ABOUT THIS EPISODE
When doctors tell you there’s a zero percent chance of pregnancy, what do you do? For Chris and his wife Erica — who faced stage four endometriosis, an autoimmune condition, repeated surgeries, and multiple failed IVF cycles across several clinics — the answer was to stop believing the statistics and start living differently.
In this episode of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Rosanne Austin sits down with Chris for a raw, honest look at the man’s side of an impossible-seeming fertility journey. From his initial skepticism about mindset coaching, to watching his wife transform, to finally letting go of the pressure and going on vacation — and coming home with a miracle — Chris’s story is proof that the mind body connection is not woo woo. It’s how babies get made when medicine says it can’t happen.

Erica was told she had no chance of natural conception due to stage four endometriosis and an autoimmune condition. After stepping away from IVF clinics, focusing on mindset work, nutrition, and nervous system regulation, she and Chris conceived naturally. Their story is one of many on the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast demonstrating that statistics are not destiny.
Chris openly shares that his negative cloud — his habit of catastrophizing and focusing on what couldn’t happen — was a real factor in their journey. When he finally shifted to believing a baby was coming, that change aligned with Erica’s transformation and created the conditions for their natural conception. His experience highlights that a partner’s energy and belief matter more than most men realize.
As Chris explains, this is often a self-protective mechanism — a way of managing the emotional pain of repeated failure rather than a true reflection of what they want. He admits that the moment their son arrived, he knew he’d been fooling himself all along. Understanding this pattern can help couples communicate more honestly about shared desires.
For Erica and Chris, stepping away from clinic cycles for about a year — combined with mindset work, dietary changes, and stress reduction — preceded their natural conception. While every situation is different, releasing the hyper-vigilant, schedule-driven approach to conception can reduce the nervous system stress that interferes with the body’s natural fertility.
The Fearlessly Fertile Method is Rosanne Austin’s fertility mindset coaching program that helps women align their mind and body for fertility success. For Erica, it shifted her out of clinic-hopping desperation and into a grounded, faith-based approach that ultimately led to natural conception. Chris credits Erica’s transformation through the program as the catalyst for his own mindset shift and their success.

[00:00:37] For your fertility journey. It’s time to get
[00:00:39] fearless, baby fearlessly fertile. Let’s do this.
[00:00:44] Welcome to the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, episode 3 29. A fearlessly fertile miracle Papa Chris’s story from 0% chance of getting and staying pregnant to [00:01:00] pregnant naturally loves. I’m so excited to be here with you this week.
[00:01:03] I’m coming to you from Destin, Florida and. This week we are sharing an incredible story of triumph. Now, you know Erica from the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, but today you are gonna get to know Chris, her hubby, and Chris was just such an incredible man to interview because it, it, this happened so often. We start off with men that are a little.
[00:01:29] Skeptical about this coaching thing, but they come around when they see the result. So you are going to hear how Chris was approaching the fertility journey that he and his wife Erica had, because Erica had stage four endometriosis and autoimmune condition. She had repeated surgery, she was going from clinic to clinic, and at times things looked.
[00:01:53] Impossible. I mean, think about what it means and what it can feel like and, and ultimately what it does to your [00:02:00] mindset when you’re being told you have 0% chance of getting pregnant. Well, as we know from Erica’s podcast, not only did they prove the naysayers wrong, they did it naturally. But what Chris brings to this conversation is really a story of transformation and what it meant to him to support his wife in this process and how her change in mindset really.
[00:02:22] Impacted him and got him on board and today they are holding their precious baby boy. So I hope you enjoy this next installment of the Miracle Papa Series as I chat with the amazing big daddy Chris. Well, Chris, thank you for coming on, sir. And I, I just almost went crazy when I saw your boys. Space, like you gotta tell us, like before we get into all the juicy stuff, like what’s it like being a dad now?
[00:02:53] Yeah. Um, I don’t know. I mean like it’s kind of feels [00:03:00] the same. It’s just I have to take care of another small human being.
