GFTM Multiversal Fantasy Draft

WEBVTT
00:00.102 --> 00:02.103
[SPEAKER_01]: Hey everybody, this is your boy John A.K.A.
00:02.123 --> 00:11.666
[SPEAKER_01]: Captain Lestash here, and on today's episode of Geeks on the Multiverse podcast, we're gonna be talking about our fantasy football multiverse draft.
00:12.266 --> 00:14.286
[SPEAKER_01]: So, let's get Geeky.
00:18.248 --> 00:22.729
[SPEAKER_00]: Where Geeks from the Multiverse, we've come to unite all Geeks.
00:23.289 --> 00:28.391
[SPEAKER_00]: Now it's time to get Geeky and died right in, cause where Geeks from the Multiverse,
00:37.486 --> 00:42.469
[SPEAKER_02]: Hey everybody, welcome to another new episode of Geesh on the Multiverse, and that's right.
00:42.509 --> 00:48.232
[SPEAKER_02]: We are doing our multiversal fantasy football draft in this episode.
00:48.272 --> 01:02.801
[SPEAKER_02]: We are going to be drafting any kind of geek culture, fictional, multiverse character for our individual fantasy football teams, but before we do that,
01:07.712 --> 01:10.095
[SPEAKER_02]: I am one of your hosts, Grumpy Beard, and with me as always.
01:10.455 --> 01:11.776
[SPEAKER_02]: Captain, let's stash.
01:11.816 --> 01:12.937
[SPEAKER_01]: How you doing, y'all?
01:12.957 --> 01:13.558
[SPEAKER_01]: Please wait a minute.
01:13.678 --> 01:15.379
[SPEAKER_01]: Why did you go to hell with that?
01:15.399 --> 01:16.080
[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, what was that?
01:16.340 --> 01:18.322
[SPEAKER_01]: Look, I'd say, Mr. Coffee Beard.
01:18.342 --> 01:19.623
[SPEAKER_01]: You don't even do that for me.
01:19.783 --> 01:21.225
[SPEAKER_01]: You're not like doing this.
01:21.285 --> 01:22.446
[SPEAKER_01]: Cavalistash.
01:22.486 --> 01:25.929
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I don't even doing that or something like that.
01:25.969 --> 01:26.890
[SPEAKER_01]: Matt, no, no.
01:26.930 --> 01:30.072
[SPEAKER_01]: He's just like introduced yourself, but on you, pal.
01:30.673 --> 01:31.854
[SPEAKER_01]: He's like, are you fucking done yet?
01:32.174 --> 01:32.675
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, I am.
01:33.115 --> 01:37.919
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyways, yes, what we're talking about this multiverse draft that we're talking about here.
01:38.239 --> 01:50.989
[SPEAKER_01]: It's very interesting because, you know, I never would've thought we would've actually done something like this, but I really think it's kind of cool and I think what we should do doesn't have to be every time like every season, but maybe maybe we do something different each time.
01:51.845 --> 01:53.927
[SPEAKER_01]: you know, for like maybe like football drafts and things like that.
01:53.967 --> 01:55.229
[SPEAKER_01]: Like people that we would want to do.
01:55.269 --> 01:55.549
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
01:55.850 --> 01:57.031
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I've just think about it a little bit more.
01:57.051 --> 02:02.417
[SPEAKER_01]: But it is interesting to see how well you and I come up with different players.
02:02.918 --> 02:08.484
[SPEAKER_01]: And of course, our defense and it's interesting is that I don't know yours.
02:08.604 --> 02:12.408
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's probably in the main folder, but I really didn't open it to look at it.
02:13.129 --> 02:16.132
[SPEAKER_01]: And you have no idea what what I chose you're right.
02:16.192 --> 02:38.812
[SPEAKER_02]: And so actually let's just say I put it in the completely separate folder that I know you wouldn't look at and that's what I did for the time being But it doesn't matter now because we're about to find out each other's about to find out but before we get to that I do want to do a little CTA action here because Listen, it's not just about us recording these and then putting them out there like
02:39.914 --> 02:45.717
[SPEAKER_02]: We want to tell you about how to connect with us and how to get more if you want more.

[SPEAKER_02]: Even my books are on there.
03:33.420 --> 03:34.320
[SPEAKER_01]: I wasn't going to say this.
03:35.141 --> 03:39.305
[SPEAKER_01]: If you want to directly tell Matt something, just say,
03:40.293 --> 03:41.533
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want to talk to John.
03:42.314 --> 03:44.174
[SPEAKER_02]: I want to talk to you.
03:44.194 --> 03:45.335
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, we're doing this right now.
03:45.395 --> 03:45.675
[SPEAKER_02]: Are we?
03:45.895 --> 03:47.156
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I'm just saying.
03:48.116 --> 03:49.977
[SPEAKER_01]: Just make sure it's just not John.
03:50.057 --> 03:50.757
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the other guy.
03:50.857 --> 03:51.357
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the other guy.
03:51.377 --> 03:52.598
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just the other guy.
03:53.118 --> 03:53.538
[SPEAKER_02]: Apparently.
03:53.918 --> 03:54.138
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
03:54.378 --> 03:54.918
[SPEAKER_02]: That's just me.
03:54.959 --> 03:55.659
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm the other.
03:55.719 --> 03:56.819
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm the other guy.
03:56.859 --> 03:58.160
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just so clear.
03:58.480 --> 04:00.381
[SPEAKER_01]: Just say, I don't want to talk to John.
04:00.401 --> 04:01.761
[SPEAKER_01]: I want to talk to the other guy.
04:02.061 --> 04:02.721
[SPEAKER_01]: So what do you say?
04:02.741 --> 04:03.362
[SPEAKER_01]: I did your message.
04:03.382 --> 04:05.402
[SPEAKER_01]: Just make sure he knows so that the other guy.
04:05.422 --> 04:05.622
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
04:05.723 --> 04:06.703
[SPEAKER_03]: Get respond to you.
04:07.215 --> 04:16.268
[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm going to move on from that because that sucks, uh, but yes, what we're doing, uh, we're calling it our multiversal fantasy football draft.
04:17.530 --> 04:17.971
[SPEAKER_02]: We are.
04:19.791 --> 04:29.595
[SPEAKER_02]: Building these competing fantasy football teams using fictional characters from across the multiverse and seeing who can put together a better team.
04:30.336 --> 04:33.177
[SPEAKER_02]: Listen, I don't know if at the end of the day we're going to agree.
04:33.837 --> 04:34.517
[SPEAKER_02]: We probably won't.
04:34.658 --> 04:35.438
[SPEAKER_02]: We probably won't.
04:35.978 --> 04:36.778
[SPEAKER_02]: But we're going to try.
04:36.839 --> 04:37.439
[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to try.
04:37.519 --> 04:39.520
[SPEAKER_02]: So we're going to forget.
04:40.463 --> 04:45.206
[SPEAKER_02]: Player rankings, combine numbers, or actual football experience for that matter.
04:46.147 --> 04:59.776
[SPEAKER_02]: The entire fictional multiverse is our draft pool, so Marvel, DC, Star Wars, video games, horror, sci-fi, cartoons, movies, television, whatever, if they're fictional, they're potentially getting their own jersey.
05:00.376 --> 05:05.240
[SPEAKER_02]: Just saying, so we're going to go position by position, we're going to reveal our picks.
05:06.288 --> 05:16.859
[SPEAKER_02]: And then we're going to explain a little bit why the characters, powers, physical abilities and intelligence or whatever skills that they possess would allow them to excel at that position.
05:19.461 --> 05:22.945
[SPEAKER_02]: The goal is in for us to just draft the most powerful characters.
05:23.886 --> 05:28.390
[SPEAKER_02]: It's figuring out which fictional character have abilities that could make them
05:29.953 --> 05:32.194
[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely ridiculous in their position.
05:32.254 --> 05:37.796
[SPEAKER_02]: So we're going with a, I think it's like a typical fantasy football roster, right?
05:37.816 --> 05:38.656
[SPEAKER_02]: We have a quarterback.
05:39.256 --> 05:51.340
[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to do two running backs, two wide receivers, a tight end, a flex position, which is your running back wide receiver tight end, a kicker and a defense slash special team.
05:51.420 --> 05:57.122
[SPEAKER_02]: So there's nine roster selections per host, I don't know if you want to do the rules.
05:58.845 --> 06:00.325
[SPEAKER_02]: sure I'll do the rules here.
06:00.385 --> 06:05.007
[SPEAKER_01]: So the rules we have in place, we just go right here.
06:05.067 --> 06:15.389
[SPEAKER_01]: So, any fictional character from movies, television, comics, video games, animation, or other fictional universes is basically eligible and can be used.
06:15.470 --> 06:15.770
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
06:15.810 --> 06:23.732
[SPEAKER_01]: So in this case, QB running back, wide receiver, tight end, flex, and kicker must be individual fictional characters.
06:23.792 --> 06:28.053
[SPEAKER_01]: No teams, no groups, no armies or organizations that can fill these positions.
06:28.573 --> 06:31.675
[SPEAKER_01]: The only exception is going to be our defense slash special teams, right?
06:31.695 --> 06:37.979
[SPEAKER_01]: So in established fictional team group army organization, all that stuff can be selected as a defense slash specialist team unit.
06:38.580 --> 06:47.005
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, the characters retain their established powers, physical abilities, intelligence skills, super speed is super speed, super strength, super strength, super strength, so on and so forth.
06:47.505 --> 06:53.709
[SPEAKER_01]: Powers are allowed as long as they're used, sorry, does not independently violate the basic rules of football.
06:54.590 --> 06:57.292
[SPEAKER_01]: So having super speed is legal, teleportation is legal.
06:58.615 --> 07:04.298
[SPEAKER_01]: Creating additional players on the field through duplication would still create a too many player situation.
07:04.358 --> 07:04.978
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's true.
07:05.819 --> 07:08.120
[SPEAKER_01]: So pick should make positional sense.
07:08.400 --> 07:17.105
[SPEAKER_01]: Each host must briefly explain why that character's particular abilities would make them excel at the position rather than simply picking a powerful or favorite character.
07:17.865 --> 07:23.515
[SPEAKER_01]: And then once an individual character has been selected, the character is off the board and cannot be selected by the other host.
07:24.136 --> 07:31.048
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, drafting a group as a defense slash special teams does not remove the individual members of that group from the player pool.
07:32.867 --> 07:34.588
[SPEAKER_01]: And then, oh, geez, I didn't realize how long this was.
07:34.889 --> 07:40.453
[SPEAKER_01]: Flex can be filled by any, sorry, an additional RB or running back or wide receiver or tight end.
07:40.954 --> 07:43.856
[SPEAKER_01]: There's no bench, so every drafted character is a starter.
07:44.597 --> 07:46.898
[SPEAKER_01]: Each host prepares their own selections beforehand.
07:46.998 --> 07:53.764
[SPEAKER_01]: Picks remain secret from the other hosts until they are revealed during the episode, which, like we said, we have no idea at this point.
07:54.164 --> 07:58.228
[SPEAKER_01]: So backup selections are encouraged in case the other host takes your intent and character first.
07:59.122 --> 08:09.172
[SPEAKER_01]: And then finally football rules still apply, having powers doesn't give someone permission to commit holding on this say reference to many players in the field or normal or other normal penalties.
08:09.592 --> 08:15.178
[SPEAKER_01]: The fun is finding characters whose abilities let them exploit football without technically breaking its rules.
08:16.038 --> 08:16.358
[SPEAKER_02]: correct.
08:16.899 --> 08:28.051
[SPEAKER_02]: So so I have a spin the wheel with our names put into it and I am going to just hit spin and see what it's going to land on.
08:28.091 --> 08:30.974
[SPEAKER_02]: And that person will have the first pick we're going to start with QB.
08:32.816 --> 08:33.397
[SPEAKER_02]: And here we go.
08:33.437 --> 08:34.178
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to hit the button.
08:34.338 --> 08:37.742
[SPEAKER_02]: It's spinning spinning spinning and who's the land on?
08:41.774 --> 08:43.816
[SPEAKER_01]: It is John, look at that.
08:44.216 --> 08:46.458
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't even know, but okay, you know what, I'll do that.
08:47.459 --> 08:53.385
[SPEAKER_01]: So, since again, we don't know each other stuff, right?
08:54.446 --> 09:00.011
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm, because I was, you know, I was thinking about it and I,
09:01.613 --> 09:06.955
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's just say that, you know, of course in a lot of our episodes, we'd use AI as a tool and things like that.
09:07.655 --> 09:15.997
[SPEAKER_01]: So I did help, you know, let me create some of these characters and, you know, try to figure out the best choice, but I will say this.
