ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Come and listen to our Host, Gia-Raquel Rose, in “Collaboration Over Competition” Podcast Mini-Series.
This empowering series explores what becomes possible when women stop competing against one another and start building together. We’re shifting the focus from comparison and competition to connection, shared purpose, and collective success. Because when women support women, celebrate each other’s achievements, and share their knowledge and resources, everyone has the opportunity to grow.
Through honest conversations, inspiring stories, and practical insights, we’ll discover how collaboration creates stronger relationships, opens doors to new opportunities, and multiplies the impact we can make in our communities and beyond. From celebrating another woman’s success to building meaningful partnerships, we’ll explore how a spirit of generosity and teamwork can transform the way we approach life, business, and leadership.
Whether you're an entrepreneur, a community leader, a creative, or a woman working toward your next big goal, this series will remind you that you don't have to do it all alone. Your success doesn't diminish someone else's, and another woman's achievements don't take away from your own potential.
Join us as we celebrate the power of women coming together, lifting one another up, and creating opportunities that are bigger than any one of us could build alone.
Gia-Raquel Rose, owner of Airs Above Yoga, LLC and a real estate sales associate in Tewksbury, New Jersey has had a love for horses stemming from early childhood. Growing up in “horse country” afforded her the privilege of beginning to ride from the tender age of four. It was a childhood illness, which brought her riding aspirations to an abrupt halt. It took twenty years before she was able to reunite with her long lost passion for horses and their ability to heal. In that time, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Arcadia University and became a twice two hundred hour certified yoga instructor in both Hatha and Vinyasa. It was the loss of her mother, Rose, to breast cancer, which ultimately shifted her trajectory from the corporate world to the internal work for which yoga, as a practice, is renowned.
We guide a meditation that transforms jealousy and envy from painful comparison into clear direction about what we truly want. We connect competition to insecurity and lack, then practice a grounded visualization that helps us step into desire with self-worth, gratitude, and choice.
• competition rooted in insecurity, lack mentality, and comparison
• jealousy and envy as signals that reveal a real desire
• using reflection questions to identify what we want
• guilt as feedback after misaligned actions and reactive words
• pausing to move from reactivity into conscious choice
• meditation as training for the inner observer
• “door” visualization to explore envy safely and without self-judgment
• integrating fulfillment and releasing the feeling of separation

00:00:31.760 --> 00:00:34.479
Namaste, and welcome to the Divas That Care Network.
00:00:34.560 --> 00:00:40.479
I'm your host, Jiraquel Rose, owner of Airs Above Yoga, and you are listening to Above the Ground Podcast.
00:00:40.719 --> 00:00:42.159
This is your first time tuning in.
00:00:42.240 --> 00:00:46.079
Our network is in its 16th year and listened to in over 30 countries.
00:00:46.320 --> 00:00:50.240
I would like to personally thank you for giving me the gift of your time.
00:00:50.479 --> 00:00:53.679
As always, it is my honor to hold space within for you.
00:00:53.920 --> 00:01:02.000
And today it's, I'm not going to lie, I think the meditation episodes are my favorite episodes because I am a big proponent and fan of meditation.
00:01:02.240 --> 00:01:05.519
And so this is a meditation episode, spoiler alert.
00:01:05.920 --> 00:01:10.879
And essentially, we're still talking about that whole collaboration over competition vibe.
00:01:10.959 --> 00:01:18.079
And what I want to talk about and what this meditation is going to be about is actually going to focus a little more on the competition aspect of it and how to move from that.
00:01:18.239 --> 00:01:22.799
And the reason for that is essentially this is my personal belief.
00:01:23.040 --> 00:01:26.239
And I'm sure other people have their own beliefs.
00:01:26.400 --> 00:01:30.879
And I'm sure that there are other people who have said similar things to this.
00:01:31.040 --> 00:01:55.519
But I want to talk about some of the lower vibrational or what people, what we would associate as negative emotions that drag us out of our power, drag us out of our collaborative nature, and put us in that competition and put us in that headbutting confrontational place over the coming from love and coming from self-acceptance.