[00:03:05] Um, yeah, I mean, it’s funny everyone that asked me that question, um, like obviously. You know, our journey and what we went through from having the interview with Erica. But, um, it’s funny ’cause like everyone’s like, you know, oh, how, how’s it having a kid? And there’s always this like one clip that just comes back to me where I think it was like Andy Sandberg was doing an interview on like Jimmy Fallon and he was like, you know, and, and again, I’m not saying this that like, because I’m like, oh God, being a parent sucks.
[00:03:35] It doesn’t, it’s great. But like, he’s like, yeah, when you have a kid and you’re. Before you’re gonna, you know, have the kid. Everyone’s like, it’s wonderful. It’s experience, it’s amazing. And then you have the kid, and then it’s like a week, two, three weeks in, you’re like, oh my God, I’m so tired. What is going on?
[00:03:53] They’re like, ha ha, welcome to hell. You’ve joined us. You’re like, why didn’t you tell me this before? Hmm. [00:04:00] But it’s all worth it.
[00:04:01] I think anyone can tell you, Chris.
[00:04:03] Yeah,
[00:04:03] like I don’t think anyone can tell you like the full depth of like the lows and the highs. It’s almost indescribable, right? Yeah. It’s like something you have to experience.
[00:04:12] I wanted to thank you for coming on to share, because the whole reason behind us doing this podcast series is to shed some light on a part. Of the conversation that I, I think just doesn’t happen enough.
[00:04:28] Hmm.
[00:04:28] And that is really looking at the journey from the man’s perspective. And I think it’s really hard.
[00:04:36] I think it’s super isolating as isolated and as challenged as women feel. I think that it’s as challenging in a different way for men.
[00:04:47] Yeah.
[00:04:47] And I just was like, oh. You know, all of my miracle moms have made such incredible impacts on women all over the world. They said, well, who better than to talk to some of the men that were by their sides.[00:05:00]
[00:05:00] And let’s start by, you know, you sharing a little bit about when you guys found yourself on this journey. What were some of the things that were going through your head?
[00:05:12] I was kind of. It took me definitely a longer amount of time to kind of get to the point where Erica did with basically continuous IVF cycles, things like that.
[00:05:26] I think the reason why it was different was because in our scenario, the issue necessarily wasn’t, you know. Like from, I, I guess it sounds horrible, but like from my side, you know, it wasn’t like, oh, I have a low sperm count or anything like that. It was like on the Erica side. But in that situation, all you can do is like support your wife really much or your partner.
[00:05:49] So, um, but you know, going to the first IVF clinic, I guess. Was kind of eyeopening to [00:06:00] be like, oh, so this is what happens and this is how much this costs and this is what’s not covered and this is what is covered. Versus, you know, before when we were just trying, we’re like, oh, it didn’t happen yet. And then eventually it’s like, you know, it’s been a while and still is, nothing is happening, so like, what’s going on?
[00:06:18] So just trying to figure that out and then being there to support it was. Not difficult in the beginning, but then like after failed attempts and you know, going through it all, that’s where it gets difficult. And you know, my wife never lost hope. Um, I think I definitely did on the journey where I got to the point where, you know, I was like, if I have a kid, I have a kid.
[00:06:44] If I don’t have a kid, I’m okay with it. But then. Once she got pregnant, I was like, I was just fooling myself. I wanted a kid. Like I was just trying to keep myself like in line to be, you know, it’s okay if we don’t have kids. We’ll, we’ll retire early and, and that’s the case. [00:07:00] But you know, Erica was never like that.
[00:07:01] She’s like, no, we are having a fucking kid. Like it is gonna happen. Um,
[00:07:07] Chris, I really appreciate you. Bringing up that really salient point here, because I think a lot of women get frustrated because their men will tell them, well, it’s not a big deal. I’m okay if we don’t have a kid. Like, and I think women misinterpret that as a, you know, being dispassionate.
[00:07:29] But what you are really talking about is a protection mechanism that you are using within yourself that. You know, later on, like when the baby’s born, you’re like, I’m just fooling myself. Like, I really want this.
