Today's Dropping Bombs episode delivers a true mud-to-multi-state success story with Phil Dudley, founder of Elite Builders, a family-owned contracting company now licensed across three states — built without a college degree, a mentor, or a safety net.
Phil breaks down how a broken home and the free lunch line shaped his hustle, how he went from the worst salesman on his team to the best, and why he built VERASKOPE, an AI-powered platform solving the tool chaos every contractor quietly struggles with.
If you've ever used your circumstances as an excuse, this episode removes it — and shows exactly what building something out of nothing really looks like.