00:01:55.680 --> 00:02:07.200
And I think the majority of these lower vibrational emotions or feelings, categories, however you want to coin it, and I won't get into the two that I really want to get into.
00:02:07.359 --> 00:02:08.719
Um, three really.
00:02:09.199 --> 00:02:13.599
But I think that essentially they stem from insecurity.
00:02:14.000 --> 00:02:19.120
Most human negative behavior stems from threat and insecurity.
00:02:19.360 --> 00:02:28.240
And competition by nature is trying to be better than the human next to you, or hopefully the human within you, right?
00:02:28.719 --> 00:02:31.280
And so it comes from a place of lack.
00:02:31.520 --> 00:02:33.680
It comes from a place of feeling less than.
00:02:33.840 --> 00:02:37.199
So needing to go beyond, above, farther.
00:02:37.439 --> 00:02:40.319
And that's where in my mind, competition breeds from, right?
00:02:40.400 --> 00:02:51.599
It breeds from insecurity, lack mentality, not feeling good enough, and looking at someone else and projecting the distinct, like what is the age-old saying, right?
00:02:51.840 --> 00:02:54.800
It is comparison is the thief of joy, right?
00:02:54.960 --> 00:02:58.319
So it comes from competition cannot come without comparison.
00:02:58.479 --> 00:03:01.919
You are looking at someone or something else, and you're comparing yourselves to them.
00:03:02.159 --> 00:03:11.360
You are then taking a stance of inferiority in your own mindset, in your own heart space, you feel less than compared to that person place thing, whatever it is.
00:03:11.520 --> 00:03:20.400
And then it feeds this sense of it can be anger, resentment, shame, fear, self-loat.
00:03:20.879 --> 00:03:25.039
Like pick a pick a crappy feeling and it breeds that, right?
00:03:25.199 --> 00:03:34.960
So the ones that I really want to focus on are the ones that you can reframe to help you figure out what you want.
00:03:36.000 --> 00:03:43.919
And to me, this is essential in the betterment process for yourself.
00:03:44.159 --> 00:03:56.479
The reason being that these negative emotions show you what it is that you are inspired to be, to do, to have.
00:03:56.960 --> 00:04:05.599
And instead of projecting the why do you have it and I don't, big fat go get it yourself because you have the power to do so.
00:04:05.919 --> 00:04:07.680
But maybe you don't know what you want.
00:04:07.759 --> 00:04:21.120
And I've often been, you know, like it's it's sometimes we know what we don't want, and that's an easier place to start than what we do want, because you know, if you're provided all of these options, it's like going on Netflix, it's like trying to pick a movie when you have all of the different apps, right?
00:04:21.199 --> 00:04:37.199
Like you can spend the length of time a movie would actually take to watch trying to pick one with the spoiled for choice options that we have here in a very blessed, you know, quote unquote air quote for those who are watching First World Nation, right?
00:04:37.360 --> 00:04:58.480
Um, so in a privileged society who has internet electricity, running water, food, and all of our basic needs met, we we get to home from our work at the end of the day, we sit on our couch and we turn on the TV and we can watch Netflix, we can watch HBO Max, we can watch stars, we can watch cable, we can watch Apple, you can pick your poison, right?
00:04:58.720 --> 00:05:04.720
And by the time you figure out what it is you want to watch, you've wasted most of the time that you would have spent watching it.
00:05:04.959 --> 00:05:08.079
That's kind of the similarity to people who don't know what they want.
00:05:08.240 --> 00:05:14.240
Some people know exactly what they want and they go after it with blinders on, like a horse in a race, and that's great for them.
00:05:14.399 --> 00:05:19.199
They they are the ambitious, they are the ones that are ahead of the pack, air quotes again.
00:05:20.639 --> 00:05:29.120
To that end, the emotions that I find the most useful for reframing are guilt and jealousy.
00:05:29.279 --> 00:05:33.680
I don't know if they technically qualify as emotions because I am not a psychologist.
00:05:33.920 --> 00:05:37.600
I am a yoga instructor, meditation enthusiast, and reiki master.
00:05:37.759 --> 00:05:38.720
That's what I do.
00:05:38.959 --> 00:05:48.319
But that being said, I find that jealousy and envy rear their heads when you want something that somebody else has.