[00:07:42] Yeah. I mean, yeah. You know, it was more or less like trying me to tell her like, it will be okay.
[00:07:48] Like whether we do or don’t, we’re still gonna function. We’re still gonna go on. With life. Like, yes, we’ll be maybe the cool aunt uncles or, you know, whatever. But I mean, like realistically, whenever we [00:08:00] saw like, you know, her cousin’s kids or my friend’s kids or whatever, after that I was like, ah, it would be really nice if we had a kid.
[00:08:06] You know, like it would be super fun. But, um, but then I would be like, oh yeah, you know, but then we can go do whatever we want. We don’t have to worry about it. So, deep down I was, I knew I wanted a kid, so when it definitely happened, I was like. Wow. Like those, those nine months leading up to it were so great.
[00:08:24] And then it’s great. Now it’s just a different great. Like I can’t wait till he is like freaking two years old and I’m like taking him to the aquarium or to the park and like running around with him and stuff like that,
[00:08:35] so. Oh man. Well, so what was it like for you because you know, Erica shared her story and like things were looking grim, bro.
[00:08:44] It was all these surgeries and all these doctors saying it’s never gonna happen and then the seemingly impossible. Ultimately happened, but what was it like for you to really like, ’cause there had to have been some low points, [00:09:00] especially when you’re sitting in clinic number two or three and they’re giving you these dismal, uh, prospects.
[00:09:07] Like what, what was going through your head?
[00:09:09] I mean, the, the first clinic that we went, well, I wouldn’t say all the clinics necessarily were in the situation where they were dismal. Like we went to one clinic, um, in the city. And the doctor had very good compassion, like, and she was just, you know, we’re gonna make this happen.
[00:09:30] Unfortunately, it didn’t happen with her. Um, but she gave us like a little bit of hope and I really liked her, um, to be like, you know, give that compassion saying, you know, we’re gonna try, we’re gonna try, we’re gonna do it. Fortunately, that was one of the doctors where Erica had like chocolate cysts.
[00:09:45] Nothing happened and it was one of the like most devastating moments because we thought something was gonna happen there. Other places were more or less like, you know, I, I wanna say you’re not like a number per se, but you kind of [00:10:00] are, you know, it’s like you’re in there, they do their thing. If you don’t have like a successful temp after like two, maybe three times, it’s like, okay, well we could try IUI or maybe you should think about adoption or something like that.
[00:10:13] And, and you know, it’s dependent again upon the clinic, but like. Some are more compassionate, some are not. Um, but I would say like, personally, like, I mean after, I can’t remember how many you went to, I think Erica said like four or five or something like that. But like after like the third one, that’s where I was just like, you know, how, how is this really gonna happen?
[00:10:32] Like, you know, and how much money are we spending? You know, that’s just. So crazy, but at the same time, deep down, you know, you really want to have a kid. And, and it just happened that we just did it naturally. So it was like, you know, you know, and then it’s like kind of like, you know, nothing against the clinics, but it’s like, see, look, it happens.
[00:10:52] So, you know, whatever you say or whatever studies are out there based off of, you know, [00:11:00] low, whatever a woman has, man has, whoever has it can happen.
[00:11:04] Yeah. Yeah. Well, here she is doing all these things, and then she tells you she wants to work with this slightly fo mouth former prosecutor. I mean, what was going through your head about that?
[00:11:17] Because I think you were near, you were either on that conversation or near that conversation.
[00:11:22] Yeah. I mean, honestly, I was like, you’re crazy, but that’s just my personality. Right. I was like. You know, again, and, and for people going through it, like from the perspective of the husband or partner who doesn’t have the issue, but is dealing with the person who has the issue and trying to support the person who has the issue, and then money comes into play.
[00:11:47] It is a big, big, stressful like hurdle that you have to get over. And my wife was. Very, like, I’m just gonna throw everything that I have into [00:12:00] this. And I’m like, we can’t just throw everything we have into this it, it needs to be discussed. It needs to have a realization of like what we can and can’t do and afford.