09:17.118 --> 09:23.340
[SPEAKER_01]: My number one pick for quarterback will be Spider-Man.
09:31.610 --> 09:32.451
[SPEAKER_01]: No, we did not.
09:32.471 --> 09:34.832
[SPEAKER_01]: Good, that's actually great because I was wondering if that was the case.
09:35.192 --> 09:39.094
[SPEAKER_01]: So, here's the reason why I'd say Spider-Man would be a really good choice.
09:40.155 --> 09:43.597
[SPEAKER_01]: So, Spider-Man might secretly be an absurd quarterback.
09:44.237 --> 09:44.718
[SPEAKER_01]: That is true.
09:45.318 --> 09:48.220
[SPEAKER_01]: Superhuman strength gives him ridiculous throwing power.
09:48.480 --> 09:54.223
[SPEAKER_01]: Enhances reflexes help some avoid pressure, agility makes some danger outside the pocket.
09:55.744 --> 10:00.387
[SPEAKER_01]: And, if you think about Spider sense here, basically tells him when the patch rush is coming.
10:01.158 --> 10:09.248
[SPEAKER_01]: He doesn't need to see the blitz because his nervous system already sent him the notification, right?
10:09.268 --> 10:14.995
[SPEAKER_01]: So spider sense basically is the world's most unfair pocket awareness defense coordinator since six guys.
10:15.355 --> 10:17.658
[SPEAKER_01]: Peter already knows before the life packer does.
10:18.459 --> 10:19.400
[SPEAKER_01]: So you know what?
10:21.627 --> 10:24.910
[SPEAKER_01]: That's probably a good, I feel like this is a good choice.
10:25.591 --> 10:26.932
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think it's breaking any rules.
10:27.092 --> 10:41.564
[SPEAKER_01]: I think when you're thinking about it, I mean, if he's running around, he's doing whatever, I mean, I mean, the only thing I would say is a little hard for this one is that if he uses his webs, I don't know if that's legal, that's certainly.
10:41.925 --> 10:42.125
[SPEAKER_01]: But.
10:43.228 --> 11:07.482
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, he does pretty well, it's not like superhuman speed, but he does, you know, I feel like he could be really good at joking, and like if still if he needed to run, I feel like he'd be fine with doing that, but again, even throwing his abilities, like if you just throw in the ball, I mean, think about even Spider-Man, what was it with Andrew Garfield, like the way he was like throwing the football back to him, like it kind of gives you.
11:08.928 --> 11:10.510
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that explanation, that's just me.
11:11.231 --> 11:14.274
[SPEAKER_01]: I think in my opinion, Spider-Man, I think is a good choice.
11:15.175 --> 11:25.628
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so my choice for QB, and I had to, and I kind of went back and forth between the two of these, and I am settling on Captain America.
11:26.489 --> 11:27.370
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, you know what's funny?
11:29.036 --> 11:31.918
[SPEAKER_01]: It gave me Captain America as a number one backup choice.
11:32.158 --> 11:32.479
[SPEAKER_01]: It did.
11:32.639 --> 11:33.720
[SPEAKER_01]: It literally said that to me.
11:33.740 --> 11:36.502
[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, eh, I was debatable.
11:36.582 --> 11:37.523
[SPEAKER_01]: I was thinking of it.
11:37.783 --> 11:43.107
[SPEAKER_02]: So for me, like, it's not because he's the leader of the Avengers.
11:43.607 --> 11:52.694
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he's got a complete physical package for the position enhanced strength, speed, agility, reflexes, the endurance, and the durability.
11:53.175 --> 11:55.556
[SPEAKER_02]: So he can stand in the pocket and take a hit,
11:56.597 --> 12:06.924
[SPEAKER_02]: He can scramble when everything breaks down and his enhanced strength should give him significantly more throwing range than I would say a normal and if I'll quarterback.
12:14.555 --> 12:21.320
[SPEAKER_02]: He's calculating angles, moving targets, rebounds, and timing while people are actively trying to kill him.
12:22.361 --> 12:33.830
[SPEAKER_02]: So translating that kind of hand-eye coordination and precision to throwing a football, I think it gives me somebody who should be able to put the ball exactly where it needs to go.
12:34.671 --> 12:41.937
[SPEAKER_02]: And then just the way that he thinks, he's a battlefield strategist,
12:43.840 --> 12:48.142
[SPEAKER_02]: He can process like what's happening around him and adjust on the fly.
12:48.182 --> 12:56.386
[SPEAKER_02]: So reading a defense is just like that tactical problem that he's going to try to figure out and maneuver around.
12:56.406 --> 12:58.807
[SPEAKER_02]: So that's why I went with Captain America.
12:59.348 --> 13:01.309
[SPEAKER_01]: So I will say this.
13:02.389 --> 13:07.972
[SPEAKER_01]: I think, I think, both of us so far, it's very hard to tell.
13:08.943 --> 13:14.205
[SPEAKER_01]: because I do agree that, you know, cap, especially accuracy-wise would be really great.
13:14.285 --> 13:16.726
[SPEAKER_01]: And I mean, yes, his ability to throw the ball pretty well.
13:17.446 --> 13:20.167
[SPEAKER_01]: And as well as his speed, is definitely going to help.
13:21.327 --> 13:23.588
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, and this is where I'm saying you like Spiderman.
13:23.628 --> 13:31.270
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I'm not, because Spiderman is accurate too, but not probably in the level of accuracy that cap would have.
13:32.031 --> 13:38.033
[SPEAKER_01]: So I will debate myself on that, but I will be interested, I would be very interested to see how those two
13:39.045 --> 13:42.547
[SPEAKER_01]: would play, you know, and especially in a football scenario here.
13:42.907 --> 13:43.087
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
13:43.227 --> 13:44.308
[SPEAKER_02]: No, it would be very interesting.
13:45.068 --> 13:48.170
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, I guess my next question to you is this, because it wasn't mentioned in the rules.
13:48.990 --> 13:55.374
[SPEAKER_01]: Do we want to spend every time for each position or do we want to just continue like what we're doing right now?
13:55.434 --> 13:56.955
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I think we just keep going back and forth.
13:57.135 --> 13:57.616
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
13:57.636 --> 14:02.280
[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, no, so it's so because I even went first, I'm going again, right, or right.
14:02.400 --> 14:04.862
[SPEAKER_01]: I just, yeah, I just, you made your choice.
14:04.922 --> 14:09.686
[SPEAKER_02]: I made my choice and now we're gonna move to our RB1 position.
14:09.706 --> 14:10.566
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
14:10.606 --> 14:12.888
[SPEAKER_02]: So this would be your choice for RB1.
14:14.530 --> 14:14.790
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
14:15.631 --> 14:16.131
[SPEAKER_02]: Hmm.
14:17.052 --> 14:20.234
[SPEAKER_01]: See, this is a tough one.
14:20.715 --> 14:20.935
[SPEAKER_01]: But.
14:21.837 --> 14:26.681
[SPEAKER_01]: Because I'll tell you, I will say two of my choices, okay?
14:28.642 --> 14:33.085
[SPEAKER_01]: So for RB1, I was debating on this, right?
14:33.125 --> 14:39.970
[SPEAKER_01]: So it was between the flash, okay?
14:40.571 --> 14:43.253
[SPEAKER_01]: In Nightcrawler.
14:44.293 --> 14:50.338
[SPEAKER_01]: I liked both, but I wanna go with Nightcrawler.
14:51.263 --> 14:59.145
[SPEAKER_01]: OK, so the reason why is because, you know, this is probably going to be like the favorite loophole in the entire draft, right?
14:59.165 --> 15:00.225
[SPEAKER_01]: So when you look at it, right?
15:00.265 --> 15:03.226
[SPEAKER_01]: So the rules specifically allow teleportation, right?
15:03.246 --> 15:06.547
[SPEAKER_01]: So hand, and I crawl of the football bath, right?
15:06.687 --> 15:07.127
[SPEAKER_01]: And zone.
15:07.167 --> 15:07.567
[SPEAKER_01]: That's it.
15:07.627 --> 15:08.287
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the playbook.
15:08.828 --> 15:12.689
[SPEAKER_01]: As long as he possesses the ball and doesn't violate another role, tackling him becomes an
15:19.623 --> 15:27.288
[SPEAKER_01]: This is where, like, I'm saying, like, with him being, you know, as long as he sees where he's going, nobody can catch him.
15:27.768 --> 15:37.515
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, in this way, I'm saying with the flash, I could see why, at first, like, some people would, well, what about SuperSpeed?
15:38.315 --> 15:38.696
[SPEAKER_01]: You could.
15:39.296 --> 15:40.417
[SPEAKER_01]: You absolutely could.
15:41.858 --> 15:44.920
[SPEAKER_01]: But I just, I think, for me with, with, with this one,
15:46.010 --> 16:11.067
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, as long as you if Spider-Man gave him the ball immediately, you know, I don't know, I just I feel like it would just it would be an interesting time I'm not saying like super speed isn't fun and I know the flash has all these other things, but I think also the hard part of this too is is the, you know, like have some what was it like when he starts to speed up and like circles around in all the social and he like throws the lightning bolt.
16:12.372 --> 16:15.933
[SPEAKER_01]: You really don't want to have too many penalties, especially if you're playing a football game.
16:16.293 --> 16:16.473
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
16:16.533 --> 16:20.674
[SPEAKER_01]: And I feel like some of those powers get a little too, too much.
16:20.994 --> 16:26.836
[SPEAKER_01]: And I feel like Nikrol is not going to push that in penalty-wise as much.
16:27.476 --> 16:32.918
[SPEAKER_01]: Where I feel like the flash, he would knock the whole fucking other team down.
16:33.158 --> 16:37.079
[SPEAKER_01]: I, we got a 20 yard penalty because this guy was an asshole and ran us all over.
16:37.679 --> 16:38.339
[SPEAKER_01]: Or something, right?
16:38.359 --> 16:40.340
[SPEAKER_01]: Because I feel like it would happen more with him.
16:41.430 --> 16:47.932
[SPEAKER_01]: Right, because like, it gave me backups, like, Sonic to hedgehog, quick silver, and like, I'm like, but they're all similar.
16:47.972 --> 16:49.512
[SPEAKER_01]: They would be the same effect.
16:50.073 --> 16:51.373
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's where I'm saying it.
16:51.413 --> 16:54.734
[SPEAKER_01]: I think that call it would be my better choice in this one by go ahead.
16:54.934 --> 17:03.497
[SPEAKER_02]: So my RB1, and this is ridiculous.
17:03.577 --> 17:05.417
[SPEAKER_02]: My RB1 is jerk or not.
17:06.798 --> 17:06.958
[SPEAKER_00]: Whoa.
17:09.466 --> 17:18.878
[SPEAKER_02]: So, Juggernaut's like defining characteristic, I think is what I'm looking for as far as like a power running back.
17:19.459 --> 17:24.766
[SPEAKER_02]: Like when he builds momentum, you will not be able to stop him.
17:26.112 --> 17:41.270
[SPEAKER_02]: And that's exactly what I'm looking for in my RB one, like I want somebody who's that power back who's like I'm we're not asking this dude to like dance around defenders and and do for these fancy moves like we're going to hand them the football.
17:43.012 --> 17:45.274
[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to give him a lane and he's just going to go.
17:46.419 --> 17:47.700
[SPEAKER_02]: And that's like what I'm looking for.
17:47.740 --> 17:51.262
[SPEAKER_02]: Like we're looking at a size of strength, the durability.
17:51.402 --> 17:54.984
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he's perfect for short yarded situations.
17:55.244 --> 17:57.365
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you're talking third at one, go online, whatever.
17:57.405 --> 18:00.367
[SPEAKER_02]: Like we're just, you're just going to give the dude the ball.
18:01.607 --> 18:03.569
[SPEAKER_02]: And tell him to do what he does.
18:06.090 --> 18:09.572
[SPEAKER_02]: So that was my choice for our B1 was Dervina.
18:12.353 --> 18:15.195
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm going to say this, you did still one of my picks.
18:15.815 --> 18:16.575
[SPEAKER_01]: Which was that one?
18:18.997 --> 18:21.178
[SPEAKER_01]: Because it was actually going to be my RB2.
18:22.839 --> 18:35.947
[SPEAKER_01]: But, instead, since I'm now looking at this beautiful list that I do have now, there's a lot of good ones in here, but it's probably going to surprise you a little bit.
18:43.831 --> 18:46.592
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, he's like, let's say I've been really fucking worried.
18:47.212 --> 18:47.932
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, think about it.
18:48.012 --> 18:53.194
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, because I mean, it gave me a few other people like Hulk who's one of them.
18:54.354 --> 18:55.014
[SPEAKER_01]: And I get that.