00:05:48.560 --> 00:05:50.480
This again breeds that competition.
00:05:50.639 --> 00:06:00.399
And you start to compete with them for whatever it might be that you feel they have that you don't, or and and then it breeds resentment within a relationship.
00:06:00.480 --> 00:06:01.279
It's shitty.
00:06:01.839 --> 00:06:04.240
Pardon me, I said a naughty word, but it is.
00:06:04.480 --> 00:06:06.879
Um, and so how do we get around that?
00:06:07.040 --> 00:06:10.000
Well, I I tend to look at the feeling.
00:06:10.160 --> 00:06:18.319
All right, so if I if I'm with someone and and I they have something that I want, well, I'm not, I'm again, only child syndrome.
00:06:18.399 --> 00:06:20.000
I'm not, I don't want to take it from them.
00:06:20.160 --> 00:06:21.759
That's theirs, belongs to them.
00:06:21.839 --> 00:06:24.160
It's their path, it's their life, they have it, that's great.
00:06:24.399 --> 00:06:30.480
But what what is it about that feeling in me of jealousy or envy that I want that they have?
00:06:30.720 --> 00:06:39.199
Okay, well, maybe whatever it might be, that is showing me what it is that I want.
00:06:39.360 --> 00:06:40.800
It's showing me my path.
00:06:41.040 --> 00:06:48.959
That feeling, the reframe for jealousy is oh, okay, well, I have this feeling that they have something that I want that I don't have, that lack, right?
00:06:49.040 --> 00:06:53.360
I don't, and lack is a huge mindset shift kind of conversation, right?
00:06:54.319 --> 00:06:59.920
So if you feel jealous or envious of someone else for something, someone, right?
00:07:00.000 --> 00:07:10.480
Like that they have, which I never love that, but you know, for whatever the reason, a healthy relationship, a happy home, uh a trending positive job, right?
00:07:10.560 --> 00:07:18.079
Whatever it might be, a career path, all the money, you know, like world travel, whatever it is, babies, children, whatever it might be.
00:07:19.199 --> 00:07:31.279
Then look within yourself and say, All right, I am so grateful that this emotion has made me realize that this is something that's so important to me, and I'm not focusing on it.
00:07:32.160 --> 00:07:35.199
Where your focus goes, your energy flows.
00:07:35.360 --> 00:07:41.519
That is another saying that I did not coin, but that is pretty well established.
00:07:42.160 --> 00:07:47.120
And guilt, I find, is almost the opposite.
00:07:47.680 --> 00:08:02.160
But the reason that it's the opposite is because it's because we've taken an action usually against our higher selves, better judgment that has rendered us in a feeling of I should not have done that.
00:08:02.399 --> 00:08:03.920
Like the I love Lucy face.
00:08:04.240 --> 00:08:07.360
For those of you who ever watched out of the ooh, like oops, oopsies.
00:08:07.519 --> 00:08:15.040
I I've made an error in judgment and I've taken an action that usually spoken words that usually you can't undo.
00:08:15.279 --> 00:08:25.360
Guilt comes from the ability to not undo something unless you are Catholic, such as I, and then you can go to confession, hopefully, and and at least be forgiven for it.
00:08:25.600 --> 00:08:28.240
Forgiveness is a huge part of guilt, right?
00:08:28.319 --> 00:08:32.159
But guilt can guilt and shame are a little bit interlinked.
00:08:32.399 --> 00:08:34.159
But what can we learn from our guilt?
00:08:34.320 --> 00:08:37.360
Well, A, never to make that action again, right?
00:08:38.159 --> 00:08:45.759
And B we then look at the action itself and what what inspired the action.
00:08:45.919 --> 00:08:49.919
Oftentimes it can be competition, oftentimes it can be insecurity.
00:08:50.159 --> 00:08:58.000
A lot of it breeds from the same the same environments within ourselves that again are feeling less than, are feeling not good enough.
00:08:58.159 --> 00:09:01.039
It's a low self-worth response.
00:09:01.840 --> 00:09:05.519
And I definitely, who hasn't struggled with self-worth?