[00:12:10] However, I didn’t take really into account, again, from my perspective, what you call your, I forgot what you call it. Like your support crew, your bunk crew or whatever. Your bump squad. Yeah, your bump squad. Yeah, your bump squad. And it’s true, you know, like I was wrong in this scenario. Like she needed to join this and she needed to do her acupuncture and she needed her group, her, her bump squad, as you say, to like get that mindset to be like, I’m gonna have the kid.
[00:12:43] And at the same time I needed to get into that mindset too. And it just took me much longer to get there. Um. But eventually, I guess I did.
[00:12:57] Well, clearly, dude.
[00:12:59] I mean, I have a kid now, [00:13:00] so
[00:13:00] I, I actually think it takes a lot of courage to say what you said, Chris, because a lot of men who are not taking into account like what’s actually happening, it can really seem like a dollar and cents type of thing.
[00:13:16] Yeah.
[00:13:17] But there was something in you that had to have shifted. Because you’re not a man prone to flights of fancy. If you really wanted to, you could probably, nah. But there was something in that moment that made you really support her in this, because I remember that. What do you think that was?
[00:13:35] It was to the point of where I, I could say that’s all she wanted and like, like I said, I think a switch happened where it’s like, that’s what I wanted to eventually, like I was just kidding myself to be like, you know, oh, if I don’t have a kid, I don’t have a kid, but like.
[00:13:49] You know, to the point where I was getting upset and crying that I didn’t, you know, when we had a next failed cycle. And it was almost like to the point where, you know, you just don’t want to [00:14:00] have another failed cycle. And every time I was scared to go into another IVF clinic or another situation where it was gonna fail.
[00:14:09] And then I would be like, disappointed again. And then I’d be like, Ugh, we just, you know, we did it again. We spent money on this. It didn’t happen. It didn’t happen. And then, you know, Eric was like, you need to get out of your, she always said, you get outta your negative cloud, like get outta your negative cloud.
[00:14:25] You need to think positive. And it’s hard to get me outta my negative cloud. I will say that, but um, I don’t know. And then we just kind of went on vacation and I was like, oh, and you know what Erica was like. She, she basically was like, okay, you know what? She’s like, if it’s gonna happen, it’s gonna happen.
[00:14:41] And I was like, yes. Perfect. I was like, that’s the way I’m gonna think about it too. Like, we can’t stress over it. If it’s gonna happen, it’s gonna happen. You said it’s gonna happen, you know, we’re just gonna, you know, make it happen. And then, and then we were like going on my 40th birthday and I was like, let’s just go on vacation.
[00:14:56] It’s like, we gotta go on vacation. We need to relax. We need to like. Get out of this like [00:15:00] day to day thing. You know, I love my dog, but get away from my dog. He causes me stress too. Um, I just go on vacation and, you know, she started doing, you know, better with eating and dieting. Uh, she, that was part of her BU squad, you know, she had a nutritionist person that was helping her.
[00:15:18] She did a bar exercising too. Um, myself was just more positive thinking in that aspect and. It happened
[00:15:28] naturally, Chris?
[00:15:29] Yeah. Yeah.
[00:15:31] I remember. ’cause she sent me a text message and I’m like, what? You know, because after all of the things you guys heard, I mean the idea of a natural conception could have been totally like.
[00:15:41] Not even possible.
[00:15:43] Yeah. I mean, and I know like, you know, when she spoke to you last, like she’s, my wife is more religious than me. I am not that religious, but like I still go with her to church and whatnot because I support her in that aspect and whatever I believe. I believe. But it was like more or less like, you know, she, she was [00:16:00] saying like, you know, when we were in Florida, she did, you know, she went to church.
[00:16:03] You know, she basically like jokingly like gave herself and be like, if it’s gonna happen, it’s gonna happen. And we’re both Disney people. And I went to Disney and I was like, Hey, if it’s gonna happen, it’s Disney. So she’s always like, oh, it’s, you know, a miracle baby. And I’m like, it is a miracle baby, but it’s also a Disney baby.
