really got it and was bringing the coin around you.
00:08:02.959 --> 00:08:03.439
Her fucking head.
00:08:03.680 --> 00:08:09.279
Well then I immediately, though, lucky for me, as soon as I pressed the comment, I immediately realized and edited the comment.
00:08:09.360 --> 00:08:10.240
And I was like, thanks, girl.
00:08:10.399 --> 00:08:11.439
And then like pinned it.
00:08:12.240 --> 00:08:14.319
I was like, See, everyone, she gets it.
00:08:14.480 --> 00:08:15.360
This girl gets it.
00:08:15.519 --> 00:08:17.120
It's hard on the internet sometimes.
00:08:17.279 --> 00:08:18.079
It is hard.
00:08:18.399 --> 00:08:22.079
Yeah, no, I'm watching another girl be eaten alive on the internet right now.
00:08:22.319 --> 00:08:25.759
Her internet, her Instagram name is Total Hypocrisy.
00:08:26.000 --> 00:08:26.240
Oh.
00:08:26.800 --> 00:08:31.839
And she talks a lot about elections and about stuff going on in the news.
00:08:31.920 --> 00:08:33.279
And she's got a pretty good following.
00:08:33.360 --> 00:08:36.000
She has like 255,000 followers.
00:08:36.240 --> 00:08:36.399
Okay.
00:08:36.559 --> 00:08:41.679
So there is this whole other internet trend going around that was called be a poll worker.
00:08:42.399 --> 00:08:52.240
And a lot of influencers or micro influencers or major influencers were posting pictures of themselves scantily clothed, like, you know, be a pole worker.
00:08:52.399 --> 00:08:52.559
Yeah.
00:08:52.720 --> 00:08:54.559
Just whatever you can do to get the attention.
00:08:54.720 --> 00:08:56.720
You know, register to be a poll worker.
00:08:56.879 --> 00:08:58.559
There is a lot of need for it.
00:08:58.799 --> 00:09:02.639
And the campaign kind of it didn't really take off, is what I'll say.
00:09:02.799 --> 00:09:04.480
Yeah, I didn't see it, and I would have loved to.
00:09:04.639 --> 00:09:07.600
Yeah, because it would that would be straight up your alley in your feed.
00:09:07.759 --> 00:09:08.000
Yeah.
00:09:08.320 --> 00:09:09.440
And it didn't make it there.
00:09:09.600 --> 00:09:09.759
No.
00:09:10.080 --> 00:09:10.960
Try again, everybody.
00:09:11.200 --> 00:09:11.519
Try again.
00:09:11.759 --> 00:09:16.639
Yeah, and what I'll say is it didn't really make it into my feed until this controversy started coming up.
00:09:16.799 --> 00:09:16.960
Yeah.
00:09:17.120 --> 00:09:23.519
So Total Hypocrisy made this video where she was like, I just think that this is like off taste.
00:09:23.600 --> 00:09:26.879
I think that the the other side's gonna eat us up for doing this.
00:09:27.039 --> 00:09:32.559
They're already all over like the Epstein files, and they're already really demeaning women everywhere.
00:09:32.720 --> 00:09:34.799
Do we have to demean ourselves too?
00:09:35.039 --> 00:09:35.360
Okay.
00:09:35.679 --> 00:09:43.120
But then she was in the comment section making comments, just saying how she felt like this was Epstein-esque and stuff.
00:09:43.440 --> 00:09:44.159
Interesting.
00:09:44.320 --> 00:09:53.840
Yeah, and a pretty well-known black creator, because she featured one of her photos in her little video, like came at her and was just like I would have too.
00:09:54.080 --> 00:09:56.000
Yeah, like do not compare me.
00:09:56.080 --> 00:10:00.399
I am a consenting, full-grown adult woman trying to raise awareness.
00:10:00.879 --> 00:10:03.679
And I think the hard part for me was watching her.
00:10:03.840 --> 00:10:08.080
I mean, she okay, and I will say this because she didn't just make one video about this.
00:10:08.159 --> 00:10:11.440
Yeah, she made four, five, six about it.
00:10:11.519 --> 00:10:15.759
She really double tripled down on this opposing view.
00:10:16.159 --> 00:10:23.279
She really stuck to her guns, but the woman started coming after her like no tomorrow.
00:10:23.440 --> 00:10:23.679
Yeah.
00:10:23.919 --> 00:10:27.120
And it was difficult to watch because, well, two things.
00:10:27.279 --> 00:10:38.480
I firmly, firmly believe, first of all, and I've said this a million times, I had run through the streets naked, screaming about family court and about injustices women face in the court, if it would get us somewhere in society.
00:10:39.120 --> 00:10:40.000
The attention that it deserves.
00:10:40.320 --> 00:10:45.600
Clearly, we know what gets the male gaze and the male attention, and we're not allowed to touch that then.
00:10:45.759 --> 00:10:50.399
No, we're not allowed to make salacious content because then we're crossing the line as women.
00:10:50.480 --> 00:10:53.840
Only they're allowed to consume salacious content behind closed doors.
00:10:54.080 --> 00:10:59.600
If we own our salacious content and put it out as a mechanism of change, can't do that.
00:10:59.840 --> 00:11:01.120
Then we can't do that.
00:11:01.360 --> 00:11:04.080
And so she's she's kind of missing that point.
00:11:04.320 --> 00:11:18.159
With that said, I see where she's coming from in the fact that, you know, she has an opinion about that, that there's a lot of really serious things going on with the Epstein files and everything happening that people aren't taking serious enough.
00:11:18.559 --> 00:11:27.039
And somebody commented on my Substack and said, because I was talking about the girl in California who gave birth on the side of the road.
00:11:27.120 --> 00:11:28.559
So I'm gonna just do a little girl.
00:11:28.720 --> 00:11:32.879
Yeah, I'm gonna do a little news recap because there's a few things happening in the news that I think all relate.
00:11:33.039 --> 00:11:36.879
But there was a little girl, she was 14 years old in the state of California.
00:11:37.120 --> 00:11:39.919
She was having a baby due to the product of incest.
00:11:40.000 --> 00:11:50.960
Her father was the baby's father, and she gave birth on the side of the road, and they found the baby dead on the side of the road, and they issued a arrest warrant for murder for this 14-year-old girl.
00:11:51.039 --> 00:11:52.159
They hadn't seen her in a month.
00:11:52.320 --> 00:11:56.559
And instead of issuing an amber alert, they issued an arrest warrant for her.
00:11:56.879 --> 00:11:58.080
She's 100 pounds, also.
00:11:58.320 --> 00:11:59.440
She's literally a hundred pounds.
00:11:59.519 --> 00:12:03.039
And she had no medical aid after giving birth on the side of the road.
00:12:03.279 --> 00:12:06.960
And realistically, it is about framing.
00:12:07.120 --> 00:12:09.039
Why are we villainizing women?
00:12:09.200 --> 00:12:12.960
Why are we doing this to women starting at a very, very young age?
00:12:13.120 --> 00:12:25.519
And someone in my comment section on Substack pointed it out so precisely, she was like, wow, like because rape and incest aren't high profile enough anymore, we have to go to murder.
00:12:25.679 --> 00:12:31.039
And when I read her comment, I read it as she wrote it because rape and incest are huge trigger words for me.
00:12:31.279 --> 00:12:42.639
However, with everything going on now with the Epstein files and what we're seeing through media and about these topics, for whatever reason, it is not hitting.
00:12:42.879 --> 00:12:43.679
We're all desensitized.
00:12:44.399 --> 00:12:45.679
It's like school shootings with kids.
00:12:45.759 --> 00:12:46.080
Oh, yeah.
00:12:46.320 --> 00:12:55.440
All of a sudden, the media desensitizes us to these really, really big things that used to grab our attention, like rape and incest.
00:12:55.519 --> 00:12:55.679
Yeah.
00:12:55.840 --> 00:13:04.480
And now all of a sudden, they're putting that to the side and accusing her of murder to promote a camera system in the state about tracking people's vehicles.
00:13:04.559 --> 00:13:05.120
That's really what they did.
00:13:05.519 --> 00:13:06.639
Everyone loves the flat camera.
00:13:06.799 --> 00:13:09.759
Flat camera systems are some of the biggest topics I see online right now.
00:13:10.000 --> 00:13:10.399
You really?
00:13:10.720 --> 00:13:11.039
Oh, yeah.
00:13:11.360 --> 00:13:14.720
I hadn't heard of it before that got all kinds of other stuff.
00:13:14.960 --> 00:13:17.360
You've got Lindsay Clancy and other things going on.
00:13:17.519 --> 00:13:19.919
My feed has been covered in flat camera stuff.
00:13:20.080 --> 00:13:20.240
Really?
00:13:20.639 --> 00:13:22.080
Bipartisan issue everywhere.
00:13:22.240 --> 00:13:25.200
And when you brought it up the first time, you were like in Orange County, it's so big.
00:13:25.279 --> 00:13:27.360
And I'm like, no, no, no, this is huge everywhere.
00:13:27.600 --> 00:13:27.759
Yeah.
00:13:28.879 --> 00:13:30.080
We don't have them in Seattle, do we?
00:13:30.240 --> 00:13:30.559
We do.
00:13:31.039 --> 00:13:35.360
We have camera systems that were I remember because they were kind of controversy right now.
00:13:35.840 --> 00:13:40.320
The World Cup, they were putting them on, people were mad, they can turn them on, they can turn them off.
00:13:40.399 --> 00:13:41.200
It's like a whole thing.
00:13:41.440 --> 00:13:42.720
This is all flock camera systems.
00:13:42.799 --> 00:13:43.360
It's all the same.
00:13:43.519 --> 00:13:43.840
It's everywhere.
00:13:44.080 --> 00:13:44.720
Different brand.
00:13:44.960 --> 00:13:45.440
Same thing.
00:13:45.600 --> 00:13:46.480
I think it's all the same thing.
00:13:46.639 --> 00:13:47.360
It's all the same thing.
00:13:47.519 --> 00:13:47.840
Yeah.
00:13:48.000 --> 00:13:54.799
But yeah, so they used basically trying to track this girl down through an arrest warrant to promote flock cameras.
