ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Welcome to episode forty-three of Failure is Not the Problem. I’m George A. Milton, AKA “America’s Failure Coach.” I’ve spent the last 30+ years coaching, mentoring, leading, and training audiences around the world on the positive aspects of how to use their failed experiences to become successful. Join me and our guest for the week: Tim Crockett.
Tim Crockett is a seasoned security and risk management executive, as well as a former Royal Marine Commando and Special Boat Service Operator. Besides having nearly 30 years of experience advising global organizations across the corporate, media, humanitarian, and government sector, Tim and his son Harrison went on a nearly 50 day trip across the Pacific ocean, from San Francisco to Hawaii, covering around 2400 miles leading Harrison to break the record for youngest person to complete this trajectory.
Were there challenges? You bet there were. If you want to see more of their journey, check out Tim’s instagram @tamethekraken
You are a champion. How do I know? Because you showed up. If you want to be successful, half the battle is showing up. Most of us from a very early age have been conditioned to believe that failure is negative, but that’s simply not true.