[00:16:19] I think. That’s awesome. Well, so what are some of the things that like, because your wife changed very quickly. Like her thinking and think and the way that she was approaching this, did that have an impact on you
[00:16:34] when she started just kind of not pressuring herself and like just being very, you know, I dunno, LAIs say fair, like it’s just gonna, we’re just gonna go with it.
[00:16:45] That’s when I think I was more tuned into being like, yeah, let’s just do that. Because prior to that. Just, you know, and she stopped going to the IVF clinics. That was the other thing too. [00:17:00] We stopped, she was like, I’m gonna take a break. And I think it was like about a year, I think that she took a break.
[00:17:06] And between that time of taking a break and focusing on her mental health and focusing on her diet and focusing myself on like being less stressed in that situation because of going to the clinics and things like that, um, I think that’s when I kind of. Got over that hurdle and was a little, you know, bit like, yeah, I want, I wanna have this kid and we’re gonna, we’re gonna do it.
[00:17:28] The other thing also is like, what I don’t know if people realize is like the time scheduling on, like trying naturally, is it, it ruins things. It ruins intimacy. It ruins like it does. It’s like you’re on a time schedule of like going to work and you’re like, we gotta do this now because I’m ovulating.
[00:17:45] Like, and it was more or less like, Hey, let’s just. Relax, go with life, chill out and see where it goes. And I, I guess, yeah, it worked
[00:17:56] well. Can you believe though, that the [00:18:00] transformation that Erica saw from the woman who was clinic hopping, all of this crazy stuff that was happening in, in your life to a woman who’s like, it’s gonna happen and we’re gonna mellow out?
[00:18:13] Like, I mean. That’s like a head transplant.
[00:18:16] Yeah, yeah, yeah. It is. It is. And I mean like, you know, she had to go through some medical procedures too, right? Like she had stage four endometriosis, so that was something that she had to do. I mean, you know, she didn’t have to, but that helped. But like after that, when it still wasn’t happening, that’s to the point where it’s like, what do we do?
[00:18:35] And it was just like. And let it go.
[00:18:41] I think it’s just crazy when you think about that story and how. She with all of the different diagnoses she had. And like an autoimmune condition too.
[00:18:52] Yeah.
[00:18:52] All of that to this idea that IVF was gonna be the only way that this was gonna happen to you guys, conceiving naturally.
[00:18:59] I mean, [00:19:00] that’s like a world apart. Yeah.
[00:19:01] I mean, who
[00:19:01] would’ve predicted that?
[00:19:03] Yeah. And, and that kind of just shows you, and again, nothing against IVF clinics, they’re great. It works for people and it’s amazing, but when your givings to. Statistically odds of being like less than 0% from most of these IVF clinics, and they’re like, you don’t have a chance of having a baby naturally.
[00:19:25] And then you do. It’s just like, well, you’re wrong. So.
[00:19:30] Well, I guess it’ll certainly, I mean, what an incredible lesson to learn. Because now if you guys ever hear things like that, you’re gonna be like, oh, we called it a miracle baby. We can handle this. Right? Yeah. I mean, everything else, Chris is kind of a piece of cake after this.
[00:19:44] Yeah. Yeah.
[00:19:46] Wow.
[00:19:46] Well, almost he has, he has given us like stressors, but it’s just raising him now.
[00:19:53] Yeah. Well, and so and how old is he now?
[00:19:56] He’s gonna be four months in like three days. [00:20:00]
[00:20:00] Oh my gosh. Yeah. I mean, like, and when you think about this, ’cause your story was, you know. Not exactly the same, but we had similar endings where after my husband and I were in treatment for all of these years, we ended up getting pregnant naturally.
[00:20:14] Yeah.
[00:20:15] With all of that good that comes in your life, you’re not even thinking about how much you spent.
[00:20:20] No. But
[00:20:20] you’re like, whatever, dude, like
[00:20:22] I don’t even remember. I’m like, I don’t, do
[00:20:24] you
[00:20:24] even
[00:20:24] care?