00:09:05.679 --> 00:09:10.639
Probably people who don't actually look at themselves enough to realize that they might struggle from that.
00:09:10.879 --> 00:09:27.200
But essentially, if you have if you have acted or behaved or spoken in such a way that renders you in a feeling of guilt and or shame, then that is showing you how not to behave in the future to avoid those emotions, those feelings.
00:09:28.159 --> 00:09:29.840
Very simple in my mind.
00:09:30.000 --> 00:09:32.960
It's really hard in practice, right?
00:09:33.200 --> 00:09:36.000
It you have to come out of reactivity.
00:09:36.320 --> 00:09:42.639
Generally, competition, um, envy, jealousy, guilt, shame, all of those things are reactions.
00:09:42.720 --> 00:09:49.759
So they are not coming from a place of you making a conscious choice to move forward in a certain direction for your highest in the self.
00:09:49.840 --> 00:09:55.200
They are reacting to environmental stressors, situations, etc.
00:09:55.519 --> 00:10:02.080
So if you're if you're in, if you find yourself in those emotions, look at the reason why.
00:10:02.240 --> 00:10:03.759
Have pause, right?
00:10:03.840 --> 00:10:06.399
The the first thing is pause and reflect.
00:10:06.639 --> 00:10:25.519
That can be very hard, especially in the moment, but it is paramount to developing your sense of true self, who you really are and what you really want, and what makes you happy and fulfilled, and feelings of empowerment, growth, and love and cohesion and collaboration, right?
00:10:25.600 --> 00:10:26.799
That's what we're talking about.
00:10:27.039 --> 00:10:44.399
So I would rather have a meditation to help us pivot from the emotion of the jealousy, envy, guilt, shame into the self-awareness and observation.
00:10:44.480 --> 00:10:48.639
Again, meditation is all about developing your relationship with your inner observer.
00:10:48.960 --> 00:10:56.320
So this is in my mind the perfect way is to not let's I don't I've thought I put thought into this.
00:10:56.399 --> 00:10:59.279
And it's like, I don't really want to do a meditation on collaborator.
00:10:59.519 --> 00:11:01.279
Like, what's your next best collaboration?
00:11:01.519 --> 00:11:02.720
Fine, great.
00:11:03.039 --> 00:11:16.960
No, I would rather help the the most people, which I feel more often than not, most people are stuck in in this idea of less than low, low self-worth, lack mindset.
00:11:17.279 --> 00:11:18.639
And how do we get out of that?
00:11:18.799 --> 00:11:22.080
Well, we have to recognize what sparks our jealousy.
00:11:22.159 --> 00:11:31.360
That's always my first question when I'm talking to clients is okay, well, like tell me if people are looking at me going, I don't know what I want to do, I don't know what I want.
00:11:31.519 --> 00:11:34.080
My first question to them is, okay, good.
00:11:34.480 --> 00:11:38.639
So when was the last time you felt really jealous or envious of someone?
00:11:39.039 --> 00:11:41.919
And they have an answer immediately for me, generally.
00:11:42.080 --> 00:11:46.320
And then my second question to that person is, okay, why do you feel jealous of them?
00:11:46.480 --> 00:11:47.279
What was the reason?
00:11:47.440 --> 00:11:48.559
What made you jealous?
00:11:48.799 --> 00:11:49.679
And then they'll answer.
00:11:49.759 --> 00:11:52.639
And then I'll say, Okay, well, then that's where you want, that's what you want.
00:11:52.799 --> 00:11:55.440
It's very it's to me, it's very black and white in that way.
00:11:55.519 --> 00:11:56.320
It's very simple.
00:11:56.480 --> 00:12:02.080
If you're jealous of someone, you want what they have, you want what they're doing, you want to be them, you want great.
00:12:02.240 --> 00:12:03.360
So go do it yourself.
00:12:03.519 --> 00:12:06.320
Whatever you do is going to be your special snowflake way of doing it.
00:12:06.480 --> 00:12:09.039
You don't have to compete with them, you don't need to be jealous of them.
00:12:09.200 --> 00:12:16.639
You need to say, thank you for illuminating to me the thing that I was ignoring that I wanted in my life that I'm not currently focusing on, and so I don't have right now.