00:13:54.960 --> 00:13:57.279
Like, this is a good thing that we can track you guys everywhere.
00:13:57.440 --> 00:14:00.240
Because look, we can find this girl who is a murderer.
00:14:00.480 --> 00:14:03.279
Is a murder suspect instead of a female sheriff.
00:14:03.759 --> 00:14:06.000
Yeah, a female sheriff came out and said this.
00:14:06.320 --> 00:14:10.799
And it was really, really disturbing to watch.
00:14:10.960 --> 00:14:12.480
And they did change their tune.
00:14:12.559 --> 00:14:20.879
They did end up issuing the Amber alert for the girl, but it was very difficult to swallow through the process.
00:14:21.279 --> 00:14:33.360
But my whole point though was that with this election issue and women then saying, like, be a poll worker, do the polls, and coming out in lingerie and salacious, you know, doesn't matter what we do, we do it wrong.
00:14:33.519 --> 00:14:36.240
It doesn't exactly, it doesn't matter what we do, we do it wrong.
00:14:36.399 --> 00:14:42.000
But this girl's being eaten so alive, she actually just put a post up right now that was like, good luck, everyone, I'm out.
00:14:42.159 --> 00:14:45.039
Oh, and I hate that because I support your right to say whatever you want.
00:14:45.200 --> 00:14:45.440
Yeah.
00:14:45.679 --> 00:14:47.360
I actually don't care if I agree with you.
00:14:47.440 --> 00:14:55.279
I do not agree with you likening sex work or poll work or anything like that, or dancing, or being scantily clad on the internet to be the same thing as Epstein files.
00:14:55.360 --> 00:14:56.159
I find that to be disgusting.
00:14:56.320 --> 00:14:57.919
However, I support your right to say that.
00:14:58.080 --> 00:14:58.399
Yeah.
00:14:58.559 --> 00:15:02.960
And in her defense, too, in the front of her video, she did say, like, I really respect this work.
00:15:03.039 --> 00:15:03.759
This is real work.
00:15:03.840 --> 00:15:04.720
Da-da-da-da-da.
00:15:04.879 --> 00:15:07.039
I'm not putting anyone down for actually doing this work.
00:15:07.279 --> 00:15:13.519
It was those comments that really because, and I'm sure the same thing happened to her that happened to me.
00:15:13.600 --> 00:15:21.039
You're reading these comments, you're getting extremely defensive, and then you're writing stuff down that you shouldn't be writing down.
00:15:21.440 --> 00:15:23.279
And you're reading it and it's internalized.
00:15:23.519 --> 00:15:32.159
But saying, like, I support this and I think this is real work, but don't do it like this is the same thing to me as saying, like, I support breastfeeding, but you better not have your boobs out in public cover up.
00:15:32.320 --> 00:15:39.919
Well, that's what people were saying in her comment section that you can't say you support sex work and that it's real work, but at the same time saying that we're demeaning ourselves by doing it.
00:15:40.080 --> 00:15:42.080
Those two statements don't coexist in the same form.
00:15:42.480 --> 00:15:46.399
But if you're using it to make a political statement, like I can't think of a better way to use the work that you're doing.
00:15:46.639 --> 00:15:49.840
Like if I can't think of a better way to outside of making money.
00:15:50.080 --> 00:16:00.799
But I tried to message her and I was like, girl, you should just make a video and embrace it and just be like, hey, yeah, this got a ton of attention, not in the way that I was hoping.
00:16:00.960 --> 00:16:03.519
Clearly, I said some shit that I shouldn't have said.
00:16:03.759 --> 00:16:08.480
But look, now instead of 17,000 poll workers, they registered 24,000 poll workers.
00:16:08.559 --> 00:16:11.360
So if I've got to be the person up at the stake right now, I'm cool with that.
00:16:11.440 --> 00:16:12.720
You guys lay off now though, okay?
00:16:12.960 --> 00:16:13.120
Yeah.
00:16:13.279 --> 00:16:13.919
I'm sorry.
00:16:14.159 --> 00:16:18.320
Like, even if it didn't get the desired outcome in the way I was looking for, it worked for all of us.
00:16:18.559 --> 00:16:26.480
Yeah, we worked, and we're all on the same team because I think that's kind of like the generalized problem, even in the Lindsay Clancy trial.
00:16:26.639 --> 00:16:28.559
Yeah, share your thoughts on this because you say this a lot.
00:16:28.799 --> 00:16:29.120
Okay.
00:16:29.360 --> 00:16:35.120
Is that we should all be on the same team and pressuring Tim Cruz, who I keep calling Ted Cruz.
00:16:35.360 --> 00:16:36.240
Tim Cruz.
00:16:36.559 --> 00:16:39.600
Ted Bundy, Tim Bundy, Ted Bundy, Ted Cruz, who cares?
00:16:39.840 --> 00:16:43.759
So Tim Cruz is the DA in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
00:16:43.840 --> 00:16:46.080
And the district attorney, you guys, has so much power.
00:16:46.159 --> 00:16:50.879
And if you've ever dealt with the criminal court system, you you have first-hand experience of this.
00:16:51.120 --> 00:16:56.080
That district attorney gets to decide what those charges are and what they look like.
00:16:56.320 --> 00:16:59.360
In a lot of ways, they're up there playing judge and jury.
00:16:59.679 --> 00:17:09.680
And instead of us all fighting on the internet about Patrick Clancy and whether he did it or not, or and I get it that there is a legitimate reaction behind that of women.
00:17:09.759 --> 00:17:10.960
Like you know, right?
00:17:11.119 --> 00:17:17.119
You know that if you die in your home, that that person most likely to have done it is that man in your house.
00:17:17.359 --> 00:17:18.319
And you want it to be investigated.
00:17:18.480 --> 00:17:20.160
So that's what I think most of the people are saying.
00:17:20.240 --> 00:17:27.359
We want it to be investigated, but we're missing this really big piece, which is let's all point the finger at Tim Cruz not to do this again.
00:17:27.519 --> 00:17:27.680
Yeah.
00:17:27.839 --> 00:17:41.440
Instead of all of us fighting if Patrick did it or didn't do it, or if this part of psychosis was this or that, how about we all just point the finger, all of us collectively, over at Cruz to say, quit fucking doing this to women in your state.
00:17:41.599 --> 00:17:41.759
Right.
00:17:41.920 --> 00:17:45.359
Because there's a woman right behind Lindsay Clancy, and her name's Latarsha Sanders.
00:17:45.599 --> 00:17:53.759
And she's not gonna get this kind of attention, and mainly because her psychosis wasn't a postpartum psychosis, it was a schizophrenic psychosis, and she's a black woman.
00:17:54.480 --> 00:17:57.119
And her case is up for a retrial.
00:17:57.200 --> 00:17:59.519
She already went through a trial, two life sentences.
00:17:59.599 --> 00:18:05.200
She killed two kids of her children, and she can barely stay in jail day.
00:18:05.359 --> 00:18:07.839
They had to send her to a mental facility at one point.
00:18:08.160 --> 00:18:16.160
And the most important part is that the the judge that heard this case did not allow most of her medical record to be admitted into court.
00:18:16.480 --> 00:18:18.880
And it's and it's all in the same county in front of the same judge.
00:18:18.960 --> 00:18:22.079
It's all Judge Sullivan, it's all being prosecuted by Tim Cruz.
00:18:22.480 --> 00:18:24.480
That's the person who could actually make change.
00:18:24.799 --> 00:18:28.559
Number one, uh, shot in hell they'd ever investigate Patrick Clancy.
00:18:28.720 --> 00:18:28.960
Right.
00:18:29.200 --> 00:18:30.960
The state's not going to do that to themselves.
00:18:31.039 --> 00:18:32.319
They didn't preserve the evidence.
00:18:32.400 --> 00:18:33.599
It's years later.
00:18:33.759 --> 00:18:36.319
They're not going to put their own work under that kind of scrutiny.
00:18:36.480 --> 00:18:37.599
It's just never gonna happen.
00:18:37.680 --> 00:18:42.240
No matter how loud everyone screams, Patrick Clancy should be investigated.
00:18:42.559 --> 00:18:44.960
It's so far out there.
00:18:45.200 --> 00:18:51.039
Something way closer is being like, hey, Timmy, knock this shit off.
00:18:51.279 --> 00:18:51.839
Don't do this.
00:18:52.079 --> 00:18:52.559
Don't do this.
00:18:52.799 --> 00:18:53.279
We don't do this.
00:18:53.359 --> 00:18:56.319
Timmy Tim, why does this keep being a problem under your leadership?
00:18:56.480 --> 00:18:56.799
Exactly.
00:18:56.880 --> 00:19:00.240
And he's you don't get to be re-elected if this is how you treat people.
00:19:00.480 --> 00:19:06.799
Well, and apparently he's been the DA there for a few years and he's running unopposed.
00:19:07.039 --> 00:19:07.200
Yeah.
00:19:07.440 --> 00:19:13.680
But if you get enough pushback from your constituents, right, that at least you'll think twice about what to do next.
00:19:13.839 --> 00:19:18.880
Even if you're running unopposed now, someone else will step up to the plate in a if they see an opening there.
00:19:19.039 --> 00:19:20.000
If they see an opening there.
00:19:20.160 --> 00:19:22.240
So you're you're better off closing that loop now.
00:19:22.480 --> 00:19:25.680
And I so I'm not saying that he's gonna do this for empathetic reasons.
00:19:25.759 --> 00:19:27.839
I'm saying he'll do this also for selfish reasons.
00:19:28.079 --> 00:19:32.799
Because as Patrick Lancy should make his statement for selfish reasons.
00:19:33.359 --> 00:19:37.920
That he should not make his statement because he feels so bad his ex-wife has to be up on trial.
00:19:38.160 --> 00:19:40.880
He should make that statement that people lay off of him.
00:19:40.960 --> 00:19:43.200
It's actually also a very egocentric thing to do.
00:19:43.519 --> 00:19:45.359
Everybody would win in a different way.
00:19:45.519 --> 00:19:46.000
Exactly.
00:19:46.240 --> 00:19:47.200
Everybody could win.
00:19:47.359 --> 00:19:49.039
Yeah, in a way of change.