18:55.594 --> 19:00.476
[SPEAKER_01]: But again, we're trying to avoid as many fucking penalties as possible in my opinion.
19:01.396 --> 19:05.717
[SPEAKER_01]: So, I'm not saying Kratos doesn't give me that liability.
19:06.637 --> 19:08.438
[SPEAKER_01]: I also know Hulk would be a liability.
19:09.306 --> 19:12.267
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, a very much liability and all and all aspects.
19:12.327 --> 19:31.753
[SPEAKER_01]: But I think Kratos, if I was to choose Kratos in the newer version, so not not the original like God of Wars, I think if I chose him in the Norse mythology one, because he's a little bit more mature, I think he might be able to
19:32.951 --> 19:35.032
[SPEAKER_01]: Keep his shit at bay for the most part.
19:36.592 --> 19:44.155
[SPEAKER_01]: But the reason why is because, right, I mean, you're talking about the strength, the endurance, and like what you were just saying about like a powerhouse, right?
19:44.495 --> 19:47.396
[SPEAKER_01]: You really just want a freight train.
19:48.457 --> 19:55.059
[SPEAKER_01]: Somebody that can knock the, you know, like knock people over, do what you gotta do, but not like, I mean, Juggernaut will literally,
19:56.637 --> 20:05.246
[SPEAKER_01]: That's I feel like that right now could be your biggest liability because of the fact that this model fucker could literally plow through everybody and have and like up.
20:05.406 --> 20:05.706
[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
20:05.747 --> 20:06.487
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, there you go.
20:06.507 --> 20:07.729
[SPEAKER_01]: There's 20 yards back that way.
20:08.089 --> 20:08.269
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
20:08.610 --> 20:13.975
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I guess it really depends on who we have earned defense because that's the other thing.
20:14.095 --> 20:18.880
[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like if it's like if we choose somebody like the foot plan or something weird like that like
20:19.951 --> 20:34.234
[SPEAKER_02]: juror not killing people well that's what i mean and you're going to have somebody that's like you know justice league or justice game like if you have people that are like super human or aliens or you know and they might have a right they have a certain level of durability i think you're fine
20:34.919 --> 20:35.099
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
20:35.119 --> 20:36.981
[SPEAKER_01]: So I, that's fine.
20:37.001 --> 20:38.903
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I said, with with you choosing juggling.
20:38.943 --> 20:49.372
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, with Kratos, you know, well again, with the the strength, the endurance, the mentality of someone who would have takes being someone stopped on like, through in one personally.
20:49.412 --> 20:55.698
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, so like, I feel like he would be someone that, again, he is in a way, his own powerhouse.
20:55.718 --> 20:57.439
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, he has literally killed gods.
20:58.060 --> 20:59.241
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, mind you.
21:00.485 --> 21:21.881
[SPEAKER_01]: I understand like in this case right now he's probably my biggest liability which is fine depending on which way you know certain things go but I I just feel like the defense Depend on who it is and things like that I feel like for the most part like he could he could still get away and still like try to like
21:23.092 --> 21:26.213
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, you know, maybe some joking, you know, maybe some other things like that.
21:26.293 --> 21:30.354
[SPEAKER_01]: I just feel like he's still a powerhouse enough to to go against some of these other.
21:30.554 --> 21:31.054
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
21:31.214 --> 21:34.615
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he's your, he's your power back where mine was, was Dirkino.
21:34.655 --> 21:42.116
[SPEAKER_02]: So my, my RB2, and I know you had already discussed the flash.
21:42.736 --> 21:43.336
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, here we go.
21:43.376 --> 21:45.617
[SPEAKER_02]: I find for me, mine was quicksover.
21:46.417 --> 21:47.137
[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, okay.
21:47.417 --> 21:49.778
[SPEAKER_02]: So yes, Dirkino beats you.
21:51.352 --> 21:59.057
[SPEAKER_02]: literally by going through you quicksover is a little bit different because he beats you by making sure like you never touch him.
21:59.657 --> 22:02.539
[SPEAKER_02]: So you're talking about what the Fox version of Quicksover.
22:03.120 --> 22:05.441
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm talking whatever quicksover version you want.
22:05.681 --> 22:06.442
[SPEAKER_02]: Not the dead one.
22:07.583 --> 22:08.443
[SPEAKER_02]: Just in general.
22:08.603 --> 22:11.465
[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, I was thinking the Fox one is that's the only one I can think of right now.
22:11.525 --> 22:11.865
[SPEAKER_01]: But yes.
22:12.686 --> 22:15.148
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, I would say comic book version,
22:19.440 --> 22:47.037
[SPEAKER_02]: the justice of now they may be boxed like a little bit better but like I mean fox fox version of quixote but definitely did yes more justice but yes but I think like you look at his super human speed his reaction time once he has the football like that just becomes a nightmare like even if you know if the offensive line even creates a small opening like he doesn't need like a huge hole to stay open for two seconds
22:48.592 --> 22:54.737
[SPEAKER_02]: It's, we're talking in milliseconds, where true, for him.
22:54.817 --> 23:02.143
[SPEAKER_02]: It looks like nobody's moving, but for everybody else, it's like, you know, like it's just like instant.
23:02.943 --> 23:08.308
[SPEAKER_02]: So the acceleration, it gives you options, like,
23:09.440 --> 23:33.519
[SPEAKER_02]: that you wouldn't have with like somebody who's like obviously juggernaut or credo or something like that like just the options of him being able to get into open space and doing whatever the heck he wants yeah is it just becomes dangerous like it's just the speed like he's not a power back but he's he's that that fast paste you know change a pace type of back okay
23:35.887 --> 23:37.368
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I will say so far.
23:37.388 --> 23:42.870
[SPEAKER_01]: It is very interesting to see how these, you know, matchups would play.
23:43.370 --> 23:46.211
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I mean, it would be actually, it's going to be really more interesting.
23:46.251 --> 23:55.815
[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like with the defense, yeah, because that will determine if our running backs and our wide receivers are actually going to do shit, you know, so we'll, we'll see about that.
23:56.015 --> 24:02.798
[SPEAKER_01]: But so for my wide receiver one, okay, we'll see, let's see if I said you did take one
24:06.492 --> 24:07.572
[SPEAKER_01]: So why'd receiver one?
24:08.613 --> 24:10.173
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm choosing Mr.
24:10.193 --> 24:10.734
[SPEAKER_01]: Fantastic.
24:11.734 --> 24:12.454
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I was close.
24:12.795 --> 24:13.215
[SPEAKER_02]: Damn it.
24:13.235 --> 24:14.915
[SPEAKER_02]: I was close.
24:15.135 --> 24:16.136
[SPEAKER_01]: I was close.
24:16.196 --> 24:17.096
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't wait for you as that.
24:17.116 --> 24:18.137
[SPEAKER_01]: I was pretty close.
24:18.197 --> 24:18.997
[SPEAKER_02]: I was pretty close.
24:20.317 --> 24:22.738
[SPEAKER_02]: We went in the same direction, I'll say that.
24:22.758 --> 24:23.879
[SPEAKER_02]: We went in the same direction.
24:23.939 --> 24:25.820
[SPEAKER_01]: Glad I forgot it, because I have curious about this one.
24:25.840 --> 24:26.000
[SPEAKER_01]: So.
24:26.700 --> 24:28.821
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, with with wide receiver one, misfit has the right.
24:28.841 --> 24:29.421
[SPEAKER_01]: So forget it.
24:29.561 --> 24:30.362
[SPEAKER_01]: Separation right.
24:30.382 --> 24:33.543
[SPEAKER_01]: So read Richards has the greatest catch radius and football history right.
24:33.583 --> 24:39.926
[SPEAKER_01]: So ball thrown five yards too high arm stretches ball behind him arm stretches corner thinks he has the perfect coverage.
24:40.366 --> 24:42.747
[SPEAKER_01]: Congratulations three arm is now 12 feet longer.
24:43.327 --> 24:45.988
[SPEAKER_01]: So he's also one of the smartest characters in fiction.
24:46.028 --> 24:49.890
[SPEAKER_01]: So learning routes isn't exactly going to be a challenge for him right.
24:49.910 --> 24:52.031
[SPEAKER_01]: And so the quarterback doesn't overthrow read Richards.
24:52.071 --> 24:54.492
[SPEAKER_01]: He just gives read a more interesting catch.
24:55.172 --> 24:57.635
[SPEAKER_01]: So and this is where I feel like with Mr.
24:57.655 --> 25:08.870
[SPEAKER_01]: Fantastic and I know there's plenty of others like plastic man and so on and so forth, but, you know, this one, because think about I mean, because you when I both agree like, you know, read is definitely someone that can.
25:10.107 --> 25:12.748
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it kind of also be like a leader in some way.
25:12.768 --> 25:14.609
[SPEAKER_01]: So like depending on the group of people, right?
25:14.629 --> 25:21.691
[SPEAKER_01]: So like, like so far, I mean, Spider-Man's good, but like he can look to read to maybe, you know, think about different plays and do all this, too.
25:21.711 --> 25:26.913
[SPEAKER_01]: So I feel like the intelligence plus his ability to, you know, I mean, because think about it.
25:26.933 --> 25:31.335
[SPEAKER_01]: If you, let's say he's stretching his body and he's making himself really tall.
25:32.416 --> 25:50.761
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I mean, unless somebody's like going to like juggernaut, you know, like someone like that, just going to like knock his ass over, or get maybe he turns into a fucking balloon or, you know, whatever the case may be, he just, I don't know, I feel like in this case, it is going to be very hard to get a hold of him.
25:51.572 --> 25:58.673
[SPEAKER_01]: But I am curious, Matt, because now that you, you when I have both said that we have very similar picks, I'm curious to know what your pick is.
25:59.254 --> 26:02.734
[SPEAKER_02]: You've actually already said his name, but I'd show for my wide receiver one.
26:02.754 --> 26:03.394
[SPEAKER_02]: Let me guess.
26:03.434 --> 26:03.774
[SPEAKER_02]: Go ahead.
26:04.034 --> 26:04.675
[SPEAKER_02]: Plastic, man.
26:04.915 --> 26:05.555
[SPEAKER_01]: Not surprised.
26:06.215 --> 26:08.575
[SPEAKER_02]: Got to see only other version that you could have chosen.
26:08.875 --> 26:16.237
[SPEAKER_02]: So, yeah, I mean, normally, like a receiver has to get their body into position to catch the football.
26:16.617 --> 26:16.797
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
26:17.257 --> 26:24.363
[SPEAKER_02]: and plastic man like he can stretch and reshape his body to reach passes that would otherwise fall incomplete.
26:25.043 --> 26:36.393
[SPEAKER_02]: So you could imagine like yes for someone like plastic man it does create like a nightmare for a defensive back like you could cover him and still lose
26:37.587 --> 26:42.810
[SPEAKER_02]: coverage because his arms can stretch beyond an area that you're physically defending.
26:44.251 --> 26:53.055
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, for my QB, he can throw it high, he can throw it outside, he can throw it away from coverage and he can just stretch and go get it.
26:53.096 --> 26:56.958
[SPEAKER_02]: So it's the elasticity that makes him like incredibly difficult.
26:57.911 --> 27:10.716
[SPEAKER_02]: to like jam at the line or tackle normally, because you're dealing with somebody who's body doesn't obey physical limitations, the way football techniques were designed around.
27:10.776 --> 27:13.397
[SPEAKER_02]: So that's why I like him as a receiver.
27:13.877 --> 27:21.240
[SPEAKER_02]: It's not choosing somebody who's like super fast or super strong, because he's not gonna outrun coverage, right?
27:21.840 --> 27:25.942
[SPEAKER_02]: But he fundamentally changes,
27:27.117 --> 27:28.898
[SPEAKER_02]: what an open receiver looks like.
27:29.398 --> 27:30.798
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, right, you know, it's funny.
27:30.818 --> 27:35.960
[SPEAKER_01]: One of the backup choices that it has on here is Inspector Gadget.
27:36.961 --> 27:39.342
[SPEAKER_01]: It literally says, go go Gadget first down.
27:40.222 --> 27:41.362
[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, it's great.
27:41.402 --> 27:48.005
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, they said it wasn't, it said, not necessarily my first choice, but absolutely worth having on the board for comedy alone.
27:48.623 --> 27:51.284
[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, you know, but I feel like he'd be useful, too.
27:51.344 --> 27:52.784
[SPEAKER_02]: But that's unique.
27:52.824 --> 27:54.084
[SPEAKER_02]: We need somewhat useful, yeah.
27:54.505 --> 27:58.746
[SPEAKER_02]: But still like kind of the bumbling idiot, like having jar jar banks.
