ABOUT THIS EPISODE
On this episode, Ryan did a one-on-one with Chris Striegel who is officially in Berlin Marathon week!
We dove in to what it's been like having a marathon build for an earlier fall marathon and training through the summer heat. He also did this build while juggling a newborn and doing a lot of his runs midday in the sun.
He's been feeling alot of fatigue the last couple of weeks of this build and struggling to hit a couple workouts near the end and we did a deep dive into what this may be and how he is mentally preparing for Sunday in Berlin.
Tune in for a great episode that highlights how real the taper crazies can be!