00:19:49.920 --> 00:19:50.720
So I don't know.
00:19:50.880 --> 00:19:52.960
What did you think, Jim, when you saw that it was a mistrial?
00:19:53.200 --> 00:19:53.839
Were you surprised?
00:19:54.079 --> 00:19:54.480
Not at all.
00:19:54.720 --> 00:19:56.079
You thought it was gonna be a mistrial?
00:19:56.480 --> 00:20:07.680
Yeah, I hesitated to say that from the beginning because I feel like I am so good at manifesting and my intuition is so strong that I don't want to put something out there like that because I could control the world.
00:20:07.920 --> 00:20:12.640
No, I did though feel very strongly that it would be a mistrial just because the way that the internet was reacting.
00:20:12.720 --> 00:20:12.880
Yeah.
00:20:13.200 --> 00:20:15.839
Like there's no way that 12 people sitting up there won't react in the same way.
00:20:16.000 --> 00:20:24.079
I'm actually surprised that it wasn't two or three people that were like potentially have provided their thoughts around reasonable doubt and still just would dig their heels in.
00:20:24.160 --> 00:20:30.240
And I don't know that that really happened or not because we don't really know what happened in deliberations, but we've heard from four jurors now.
00:20:30.480 --> 00:20:32.720
Yeah, and I think that that stuff is really telling.
00:20:32.799 --> 00:20:36.559
So I can't confirm their stories, but they seem pretty on par to me.
00:20:36.799 --> 00:20:52.799
And I'm just surprised it was less because when you see the I'd say 30-70 split of men that are like, She killed her kids, I could see those same men sitting up in a jury deliberation and saying, Clearly there's reasonable doubt, but she absolutely fucking did it.
00:20:52.880 --> 00:20:53.200
And I don't care.
00:20:53.440 --> 00:21:03.839
And that's exactly what the jury members that are speaking out are saying that the one man, that's what he's saying, that there's reasonable doubt, but I'm never gonna vote that way because she killed her kids, and no matter what, that's wrong.
00:21:04.079 --> 00:21:08.319
Yeah, and legally, because I'm not an attorney and I don't have experience in this way.
00:21:08.720 --> 00:21:12.240
I am so surprised that the judge did not do more.
00:21:12.319 --> 00:21:25.920
Like, I don't know what, and I know that's a lot of what people are talking about in comments, but I want to understand from a procedural standpoint could the judge at some point have decided to throw him out and pick an alternate because they had more alternates than normal for this case because of something like this.
00:21:26.079 --> 00:21:26.400
Yeah.
00:21:26.640 --> 00:21:37.440
I don't know what's the threshold for that, or should he had I think that absolutely he should have should have had an interview with each of the jurors that was a lot more in depth than his singular question that he did.
00:21:37.680 --> 00:21:40.799
Yeah, the jury's really, really a protected process.
00:21:41.039 --> 00:21:43.920
Yeah, and I think it probably has a really high bar to do any of those things.
00:21:44.079 --> 00:21:51.440
Yeah, and the judge has given a lot of discretion on what they're gonna do with the jury and how they're gonna say things to the jury.
00:21:51.599 --> 00:21:53.759
Yeah, and they don't want to influence.
00:21:54.000 --> 00:21:59.759
And I was talking about this a little bit, that it's weird because jury deliberations does have some.
00:22:00.160 --> 00:22:01.279
Rules around it, right?
00:22:01.680 --> 00:22:06.400
But also part of the rules of jury is that they can't tell people what's going on outside the jury room.
00:22:06.559 --> 00:22:10.000
And that was the rock and hard place you saw Reddington and Sullivan coming into.
00:22:10.240 --> 00:22:11.119
With the notes, even.
00:22:11.279 --> 00:22:18.400
With yeah, with the notes and Red Reddington really being like, This note says specifically this juror is not following reasonable doubt.
00:22:18.640 --> 00:22:22.000
And Sullivan was like, it doesn't actually say that.
00:22:22.400 --> 00:22:26.079
But I think that's what the jury member was getting away with in deliberations, too.
00:22:26.319 --> 00:22:29.599
Well, and that's exactly the reasoning that was happening there.
00:22:29.839 --> 00:22:30.880
So I don't know.
00:22:30.960 --> 00:22:35.440
Apparently Reddington is doing all kinds of stuff and trying to get this not retried again.
00:22:35.680 --> 00:22:37.759
There's hearings on the 29th of September, right?
00:22:37.920 --> 00:22:38.319
Yeah.
00:22:38.559 --> 00:22:48.480
But what I do think is that and I saw a video today where Reddington said that he expects to hear before that hearing on the 29th what Tim Cruz plans to charge.
00:22:48.640 --> 00:22:49.200
Oh yeah.
00:22:49.440 --> 00:22:55.039
And so that's what's more interesting to me is that what Tim Cruz will do.
00:22:55.200 --> 00:22:59.759
Because for me, it would be a win even if he agreed to just charge murder too.
00:22:59.920 --> 00:23:02.319
The crazy part is Tim Cruz is known for this.
00:23:02.400 --> 00:23:06.400
Not this specific thing, but he's a household name, even though he's on the other side of the country.
00:23:06.720 --> 00:23:07.039
He loves it.
00:23:17.119 --> 00:23:18.640
He's not always ran uncontested.
00:23:18.720 --> 00:23:19.680
What the fuck does he care?
00:23:19.920 --> 00:23:21.119
You're right, he's gonna do it again.
00:23:21.359 --> 00:23:21.519
Yeah.
00:23:21.759 --> 00:23:23.279
Yeah, because this is what he lives for.
00:23:23.440 --> 00:23:23.680
Yeah.
00:23:23.839 --> 00:23:26.160
He lives for being the judge and jury, and he can do what he wants.
00:23:26.400 --> 00:23:30.720
Well, and he has a very strong backing from those kinds of people that are saying, Yeah, fuck that, she killed her kids.
00:23:30.880 --> 00:23:31.200
Yeah.
00:23:31.440 --> 00:23:33.119
And so I think that's trouble.
00:23:33.279 --> 00:23:42.319
But the other thing about the jury, the this jury deliberation, too, that I was hesitating about, and people are like, Why don't we just throw out the juror and bring in an alternate?
00:23:42.480 --> 00:23:49.200
Does that then put the judge in a position where he's being biased because you know that you can go easily get the same answer as the other 11 people?
00:23:49.359 --> 00:23:49.599
Yeah.
00:23:49.759 --> 00:23:54.400
And that then creates an unfair trial for the everybody, potentially.
00:23:54.640 --> 00:23:54.799
Children.
00:23:55.039 --> 00:23:57.279
That's what well, and that's what they say, potentially for everybody.
00:23:57.359 --> 00:24:01.359
If judges just start doing this, that it just compromises the integrity of the system.
00:24:01.599 --> 00:24:02.240
Right.
00:24:02.480 --> 00:24:08.319
So I also think the judge probably should have done a little bit of question and answer session with the one specific juror.
00:24:08.640 --> 00:24:09.279
Not all of them.
00:24:09.519 --> 00:24:10.240
Not all of them.
00:24:10.480 --> 00:24:10.960
Why?
00:24:11.200 --> 00:24:13.680
Because I think that would have compromised the integrity of the jury.
00:24:14.079 --> 00:24:15.599
I think that but that's just my personal.
00:24:15.759 --> 00:24:17.839
The judge can't even know what's going on in the jury deliberation.
00:24:18.079 --> 00:24:19.920
The judge is not supposed to know what's going on in the jury deliberation.
00:24:20.160 --> 00:24:21.119
And then we're doing all of this.
00:24:21.279 --> 00:24:22.400
I thought everyone else.
00:24:22.559 --> 00:24:25.599
I thought maybe the judge was a safe person, but okay, that makes more sense.
00:24:25.839 --> 00:24:28.720
Yeah, I mean, the judge is the least of the unsafe people.
00:24:28.799 --> 00:24:33.759
Like he he gets the most information for sure, but he's he's responsible for protecting that process.
00:24:33.920 --> 00:24:34.160
Wow.
00:24:34.319 --> 00:24:36.559
And to really keep that separate.
00:24:36.799 --> 00:24:41.839
And so I understand not questioning all of the jurors, and Reddington had a really valid point.
00:24:41.920 --> 00:24:46.960
And even in there was an argument about correcting the jurors on notes, right?
00:24:47.200 --> 00:24:47.920
Bo and Co.
00:24:48.240 --> 00:24:56.720
The prosecution really wanted the judge to tell the for-person to be careful what they write in a note because they can't disclose anything going on behind closed doors.
00:24:57.039 --> 00:25:01.920
And I agree with her about something that what that I agree with that.
00:25:02.240 --> 00:25:05.279
Well, but then how are you supposed to know if the jury's not following the rules?
00:25:05.519 --> 00:25:06.960
Like if what's going on is going on.
00:25:07.119 --> 00:25:08.880
This is the rock in the hard place, right?
00:25:09.039 --> 00:25:11.599
Because the jury's obligated to follow things like reasonable doubt.
00:25:12.000 --> 00:25:21.039
And if they're not, if one member is being particularly obtuse and saying expressing reasonable doubt, how are you ever supposed to get that message out if you can't discuss?
00:25:21.359 --> 00:25:24.160
I explicitly say that, no, but but you but that's what I mean.
00:25:24.319 --> 00:25:24.480
Yeah.
00:25:24.640 --> 00:25:27.519
So, and that's what Reddington was saying to the judge.
00:25:27.759 --> 00:25:34.400
He was like, do not instruct this juror about notes because she's gonna feel like she got in trouble for doing that.
00:25:34.559 --> 00:25:37.680
And once again, that compromises then the integrity of the jury.
00:25:38.000 --> 00:25:42.400
You don't want the jury to feel like they're gonna be in trouble or that they are in trouble for doing something.
00:25:42.559 --> 00:25:49.759
And he had already had to question each individual juror member because of the whole lady outside the courthouse taking pictures.
00:25:50.000 --> 00:25:52.960
Yes, yes, and so the ball's on some people.
00:25:53.200 --> 00:25:55.119
It's I mean, it's a complex.