27:59.046 --> 28:00.106
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, that oh my god.
28:00.826 --> 28:04.747
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, first down, me say god of first down.
28:04.767 --> 28:05.947
[SPEAKER_01]: He said god of first down now.
28:06.608 --> 28:08.608
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, here's a good one, okay?
28:09.948 --> 28:12.309
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's say if I took this, I'm really, I was hoping.
28:12.669 --> 28:15.510
[SPEAKER_01]: I was really hoping I could at least steal one of yours.
28:16.650 --> 28:18.472
[SPEAKER_02]: I'd be very surprised if you chose this one.
28:18.492 --> 28:19.433
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, we'll see.
28:20.654 --> 28:24.378
[SPEAKER_01]: So, as Wadler say it too, he's gonna be my deep threat.
28:24.398 --> 28:26.520
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, your deep throat?
28:26.700 --> 28:26.880
[SPEAKER_01]: What?
28:27.181 --> 28:28.162
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we went, what?
28:28.302 --> 28:30.284
[SPEAKER_01]: My deep throat?
28:30.484 --> 28:31.725
[SPEAKER_01]: We've got to show you what now.
28:33.247 --> 28:33.487
[SPEAKER_01]: Ready?
28:35.809 --> 28:36.290
[SPEAKER_01]: Superman.
28:37.865 --> 28:40.766
[SPEAKER_01]: Superman, interesting, interesting.
28:41.146 --> 28:46.068
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm curious, see, he's like, you definitely didn't think of what I was thinking, that's for sure.
28:46.108 --> 28:47.529
[SPEAKER_01]: You didn't go in the direction I went.
28:47.749 --> 28:48.229
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, that's good.
28:49.610 --> 28:49.870
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe.
28:50.550 --> 28:56.392
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, so the reason why I would say, because again, here's where I finally spend the nuclear option, right?
28:56.452 --> 29:01.614
[SPEAKER_01]: So speed, strength, reflexes, flight, incredible leaping ability.
29:02.214 --> 29:04.375
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, throw it approximately somewhere above
29:06.563 --> 29:07.524
[SPEAKER_01]: will figure out the rest.
29:07.964 --> 29:08.224
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
29:08.324 --> 29:15.109
[SPEAKER_01]: So like the only concern is making sure he doesn't accidentally leave Earth's atmosphere while tracking a deep all right.
29:15.409 --> 29:19.312
[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, what's the, what's the defensive coverage against Superman?
29:19.932 --> 29:20.213
[SPEAKER_01]: Prayer?
29:22.554 --> 29:24.075
[SPEAKER_02]: It depends on your defense, I guess.
29:24.295 --> 29:25.416
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it's true.
29:26.037 --> 29:27.738
[SPEAKER_01]: But I was going to say what Superman.
29:29.445 --> 29:32.067
[SPEAKER_01]: I just, I mean, there are a lot of variables here, right?
29:32.107 --> 29:35.989
[SPEAKER_01]: So I mean, we, I already have crados, you know, in that sense of like being like this.
29:36.609 --> 29:44.654
[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like Superman now has to be very careful on how much power he wants to use.
29:45.255 --> 29:51.378
[SPEAKER_01]: So like that is, that is like, you still have traditional football rules of like, yeah, staying in bounds.
29:51.919 --> 29:53.820
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I'm assuming you can't just like,
29:55.470 --> 30:00.815
[SPEAKER_02]: throw it like 600 feet in the air and be like, oh, yeah, this is in bounds.
30:00.855 --> 30:08.883
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you do have certain limitations of like, well, I feel like this would be like a cosmopol game.
30:09.604 --> 30:11.125
[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like it's thinking about it.
30:11.165 --> 30:19.974
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, there's got to understand that the rules of the rules and regular football, but depending on where we're going with this, I mean, it will probably be like a,
30:21.677 --> 30:28.522
[SPEAKER_02]: There's going to be some kind of an atmosphere though, because most of these, some of these people are human after all, like they're not all like Superman who can breathe in space.
30:28.742 --> 30:29.282
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, that's true.
30:29.302 --> 30:30.643
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not saying all of them.
30:30.683 --> 30:33.365
[SPEAKER_01]: No, but I'm okay.
30:33.565 --> 30:33.925
[SPEAKER_01]: Go ahead.
30:34.225 --> 30:36.807
[SPEAKER_01]: I am curious on your, your wide receiver.
30:36.827 --> 30:41.530
[SPEAKER_02]: So my wide receiver, too, is venom.
30:42.411 --> 30:42.751
[SPEAKER_02]: Really?
30:43.772 --> 30:47.994
[SPEAKER_02]: So one venom gives me like this massive powerful target.
30:48.913 --> 30:55.943
[SPEAKER_02]: who also could potentially have this ridiculous catch radius.
30:56.043 --> 31:05.816
[SPEAKER_02]: The symbiotic can alter extended body, which means a football doesn't necessarily have to arrive perfectly between Eddie's hands like it would with a normal receiver.
31:07.034 --> 31:16.038
[SPEAKER_02]: Whether it's a high ball, a contested ball, slightly behind him, Venom has physical options for reaching a football that normal defensive backs simply doesn't.
31:16.779 --> 31:25.443
[SPEAKER_02]: Not to mention, he could fully absorb the ball into his body, which would make it physically impossible for a defender to take away from him.
31:25.463 --> 31:31.365
[SPEAKER_01]: So keep in mind, too, that he also has a very... Oh, I put this.
31:32.286 --> 31:33.886
[SPEAKER_01]: He wants to eat people all the time.
31:35.792 --> 31:40.117
[SPEAKER_01]: That's something you're going to have to consider, especially when you're playing this game.
31:40.557 --> 31:41.498
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the only thing.
31:41.518 --> 31:55.693
[SPEAKER_02]: I agree with you, like I said, we both have our choices that we're like, I feel like he is my your threat, my threat, but I mean, I do know that's also your other threat right now.
31:57.037 --> 32:04.219
[SPEAKER_02]: But that's just, I mean, he's not, you know, Jermonot's not a threat to physically eat defenders.
32:04.539 --> 32:23.024
[SPEAKER_02]: No, but in the context of football, I think, you know, if we have capital ready and, you know, being the captain of the team, I would be hoping on some level that he could keep him contained.
32:23.504 --> 32:25.645
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, didn't we have a conversation about
32:26.734 --> 32:29.456
[SPEAKER_01]: like our ultimate team that we wanted to have and stuff like that.
32:29.476 --> 32:32.938
[SPEAKER_01]: And we had similar conversations about who would be the good team leader?
32:32.998 --> 32:34.719
[SPEAKER_01]: Who's the brains of this and that?
32:35.860 --> 32:38.061
[SPEAKER_01]: This, all I'm saying is the game of football.
32:38.342 --> 32:42.184
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, yes, right now he is considered your biggest liability.
32:42.564 --> 32:45.646
[SPEAKER_01]: Unless captain can somehow control that piece of it.
32:46.207 --> 32:50.589
[SPEAKER_01]: Now we'll see because again, it also depends on the defense.
32:51.870 --> 32:55.373
[SPEAKER_01]: Because maybe it helps, maybe it doesn't help.
32:56.785 --> 32:58.607
[SPEAKER_01]: But that's what we're gonna hear to find out.
32:59.668 --> 33:00.849
[SPEAKER_01]: So, what's up?
33:01.750 --> 33:02.731
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I'm just agreeing with it.
33:02.811 --> 33:03.051
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
33:04.012 --> 33:09.297
[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, so it gave me a tie-in.
33:12.300 --> 33:17.925
[SPEAKER_01]: But I think, I mean, it's an interesting choice.
33:22.335 --> 33:25.896
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if I really want this one though.
33:26.177 --> 33:28.737
[SPEAKER_01]: It kind of depends on the tight end here, but.
33:34.239 --> 33:37.600
[SPEAKER_01]: I, you know what, I'm probably going to have to change it and I'll explain why in a second, but.
33:41.381 --> 33:45.022
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to go with Colossus.
33:47.263 --> 33:47.543
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
33:48.760 --> 33:51.182
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, now I'm going to tell you who I changed it for.
33:51.202 --> 33:55.086
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, it originally gave me Chubaca.
33:56.378 --> 33:59.520
[SPEAKER_01]: What that's what it said it said primary choice was tobacco.
33:59.841 --> 34:06.665
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll tell you why it you know what I'll tell you why it said tobacco is a good choice It said this is the position where Chewie was born to play.
34:06.745 --> 34:07.306
[SPEAKER_01]: He's huge.
34:07.346 --> 34:21.035
[SPEAKER_01]: He's strong He can block He's athletic enough to catch passes and imagine being a hundred and ninety pound safety watching tobacco come across the middle of the field and then it says business decision Try press coverage against tobacco.
34:21.135 --> 34:21.876
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll send flowers.
34:22.536 --> 34:24.678
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the choice and why it told me that
34:25.583 --> 34:34.188
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't really, especially with the lineup we're choosing, I know Chewbacca would be dead or at least gone.
34:34.948 --> 34:36.769
[SPEAKER_01]: Joey's not really the best choice in this lineup.
34:36.910 --> 34:45.254
[SPEAKER_01]: I know Colossus would be because of his body and the fact that he can literally change his body literally into metal.
34:46.115 --> 34:48.476
[SPEAKER_01]: And I know that for a factor, especially with tight ends.
34:49.437 --> 34:51.578
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you want a good guy that's, you know,
34:54.225 --> 34:59.906
[SPEAKER_01]: out of it, for example, like Colossus could go against drug and not, you know, things like that.
34:59.946 --> 35:03.647
[SPEAKER_01]: You want to make sure that you're going to have somebody that's good enough to do whatever.
35:04.327 --> 35:10.148
[SPEAKER_01]: But I just figured for the sake of the argument, you know, with Colossus right, he's going to mass up size.
35:10.168 --> 35:11.288
[SPEAKER_01]: He says incredible strength.
35:11.829 --> 35:14.249
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, he's basically built a block defensive lineman.
35:15.749 --> 35:16.209
[SPEAKER_01]: That's true.
35:16.490 --> 35:19.570
[SPEAKER_01]: And I know with Colossus like in being in that mode all the time,
35:24.228 --> 35:28.151
[SPEAKER_01]: with our choices, the losses would be a better choice because of that.
35:28.231 --> 35:33.415
[SPEAKER_01]: I know Chewie would, like I said, probably die, and he wouldn't come back to life and I'd be screwed.
35:33.435 --> 35:39.120
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'd have to probably choose a back up anyways, but go ahead, man.
35:40.781 --> 35:48.607
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I mean, for me, you know, I initially had and it gave me Hulk.
35:48.628 --> 35:52.971
[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, you know, I already have Venom, I already have juggernaut.
35:53.841 --> 35:57.443
[SPEAKER_02]: So like, I really don't want too many liabilities on my ear.
35:57.503 --> 35:59.564
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't have too many, but yeah.
36:00.204 --> 36:14.851
[SPEAKER_02]: So I am actually went with somebody who may not be exactly elegant in the position of boy.
36:15.071 --> 36:17.132
[SPEAKER_02]: But I am going with help, boy.
36:18.073 --> 36:18.393
[SPEAKER_02]: Really?
36:19.903 --> 36:20.663
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, he's big.
36:20.683 --> 36:21.143
[SPEAKER_02]: He's strong.
36:21.163 --> 36:21.823
[SPEAKER_02]: He's durable.
36:21.903 --> 36:23.324
[SPEAKER_02]: He's built for contact.
36:24.544 --> 36:25.504
[SPEAKER_02]: He's not elegant.
36:27.105 --> 36:27.985
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, there was cradle.
36:28.005 --> 36:28.685
[SPEAKER_02]: So my position.
36:28.705 --> 36:41.188
[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, if you're trying to tackle Hellboy or if you're being blocked by hellboy, I think you're you're going to be in for a hard time.
36:42.068 --> 36:43.968
[SPEAKER_02]: I got I think he's just for me.
36:44.028 --> 36:45.029
[SPEAKER_02]: It was like the best option.
36:45.049 --> 36:45.989
[SPEAKER_02]: And I had a few.
36:46.029 --> 36:46.569
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it was.
36:47.540 --> 37:12.587
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I, one of my options was Colossus, which I didn't choose, because I think he was like the more obvious choice, right, but it also gave me Hulk and the thing, I would have a good choice too, and even though I think the thing would be like a great blocker, I just, for the life of me like I see him running on the field.
37:15.022 --> 37:17.323
[SPEAKER_02]: And I see him being just slow as shit.
37:18.643 --> 37:19.404
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I just do that.
37:21.224 --> 37:23.185
[SPEAKER_02]: Are you going to get down the field at some point?