00:12:16.799 --> 00:12:18.080
It doesn't mean I can't have it.
00:12:18.240 --> 00:12:21.360
It doesn't mean because someone has something, you can't also have it.
00:12:21.519 --> 00:12:29.440
Maybe not a person, but a relationship, and your person is not their person, and that's okay.
00:12:29.679 --> 00:12:38.639
So it's a matter of illuminating the light bulb moment, if you will, of awareness of oh, that's actually what I want.
00:12:40.240 --> 00:12:57.600
And then making choices that align you to that thing that you want so that the jealousy falls by the wayside, and you wind up eventually hopefully achieving what it is that you want and being fulfilled, happy, and getting it yourself, therefore providing the feeling of self-worth and removing the lack.
00:12:58.000 --> 00:13:04.480
Now I know that is dumbed down in its simplicity, but essentially I do believe it's it's that simple.
00:13:05.440 --> 00:13:10.159
The practice of actually going from not having to having is the process.
00:13:10.240 --> 00:13:17.200
That is the growth, that is the self-awareness, that is the I recognize, I act in the direction of what I want.
00:13:17.360 --> 00:13:25.840
And then there's a maybe a time span where you have to repeat the action until you receive what it is that you want in whatever special snowflake way that it comes into you.
00:13:25.919 --> 00:13:33.120
And that is left up to God, the universe, angels, whoever it is that you look up to, your higher self, etc.
00:13:33.279 --> 00:13:38.799
So anyway, those are the conversations that I leave in the capable hands of those who listen to this podcast.
00:13:38.960 --> 00:13:50.399
But my point again is very simply this meditation is going to be about moving you from the lower vibrational emotions of jealousy, envy.
00:13:50.639 --> 00:13:52.799
Because the the guilt and shame is a different.
00:13:53.120 --> 00:13:58.720
I may do a meditation on that at a later date, but that's a different, that's I've already done something naughty, right?
00:13:58.879 --> 00:14:07.120
Something I need to repent for, something that I feel bad about, that I have guilt or shame about, and and unpacking that.
00:14:07.200 --> 00:14:09.279
And I think that's a different conversation.
00:14:10.399 --> 00:14:14.879
The jealousy and envy is a direct correlation to the competition versus collaboration.
00:14:14.960 --> 00:14:17.840
It is what stands, in my humble opinion, in the way.
00:14:18.080 --> 00:14:24.639
It is the sticky glue trap between competition and collaboration.
00:14:24.960 --> 00:14:48.879
Because as soon as you get out of the competitive mindset of I'm jealous, I don't have this thing that I want, and you compete with the person that does, whatever it is for a job, for money, whatever, whatever it might be, you are you are taking yourself out of the opportunity to collaborate with that same individual for the betterment of maybe their career and yours, right?
00:14:48.960 --> 00:14:55.279
You're you're eliminating all of these potentials, all of these possibilities that could be open if you just shipped your mindset.
00:14:55.440 --> 00:14:56.960
So that's what we're going to do.
00:14:57.279 --> 00:15:04.559
All of that being said, I will now get into the few minutes where I give you the opportunity to set yourself up comfortably for this meditation.
00:15:04.960 --> 00:15:16.559
And I will encourage you to find yourself in a position physically, because the first step in a meditation process is to make yourself as physically supported and comfortable as you possibly can.
00:15:16.799 --> 00:15:29.200
Traditionally, again, it is an upright seat, maybe on a pillow, maybe on rolled towels or a blanket, so that your hips are slightly above your knees, your spine and chakra system is in alignment.
00:15:29.519 --> 00:15:31.440
That is the traditional meditation.
00:15:31.600 --> 00:15:39.679
If that is uncomfortable for you, a chair with your feet grounded on the floor and an upright seat will be fine in a pinch.
00:15:39.919 --> 00:15:43.440
I'm also a big proponent of reclined meditation.
00:15:43.519 --> 00:15:55.840
I know it's not traditional, but it is usually a space that can serve to support almost anyone to feel comfortable enough to not be pulled out of their meditative space by discomfort in the body.
00:15:56.000 --> 00:15:59.519
And that is the most important thing in my mind for when it comes to meditation.