00:25:55.279 --> 00:25:58.079
This whole thing, I mean, I just called it a circus online.
00:25:58.720 --> 00:26:00.559
And it mimics what family court is.
00:26:00.640 --> 00:26:01.920
It's just a fucking circus.
00:26:02.000 --> 00:26:02.559
It's a circus.
00:26:02.640 --> 00:26:04.319
There's so many moving parts of the circus.
00:26:04.400 --> 00:26:08.720
There's clowns, there's elephants, there's trapeze artists, there's people floating through the air.
00:26:08.799 --> 00:26:14.960
There's bows, there's bows, there's someone running out from the audience to disrupt the show and getting arrested.
00:26:15.200 --> 00:26:16.160
It really is.
00:26:16.480 --> 00:26:33.279
This was one of like the crazier trials that has happened in a long time, especially when you have someone so I would say theatrical, because Reddington is very theatrical, he's very charismatic to watch up there in the courtroom doing and saying stuff like that.
00:26:33.440 --> 00:26:41.920
Like, yeah, well, and what is so interesting, since we're here, we talk about family court mostly, is that we have experience with this, right?
00:26:42.559 --> 00:26:49.039
So she did something, she's admitted to doing something, whether you want to argue about that or not.
00:26:49.359 --> 00:26:52.400
And she asked for help so many times.
00:26:52.640 --> 00:26:57.440
Yeah, I'm here as the primary parent for three children and always have been.
00:26:58.000 --> 00:27:01.440
And I admitted on our podcast to taking Zoloft.
00:27:01.519 --> 00:27:06.880
Yeah, and admitted to a singular panic attack while my children were not even home.
00:27:07.119 --> 00:27:09.519
I'm otherwise mentally pretty stable.
00:27:09.759 --> 00:27:10.160
Kind of.
00:27:10.400 --> 00:27:15.039
My ex-husband has a diagnosis of sociopathy and several other things.
00:27:15.200 --> 00:27:15.680
Absolutely.
00:27:15.920 --> 00:27:21.359
And my Zoloft and panic attack were used as the reason that my ex-husband should have 24 more days.
00:27:23.839 --> 00:27:25.279
Yes, I do.
00:27:28.160 --> 00:27:29.359
Not to change up custody.
00:27:29.920 --> 00:27:30.079
Yeah.
00:27:30.240 --> 00:27:31.440
Not that I might murder my children.
00:27:31.680 --> 00:27:46.319
Well, okay, but more than that, more than the 24 days reasoning, they were using it as a reason for you to get a mental health evaluation, for you to financially put yourself in an extremely compromised position, for you to potentially lose custody of your children.
00:27:46.559 --> 00:27:48.079
And this is what happens all the time.
00:27:48.400 --> 00:27:55.839
So it doesn't matter if you're begging for help, it doesn't matter if you don't get help, it doesn't matter if you don't need help, it doesn't matter if you need help, that it will be used against you.
00:27:56.079 --> 00:27:56.319
Yeah.
00:27:56.400 --> 00:27:58.079
And I've You might not get the help.
00:27:58.240 --> 00:28:07.759
Well, and I've said this before because there's a huge discussion going around, you know, improper diagnosis of women is, you know, a massive issue, and women, it is a massive issue.
00:28:08.559 --> 00:28:16.079
If you're diagnosed with something though, and you go into family court, you need to be prepared for that diagnosis to come down on you with a freaking full-ton hammer.
00:28:16.160 --> 00:28:16.319
Yeah.
00:28:16.480 --> 00:28:19.680
Whether or not it works or not, fingers crossed it doesn't.
00:28:20.000 --> 00:28:26.480
But like just be wary of what that doctor is writing down and how that might affect you if you leave.
00:28:26.559 --> 00:28:26.720
Yeah.
00:28:26.880 --> 00:28:31.839
Because I don't want to see women experiencing something that's situational, right?
00:28:32.079 --> 00:28:38.079
And then going into court a year or two years later and getting the freaking book thrown at them.
00:28:38.319 --> 00:28:40.880
Yeah, I had to go back to therapy because of family court.
00:28:41.039 --> 00:28:41.519
Yeah.
00:28:41.759 --> 00:28:44.319
And then that was used against me.
00:28:44.559 --> 00:28:51.599
I I told you, I saw another woman also on my Substack, you guys, and she is a psychiatrist.
00:28:51.839 --> 00:28:59.279
And she said that because I talked a little bit about family court and connecting it to the Lindsay Clancy trial, and she was like, oh my God, I was wondering.
00:28:59.440 --> 00:29:10.880
I've been seeing so many moms come into my office as part of their court order to try and get their children back, but their primary thing they're trying to deal with is the fact their children were ripped away from them without a moment's notice.
00:29:11.200 --> 00:29:18.799
So now I'm supposed to help them get through the trauma part of the thing that they should have never had taken back or taken away from to begin with.
00:29:18.960 --> 00:29:20.720
She's like, it's actually crazy.
00:29:20.880 --> 00:29:25.440
And I was like, oh, this is this is exactly what women are talking about everywhere.
00:29:25.680 --> 00:29:26.079
Yep.
00:29:26.240 --> 00:29:30.480
So I have a friend that I used to work at when I worked in the restaurant business a long time ago.
00:29:30.640 --> 00:29:31.759
I worked with her for a long time.
00:29:31.920 --> 00:29:33.599
She's a very, very sweet girl.
00:29:33.759 --> 00:29:35.759
She had a baby who's now eight.
00:29:36.000 --> 00:29:36.319
Okay.
00:29:36.799 --> 00:29:40.079
Primary sole custody of this kid.
00:29:40.400 --> 00:29:44.720
She coached her gymnastics, her basketball, her like did did it, did it, did it.
00:29:44.880 --> 00:29:47.200
I mean, her whole life revolved around this one kid.
00:29:47.359 --> 00:29:48.720
Imagine if we had one kid each.
00:29:48.880 --> 00:29:49.680
Yeah, it would be a good one.
00:29:49.839 --> 00:29:50.880
We would really pour into them.
00:29:51.119 --> 00:29:54.079
Yeah, but I mean And if you have one kid, you should be disgusting about it.
00:29:54.160 --> 00:29:54.799
You should pour into it.
00:29:54.960 --> 00:29:55.519
Yeah, we love you.
00:29:55.599 --> 00:29:56.319
We're just teasing.
00:29:56.720 --> 00:30:01.359
And she had never, there was no contest about the kid, the custody.
00:30:01.519 --> 00:30:03.920
The dad would get the kid every once in a while.
00:30:04.240 --> 00:30:14.000
And after eight years, just this last year, dad took her to court and now has full custody, and she gets eight hours a month.
00:30:14.319 --> 00:30:14.720
What?
00:30:14.880 --> 00:30:22.319
So not only was the child ripped away from mom, like we talk about, like how hard that would be to go into have to go to therapy for that, because you know what?
00:30:23.039 --> 00:30:26.640
This child is now without her mother and does not understand.
00:30:26.880 --> 00:30:28.960
And now she has to pay a parenting evaluator.
00:30:29.039 --> 00:30:33.200
She's trying to raise$25,000 for a parenting evaluator in Washington State.
00:30:33.279 --> 00:30:33.440
Yeah.
00:30:33.599 --> 00:30:37.759
I'm sure she's gonna end up needing a mental health evaluation too, just all of the things that you need.
00:30:37.920 --> 00:30:43.759
And she gets to see her kid supervised visits for eight hours a month, and nothing happened.
00:30:43.920 --> 00:30:44.640
Nothing happened.
00:30:44.799 --> 00:30:45.440
Nothing happened.
00:30:45.599 --> 00:30:47.599
And I'm like, you know, that sounds crazy to hear.
00:30:47.759 --> 00:30:52.559
I kept crying to you when my case first came up and they were throwing all these allegations at me.
00:30:52.720 --> 00:30:54.799
I kept telling you, I was crying so hard about it.
00:30:54.880 --> 00:30:58.880
There's no way that somebody would tell me these things are happening, and I believe that nothing they had done nothing.
00:30:59.119 --> 00:31:01.279
There's no way that I would believe that nothing had happened.
00:31:01.519 --> 00:31:05.039
I had another, yes, I had another consulting client actually say the same thing.
00:31:05.119 --> 00:31:06.240
She likes sent me her order.
00:31:06.319 --> 00:31:07.440
The order was terrible for her.
00:31:07.519 --> 00:31:08.640
She lost decision making.
00:31:09.039 --> 00:31:11.200
She sent me the order and she was like, What do you think?
00:31:11.279 --> 00:31:14.640
Do you think when people read this, they're gonna think that I'm crazy that I did something?
00:31:14.960 --> 00:31:15.599
Surprise.
00:31:15.759 --> 00:31:25.119
Well, I think what how the order read to me uh was that not that she did something, but that the judge was out to get her.
00:31:25.279 --> 00:31:26.480
That's how the order read to me.
00:31:26.799 --> 00:31:40.400
As an attorney and somebody who has experience in family court, I think our neighbors, if I wasn't so close to my community and my community saw me parent and saw how active in my children's life and they heard all of these things, immediately the finger would be pointed at me immediately.
00:31:40.640 --> 00:31:41.599
And I would I'm still nervous.
00:31:41.920 --> 00:31:45.039
And I'm gonna say, I think our community probably still has some things to say.
00:31:45.200 --> 00:31:58.960
Like you're you're bringing this or you're a part of this, or you're because until you really live through it, you don't understand that this can truly just wreak havoc on your life while you're trying to tread water and protect your children.
00:31:59.200 --> 00:32:03.839
Yeah, and it appears then that you're fighting and you are fighting for your kids, and you're fighting to protect your children.
00:32:04.000 --> 00:32:05.839
You're fighting because you have to, because you have to.
00:32:06.079 --> 00:32:10.160
I literally was summoned to court and had to show up and then fight and defend myself.
00:32:10.319 --> 00:32:13.920
I never filed a single thing, never made a single accusation.
00:32:14.079 --> 00:32:18.799
And then the judge was able to just hand down whatever his attorney, my ex-husband's attorney, said.
00:32:18.960 --> 00:32:24.000
So I think about this and I look at the situation with my friend who she kept it really quiet for 10 months.