37:23.225 --> 37:24.285
[SPEAKER_02]: Like come on, bro.
37:24.745 --> 37:28.086
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I mean, I could definitely see that.
37:28.186 --> 37:38.370
[SPEAKER_01]: I just, it's tough because like you, you sure you want somebody that can be, you know, strong because I mean, most tight ends that are not, I'm not saying they're fast, but.
37:39.538 --> 37:44.561
[SPEAKER_01]: You definitely want someone with a little bit of movement a little bit quicker, but, you know, could still block the shit out of somebody.
37:44.841 --> 37:45.702
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
37:45.782 --> 37:53.726
[SPEAKER_02]: I guess that he's not, he's not running the best routes as far as like what you would think a, you know, a tie-dend would be, you know, like another receiver.
37:53.986 --> 37:54.167
[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
37:54.667 --> 38:01.671
[SPEAKER_02]: But usually tie-dend's like, it's like 50, 50 sometimes they do a little bit more depending on the team.
38:02.455 --> 38:21.048
[SPEAKER_02]: But, I mean, like, Leslie, you want somebody who, yes, he can, he run routes, yes, he probably would, like I said, they wouldn't be pretty, he's, oh, no, they would be pretty basic, but he's also built for the contact, so being able to brush people off while he's.
38:22.815 --> 38:29.320
[SPEAKER_02]: you know, well, he's running or whatever, but I think primarily like he would be somebody who's great at blocking.
38:30.201 --> 38:31.582
[SPEAKER_02]: So that was my tie then.
38:31.782 --> 38:31.982
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
38:32.343 --> 38:32.663
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
38:33.964 --> 38:34.985
[SPEAKER_01]: So let's see here.
38:36.266 --> 38:38.327
[SPEAKER_01]: So we got our flex.
38:38.768 --> 38:39.788
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah.
38:39.909 --> 38:41.450
[SPEAKER_01]: So this is an interesting one.
38:41.470 --> 38:47.875
[SPEAKER_01]: I think this is probably the very first one that isn't well, so far because a lot of my choices have been marvell, but
38:51.099 --> 38:54.560
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I kind of want to do this, but I kind of want to make it funny.
38:56.021 --> 38:59.342
[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't think I'm gonna choose this one and I'll explain why, two and a minute.
39:01.603 --> 39:07.586
[SPEAKER_01]: I think, oh, this is, I kind of want to make it funny.
39:08.106 --> 39:11.907
[SPEAKER_01]: I think I really want to throw something of a real curve ball at you.
39:11.927 --> 39:13.688
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, okay.
39:14.508 --> 39:18.410
[SPEAKER_01]: So with my flex,
39:20.951 --> 39:26.993
[SPEAKER_01]: because I want to tell you the two choices that I've been really wanting, but I'll tell you, of course, the other one choice.
39:27.974 --> 39:33.916
[SPEAKER_01]: So it was between stitch from like Lilo and stitch.
39:34.996 --> 39:36.017
[SPEAKER_01]: And I got you.
39:37.177 --> 39:42.199
[SPEAKER_01]: But then, and then I'm like, especially with the line up here, I was like, Pikachu will probably die.
39:42.639 --> 39:43.499
[SPEAKER_01]: There is no data about it.
39:44.200 --> 39:45.620
[SPEAKER_01]: There, he will die.
39:46.581 --> 39:47.441
[SPEAKER_01]: Stitch on the other hand.
39:50.027 --> 39:56.809
[SPEAKER_01]: Definitely not something I would have thought at first, but like it does make a little bit of sense, and I think with alien-wise, it's different.
39:57.229 --> 40:03.171
[SPEAKER_01]: So it gave me, do you remember, Ang from Avatar and all that stuff?
40:03.431 --> 40:06.412
[SPEAKER_01]: It gave me that, but then I'm like, you know, I kind of want to make it unique.
40:07.472 --> 40:08.692
[SPEAKER_01]: So I want to go with Stitch, right?
40:08.712 --> 40:11.633
[SPEAKER_01]: So because he's so small, he's ridiculously strong.
40:12.353 --> 40:14.974
[SPEAKER_01]: He's agile, you know, extremely difficult to tackle.
40:16.034 --> 40:37.469
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, stitches isn't like, you know, like we're talking about like, you know, uh, like crate, I was so juggling on or, you know, some of these bigger, you know, blockers and things like that, but I think it would be interesting because he's got the humor and I feel like there would be so many of them, like juggling at, I'm not saying, you know, if he was going against them.
40:40.047 --> 40:46.231
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, I feel like Stichard being an interesting choice because of the fact that he can crawl really quick.
40:46.271 --> 40:57.059
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, he's just someone that I don't think a lot of people would think to choose, and I think someone that, you know, it doesn't have to be ridiculously fast.
40:57.559 --> 41:07.806
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, like he is, he's agile, he can jump around, he can, you know, he could definitely catch a ball really probably quick and like be able to move around quickly and also get underneath, you know, players,
41:09.977 --> 41:24.622
[SPEAKER_01]: And so that's, so you kind of, I feel like you, you want to have somebody that's a little small that can, especially like if it was juggernaut or something like that, like you want somebody that quick enough that you can easily get around them and just kind of move and maneuver and all that stuff.
41:24.642 --> 41:27.603
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm choosing stitch as my flex.
41:28.004 --> 41:36.827
[SPEAKER_01]: I know it would probably be a weird choice on that matter, but I think it would be an interesting choice and I think it'd be funny at the same time, but I just think it'd be.
41:38.234 --> 41:40.874
[SPEAKER_01]: something that would be entertaining enough to watch.
41:41.615 --> 41:41.775
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
41:42.435 --> 41:49.116
[SPEAKER_02]: So I can tell you, for my flex, I had chosen Omni Man.
41:51.476 --> 42:00.958
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so the guy that literally is another liability because he doesn't like humans and he will kill people with no remorse.
42:01.738 --> 42:02.258
[SPEAKER_01]: But go on.
42:09.248 --> 42:24.562
[SPEAKER_02]: Just because his physical abilities translate to anything that I could ask, it offense of skill player to do, whether it's, you know, strength, speed, flight, he has extreme durability, I don't know, he can.
42:25.995 --> 42:30.276
[SPEAKER_02]: even if we were doing it in space could hold his breath for weeks.
42:31.317 --> 42:34.458
[SPEAKER_02]: Like that's what, you know, Viltromites can do.
42:36.098 --> 42:40.739
[SPEAKER_02]: So it just gives me options instead of like locking him into one particular job.
42:40.779 --> 42:47.421
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he can be a power runner, a deeper seaver, a blocker, a short, short yardage weapon.
42:48.522 --> 42:51.083
[SPEAKER_02]: So just depends on the role that we would need him in.
42:51.763 --> 42:52.543
[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, sure.
42:54.251 --> 42:57.374
[SPEAKER_02]: The concern, obviously, is temperament and teamwork.
42:58.936 --> 43:01.538
[SPEAKER_01]: You'd like to choose a lot of liability, don't you?
43:01.758 --> 43:02.639
[SPEAKER_02]: It's not like that.
43:02.819 --> 43:07.124
[SPEAKER_02]: Omni-man is incapable of functioning towards an objective.
43:07.184 --> 43:09.806
[SPEAKER_02]: We just have to give him a reason to care about winning.
43:10.106 --> 43:11.828
[SPEAKER_02]: Gap has a lot in his play right now.
43:12.449 --> 43:16.192
[SPEAKER_02]: He certainly does, but he is a leader for that reason.
43:19.488 --> 43:22.738
[SPEAKER_02]: I think Omni Man is a pretty good choice.
43:22.859 --> 43:24.885
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, can he be a liability, maybe?
43:25.949 --> 43:26.210
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe.
43:30.545 --> 43:44.231
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, but I mean, yeah, he's yes, you can say a little bit, I mean, the as far as temperament a little bit different from Superman where Superman is more about justice and I mean, isn't.
43:44.751 --> 43:51.294
[SPEAKER_02]: But I mean, we have the same level of flight that makes them an absurd like receiving threat.
43:53.255 --> 43:57.977
[SPEAKER_02]: It's just I think the durability alone is is why I chose him for my flexpot.
44:00.272 --> 44:03.593
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, like I said, it'll be interesting.
44:04.233 --> 44:05.413
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it certainly is interesting.
44:06.553 --> 44:09.774
[SPEAKER_01]: So, I really didn't like this choice either.
44:10.074 --> 44:11.194
[SPEAKER_01]: I love how it gave me this one.
44:11.234 --> 44:13.574
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't even, so, I'm gonna say who it is.
44:13.794 --> 44:14.915
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I don't know who it is.
44:14.935 --> 44:16.735
[SPEAKER_01]: Do you ever heard of a name called Sanji?
44:17.655 --> 44:20.396
[SPEAKER_01]: No, okay, I didn't know who that was either.
44:20.756 --> 44:27.597
[SPEAKER_01]: And I wasn't even planning on looking it up because I'm honestly like, I really probably wouldn't want to choose this person, but instead,
44:30.222 --> 44:36.564
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to go a really completely different route and I'm going to choose Luke King.
44:40.046 --> 44:40.286
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
44:40.766 --> 44:41.086
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
44:41.146 --> 44:41.986
[SPEAKER_01]: I was waiting to see.
44:44.527 --> 44:45.188
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't really.
44:45.208 --> 44:46.808
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
44:47.208 --> 44:52.530
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I guess martial arts can be a certain thing.
44:53.291 --> 44:54.551
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, think about like this, right?
44:54.571 --> 44:57.712
[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, because you don't want to game me, right?
45:00.760 --> 45:29.146
[SPEAKER_01]: uh... Johnny Cage was another one those it was surprisingly that Johnny Cage was on here uh... and then mario was another choice and i was like out of the three i'm thinking which one would ever have i'm it even said Johnny Cage literally says there's roughly a seventy percent chance he celebrates the field goal long enough to get penalized and i'm like yeah you're probably right yet probably right and i don't want somebody that's gonna
45:30.236 --> 45:30.656
[SPEAKER_01]: fuck up.
45:31.916 --> 45:38.858
[SPEAKER_01]: Everything we were just working towards to try to get that field goal and then him get fucking penalized because he stopped celebrating.
45:39.378 --> 45:55.102
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm choosing Luke King and I know I know it's a little weird, but I would say, sorry, with his elite martial artist, you know, like skills and everything else like with with with the kicks with the incredible lower body power.
45:56.143 --> 45:57.543
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I feel like.
45:59.292 --> 46:00.273
[SPEAKER_01]: he would be a great kicker.
46:00.313 --> 46:12.527
[SPEAKER_01]: Now the problem that I would have, I feel like with him, is that if he burns the damn ball as the ball's flying through the air, that's my only thing.
46:12.607 --> 46:14.329
[SPEAKER_01]: Now I know he can he definitely kick.
46:14.830 --> 46:20.076
[SPEAKER_01]: He can he can he can definitely do that, but it it's just going to depend on
46:21.878 --> 46:25.899
[SPEAKER_01]: Hopefully it doesn't use his fuckin' ability of lighting things on fire.
46:26.700 --> 46:27.560
[SPEAKER_01]: Take the damn ball.
46:27.600 --> 46:28.160
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the only thing.
46:28.200 --> 46:29.661
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I feel like he could do without it.
46:29.901 --> 46:30.341
[SPEAKER_01]: One but hope.
46:30.881 --> 46:31.321
[SPEAKER_01]: But we'll see.
46:31.621 --> 46:32.021
[SPEAKER_01]: One but hope.
46:32.362 --> 46:37.323
[SPEAKER_01]: But that's my thing, that I would, you know, I'd be curious to see if he would do well on that.
46:37.403 --> 46:38.003
[SPEAKER_01]: But, yeah.
46:38.264 --> 46:39.284
[SPEAKER_02]: So my cure.
46:40.573 --> 47:06.513
[SPEAKER_02]: uh... i had been given two options uh... the one that i'm not going with his power girl uh... but the one i am going with is shehook and not the weird one that all i thought you wanted the twerking one you know uh... the comic book and see you know marvel comics version of shehook okay um... because uh... when i wanted my kicker to have some fucking leg strength right like
47:09.364 --> 47:11.246
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, 20 yard things.
47:12.186 --> 47:17.070
[SPEAKER_02]: I want somebody who could demolish the ball from like one end zone to the other.
47:17.811 --> 47:28.059
[SPEAKER_02]: Now I go and, yeah, she hope gives me that enormous superhuman strength while still retaining the intelligence, the coordination and the control of who she is.
47:28.860 --> 47:35.545
[SPEAKER_02]: Like that's why I chose her over like Hulk being on my team because at least she hope can still operate as a person
47:38.891 --> 47:41.593
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, it isn't just like a pure, you know, rage monster.
