ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Today on the podcast, I’m talking with Christa MacDonald, a hospice nurse, mother, and someone who has spent more than twenty years walking alongside people at the end of their lives. Through her work, Christa has witnessed some of the most honest moments we experience as humans — moments filled with love, fear, reflection, and deep connection.
Over time, and through her own experiences with loss, Christa came to understand that grief isn’t something to fix or move past — it’s something to be honored. That understanding led her to create GLADD, a space where people can talk about grief openly and feel less alone. She’s also the author of 8 Lessons the Dying Taught Me, which shares what end-of-life moments teach us about living and loving more fully.
Grab your favorite beverage, get comfy and listen to the wisdom Christa brings around grief, love, and what remains after loss.
