ABOUT THIS EPISODE
This is the final episode of a series I have been doing over the last couple of months about great ideas and quotes from an outstanding book called "Organize Your Team Today," by Dr. Jason Selk and Tom Bartow. I learned so much from this book, and you will, too. As I have been saying from the start of the series, I highly recommend you pick it up. You can also find it under the title, "Lead Any Team to Win."
Last week, I talked about Chapter 8 - "The Attack Mentality: Attack, Always Attack." This week we wrap up with a chapter talking about the importance of always being prepared to make adjustments to the plan you are working on executing and how to do so.
I've really enjoyed bringing this book to you. I am considering doing something similar with other books and creating a podcast that focuses on the great ideas and quotes from books that I have found inspirational and impactful on my teaching, coaching, team-building, leadership, and life. Would you be interested in having me do something like that? Email me at scott@slamdunksuccess.com and let me know if that sounds like something you would like.

Our new background music, starting with Episode 300, is "Pulse of Time - Corporate Rock" by TunePocket.