47:41.633 --> 47:49.119
[SPEAKER_02]: So having enough power to launch a football, a hundred yards doesn't help if you have no ability to control where the damn thing goes.
47:49.479 --> 47:50.240
[SPEAKER_02]: Hmm.
47:50.280 --> 47:54.844
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so for her, I think like, yes, kicking mechanics can be learned.
47:56.005 --> 48:02.690
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, you know, what can't be taught is having legs capable of generating absurd levels of force.
48:03.811 --> 48:06.533
[SPEAKER_02]: So I think if she had the technique.
48:08.655 --> 48:10.936
[SPEAKER_02]: she could kick it from anywhere on the field.
48:11.256 --> 48:15.296
[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, basically do that.
48:15.356 --> 48:28.839
[SPEAKER_02]: So choosing someone like she Hulk obviously too doesn't cost me any other position where like I'm making a compromise at like wide receiver or running back.
48:29.599 --> 48:33.920
[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's just another power weapon that I can use.
48:33.940 --> 48:35.961
[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, my choice for kicker was she Hulk.
48:38.008 --> 48:40.870
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, here's the fun part of this whole damn thing.
48:41.270 --> 48:42.651
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, the defense.
48:44.172 --> 48:46.313
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, this could make a break a team.
48:46.573 --> 48:48.174
[SPEAKER_01]: It's definitely can break a break a team.
48:48.954 --> 48:53.417
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, the thing is, is so far, let's, how will before we do that?
48:55.198 --> 48:56.118
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll let you go first.
48:56.199 --> 48:57.839
[SPEAKER_01]: What was the choices again?
48:57.920 --> 49:00.521
[SPEAKER_01]: So that way, everyone knows everyone's choices so far.
49:00.541 --> 49:03.103
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'll explain, and we'll talk about mine in a second.
49:03.123 --> 49:07.265
[SPEAKER_01]: So you tell me again, what's your quarterback all the way down to this point?
49:08.508 --> 49:09.409
[SPEAKER_02]: I'll see you on the whole team.
49:09.449 --> 49:10.269
[SPEAKER_02]: So yes.
49:10.529 --> 49:12.631
[SPEAKER_02]: QB for me is Captain America.
49:13.931 --> 49:16.513
[SPEAKER_02]: My RB one is juggernaut.
49:17.353 --> 49:18.774
[SPEAKER_02]: My RB two is quick silver.
49:20.575 --> 49:22.757
[SPEAKER_02]: My wide receiver one is plastic man.
49:23.457 --> 49:24.978
[SPEAKER_02]: My wide receiver two is venom.
49:26.639 --> 49:29.881
[SPEAKER_02]: My tight end was.
49:30.862 --> 49:32.763
[SPEAKER_02]: Was it, I believe it was Albany man.
49:33.143 --> 49:33.563
[SPEAKER_02]: Hellboy.
49:33.843 --> 49:36.125
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, my tight end was hellboy.
49:37.775 --> 49:42.478
[SPEAKER_02]: My flex was Omni Man, and my kicker is she hulk.
49:43.198 --> 49:45.019
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I'll say mine again too.
49:46.660 --> 49:49.922
[SPEAKER_01]: So, first we got quarterback with the Spider-Man.
49:51.903 --> 49:53.424
[SPEAKER_01]: And our B1 was Nikronler.
49:55.345 --> 49:59.308
[SPEAKER_01]: And then of course you stole my goddamn running back too, but that's okay.
49:59.388 --> 50:01.389
[SPEAKER_01]: And I said, no, I'm gonna go with Kratos.
50:03.590 --> 50:06.052
[SPEAKER_01]: And then my receiver one was Mr.
50:06.072 --> 50:06.632
[SPEAKER_01]: Fantastic.
50:08.577 --> 50:09.918
[SPEAKER_01]: My deep threat was Superman.
50:11.779 --> 50:21.927
[SPEAKER_01]: My tight end was Colossus, and then let's see, Flex was Stitch, and my kicker was looting.
50:23.048 --> 50:31.074
[SPEAKER_02]: All right, so so now we talk about our defense slash special teams.
50:32.143 --> 50:40.447
[SPEAKER_02]: And it's not like our kickers or whatever our special teams is literally just the when they do kick off and shut like that.
50:43.589 --> 50:43.929
[SPEAKER_01]: So.
50:48.611 --> 50:49.131
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's see.
50:57.717 --> 51:04.540
[SPEAKER_01]: So this was a hard one because right now knowing the choices that we have and knowing your team.
51:08.782 --> 51:13.804
[SPEAKER_01]: I cannot choose the one that it told me to, and I'll tell you why in a second.
51:14.725 --> 51:24.029
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm going to have to go with a completely new defense because I know that if I chose this particular team, because I have some of these people,
51:24.976 --> 51:25.396
[SPEAKER_01]: already.
51:26.417 --> 51:40.729
[SPEAKER_01]: So I mean, I guess you could, I guess, theoretically do it, but I mean, there are different players on this, but it's hard because when I'm hearing your team already, like, I just, I only know that they're only going to go so far with this defense.
51:40.749 --> 51:45.613
[SPEAKER_01]: So really, I have to think of other individuals instead.
51:46.794 --> 51:51.137
[SPEAKER_01]: So, because I mean, even some of these other
51:55.466 --> 51:59.109
[SPEAKER_01]: You chose your team, and I'm like, if I chose them, they wouldn't work.
51:59.749 --> 52:01.311
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm gonna say it.
52:02.772 --> 52:05.174
[SPEAKER_01]: And this is where I'm gonna have to go with completely opposite here.
52:07.416 --> 52:08.537
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna go with the Justice League.
52:11.679 --> 52:13.240
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, mine is Superman, obviously.
52:15.102 --> 52:16.643
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, because Superman's on the scene.
52:16.663 --> 52:17.664
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's right.
52:18.705 --> 52:19.726
[SPEAKER_02]: Superman was in the end.
52:19.766 --> 52:20.887
[SPEAKER_02]: Off at the player, not at the crew.
52:20.907 --> 52:22.268
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, okay, my bad, okay.
52:23.205 --> 52:24.626
[SPEAKER_01]: Then, remember, we're going to go the Avengers.
52:24.666 --> 52:25.988
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll wait no, actually, no, hold on.
52:26.028 --> 52:32.074
[SPEAKER_01]: Because Spider-Man technically, technically wasn't.
52:33.035 --> 52:33.835
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, he was.
52:34.036 --> 52:37.319
[SPEAKER_01]: He was part of the Avengers, but there are different.
52:37.399 --> 52:39.681
[SPEAKER_02]: It would still be minus cap, because he's on my team.
52:40.101 --> 52:42.123
[SPEAKER_01]: Shit, cap, damn it.
52:42.223 --> 52:45.387
[SPEAKER_02]: Every time I'm thinking of one thing, oh, you got a minus cap here.
52:45.407 --> 52:46.327
[SPEAKER_02]: Are you going to do this now?
52:47.016 --> 52:49.457
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just telling ya, he can't.
52:49.537 --> 52:52.078
[SPEAKER_02]: My QB is not playing on your fucking defense.
52:52.618 --> 52:56.520
[SPEAKER_02]: God damn it.
52:58.601 --> 52:59.121
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what?
52:59.521 --> 53:00.402
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't give a fuck.
53:00.562 --> 53:01.562
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just gonna, you know what?
53:02.002 --> 53:05.724
[SPEAKER_01]: Cause it was on the list and I'm just gonna say it.
53:05.904 --> 53:09.665
[SPEAKER_01]: And I... Fuck it.
53:11.066 --> 53:11.326
[SPEAKER_01]: Ready?
53:11.586 --> 53:13.047
[SPEAKER_01]: Cause I know none of us have them.
53:14.970 --> 53:16.011
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't believe I'm saying this.
53:16.952 --> 53:17.533
[SPEAKER_01]: How are Rangers?
53:19.715 --> 53:20.155
[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
53:20.956 --> 53:22.358
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I mean, I can't.
53:22.678 --> 53:23.599
[SPEAKER_01]: The other two.
53:23.939 --> 53:24.280
[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
53:24.760 --> 53:25.241
[SPEAKER_01]: It was ready.
53:25.261 --> 53:26.682
[SPEAKER_01]: I want to tell you the choices that gave me.
53:27.163 --> 53:29.145
[SPEAKER_01]: It gave me between Justice League Avengers.
53:29.565 --> 53:31.467
[SPEAKER_01]: Which version of the original Power Rangers?
53:31.527 --> 53:34.150
[SPEAKER_01]: Are we talking like, yeah, I'm talking of the original.
53:34.250 --> 53:34.450
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
53:36.478 --> 53:52.727
[SPEAKER_01]: It gave me power Rangers, it gave me two-nage-me-nage-me-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-nage-n
54:07.118 --> 54:30.751
[SPEAKER_02]: It's very fucking hard because it's going to be very difficult for a very rangers to defend again a whole lot of second a whole lot of second I mean when you have zords but you're also talking about a team that has darker not Captain America venom and Omni man on it okay.
54:32.768 --> 54:38.370
[SPEAKER_01]: But my thing is, is, do you think the other three besides power ranges when I said teenage women are to turtles?
54:38.571 --> 54:42.392
[SPEAKER_01]: Gardens that galaxy are the Incredibles would have any chance of defending them.
54:44.253 --> 54:50.236
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I know they wouldn't, because there's no fucking way that teenage women are to turtles who's going against fucking Omni Man in all that shit.
54:50.776 --> 54:53.077
[SPEAKER_02]: Gardens that I mean, let me tell you my pick.
54:53.957 --> 54:55.458
[SPEAKER_01]: Go ahead.
54:55.478 --> 55:00.240
[SPEAKER_02]: And even though when I say this,
55:02.309 --> 55:07.250
[SPEAKER_02]: This particular army, and I'll say army, oh boy, so you're going to an army.
55:07.511 --> 55:17.654
[SPEAKER_02]: Does not include Omni-man because Omni-man was already separate, like, he was living on Earth.
55:18.174 --> 55:18.374
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
55:18.934 --> 55:21.535
[SPEAKER_02]: So this army is the Viltermite army.
55:22.275 --> 55:24.256
[SPEAKER_02]: Of course, you went a completely different route.
55:25.216 --> 55:25.376
[SPEAKER_02]: So,
55:27.528 --> 55:42.567
[SPEAKER_02]: I wanted, I wanted a group capable of defending the same kind of completely broken offense that I have on my team, because I mean, obviously I didn't know who your team was going to be.
55:43.650 --> 55:57.522
[SPEAKER_02]: But if your team had any kind of super strength, super speed, teleporters, monsters, and kryptonite level players, my defense needs to operate on that level too.
55:57.602 --> 56:05.328
[SPEAKER_02]: So when we're talking, Viltermite Army, we're talking about a group of soldiers, like they were bred to be soldiers.
56:07.130 --> 56:10.332
[SPEAKER_02]: They have extreme strength, speed, flight, durability,
56:12.750 --> 56:16.314
[SPEAKER_02]: And I mean, it matters when you're defending somebody like Superman, right?
56:16.454 --> 56:18.016
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, oh yeah.
56:18.036 --> 56:25.605
[SPEAKER_02]: So the other part of it, too, is as an army, they're fucking relentless.
56:26.285 --> 56:30.710
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, they're not a group that's going to be intimidated because you...
56:33.043 --> 56:42.907
[SPEAKER_02]: drafted Superman and all these like super human people like they routinely engage opponents who can actually hurt them and keep coming.
56:43.868 --> 56:45.209
[SPEAKER_02]: And that's what I want from them.
56:45.229 --> 56:51.972
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I want them to be just creating nightmares for everybody on your team.
56:53.852 --> 56:59.335
[SPEAKER_01]: And you're sure fucking did that because I don't like as literally I can't even think of off the top of my head.
57:01.048 --> 57:05.090
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyone that could even come close to defending that.
57:05.951 --> 57:14.155
[SPEAKER_01]: Because, yes, I'll admit, when it came to that, like I understand the defense, like I said, when it gave me X man, I was like, well, I can't do that.
57:14.255 --> 57:14.875
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't do this.
57:14.955 --> 57:15.536
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't do that.
57:15.596 --> 57:16.396
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't do anything.
57:16.796 --> 57:18.177
[SPEAKER_01]: And the other choice is that it gave me.
57:18.737 --> 57:24.860
[SPEAKER_01]: Does not even come close to the trying to defend what the fuck's going on in your fucking team.
57:25.581 --> 57:29.463
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, the only praying in hope is that maybe that your team gets so fucked up,
57:30.448 --> 57:31.788
[SPEAKER_01]: because they can't listen to cap.
