ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Danny Sheehan is one of the most consequential public interest attorneys of the last century. His cases include the Pentagon Papers, Watergate, the Karen Silkwood case, the Iran-Contra investigation, and decades of work at the intersection of government secrecy and the public's right to know. He is co-founder of the Romero Institute and the New Paradigm Institute, and a leading voice in the push for congressional UAP disclosure. Today, he stands at the center of what may be the most consequential question humanity has ever faced: the implications of a potential extraterrestrial or extradimensional non-human presence here on Earth.
Having spent over 50 years litigating against government secrecy and winning, in this discussion, Danny connects the JFK assassination, the Vatican's role in the 1933 Italy UFO crash, the founding of the CIA, and the architecture of Brown Brothers Harriman to the UFO cover-up we're living through today, and lays out the concrete constitutional path to disclosure.
Big thanks to Jamie Billings for helping make this interview happen, and to Danny and his wife for their time and generosity.
The New Paradigm Institute, founded by acclaimed civil rights and Constitutional attorney Danny Sheehan, is dedicated to advocating for the public release of information held by the government surrounding the issue of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), or what was commonly known as Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs).
