ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Scott Presler has been warning about Minnesota’s voter vouching law for a long time. Now James O’Keefe’s undercover videos from the primary have put it front and center.Under the law, one registered voter can vouch for up to eight unregistered people so they can vote without showing ID. O’Keefe’s team tested it on camera. Presler says there’s little real tracking and calls the whole system a major vulnerability. He’s tying it directly to the need for the SAVE America Act.
