ABOUT THIS EPISODE
What if every small group, business, or neighborhood had someone equipped to walk with people through emotional and spiritual struggles—before it ever gets to crisis? That’s the power of InStep, a strategic partner of Fully Alive.
In this episode, Brian Phipps sits down with longtime friends Mike and Carol Grubbs, founders of InStep. Together, they unpack how this training equips ordinary people to provide frontline care—without needing to be licensed professionals.