00:32:24.079 --> 00:32:24.319
Yeah.
00:32:24.480 --> 00:32:30.319
And then started posting because she was out of, she was out of getting able to get second jobs and third jobs and fourth jobs.
00:32:30.400 --> 00:32:31.759
She was out of asking her family for money.
00:32:31.920 --> 00:32:33.839
Now she has to pay for this parenting evaluator.
00:32:34.079 --> 00:32:38.319
And there's few people that I would think deserved this less.
00:32:38.480 --> 00:32:38.799
Yeah.
00:32:39.039 --> 00:32:40.720
Like, what are you doing?
00:32:40.880 --> 00:32:42.079
You know who else has happened to?
00:32:42.240 --> 00:32:42.480
Who?
00:32:42.640 --> 00:32:43.200
Hope Rose.
00:32:43.440 --> 00:32:44.559
We did a whole episode about it.
00:32:44.640 --> 00:32:45.759
Yeah, you should go listen to her episode.
00:32:46.079 --> 00:32:46.240
Yeah.
00:32:46.480 --> 00:32:49.119
Hope Rose Speaks is her Instagram handle.
00:32:49.519 --> 00:32:51.200
She had sole custody.
00:32:51.359 --> 00:32:56.960
The dad did not have visits really at all, here or there, a few hours a month.
00:32:57.119 --> 00:33:02.480
And at four years old, the dad was ordered overnight in an ex parte order.
00:33:02.559 --> 00:33:03.759
That means she wasn't given notice.
00:33:03.839 --> 00:33:04.880
She wasn't allowed to appear.
00:33:05.039 --> 00:33:06.240
She had missed a visit.
00:33:06.640 --> 00:33:09.359
And the dad was ordered to have full custody.
00:33:09.680 --> 00:33:12.079
And it just kind of like the snowball from there.
00:33:12.160 --> 00:33:15.200
You know, she panicked, she left, they arrested her.
00:33:15.440 --> 00:33:18.000
She never, she has not seen her kid since that day.
00:33:18.160 --> 00:33:35.680
And she she talks about the mother wound fracture that's happened because now it's like they're talking about how, you know, her now eight-year-old son is reacting to her, and she and she's just like, Yeah, my kid was absolutely ripped from my arms, and this is the most horrible, terrible thing.
00:33:35.759 --> 00:33:37.920
And now I'm fighting tooth and nail.
00:33:38.160 --> 00:33:39.440
And he has no idea.
00:33:39.759 --> 00:33:40.400
And he has no idea.
00:33:40.480 --> 00:33:42.400
And you're robbing a kid of their childhood.
00:33:42.480 --> 00:33:49.920
You're robbing a kid, as people say, you know, on the flip side, what mother would rob their the father of that relationship?
00:33:50.160 --> 00:33:53.039
You know, that's that's how I feel about it.
00:33:53.200 --> 00:33:59.680
Most of the time, most of the time, that father is robbing themselves of that relationship and come at me if they want, but they walk away.
00:33:59.839 --> 00:34:00.160
Yeah.
00:34:00.559 --> 00:34:01.200
My dad did.
00:34:01.279 --> 00:34:03.680
My biological father had nothing to do with me.
00:34:03.839 --> 00:34:04.079
I know.
00:34:04.160 --> 00:34:07.039
I saw a video the other day that was like, Can we bring back deadbeat dads?
00:34:07.200 --> 00:34:07.359
Yeah.
00:34:07.519 --> 00:34:08.559
Can you just fucking go away?
00:34:08.719 --> 00:34:09.360
Could you guys stop?
00:34:09.519 --> 00:34:11.440
Because you're not fighting for the kid.
00:34:11.519 --> 00:34:12.480
You're fighting me.
00:34:12.800 --> 00:34:15.519
They're not, no, they're not fighting you or me.
00:34:15.679 --> 00:34:16.639
They're beating us up.
00:34:16.800 --> 00:34:23.920
Yeah, they're kicking our ass to show the I don't know, the community, the core, their girlfriends, their girlfriends that they can and look.
00:34:25.199 --> 00:34:32.960
Yeah, and then not doing the actual time and not doing the actual work and leaving us fighting for our lives broke and kicking and screaming.
00:34:33.039 --> 00:34:35.119
And the court's giving them this power.
00:34:35.360 --> 00:34:43.519
And needing to raise our children still with mental soundness, because if anything happens mentally, emotionally, physically, or otherwise to us, that will be used against us.
00:34:43.679 --> 00:34:44.159
Oh, absolutely.
00:34:44.320 --> 00:35:02.079
But if you are a father that has anything that goes on, Jenny Lynn has shared a story in a uh couple of episodes now where someone's come to her on Substack where she had a diagnosis of generalized anxiety, which if you don't know what generalized anxiety is, is when your doctor tells you that you have a little bit of anxiety, that's generalized anxiety.
00:35:02.159 --> 00:35:02.960
So we all have it.
00:35:03.039 --> 00:35:05.039
Yeah, Jen just plays a therapist on TV.
00:35:05.519 --> 00:35:18.320
90% of us have generalized anxiety, and the ex-husband has a cluster B personality disorder, borderline personality disorder, I think, which is not something you should be villainized for, not something that should even be used against you.
00:35:18.480 --> 00:35:30.320
But generalized anxiety was the reason that the mother's decision making was taken from her and given to the father that has a much more severe personality disorder, which can be managed.
00:35:30.480 --> 00:35:30.800
Yeah.
00:35:31.440 --> 00:35:33.840
But it it makes absolutely no sense.
00:35:34.079 --> 00:35:37.199
Well, it's the place that we find ourselves in women all the time.
00:35:37.360 --> 00:35:40.320
You you're speaking too loud, now you're speaking too soft.
00:35:40.480 --> 00:35:43.039
You're too assertive, you're not assertive enough.
00:35:43.119 --> 00:35:45.280
You should go to work, but you also need to be home for your kids.
00:35:45.360 --> 00:35:52.320
You need to provide 50% of the income, but you also need to provide all of the community, all of the fun, all of the holidays, all of the birthdays.
00:35:52.960 --> 00:35:53.360
Do it all.
00:35:53.599 --> 00:35:58.400
And if you can't, if you can't, oh, boo on you.
00:35:58.559 --> 00:35:59.760
Like you suck.
00:36:00.079 --> 00:36:02.400
And people are really nailing us to the wall about it.
00:36:02.480 --> 00:36:05.360
We've really screwed ourselves over lately.
00:36:05.519 --> 00:36:06.079
But it's okay.
00:36:06.159 --> 00:36:07.039
We'll get it back, you guys.
00:36:07.119 --> 00:36:08.400
I'm not all negative over here.
00:36:08.559 --> 00:36:09.360
We're getting it back.
00:36:09.519 --> 00:36:10.320
We're getting it back.
00:36:10.480 --> 00:36:14.639
If you want to win a court case, if you have a family law court case, just start a podcast.
00:36:14.880 --> 00:36:15.360
Yeah.
00:36:15.599 --> 00:36:20.880
Yeah, because Jen's ex-husband's attorney just withdrew and he hated this podcast.
00:36:26.559 --> 00:36:27.760
Been fighting the podcast.
00:36:28.800 --> 00:36:31.039
Always getting set up by the stupid podcast.
00:36:31.280 --> 00:36:33.519
Yeah, he actually hasn't been supporting his client's position at all.
00:36:33.760 --> 00:36:43.440
But what I will say is, because I know it's so funny because a lot of people who come to me about their stories and about wanting to share it on the podcast, I'm always like, Do you like, do you want to use your name?
00:36:43.519 --> 00:36:44.719
Do you want to name anonymous?
00:36:44.800 --> 00:36:46.159
And they're like, I it can't do it.
00:36:46.239 --> 00:36:49.119
And I get it because the risk is too huge, you know?
00:36:49.360 --> 00:36:54.239
But just shining that light onto your story can do wonders.
00:36:54.320 --> 00:36:58.960
And this is why to bring back to Lindsay Clancy, Reddington is sick of the sidebars.
00:36:59.519 --> 00:37:02.480
He filed a motion, actually, to say no more sidebars.
00:37:02.639 --> 00:37:03.599
Yeah, this should be done in open court.
00:37:03.760 --> 00:37:05.199
This should all be done in open court.
00:37:05.519 --> 00:37:06.559
The system is built to do.
00:37:06.880 --> 00:37:07.199
Yes.
00:37:07.280 --> 00:37:10.400
And a lot of people were saying this should never have been televised.
00:37:10.559 --> 00:37:14.159
This trial should never they should put a freaking camera in every family.
00:37:15.679 --> 00:37:17.679
Yeah, flock cameras at all courts.
00:37:17.840 --> 00:37:19.519
You guys, flock cameras everywhere.
00:37:20.079 --> 00:37:24.320
The robot actors like the judges that have had sex with underage girls in chambers.
00:37:24.639 --> 00:37:33.039
Yeah, there's a lot going on there that I think if there was just more visibility, people on their own would hold themselves more accountable.
00:37:33.199 --> 00:37:33.440
Yeah.
00:37:33.599 --> 00:37:37.679
Because they're worried then about what it's gonna look like, like this podcast.
00:37:38.000 --> 00:37:46.000
Daddy, at one point, hey daddy, stopped communicating completely with Jen's attorney because he didn't like his emails being read out loud on a podcast.
00:37:46.079 --> 00:37:47.920
That's in the top 10% in 78 countries.
00:37:48.000 --> 00:37:48.400
Thank you very much.
00:37:48.480 --> 00:37:49.840
If you're here, please go up and follow.
00:37:50.079 --> 00:37:53.280
What that means is that he didn't like hearing what he read.
00:37:53.440 --> 00:37:55.199
Yeah, he didn't like what he wrote.
00:37:55.920 --> 00:37:57.920
Yeah, he didn't like hearing what he wrote.
00:37:58.159 --> 00:38:07.920
He didn't like the potential for someone figuring out who he was by looking at my court case and finding out who he is and figuring out who he really is as a person.
00:38:08.000 --> 00:38:15.599
And I said a million times in our last teen episodes that I had gone and reviewed several of his cases, not all of them, but several of them.
