After becoming a C5 quadriplegic at 19 following a diving accident, Stephen transformed his personal experience into a mission to help others find strength, meaning, and possibility in difficult circumstances. Alongside his wife, Julie, a cancer survivor and full-time caregiver, he brings honesty, humor, and hard-earned wisdom to the realities of living through life's toughest seasons.