57:33.509 --> 57:44.313
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, I understand about the leadership skills, but the problem is when you look at an Omni-Man, who is a complete asshole, and doesn't want to listen to most people, and still wants to kill humans.
57:44.793 --> 57:49.815
[SPEAKER_01]: Venom literally wants to eat people, and Juggernaut is just a walking,
57:51.797 --> 57:56.620
[SPEAKER_01]: fucking huge boulder, you know, it's just wanting to plow through everything.
57:57.100 --> 57:59.602
[SPEAKER_01]: So yes, I mean, maybe that'll help me with the penalties.
57:59.982 --> 58:00.282
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe.
58:01.383 --> 58:01.663
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe.
58:02.283 --> 58:17.032
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I said, I mean, when I, the only reason why I was saying about Power Rangers is that because like the only ones I could think of out of all that list that I didn't currently have and trying to think about it, I understand that Power Rangers might be a very loose, my backup was Decepticon's.
58:18.880 --> 58:20.041
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, shit.
58:20.061 --> 58:22.404
[SPEAKER_01]: That was my backup was the deceptic on.
58:22.484 --> 58:23.446
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't even think about that.
58:23.486 --> 58:24.367
[SPEAKER_01]: I should have, you know what?
58:24.447 --> 58:25.548
[SPEAKER_01]: I should have fucking chosen.
58:26.389 --> 58:31.175
[SPEAKER_01]: God damn Autobots at this point.
58:31.195 --> 58:31.655
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what?
58:31.776 --> 58:32.697
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to regret that.
58:32.897 --> 58:35.560
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to do the Autobots instead because you know what?
58:35.620 --> 58:36.441
[SPEAKER_01]: You made a good point.
58:37.393 --> 58:38.294
[SPEAKER_01]: Fuck the power ranges.
58:38.315 --> 58:42.521
[SPEAKER_01]: They're not going to do shit for me because I already know the swords are only going to last for so long.
58:43.422 --> 58:48.028
[SPEAKER_01]: At least if I had the Autobots, there's so many of them and they all have different skills.
58:48.349 --> 58:51.634
[SPEAKER_01]: So maybe maybe I might have the fighting chance.
58:51.714 --> 58:51.954
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe.
58:52.295 --> 58:53.416
[SPEAKER_01]: I highly doubt it.
58:53.556 --> 58:53.797
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe.
58:54.553 --> 59:00.376
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I can't have the filter my army because God forbid, they fucking all kinds of shit and they can go against every motherfucker on the planet.
59:00.536 --> 59:01.316
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's all good.
59:01.977 --> 59:08.440
[SPEAKER_02]: So I mean, I think the important thing to think about too is, yes, they do have to operate within the rules.
59:08.480 --> 59:15.424
[SPEAKER_02]: But you would almost assume some rules in football wouldn't apply to superhuman people.
59:16.344 --> 59:16.924
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, you would think.
59:18.205 --> 59:18.685
[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean?
59:24.428 --> 59:28.132
[SPEAKER_02]: The Viltermite Army be able to stop somebody like Superman.
59:28.172 --> 59:30.215
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think it would just be that easy.
59:32.337 --> 59:32.598
[SPEAKER_02]: True.
59:33.970 --> 59:36.031
[SPEAKER_01]: But, you know, the problems you don't know.
59:36.771 --> 59:36.991
[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
59:37.611 --> 59:38.871
[SPEAKER_02]: And that's the question.
59:38.891 --> 59:45.013
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that's really like, I think our teams are pretty evenly matched.
59:45.073 --> 59:49.695
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I think where my weaknesses are, you have strengths and where your strengths are.
59:49.735 --> 59:51.415
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, that's where I'm, you know what I mean?
59:51.435 --> 59:58.277
[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't, I don't necessarily think like, one, like, my team is better than yours or your team is better than mine.
59:58.297 --> 01:00:01.398
[SPEAKER_02]: I think both of our teams are ridiculous.
01:00:01.888 --> 01:00:06.830
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I mean, this is, this is the whole point of this whole damn thing is that we would try to make the most ridiculous teams as possible.
01:00:07.410 --> 01:00:10.812
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, because I mean, I would love to see she all kick their ball.
01:00:11.752 --> 01:00:19.295
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, if I'm being honest, like, my one of my choices for wide receiver was either between Venom or Spider-Man.
01:00:19.595 --> 01:00:20.155
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I figured.
01:00:20.956 --> 01:00:21.636
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but...
01:00:22.526 --> 01:00:23.827
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, those were my choices.
01:00:23.887 --> 01:00:27.850
[SPEAKER_02]: I also had flash in there for running back as opposed to quicks over.
01:00:27.870 --> 01:00:30.613
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I had Hulk in there for tight end.
01:00:31.654 --> 01:00:35.036
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but I, I mean, I had master chief as my backup QB.
01:00:35.296 --> 01:00:35.997
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, you know, it's funny.
01:00:36.017 --> 01:00:37.758
[SPEAKER_01]: Master chief was on my list for QB.
01:00:38.379 --> 01:00:43.283
[SPEAKER_02]: It's getting America, but then I was like, yeah, I mean, I, I did have that option in there.
01:00:43.323 --> 01:00:46.386
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it wasn't, you know, so I had master chief.
01:00:47.126 --> 01:00:49.188
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, my backup for Juggernaut was right now.
01:00:50.439 --> 01:00:51.840
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, yeah, I can see that too.
01:00:52.380 --> 01:01:00.085
[SPEAKER_01]: So, I mean, I did have some backups, you know, and so, I mean, shit, Batman was actually one of the bag-ups for my QB.
01:01:00.966 --> 01:01:16.816
[SPEAKER_01]: And I was thinking myself, ew, I mean, I get it, but I feel like he probably would be annihilated, at least by the Viltras right now, because there's only so much you can fucking do at that point.
01:01:21.329 --> 01:01:29.492
[SPEAKER_01]: Which would have been an interesting choice, but the problem is that I don't know if he would have been able to handle some of that as well.
01:01:29.552 --> 01:01:33.934
[SPEAKER_01]: And actually another one was Hawkeye as a QB, which I was surprised.
01:01:35.095 --> 01:01:36.615
[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, he wouldn't be derrow.
01:01:36.636 --> 01:01:42.158
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, as soon as he took a hit from a Viltermite like he'd be done he wouldn't be just be dead.
01:01:42.198 --> 01:01:44.659
[SPEAKER_02]: He would be like liquid on the fun on the grass.
01:01:44.799 --> 01:01:49.381
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, so for example, like my running backs to besides the flash sonic the hedgehog.
01:01:50.543 --> 01:01:53.326
[SPEAKER_01]: was another choice besides quicksover and stuff like that.
01:01:53.866 --> 01:01:56.429
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, course, Juggernaut was on there.
01:01:57.029 --> 01:02:02.175
[SPEAKER_01]: It gave me Hulk, it gave me knuckles, shit, it even went down to Donkey Kong and Bowser, right?
01:02:02.215 --> 01:02:07.240
[SPEAKER_01]: So it, it really went through everything and it was like trying to give me, and of course with like,
01:02:09.980 --> 01:02:21.539
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, plastic man was another backup, a last-to-girl group was another one, you know, I'm like looking here and I mean, even though the library's silver two, I mean Thor was one captain marble.
01:02:22.473 --> 01:02:29.378
[SPEAKER_01]: fucking Samsung or Samus Iran or the, you know, I'm taking a Metroid beast link.
01:02:29.558 --> 01:02:34.101
[SPEAKER_01]: They're like, they're all on here and I was really surprised and I was like, I don't know if I really want to go with those choices.
01:02:34.682 --> 01:02:41.366
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, Chile was the first fucking choice for the goddamn, you know, tied in and I was like, nope, because Gros was another one.
01:02:41.727 --> 01:02:43.328
[SPEAKER_01]: Beast, record Ralph Bowser.
01:02:44.108 --> 01:02:49.913
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it started going through like all different ones, but I, I mean, shit for example,
01:02:53.335 --> 01:02:58.359
[SPEAKER_01]: Yoda was one and I was thinking about it and I was like, I don't know, I mean, it kind of depends on that, right?
01:02:58.399 --> 01:03:01.921
[SPEAKER_01]: And then Tails was another, I mean, Kirby was on here.
01:03:02.322 --> 01:03:07.886
[SPEAKER_01]: And I mean, Kikker, it was kind of weird because like, like I know about some of these people.
01:03:07.926 --> 01:03:14.511
[SPEAKER_01]: So like back up, you know, for the Kikker, where like Chun Lee, of course, Luke King was on that list which I helped to be chosen.
01:03:14.611 --> 01:03:22.236
[SPEAKER_01]: And like, right, you, Johnny Cage, Mario, I'm like, I don't know why Mario of all people, but, and then, you know, finally with defense,
01:03:24.003 --> 01:03:31.506
[SPEAKER_01]: It was hard because like, like, they're good choices, but like you said it depends on what team you had.
01:03:31.546 --> 01:03:37.248
[SPEAKER_01]: And when you started choosing all these fuckers, I was like, well, shit, I was like, I don't know.
01:03:37.288 --> 01:03:47.492
[SPEAKER_02]: How the so I went, I just asked Chad UBT, like, make the most ridiculous choices, based on position, not using like minor, your characters.
01:03:48.432 --> 01:03:50.613
[SPEAKER_02]: And this is the team that it just created.
01:03:51.728 --> 01:03:52.148
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
01:03:52.249 --> 01:03:59.755
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, some of the, some of these like, I could, you know, they're very similar, but some are kind of like, really.
01:04:00.376 --> 01:04:02.858
[SPEAKER_02]: So QB, uh, it picked bulls eye.
01:04:03.999 --> 01:04:04.459
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, good.
01:04:05.160 --> 01:04:06.501
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
01:04:06.781 --> 01:04:07.963
[SPEAKER_02]: RB1 is sonic.
01:04:08.483 --> 01:04:09.184
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, great.
01:04:09.764 --> 01:04:10.645
[SPEAKER_02]: RB2, Mr.
01:04:10.685 --> 01:04:11.325
[SPEAKER_02]: Fantastic.
01:04:11.746 --> 01:04:15.529
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, why'd receiver one elastic girl?
01:04:17.725 --> 01:04:37.849
[SPEAKER_02]: sounds pretty those some pretty similar you know what we chose wide receiver to this is where the rest of it gets different wide receiver to vision really so flight superhuman physical abilities and density manipulation the possibility of changing density will navigating coverage
01:04:46.994 --> 01:04:55.186
[SPEAKER_02]: uh... in the flex position martian man hunter okay right uh... kicker hurt your knees
01:04:56.455 --> 01:04:58.316
[SPEAKER_02]: Fuck, I don't even think about that, but go ahead.
01:04:59.096 --> 01:05:03.397
[SPEAKER_02]: And our defense slash special teams, the Green Lantern Corps.
01:05:04.378 --> 01:05:05.838
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, fuck, that would have been great.
01:05:05.898 --> 01:05:07.439
[SPEAKER_02]: That would have been amazing.
01:05:07.459 --> 01:05:10.760
[SPEAKER_01]: Wait, God, David, why don't you give me this shitty fucking thing?
01:05:11.160 --> 01:05:13.101
[SPEAKER_01]: God, David, I don't even think about that.
01:05:13.721 --> 01:05:17.342
[SPEAKER_02]: You imagine like the shit that they could create.
01:05:17.583 --> 01:05:18.183
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my God.
01:05:18.363 --> 01:05:19.323
[SPEAKER_02]: Too defend.
01:05:20.103 --> 01:05:21.224
[SPEAKER_02]: Especially with all your guys.
01:05:22.125 --> 01:05:25.667
[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, that green lantern would be absolutely nuts.
01:05:26.028 --> 01:05:28.129
[SPEAKER_01]: Why did you give me the worst fucking backups?
01:05:28.409 --> 01:05:31.291
[SPEAKER_01]: Especially since I'm thinking of myself, I can't think of any of the teams.
01:05:31.311 --> 01:05:32.192
[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, oh, what about this?
01:05:32.212 --> 01:05:47.823
[SPEAKER_02]: The only problem that I would have with Bullseye as QB is that he is still like, he doesn't possess like, yeah, you know, superhuman anything other than like, he could put the ball in places that
01:05:49.188 --> 01:05:50.909
[SPEAKER_02]: Nobody else could true.
01:05:51.250 --> 01:05:53.051
[SPEAKER_02]: But again, that's also why when you look at cap.
01:05:54.792 --> 01:06:03.098
[SPEAKER_02]: But I think even bullseye would be able to like just put the ball into ridiculous spots where you know, cap like he'd be good.