00:38:15.760 --> 00:38:24.320
And in a good number of them, he would rack that bill up, rack that bill up, rack that bill up, and then withdraw before somebody has to go to trial on their own.
00:38:24.400 --> 00:38:26.159
And turns out, guess what he did?
00:38:26.880 --> 00:38:27.360
Dipped.
00:38:27.760 --> 00:38:34.159
Well, and it is so hard for all of us when we're in the position where what we're doing is inaccurate, not even wrong.
00:38:34.320 --> 00:38:35.760
If we just miss the mark, right?
00:38:35.840 --> 00:38:38.400
Like the girl I was talking about earlier with the elections, right?
00:38:38.480 --> 00:38:40.800
Yeah, she just missed the poll workers.
00:38:41.039 --> 00:38:42.400
She just missed the mark.
00:38:42.559 --> 00:38:48.159
It's so hard to self-correct because daddy, your ex-husband's lawyer, could have done this at any moment.
00:38:48.239 --> 00:38:53.840
Instead of just refusing to communicate with you guys, he actually could have just said, Hey, let's try and settle this.
00:38:54.079 --> 00:38:55.840
You're right, let's go to mediation, like you just asked me.
00:38:56.000 --> 00:38:57.519
You don't even need to say you're right.
00:38:57.840 --> 00:39:06.000
Just say, you know what, given the circumstances, if you guys still want to go to mediation, I think there's a really good shot here we could reach an agreement for the children.
00:39:06.159 --> 00:39:17.199
Because I'm gonna put my ego aside, I'm gonna check it in the backseat and do what I'm paid to do, which is do what's best for my client, which is really then what's best for his children.
00:39:17.360 --> 00:39:18.960
And you still can't.
00:39:19.039 --> 00:39:21.360
It's very, very difficult.
00:39:21.519 --> 00:39:22.960
I have a hard time with it myself.
00:39:23.119 --> 00:39:29.119
We all do, we all do, natural thing, but that learning process is so real and so hard.
00:39:29.360 --> 00:39:38.559
And like I said before, if if Tim Cruz can just at least not throw Lindsey Clantz against the wall at this point to maintain his seat, to maintain yeah.
00:39:38.800 --> 00:39:41.679
And somehow gracefully I don't think you're right though.
00:39:41.760 --> 00:39:46.000
I don't think I think he could just dip out, act like it never happened, choose not to retire.
00:39:46.079 --> 00:39:47.760
I think that would be his best way forward.
00:39:48.000 --> 00:39:53.679
Act like it never happened, and not do it again, and just just keep putting everyone off about whether he's gonna press charges again or not.
00:39:54.079 --> 00:39:56.000
You know, actually, here's what I would do if I were him.
00:39:56.320 --> 00:39:57.599
Look at me, politician.
00:39:57.840 --> 00:40:06.400
If I were him, because so much of what he runs on is fiscal responsibility, and I think he actually does a really poor job fiscally, is I would say, this is too expensive.
00:40:06.639 --> 00:40:08.480
Yeah, we can't do this again.
00:40:08.639 --> 00:40:11.760
This takes too much time from our public and our constituents.
00:40:12.079 --> 00:40:17.199
18 jurors, 12 jurors, and six alternates cannot afford to take that much time off again.
00:40:17.360 --> 00:40:19.199
It's going to cost the state this amount of money.
00:40:19.599 --> 00:40:20.639
We should not do this again.
00:40:20.800 --> 00:40:21.920
She admitted to it.
00:40:22.159 --> 00:40:26.400
We will relook at our policies and the way that we move forward with things like this going forward.
00:40:26.559 --> 00:40:31.039
I'll invest two headcount to DSHS or whatever their local body.
00:40:31.840 --> 00:40:32.559
Now you're going too far.
00:40:32.719 --> 00:40:34.960
But this is He's never investing the money in DSHS.
00:40:35.119 --> 00:40:35.679
No, he's done it.
00:40:35.760 --> 00:40:36.880
But I'm telling you this is what I'm telling you.
00:40:36.960 --> 00:40:37.599
This is what he should do.
00:40:37.679 --> 00:40:41.039
Oh, but instead he'll like still hits all of them, still maintains some vote.
00:40:41.360 --> 00:40:44.159
Instead, he'll invest the money in like hookers?
00:40:44.480 --> 00:40:45.119
Yeah, exactly.
00:40:45.199 --> 00:40:47.440
It's like defending Epstein people.
00:40:48.159 --> 00:40:48.320
Yes.
00:40:48.400 --> 00:40:52.960
And he'll spend the two million dollars in supporting people who are falsely accused in the Epstein files.
00:40:53.119 --> 00:40:53.280
Yeah.
00:40:53.360 --> 00:40:54.559
Like something like that.
00:40:54.639 --> 00:40:54.880
You know?
00:40:55.280 --> 00:41:00.960
What he should do though is something about money both people by saying, Here, I'm gonna make a small investment here.
00:41:01.360 --> 00:41:02.000
You should email him.
00:41:02.880 --> 00:41:05.119
Do you think he has someone there sitting there telling him that?
00:41:05.760 --> 00:41:06.159
Ted?
00:41:06.320 --> 00:41:06.639
Tim?
00:41:07.440 --> 00:41:08.079
Ted Cruz.
00:41:08.639 --> 00:41:09.119
Tim Cruz.
00:41:09.440 --> 00:41:10.559
I literally hate you.
00:41:11.760 --> 00:41:16.800
Literally, this is, and and I hate to say this, but this is up there with the slimiest things this man has done.
00:41:16.880 --> 00:41:19.760
It is definitely not the only slimy thing this man has done.
00:41:19.840 --> 00:41:20.320
He's disgusting.
00:41:20.800 --> 00:41:23.679
You know, you know what I hate more than Tim Cruz, though?
00:41:23.840 --> 00:41:25.199
Oh and co family court.
00:41:25.360 --> 00:41:26.719
Yeah, family court.
00:41:27.039 --> 00:41:33.039
Because they have the opportunity civilly to do this to thousands and thousands and thousands of women without someone even like Ted Cruz.
00:41:33.119 --> 00:41:37.679
Now all of our now all of our ex-husbands are Tim Cruz.
00:41:37.760 --> 00:41:37.840
Yeah.
00:41:38.000 --> 00:41:41.039
They're the judge, they're the jury, they can decide what to file and what that's gonna look like.
00:41:41.280 --> 00:41:42.000
They get so excited.
00:41:42.079 --> 00:41:50.559
And they get so excited about it, and they get up and they grandstand in front of the soccer practice and they tell everyone how they're getting 50-50 custody because they're a 50-50 parent and nah nah.
00:41:51.599 --> 00:41:57.760
What Family Court has done is turned every single dad into Ted Tim Cruz.
00:41:58.000 --> 00:41:58.639
Ted Bundy.
00:41:58.719 --> 00:41:59.360
Ted Bundy.
00:41:59.519 --> 00:42:00.320
Whoever the fuck.
00:42:00.639 --> 00:42:01.760
Literally, it's disgusting.
00:42:02.079 --> 00:42:06.159
It's really interesting though, is are you following the Ohio House of Horrors case at all?
00:42:06.559 --> 00:42:07.280
You don't have time.
00:42:07.760 --> 00:42:08.480
I've seen it.
00:42:08.960 --> 00:42:09.440
I've seen it.
00:42:09.519 --> 00:42:09.679
Yeah.
00:42:10.000 --> 00:42:15.199
So the Ohio House of Horrors is a family, a house full of incest.
00:42:15.280 --> 00:42:16.639
And I will not break this down.
00:42:16.719 --> 00:42:21.679
Um, but there's a house of incest, but the state has been involved for a very long time.
00:42:21.840 --> 00:42:22.159
Yeah.
00:42:22.320 --> 00:42:31.119
The state was involved many, many times they had a caseworker, a caseworker that was working on a plan with the family to just get the kids back into school, working on all these things.
00:42:31.199 --> 00:42:35.599
And now, because no one's dead, yeah, they are doing an investigation.
00:42:35.679 --> 00:42:38.000
And you know why they're doing an investigation, Jenny Lynn?
00:42:38.159 --> 00:42:38.480
Why?
00:42:38.719 --> 00:42:53.519
Because the person that's in power right now was the same person that was in power and gave approval for the caseworker, the social worker that was on this case, to have a light hand with this family when they knew there were things that were severely wrong, like literacy and filth and living conditions.
00:42:53.679 --> 00:42:57.440
They are doing an investigation now so that they can correct and maintain their seat going forward.
00:42:57.679 --> 00:42:57.840
Yeah.
00:42:58.000 --> 00:43:01.360
Which the kids were dead they would just be sweeping it under the rug.
00:43:01.679 --> 00:43:06.320
But but I do think even if it's egocentric to me, it's like listening to what the coach says.
00:43:06.400 --> 00:43:09.039
Like sometimes you just have to do it for whatever reason.
00:43:09.360 --> 00:43:16.239
Even if it's not the best reason, just fucking do it for the because uh it's society, your seat demands of it.
00:43:16.400 --> 00:43:19.519
So Tim Cruz, start correcting now is the point.
00:43:19.840 --> 00:43:20.079
Yeah.
00:43:20.320 --> 00:43:22.719
Do it now when it's too late.
00:43:22.960 --> 00:43:24.639
And do it like Jen just told you to do it.
00:43:24.719 --> 00:43:29.360
Make it about money and saving money and whatever you need to say to whatever you need to say.
00:43:29.519 --> 00:43:30.000
You know what?
00:43:30.079 --> 00:43:31.199
I will write it up for you.
00:43:31.360 --> 00:43:31.679
For free.
00:43:31.920 --> 00:43:32.880
Buddy, for free.
00:43:33.039 --> 00:43:33.360
Yeah.
00:43:33.599 --> 00:43:34.719
And I hope you do better.
00:43:34.880 --> 00:43:35.679
Yeah, do better.
00:43:35.840 --> 00:43:38.320
Anyway, so what's not the worst thing that happened to you this week, Jen?
00:43:38.480 --> 00:43:39.199
I don't think you can tell.
00:43:39.280 --> 00:43:41.039
I did a pretty good job lubing myself up.
