ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this episode, we are joined by returning guest Holly Erin Copeland, an author, speaker, and former ecologist who now guides others through the transformative practice of inner rewilding. In this conversation, we explore what it means to truly reconnect with the land, the importance of listening to our inner wisdom, and how falling in love with our own nature can shape our relationship with the Earth.
You'll hear Holly share powerful moments from her personal journey: leaving a conventional career for a life guided by deeper purpose, navigating major life changes, and finding peace through practices of daily connection. The conversation delves into the Four Pillars of Inner Rewilding, Awaken, Attune, Allow, and Align—and offers practical insights on how we can move beyond the urge to “fix” ourselves and the planet to embrace presence, simplicity, and authentic belonging.
Join einav avni and Holly Erin Copeland for an honest and inspiring dialogue about healing, courage, and the magic of living in relationship with the world—both inside and out.