[00:20:24] No. I don’t even remember, honestly how many times I went to the IVF clinic. At this point you have the kid and you’re just like, whatever.
[00:20:30] Yeah,
[00:20:31] yeah,
[00:20:31] yeah.
[00:20:32] It, it doesn’t matter anymore. Which is also kind of the point too. It’s like. For me again, for on the other side, again, with the person not having the issue, but going through it with the person who has the issue. Once you have your child, you’re like, that was stupid to talk, like, to think about that way, you know?
[00:20:48] Yeah.
[00:20:48] Well, I think that’s, I think you’re raising a, another very interesting and astute point here is because we are very programmed to go into dollars and cents.
[00:20:59] Yeah.
[00:20:59] But we’re [00:21:00] talking about a human being.
[00:21:02] Yeah.
[00:21:02] Two, actually, two human beings, right?
[00:21:04] Yeah.
[00:21:05] Your wife who, who wants this and, and you did, I mean, really badly.
[00:21:10] Yeah. Uh, you just admitted it at different times.
[00:21:12] Yeah.
[00:21:13] But you’re also putting a price tag on your child.
[00:21:16] Yeah.
[00:21:18] Basically, yeah. Like now we can see. That’s crazy.
[00:21:19] Yeah. Yeah. I mean, like, you don’t wanna go financially broke obviously, but like at the same time it, it, to, to think about it that way is kind of silly once you have your child.
[00:21:35] Yeah,
[00:21:35] so I mean, your child’s gonna cost more than probably IVF anyway. So
[00:21:39] A long term.
[00:21:40] Yeah, long term. I think the average now is like over 300,000 whatever, until he is 18, so whatever,
[00:21:46] it’s gonna be worth every dime. Big daddy, Chris.
[00:21:49] Yeah.
[00:21:50] What would you say to the women, and of course there are men that are listening to this and maybe they find themselves in this [00:22:00] similar.
[00:22:00] Situation where there’s a little bit of angst, sort of going back and forth and hearing all these terrible statistics and all these, you know, dollar figures and all of this other stuff. I mean, as a man who is on the other side of this, who could impart wisdom to people in it, what would you say?
[00:22:21] Yeah, I mean.
[00:22:24] I would say don’t get caught up in the numbers. I mean, be realistic of the situation, right? The, that was, that was me. I was getting caught up in the numbers. I was being unrealistic, but also realistic in the sense where unrealistic saying, oh, this isn’t really gonna happen when it could happen. And then becoming realistic to say, okay, well.
[00:22:52] Maybe it will happen and we will have a kid, but we need to kind of rethink our strategy of constantly [00:23:00] going to every clinic and figuring out, and then going to another clinic and then figuring out another procedure, and then going to another one and paying this and doing that. And just kind of like rewiring your brain to be like, okay, let’s just chill.
[00:23:15] Let’s take a minute, take a step back. Figure out what makes each of us happy. Incorporate that to how we’re gonna have a kid go about your life. Try to feel good about what you’re doing, you know, relaxing, doing things for yourself and maybe it will happen. And I don’t know, I just feel like it did. I feel like we just kind of tried to take the pressure off of ourselves.
[00:23:42] By dealing with so much statistical analysis of like you’re in a situation where it’s not gonna happen and just being like honestly like, fuck that. I’m gonna go and just do me, do us and we’re gonna figure it out and see what happens. And whilst like thinking that [00:24:00] then changing your mindset to be like, it is going to happen.
[00:24:03] And that was really hard for me. Like I was saying, like to get to that point where it’s saying it is going to happen, that. Made me believe it, you know, more once I started thinking that way. And then also going on vacation, but yeah.
[00:24:17] Yeah. And Disney, yeah, I mean, well, I think that’s really, really smart, Chris, because I think with Erica making that shift, that rubbing off on you and you guys coming together and really just like this is happening.
[00:24:31] Like when I, when women hear me say it’s just a decision, I think it’s hard for them to conceptualize sometimes that you’re just gonna decide. To be successful. Yeah. Because basically when, when somebody, you know, like Erica is basically being given a 0% chance, she had to believe bigger than what anybody in a white coat could have said to her.