00:43:41.360 --> 00:43:44.400
I'm a little bit I'm a little bit under the weather right now.
00:43:44.639 --> 00:43:46.320
I think I had too much fun on my birthday.
00:43:46.480 --> 00:43:48.639
She has chlamydia in her throat now, you guys.
00:43:48.960 --> 00:43:50.559
I have not been around my ex husband.
00:43:50.719 --> 00:43:51.679
There is a restraining order.
00:43:51.920 --> 00:43:52.719
That's all right, never mind.
00:43:53.039 --> 00:43:54.800
Not have chlamydia in your throat.
00:43:56.239 --> 00:43:56.559
No.
00:43:56.960 --> 00:43:58.320
But it's really sore.
00:43:58.480 --> 00:43:59.679
Yeah, and really, really.
00:44:00.639 --> 00:44:02.559
Sucks because Oh, that's what she said.
00:44:02.639 --> 00:44:03.360
That is what she said.
00:44:03.840 --> 00:44:04.480
And it sucks.
00:44:04.800 --> 00:44:07.519
No, I I do a lot of talking for my job.
00:44:07.760 --> 00:44:08.079
Okay, yeah.
00:44:08.239 --> 00:44:08.960
For my actual job.
00:44:09.119 --> 00:44:09.440
Okay, yeah.
00:44:09.760 --> 00:44:10.159
Fucking hope.
00:44:10.320 --> 00:44:10.880
Pull worker.
00:44:11.119 --> 00:44:11.440
I know.
00:44:11.599 --> 00:44:12.400
I would love to.
00:44:12.559 --> 00:44:13.519
I would love to.
00:44:13.760 --> 00:44:17.360
So you've been up all day talking and now putting it over.
00:44:17.599 --> 00:44:19.440
And I just no, this is not putting it over.
00:44:19.519 --> 00:44:21.360
It's just like I just want to be able to talk.
00:44:21.519 --> 00:44:22.960
Can you imagine me not talking?
00:44:23.199 --> 00:44:24.800
Have you tried I've tried.
00:44:25.039 --> 00:44:25.360
Oops.
00:44:25.920 --> 00:44:26.400
Have you tried?
00:44:26.639 --> 00:44:27.199
Does that look right?
00:44:30.400 --> 00:44:31.840
Have you tried taking anything for it?
00:44:32.000 --> 00:44:32.320
Oh yeah.
00:44:32.400 --> 00:44:34.079
I'm hyped up on Dakewell, Daddy.
00:44:34.320 --> 00:44:35.840
You still have one day left on the keyboard.
00:44:35.920 --> 00:44:36.239
Yeah, daddy.
00:44:37.280 --> 00:44:39.280
Write that in emotion before you officially retire.
00:44:39.519 --> 00:44:43.280
Not sure if I OD'd or not, but I'm pretty sure I'm using the instructions correctly.
00:44:43.440 --> 00:44:43.760
Yeah.
00:44:43.920 --> 00:44:44.480
What about you?
00:44:44.800 --> 00:44:45.920
It's not the worst thing that happened to me.
00:44:46.800 --> 00:44:50.800
Not the worst thing that happened to me this week is I'm still dealing with the school issues.
00:44:51.039 --> 00:44:51.760
In last episode.
00:44:52.000 --> 00:44:56.639
In last episode, as I said before, I have three kids, three different start states of school.
00:44:56.880 --> 00:44:57.840
Or baby daddies.
00:44:58.639 --> 00:44:59.039
Just kidding.
00:44:59.360 --> 00:45:00.559
Unfortunately, the same one.
00:45:00.800 --> 00:45:03.760
Unfortunately, the same a-hole on the other side of all of them.
00:45:04.000 --> 00:45:04.559
She hate him.
00:45:04.719 --> 00:45:05.599
He yeah.
00:45:05.920 --> 00:45:10.000
My middle daughter just her first day of school was this week.
00:45:10.239 --> 00:45:15.440
My other daughter started school last week, and my son, I still trying to figure out what's gonna happen there.
00:45:15.840 --> 00:45:17.199
How many of them are having a good time?
00:45:17.440 --> 00:45:17.840
Zero.
00:45:18.000 --> 00:45:18.320
Great.
00:45:18.480 --> 00:45:20.400
Zero of them are having a good time right now.
00:45:20.639 --> 00:45:25.679
And I do think it's mainly because we're going back to the regular schedule and people are very, very unhappy about it.
00:45:25.920 --> 00:45:26.800
People are your kids.
00:45:26.960 --> 00:45:27.679
They're my children.
00:45:27.840 --> 00:45:28.079
Yeah.
00:45:28.320 --> 00:45:30.159
Apparently, society does not give a fuck.
00:45:30.400 --> 00:45:30.559
No.
00:45:30.800 --> 00:45:31.599
They are full.
00:45:31.920 --> 00:45:32.400
However.
00:45:32.639 --> 00:45:39.840
But I'm like pulling out my DocuFam app every freaking turn because every time I turn around, something else is happening that's just minor.
00:45:39.920 --> 00:45:50.159
And I'm just trying to show the pattern of communication here and what's actually happening because the Our Family Wizard only like has like the direct communication between me and my ex-husband, right?
00:45:50.320 --> 00:45:51.199
Which does help.
00:45:51.360 --> 00:45:56.480
But like I need a place to be like, and I dropped him off and he walked back in my house 15 minutes later.
00:45:56.639 --> 00:46:00.400
And I sent him out the door and he walked back to my house 15 minutes later.
00:46:00.639 --> 00:46:04.719
And we're like the DocuFam picks all of that up then.
00:46:04.880 --> 00:46:05.599
I mean I have to do it.
00:46:05.679 --> 00:46:12.800
I have to open the app and write the event, but then it will timestamp the event and log it for me so that because my ex-husband's still threatening to take me back to court.
00:46:13.039 --> 00:46:13.280
All the time.
00:46:13.440 --> 00:46:13.679
All the time.
00:46:13.840 --> 00:46:14.400
Every time he wants to.
00:46:14.480 --> 00:46:14.639
Yeah.
00:46:14.719 --> 00:46:16.880
And so ex parte, which means single-sided.
00:46:17.039 --> 00:46:20.079
Yeah, and I'm feeling more optimistic that he actually won't now.
00:46:20.239 --> 00:46:23.519
But I hate to even say that out loud because then I'll get another.
00:46:23.679 --> 00:46:24.719
I just can manifest it.
00:46:24.960 --> 00:46:26.880
I just got a message from him as we were walking in.
00:46:27.199 --> 00:46:27.840
What did he say?
00:46:28.079 --> 00:46:29.119
And I love you.
00:46:29.280 --> 00:46:29.440
Yeah.
00:46:29.519 --> 00:46:30.320
You're beautiful.
00:46:30.480 --> 00:46:31.360
Thanks for all the hard work.
00:46:31.599 --> 00:46:32.639
Yeah, that's the best month.
00:46:32.880 --> 00:46:33.920
That was a very good summary of it.
00:46:37.119 --> 00:46:37.199
Yeah.
00:46:38.400 --> 00:46:39.440
How did you guess?
00:46:39.679 --> 00:46:40.400
How did you guess?
00:46:41.920 --> 00:46:42.639
That's not what he said.
00:46:42.800 --> 00:46:45.039
He said, Where the fuck?
00:46:45.280 --> 00:46:45.679
Yeah.
00:46:46.000 --> 00:46:49.679
He said something about a dentist appointment for my son who's refusing to go to his house.
00:46:49.840 --> 00:46:54.000
Again, but asking some questions about like why my son won't talk to him.
00:46:54.079 --> 00:46:54.800
It's just a whole thing.
00:46:55.039 --> 00:46:55.599
It's a psychic.
00:46:56.000 --> 00:47:00.960
If you've been a psychologist, you would know that this is the dentist for one with her ex-husband.
00:47:01.199 --> 00:47:02.880
Oh, the fucking dentist.
00:47:03.280 --> 00:47:05.199
Why doesn't my kid want to be here?
00:47:05.440 --> 00:47:11.039
Well, and he got really I'm not I don't know what the tone was, but my middle daughter wanted me to pick her up from the first day of school.
00:47:11.119 --> 00:47:16.159
But it was my ex-husband's day to pick her up, and so she called her dad and was basically like, I'm gonna have mom pick me up.
00:47:16.239 --> 00:47:17.119
And he was like, Well, why?
00:47:17.199 --> 00:47:18.000
Why can't I?
00:47:18.320 --> 00:47:20.159
And this is what I don't like though.
00:47:20.320 --> 00:47:25.760
Is like she told him, Oh, well, mom knows the other girl's mom that I'm going home with, and so you know that's just easier.
00:47:26.000 --> 00:47:26.800
But what's the real reason?
00:47:27.119 --> 00:47:29.519
She doesn't trust that he'll be there on time because that's what she kept saying.
00:47:29.599 --> 00:47:34.239
I don't know if I'll be there, he doesn't know where to go, he won't, he won't about him not wanting to knowing where to go.
00:47:34.400 --> 00:47:45.440
I have been at places with him tens of times where he has not been on time, and I have been with your kids on his days waiting for their father, calming them down because he does not fucking show up.
00:47:45.599 --> 00:47:45.920
Yeah.
00:47:46.079 --> 00:47:50.000
Well, and I don't blame my child for choosing the path of least resistance, right?
00:47:50.239 --> 00:47:51.519
She's young, she's 12.
00:47:51.679 --> 00:47:56.480
But what it does do is it fuels my ex-husband's rage at me.
00:47:56.800 --> 00:48:06.480
And continues the communication, and continues it and his frustration, and I'm sure that's why he sent me that message about the dentist or whatever, because he's all pissed off about this issue as well.
00:48:06.800 --> 00:48:08.480
And he fucking is obsessed with the dentist.
00:48:08.719 --> 00:48:12.320
He's like, oldest child hasn't been to the dentist in December.
00:48:12.400 --> 00:48:14.639
Uh I haven't been to the dentist in four years, you guys.
00:48:14.880 --> 00:48:16.880
I mean, this is why he takes care of the dentist.
00:48:17.119 --> 00:48:17.519
Kids are different.
