We're already mid season, so it's time for an OG episode!
We've had so many incredible guests on this season, and we have PLENTY more to come, but we like to come on a couple times throughout the season to talk about a topic that is on our mind lately, which today is... Moving Forward During Burnout.
Of course, we're not therapists, and we always love to send you off more inspired than when you start the episode, but this topic is tough!! We don't shy away from how we've been feeling starting a business, crowd-funding for a feature, being in production for Season 5 of this podcast, being in post for a short film AND a web-isode, AND working in our individual careers, plus you know... personal lives and family responsibilities. It's A LOT.
On this episode, we talk about being really honest with yourself, naming where you are at, and how to move through that tough period while being kind to yourself, and staying true to the passions and goals you have.
