ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this episode of Heart Like Harriet, host Giselle Phelps chats with dancer and activist Dexter Mayfield about freedom in creativity. Dexter is living proof that authenticity is its own superpower. He is a dynamic performer, plus-size model, and an unapologetically joyful presence in both entertainment and fashion. From Texas roots to global stages, Dexter has danced alongside icons like Jennifer Lopez and Taylor Swift. He's also judged talent on the TV show "Come Dance With Me", and transformed red carpets and runways into spaces of bold self-expression.