00:15:59.759 --> 00:16:11.279
So lying down comfortably on the floor, on a yoga mat, even on a bed or a couch, um, making sure that if you are laying on the floor, palms are up for inspiration, down for grounding.
00:16:11.840 --> 00:16:16.080
And if you prefer to like put your legs up the wall, I love that.
00:16:16.240 --> 00:16:17.759
I love to meditate with my legs up the wall.
00:16:17.840 --> 00:16:24.000
This is going to be, you know, our typical 15 to 30 minute meditation, but probably around the 15 to 20 minute mark.
00:16:24.320 --> 00:16:36.639
And if you do choose to do that, you can often mimic the grounding sensation by placing either an eye pillow with a towel around it or a regular pillow on the soles of your feet, one that's not going to fall onto you as you meditate.
00:16:36.879 --> 00:16:42.879
So make sure it's it's floppy enough to stay where it needs to be, not some sort of like hard pillow.
00:16:43.440 --> 00:16:56.480
And getting yourself in a position that you know will be comfortable for you for the duration so that you don't need to come out of your meditative state to adjust your physical comfort level.
00:16:57.039 --> 00:17:03.679
Now that I have said all of those things, I invite you to meditate with me.
00:17:04.319 --> 00:17:07.279
And I'm going to situate myself comfortably.
00:17:09.519 --> 00:17:16.640
We will begin as we always do by gently lowering our gaze, eventually closing our eyes.
00:17:22.960 --> 00:17:29.680
Beginning to draw our awareness into our bodies by connecting with our breath.
00:17:38.720 --> 00:17:48.559
And as we breathe very simply, allowing that breath to flow into all the points of contact between ourselves and the earth beneath us.
00:17:51.680 --> 00:17:54.400
As we truly begin to ground out.
00:18:56.400 --> 00:19:06.880
Bring your hands instinctively onto your body where you feel the sensation of envy and jealousy.
00:19:08.319 --> 00:19:09.440
Don't overthink this.
00:19:09.599 --> 00:19:12.079
Wherever your hands go is where they're meant to be.
00:22:00.160 --> 00:22:00.720
That's good.
00:22:16.799 --> 00:22:30.240
Face this door with a sensation of curiosity, love, and above all, awareness.
00:22:36.799 --> 00:23:05.200
And now that we have softened the area of our bodies that we organically, physically associate with feelings of jealousy or envy, I'd like you to reach for the handle of that door in your mind's eye and slowly open it.
00:23:10.480 --> 00:23:14.960
What is the first thing that you see behind that door?
00:23:35.759 --> 00:23:40.160
Try and reserve self-judgment above all.
00:23:43.200 --> 00:23:49.759
Allow yourself to experience any emotions associated to what you see behind this door.
00:23:53.519 --> 00:24:14.480
Notice the light coming through it, the darkness within it, whatever you see is true for you, safe and sacred in this space.
00:24:18.640 --> 00:24:35.680
Now I would like you to take a step through the door, looking down at your the foot of your mind's eye version of yourself.
00:24:39.200 --> 00:24:52.960
Step through this threshold slowly and confidently with your mind's eye and your body.
00:24:54.559 --> 00:24:59.279
Feel the solid ground on the other side of this threshold.
00:25:10.160 --> 00:25:36.799
With certainty and beyond the shadow of doubt, that what is on the other side of this door that creates that feeling of jealousy or envy is and can be ground you are free to walk on.
00:25:40.559 --> 00:26:05.359
Know that if this aspect of you that may be currently unfulfilled, there's something in your heart that you want to be a truth in your life, that you have the capacity to create and attract it.
00:26:09.839 --> 00:26:23.279
Depending on what you see behind this door that you are now sharing space with, begin to interact as yourself in this space.
00:26:29.440 --> 00:26:57.599
Feel what it is like to be in the very thing that you desire that creates that spark within you that you have judged as negative, that the world has told you is negative.
00:26:59.119 --> 00:27:11.279
And start to feel the love within it, feel the peace it brings you, feel the joy it inspires within you.
00:27:20.160 --> 00:27:23.839
Who are you on the other side of this threshold?