01:06:04.059 --> 01:06:09.603
[SPEAKER_02]: But bullseye is also not throwing the ball 80, 90, 100 yards.
01:06:10.143 --> 01:06:10.363
[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
01:06:11.264 --> 01:06:14.807
[SPEAKER_02]: Like almost through defenders hands like
01:06:15.832 --> 01:06:17.513
[SPEAKER_01]: And I mean, that's the tough part.
01:06:17.533 --> 01:06:22.976
[SPEAKER_01]: That's why I mean, I was curious about this draft because I mean, the choices you could have made.
01:06:24.938 --> 01:06:26.338
[SPEAKER_01]: It's endless, and that's the problem.
01:06:26.438 --> 01:06:28.620
[SPEAKER_01]: And like, I think both of us agree that
01:06:29.706 --> 01:06:36.031
[SPEAKER_01]: Like you said, you know, whether one position was better than the other, you know, finding the right choices, this and that.
01:06:36.091 --> 01:06:46.940
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, again, we're blinded to this because we, I didn't know his team, you didn't know my team and shit, I had to pick more backups than I did my fucking primary one that they originally gave me and I'm like,
01:06:47.620 --> 01:06:51.981
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, I had a few, I mean, none of your choices really took mine out of play.
01:06:52.021 --> 01:06:58.243
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, sure, like some of the backups I did have in, you know, in the flex position, I did have Superman.
01:06:59.184 --> 01:07:02.025
[SPEAKER_02]: One of the wide receiver backups I had with Spider-Man.
01:07:03.045 --> 01:07:04.906
[SPEAKER_02]: But they weren't like my main picks.
01:07:05.446 --> 01:07:08.127
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, Colossus was also in there for Titan.
01:07:08.187 --> 01:07:11.468
[SPEAKER_02]: But, um, yeah, I don't know.
01:07:11.488 --> 01:07:11.728
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean,
01:07:13.257 --> 01:07:21.178
[SPEAKER_02]: I sort of do like the Green Lantern Corps more than I do the Viltramite Army, but I do like the Viltramite Army too, because they're just fucking ridiculous.
01:07:21.238 --> 01:07:31.520
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I kind of like the Green Lantern Corps because like, I mean, one, there's so many of them, but two in flight speed, you have, I mean, just the fact that they can make anything.
01:07:31.720 --> 01:07:31.940
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
01:07:32.140 --> 01:07:34.201
[SPEAKER_01]: And with as long as there are imaginations in there.
01:07:34.221 --> 01:07:37.881
[SPEAKER_01]: So I mean, it, it, hey, I'm, there's all I gotta say.
01:07:44.313 --> 01:07:44.573
[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
01:07:45.233 --> 01:07:45.754
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, right?
01:07:46.674 --> 01:07:47.834
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, Marks are man hunter too.
01:07:47.854 --> 01:07:50.896
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that would be like, I mean, you have speed.
01:07:50.916 --> 01:07:51.616
[SPEAKER_02]: You have strength.
01:07:51.656 --> 01:08:01.040
[SPEAKER_02]: You have flight, but the shape shifting and the telepathy, like, that just creates like, like, you can get anywhere.
01:08:01.200 --> 01:08:03.441
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, yeah, it's just that's like insane.
01:08:03.461 --> 01:08:05.922
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, imagine him like changing into like,
01:08:07.247 --> 01:08:09.048
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you want to talk about fucking with people.
01:08:09.529 --> 01:08:21.856
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, like all of a sudden he turns into like someone on your defense or like, you know, he's like, you know, look at him and you're like, oh, he's on our, you know, he's on our team and then all of a sudden, like he's running down the field.
01:08:21.876 --> 01:08:24.217
[SPEAKER_02]: And you're like, wait, what the fuck?
01:08:24.618 --> 01:08:25.238
[SPEAKER_02]: Give me that ball.
01:08:26.559 --> 01:08:27.980
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I could see grew, I mean,
01:08:32.829 --> 01:08:34.792
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you know, he can he can grow.
01:08:34.892 --> 01:08:36.314
[SPEAKER_02]: He does have some strength.
01:08:37.055 --> 01:08:38.536
[SPEAKER_02]: He does have the durability.
01:08:39.217 --> 01:08:42.922
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, you just don't want him as like that teenage group or the, the baby girl.
01:08:42.942 --> 01:08:43.823
[SPEAKER_01]: You'd want him in the baby.
01:08:43.843 --> 01:08:45.005
[SPEAKER_02]: No, you want him to fall like.
01:08:45.025 --> 01:08:46.547
[SPEAKER_02]: Are you a group like that?
01:08:46.607 --> 01:08:47.348
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
01:08:47.688 --> 01:08:47.889
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
01:08:47.929 --> 01:08:50.592
[SPEAKER_01]: The original one when he before he, you know, did all that.
01:08:51.594 --> 01:08:52.195
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, man.
01:08:52.375 --> 01:08:55.138
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I had a lot of fun with this, don't get me wrong.
01:08:55.258 --> 01:08:59.041
[SPEAKER_01]: It just possibilities are, yeah, they're endless.
01:08:59.322 --> 01:09:01.023
[SPEAKER_01]: And I mean, it's tough.
01:09:01.264 --> 01:09:04.507
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, now imagine if you and I did it with like two other people.
01:09:05.628 --> 01:09:11.994
[SPEAKER_01]: And then we really have to like, think of all possibilities as much as we can, because I mean, shit.
01:09:12.334 --> 01:09:14.256
[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, even just doing the two of us.
01:09:14.497 --> 01:09:14.737
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean,
01:09:16.927 --> 01:09:17.408
[SPEAKER_01]: It's hard.
01:09:17.488 --> 01:09:24.817
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, because you have to really think on the fly about which ones are going to be better than whatever choices that you would have.
01:09:24.857 --> 01:09:28.402
[SPEAKER_01]: And so, you know, when you said all yours, I'm like, well, shit.
01:09:28.502 --> 01:09:30.645
[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, I really don't like the primary that I have.
01:09:30.785 --> 01:09:32.988
[SPEAKER_01]: It sounds like I really kind of have to go with a backup because.
01:09:34.575 --> 01:09:39.477
[SPEAKER_01]: I just, what it gave me, I'm like, it, again, it depends on what kind of team she was.
01:09:39.517 --> 01:09:45.859
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not gonna lie, I mean, there's a lot of on, you know, people that I chose for my team that could be potential liabilities.
01:09:45.899 --> 01:09:58.524
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you have no idea what Venom's gonna do, you know, if Omni-Man was even remotely connected to what we were doing as a team.
01:09:58.544 --> 01:10:00.685
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh yeah, like he would be fine,
01:10:02.469 --> 01:10:18.804
[SPEAKER_02]: You also have the combination between him and the rest of the Viltermite Army that if you know anything about inventable in the show in the comics, the Viltermite Army basically is just trying to kill him the entire time.
01:10:19.485 --> 01:10:21.207
[SPEAKER_02]: Right, so if he's on the same team as them.
01:10:22.894 --> 01:10:35.610
[SPEAKER_02]: I also have another liability that that that could be a potential thing, but that's why I mean they are on two different squads, so, you know, there is that oh yeah for now for for now, but you know, I
01:10:36.759 --> 01:10:40.161
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I said, the possibilities are endless.
01:10:40.221 --> 01:10:49.008
[SPEAKER_02]: And maybe, you know, I think for the most part, like we chose, you know, you had one video game person, but I think most of our choices are comic book.
01:10:49.248 --> 01:10:54.492
[SPEAKER_02]: I think if we were gonna do more of these episodes, like we could do more movies.
01:10:54.512 --> 01:10:57.274
[SPEAKER_02]: Just like movie characters.
01:10:58.234 --> 01:11:13.530
[SPEAKER_02]: or characters from books, not comics, but like books, books, okay, okay, you know, TV shows, we could do TV show characters, like, doesn't always have to be like, I guess comic book or video game.
01:11:13.910 --> 01:11:18.135
[SPEAKER_01]: I actually technically I chose two people from video games, because I chose
01:11:23.197 --> 01:11:29.160
[SPEAKER_01]: It's really just kind of depends on how you want to do it, but I mean, again, just let us know while we did.
01:11:29.180 --> 01:11:41.667
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I could tell you right now, it's a stalemate because there's only so much I can do and there's only so much back and do, so it really depends on how the game would look like at this point because I'm curious.
01:11:41.687 --> 01:11:44.209
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I said, I would be curious to see some of these players in action.
01:11:44.229 --> 01:11:47.471
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I'd love to see how Omni Man and Venom work.
01:11:47.911 --> 01:11:51.373
[SPEAKER_02]: I wish somehow we could create like a simulation
01:11:52.759 --> 01:12:16.619
[SPEAKER_02]: if we were to have like a real game with these real players like creating a simulation it almost seems like we need to talk to you to see and see if not saying it would give us like an accurate reading on it but maybe maybe you can find a way to help us make that a reality yeah I don't know I mean maybe if uh you know I can probably try to work on that I doubt
01:12:20.689 --> 01:12:37.428
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, yeah, but I think it would be cool to have some kind of like, you know, how they do like, you know, a thousand hoax or like a million hoax versus like, and Wolverines, you know, I like, you have like these like weird simulations like, you know,
01:12:38.600 --> 01:12:49.589
[SPEAKER_02]: 2 million zombies versus a thousand soldiers or something, you know, and you have like these like fights where you're trying to see like which one of these two right to entities or whatever.
01:12:49.629 --> 01:13:00.298
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, these two armies would work, you know, how who would come out on top and if we had some kind of a simulation like that where we were putting these characters in for fantasy football.
01:13:01.257 --> 01:13:11.466
[SPEAKER_02]: like having that simulation of them playing, you know, and seeing what the result would be with their realistic skills and powers and everything.
01:13:11.506 --> 01:13:14.729
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I mean, like I said, it's an interesting time.
01:13:14.749 --> 01:13:17.351
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you know, just for everyone else out there.
01:13:17.371 --> 01:13:19.133
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, yeah, let us know how well we did.
01:13:19.153 --> 01:13:27.300
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I can tell you, I can tell you defense really is probably one of the hardest positions to get, or at least to try to figure out the right way.
01:13:28.927 --> 01:13:37.032
[SPEAKER_01]: every I feel like every other position you can you can generally kind of pick and choose in this in that defense I definitely would say is is one of the hardest things you're going to have to do.
01:13:37.832 --> 01:13:55.422
[SPEAKER_02]: Right because like you said it's either it's going to make any I mean you're you are kind of out of disadvantage if you do pick our ranges because then you're only have like five as opposed to like your what thousands of filter might well they I would be able to use thousands
01:13:58.544 --> 01:14:04.027
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, true, right, because I don't want to hear typical defense of teams that have 11 on each side.
01:14:04.267 --> 01:14:04.467
[SPEAKER_01]: So.
01:14:07.108 --> 01:14:16.913
[SPEAKER_01]: We, in the way you look at it, I mean, let us know because I'd be curious to know if you guys will, you know, if you have a different different options, different picks, like send us a message.
01:14:17.313 --> 01:14:18.134
[SPEAKER_02]: Put it on Facebook.
01:14:18.154 --> 01:14:21.936
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we always have our, you know, normal posts throughout the week.
01:14:21.996 --> 01:14:26.758
[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm sure you can put a post on both of our teams, like what they were.
01:14:27.440 --> 01:14:39.720
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'll, you know, so that's something, but yeah, I mean, you guys can let us know and, you know, maybe he didn't like my picks and I'd be used to that go ahead and tell me like, hey, you're a fucking idiot like.
01:14:40.488 --> 01:14:40.768
[SPEAKER_01]: Go ahead.
01:14:40.788 --> 01:14:51.897
[SPEAKER_01]: Thanks for letting me know if I can edit it and every piece of hate mail goes right to Matt and so you want to say please I want to have something to respond to that'd be great.
01:14:52.137 --> 01:14:54.699
[SPEAKER_01]: He's like actually you don't want to be all the hate.
01:14:55.059 --> 01:14:55.779
[SPEAKER_01]: I love the hate.
01:14:56.200 --> 01:14:59.002
[SPEAKER_01]: He's like if better yet So here's Matt's address.
01:14:59.042 --> 01:14:59.282
[SPEAKER_01]: No, no
01:15:01.203 --> 01:15:07.727
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, anyways, boys and girls know, we've been talking a lot about fantasy football, but you know, stay tuned for next week because I'll tell you this.
01:15:08.268 --> 01:15:10.229
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going to say what it is, but it'll be good.
01:15:10.289 --> 01:15:13.671
[SPEAKER_01]: So, like I said, just stay geeky as always.