[00:24:55] Yeah.
[00:24:55] And that actually, you know, you deserve a giant gold star, Chris, [00:25:00] because you, you had to believe in that same vision. Because your wife’s not an idiot, right? Like you, you guys came together and, and had to share that vision and throw caution to the wind and, and have the courage to go and live your lives.
[00:25:15] I mean, you’re living proof of the mind body connection, Chris, like really, like, I mean, literally because it, what happened for you guys doesn’t make any sense. On paper,
[00:25:24] it, it’s a lot. I know like some people like unfortunately don’t get through it. You know, whether their partner leaves or divorce or whatever.
[00:25:35] It’s a lot. It’s a toll on your self, emotionally and physically. It just is. And me personally, I know for myself, I avoid conflict when I can or whatever. I’m not very like. You know, we can do it, but you just kind of have to get into that mood set, I guess, a bit and,
[00:25:58] and for the shit that matters, dude.
[00:25:59] Right. Yeah. Like, I mean, [00:26:00] for the shit that matters, you’ll fight for it.
[00:26:01] Yeah. And, and, and don’t put so much pressure on yourself. That’s what I always like, kind of told my wife is like, if it will happen, it will happen. Stop thinking about like, see, I don’t even remember, like when we were going through it, I remembered all the terms.
[00:26:15] I don’t even remember any of the terms anymore. Like low a MHI think it was or whatever. I was like, stop thinking about that. Like, like it will happen. It will happen. And you know, obviously everyone says like, you know, everyone we were with, oh, it will happen. It’ll happen at that point in time. You’re like, you know, shut up.
[00:26:29] Like, no, it’s not gonna happen because I have to go and do these things and take these drugs and all that. And like. You know, just relax. Don’t, don’t, don’t constantly think about it. Just go about your way. Do what you need to do, get your support system a positive outlook on life, and it’ll happen.
[00:26:50] I, I think that’s so true.
[00:26:52] I gotta tell you, you’re married to an extraordinary woman, Chris, because Erica is like a star student. Like she wasn’t [00:27:00] playing.
[00:27:00] Yeah.
[00:27:00] Wasn’t playing at all.
[00:27:02] Yeah.
[00:27:03] Um, but it also made it really awesome to coach her and, um, I just couldn’t be happier for the two of you and like, oh, baby sha he’s so cute. Yeah.
[00:27:10] He’s just adorable.
[00:27:11] Well, and and what’s crazy is, so we had him in October and we were like, oh, we have the youngest cousin now out of all of her cousins, and now he’s the third youngest because now her other cousin just had a kid. And like three and a half months apart. And then like two weeks ago, we just found out her other cousin is pregnant now too.
[00:27:35] So now she’s the third oldest.
[00:27:38] So you guys started a baby boom.
[00:27:40] Pretty much like we, we are starting the next generation of this family, I guess.
[00:27:46] Well, thank you so much Chris. Thank you for being so generous and some so big hearted in sharing the truth about what your experience was, and I think this is gonna help so many people and [00:28:00] I’m just so delighted to see you and your beautiful family just thriving.
[00:28:04] So thank you for that.
[00:28:06] Yeah. And yeah, just stick it out folk. That’s all I gotta say. Like,
[00:28:10] yeah,
[00:28:10] don’t put too much pressure on yourself and just like go with the flow.
[00:28:14] Awesome. Well, thank you, sir.
[00:28:17] Yeah, no problem.
[00:28:18] Love this Wasn’t my conversation with Chris. Absolutely fantastic. Oh, it’s so inspiring to think that they’re holding their baby boy today because his wife Erica, had the courage to change the way that she thinks so that she can aligned her mind and body.
[00:28:35] Because when your mind and body are aligned, you make statistics, your prior diagnosis, your past IVF failures or failure at anything else that you’re doing. I fucking T. Okay. You make it irrelevant, and that is the power of the mind body connection because when your mind and body are working together, you can make the seemingly impossible possible.