00:48:17.679 --> 00:48:18.480
You're a piece of chill.
00:48:18.719 --> 00:48:18.880
Jeez.
00:48:19.280 --> 00:48:19.760
Stop up.
00:48:20.079 --> 00:48:21.519
When was the last time you went to the dentist?
00:48:21.599 --> 00:48:22.719
I go every six months on the mark.
00:48:22.960 --> 00:48:23.360
Do you really?
00:48:23.519 --> 00:48:24.880
Oh, I'm really, yeah.
00:48:25.199 --> 00:48:26.400
Wow, good for you.
00:48:26.559 --> 00:48:26.800
Yeah.
00:48:26.880 --> 00:48:28.639
And the kids too, because I'm just like really.
00:48:29.119 --> 00:48:30.960
I have a lot of dental anxiety too.
00:48:31.199 --> 00:48:34.639
The weird thing is, is there's like four people on my team at work.
00:48:34.800 --> 00:48:37.280
Yeah that we're all on the same six month schedule.
00:48:37.440 --> 00:48:38.400
So the dentist?
00:48:38.559 --> 00:48:38.719
Yeah.
00:48:38.800 --> 00:48:41.840
So there'll be one week every six months that everybody's like my dentist.
00:48:42.639 --> 00:48:45.360
It's super random, like not on purpose, but yeah, yeah.
00:48:45.519 --> 00:48:50.800
I I enjoy the dentist and I feel really grateful for that because my sister, like you, has severe dental anxiety.
00:48:51.199 --> 00:48:52.239
It's a very real thing.
00:48:52.480 --> 00:48:56.320
Well, and with that, I did do the dentist for my kids for the first seven years of their life.
00:48:56.400 --> 00:48:56.639
Right.
00:48:56.800 --> 00:49:02.000
Every freaking six months, if not more, when kids had to get cavities, all the things, all the things.
00:49:02.480 --> 00:49:04.639
And I do all of the orthodontists.
00:49:05.119 --> 00:49:07.599
He has never brought them to one single orthodontist appointment ever.
00:49:07.679 --> 00:49:09.599
And we've had two kids that have had braces so far.
00:49:09.760 --> 00:49:13.519
But I just thought it was like just very convenient timing of like of course it is.
00:49:13.760 --> 00:49:14.559
Even the dentist.
00:49:15.119 --> 00:49:17.519
Oh, shut the f up about the stupid dentist.
00:49:18.000 --> 00:49:18.719
You never go to the dentist.
00:49:18.800 --> 00:49:19.199
That's fine.
00:49:19.280 --> 00:49:19.599
Let me know.
00:49:19.760 --> 00:49:19.840
Right?
00:49:19.920 --> 00:49:22.320
And my ex-husband hadn't been to the dentist in a longer time than I had.
00:49:22.639 --> 00:49:25.519
He is like that's jokes only.
00:49:25.679 --> 00:49:28.400
Like, yeah, one of the things that never have the best teeth.
00:49:28.960 --> 00:49:36.960
Well, actually, I have straight teeth, but as a kid, I was I've always had like cavities and I've had a couple root canals and so normal stuff.
00:49:37.039 --> 00:49:38.719
So I take care of my teeth.
00:49:39.039 --> 00:49:44.079
But the idea of sitting in that chair and watching that it's just enough.
00:49:44.320 --> 00:49:45.760
I'm like, you know, yeah.
00:49:45.920 --> 00:49:47.440
I I whiten my teeth at home.
00:49:47.599 --> 00:49:50.960
I'm obsessive about I brush my teeth like 17 times a day, you know this.
00:49:51.039 --> 00:49:51.280
Yeah.
00:49:51.519 --> 00:49:54.079
And floss them twice a day, at least, if not more.
00:49:54.159 --> 00:49:54.960
It's like a crazy thing.
00:49:56.480 --> 00:49:56.800
Uh-huh.
00:49:56.880 --> 00:50:00.559
Because I feel like I have to get like it's because it's like a dental anxiety thing.
00:50:01.199 --> 00:50:03.280
I haven't flossed my teeth since the dentist didn't.
00:50:03.440 --> 00:50:03.519
No.
00:50:04.880 --> 00:50:06.000
You don't floss your teeth?
00:50:06.159 --> 00:50:06.400
Never.
00:50:06.559 --> 00:50:07.519
You guys.
00:50:07.760 --> 00:50:08.239
Never.
00:50:08.480 --> 00:50:10.800
I know my girlfriend was over and was like, Do you have any teeth floss?
00:50:10.880 --> 00:50:11.599
And I was like, measure.
00:50:12.000 --> 00:50:13.679
And I had to like go dig for it, and I have some.
00:50:13.920 --> 00:50:14.880
Oh, at least you found some.
00:50:14.960 --> 00:50:17.440
You're like, actually, I must have just ran out yesterday.
00:50:17.519 --> 00:50:18.639
I don't, oh shit.
00:50:19.199 --> 00:50:21.280
I was like, is she gonna start asking me for floss?
00:50:21.440 --> 00:50:24.239
But my middle daughter also is a really obsessive flosser.
00:50:24.400 --> 00:50:25.039
Oh, weird.
00:50:25.360 --> 00:50:27.840
I ran out of floss the other night and I was like, You could have called me.
00:50:27.920 --> 00:50:28.719
I was like, hey middle daughter.
00:50:28.800 --> 00:50:29.599
I was like, Do you have any floss?
00:50:29.679 --> 00:50:30.960
She was like, I just ran out yesterday.
00:50:31.119 --> 00:50:32.159
I was like, oh yeah, I found some.
00:50:32.239 --> 00:50:33.280
She's like, oh great, give it to me.
00:50:33.360 --> 00:50:34.000
And I was like, no, no.
00:50:34.400 --> 00:50:36.159
Oh my god, call me next time I found my floss.
00:50:36.559 --> 00:50:37.360
Fight for the floss.
00:50:37.760 --> 00:50:38.079
So funny.
00:50:38.480 --> 00:50:39.199
Floss another way.
00:50:39.679 --> 00:50:40.239
So funny.
00:50:40.480 --> 00:50:43.519
No, I like flossing has never been like I do I get so bored.
00:50:43.840 --> 00:50:44.639
Well, just you know what?
00:50:44.719 --> 00:50:47.760
Just like women wasn't weren't your thing for a little bit.
00:50:48.000 --> 00:50:50.320
Then you got back to women, you could get back to flossing.
00:50:50.719 --> 00:50:51.519
I never started.
00:50:51.840 --> 00:50:52.960
You can when you were a kid.
00:50:54.639 --> 00:50:54.880
Never.
00:50:55.119 --> 00:50:58.239
Oh never once never once flossed.
00:50:58.559 --> 00:51:01.760
I have three parents and none of them have teeth.
00:51:02.400 --> 00:51:02.800
Shut up.
00:51:03.039 --> 00:51:03.519
That's not a joke.
00:51:03.840 --> 00:51:04.480
They don't have teeth.
00:51:04.880 --> 00:51:05.760
No, they all have denters.
00:51:06.000 --> 00:51:06.559
Oh my god.
00:51:06.800 --> 00:51:07.519
Drugs are bad guys.
00:51:07.840 --> 00:51:08.559
Girl floss.
00:51:09.039 --> 00:51:10.880
Well, I don't do drugs, so I think that's gonna happen.
00:51:11.119 --> 00:51:12.000
Okay, yeah, you know what?
00:51:12.079 --> 00:51:12.719
It's one or the other.
00:51:13.599 --> 00:51:14.239
You can't do both.
00:51:14.400 --> 00:51:15.679
You can't do drugs and not floss.
00:51:16.159 --> 00:51:17.840
It's like you can't commit two crimes at the same time.
00:51:18.159 --> 00:51:19.360
Don't drink and drive while speeding.
00:51:19.440 --> 00:51:19.519
Yeah.
00:51:19.679 --> 00:51:21.119
Okay, so don't be stupid.
00:51:21.440 --> 00:51:22.880
Don't be hot and drive a car.
00:51:23.199 --> 00:51:23.440
Yeah.
00:51:23.599 --> 00:51:30.239
You have to you either can be a drug addict and floss your teeth, or don't be a drug addict and you don't have to floss your teeth.
00:51:30.480 --> 00:51:31.119
I took that route.
00:51:31.360 --> 00:51:32.480
I don't I don't know if you said that right.
00:51:32.719 --> 00:51:33.519
Same over time.
00:51:33.920 --> 00:51:35.760
If you want to be a drug addict, you have to floss your teeth.
00:51:35.920 --> 00:51:36.400
Okay, yes.
00:51:36.639 --> 00:51:36.719
Okay.
00:51:36.960 --> 00:51:38.400
If you don't do drugs, you don't have to floss your teeth.
00:51:38.559 --> 00:51:38.800
Okay, yes.
00:51:41.840 --> 00:51:44.400
Well, Daddy, close your ears.
00:51:44.800 --> 00:51:46.320
I'm choosing the floss route.
00:51:46.480 --> 00:51:47.360
You know what that means.
00:51:48.000 --> 00:51:48.800
That's funny.
00:51:49.119 --> 00:51:50.000
It does never happen.
00:51:50.159 --> 00:51:50.559
I know.
00:51:50.639 --> 00:51:50.880
All right.
00:51:50.960 --> 00:51:52.719
Well might be the worst thing that happened to me this week.
00:51:52.800 --> 00:51:53.760
Go floss your teeth, bitch.
00:51:53.840 --> 00:51:56.079
Because I just found out that I don't floss with you on the bear.
00:51:56.320 --> 00:51:57.519
I'm gonna make you go floss right now.
00:51:57.599 --> 00:51:58.320
See you with the feds.
00:51:58.800 --> 00:51:59.599
Okay, see you with the feds.
00:51:59.760 --> 00:51:59.920
Bye.
00:52:00.559 --> 00:52:01.039
Obsess.
00:52:02.480 --> 00:52:03.360
Obsess.
00:52:03.760 --> 00:52:05.920
Why are you so obsessed with them?
00:52:09.360 --> 00:52:15.039
When uh why you so obsessed with them?
00:52:15.360 --> 00:52:17.280
Why are you so obsessed with them?
