ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Amy Stokes-Waters joined us in the studio to talk through how to protect yourself against cyber attacks. Every day we are all targeted in one way another and most of us underestimate the risk of ransomware or other cyber attacks, especially in business. Amy has been working in the info sec space for a while now helping translate complicated security concepts to customers in a way they understand and can use to protect themselves. Every business needs to ensure it has a proper security update process in place, uses multi-factor authentication and regularly assess their security posture. As with most things, prevention is cheaper than reaction.