00:27:26.400 --> 00:27:28.319
Nothing has changed.
00:27:29.920 --> 00:27:33.359
You simply took a step and felt the ground beneath you.
00:27:35.359 --> 00:27:48.559
The truth and reality that this space exists, and the only thing in the way is a door that you are free to open and step through.
00:27:53.920 --> 00:27:55.119
Breathe here.
00:27:56.400 --> 00:28:02.960
Allow your mind's eye to expand the vision of what brings you joy.
00:28:09.039 --> 00:28:11.200
What lights up your heart?
00:28:17.680 --> 00:28:30.640
Feel the positive emotions associated with having exactly what it is that you saw someone else enjoying.
00:28:33.279 --> 00:28:40.720
Allow your mind's eyes to show you what it actually looks like for you, not what it looks like for them.
00:28:46.640 --> 00:28:53.519
As you begin to visualize yourself, experiencing exactly what thrills you.
00:29:06.079 --> 00:29:10.559
Begin to deepen your breath into the backs of your hands once more.
00:29:16.559 --> 00:29:59.920
Begin to commit this sensation to memory, the sensations of fulfillment, the sensations of love, the sensations of having experiencing, being one with exactly what it is that you have been seeking.
00:30:04.160 --> 00:30:14.880
As you breathe into the backs of your hands on this, whatever air of your body, the original feeling surfaced for you.
00:30:17.119 --> 00:30:27.759
Know that you have the power to change the emotion associated with the thought.
00:30:40.880 --> 00:31:37.279
As you breathe into your hands, begin to look again around you at the very thing that has shown up to show you what is true for you in love and certainty and practice and gently without turning around, take a step backwards through the very door that you entered.
00:31:42.559 --> 00:31:53.119
Feel again the grounding sensation from underneath your feet as you step back into the place on the original side of that threshold.
00:32:00.000 --> 00:32:11.359
And with the door open, I'd like you to visualize the doorway disappearing.
00:32:14.880 --> 00:32:22.480
I'd like you to visualize the energy that was behind it.
00:32:25.599 --> 00:32:30.079
Now simply within and around you.
00:32:32.240 --> 00:32:36.400
Because you are exactly what it is that you want.
00:32:42.880 --> 00:32:57.759
Commit this feeling of separation from what it is that you want to be released.
00:33:00.079 --> 00:33:44.720
Know that the doorway is no longer stopping you, and that you have within you everything you need to be successful, and not necessarily pursuing or attracting, but becoming exactly that, exactly who is and has what it is that means the most to you.
00:33:59.359 --> 00:34:25.760
Feel a sensation of unyielding gratitude for that lower vibrational emotion that showed you the doorway to your most welcomed, happiest experience, environment, timeline.
00:34:29.199 --> 00:35:28.719
Allow that lower vibrational emotion to be replaced with this sensation of ultimate relief and joy, knowing that it already belongs to you, it is already meant for you, and you are simply in the process of becoming there is no need to feel that emotion of jealousy or envy ever again, it has served its purpose, and you've now committed this truth, this warmth, this sensation of love and gratitude for that what it is, for the acknowledgement of that, which it is that you want.
00:35:32.000 --> 00:35:50.800
But instead of wanting, you have now stepped into it fully and completely with grace, with gratitude, and with love.
00:35:52.800 --> 00:36:01.039
Begin to deepen your breathing with light all around you.
00:36:04.800 --> 00:36:38.159
Begin to visualize that mind's eye version of yourself, the light within it becoming the light within you, grounding yourself into yourself, visualizing your entire body as it sits or lays in place, becoming filled with this light of certainty, of love, and of integration.
00:37:00.480 --> 00:37:02.400
Place them on the ground.
00:37:05.280 --> 00:37:43.440
If you are seated or lying down, you're in a chair, place them onto your lap, palms facing down, and begin to ground this feeling of fulfillment, completion, and integration into your physical body, breathing deeply and consciously, feeling the sensations of trust, love, and support.
00:37:50.159 --> 00:38:20.239
And when you feel complete and grounded back in your body, gently begin to make small movements, wiggling hands and toes, rolling ankles and wrists, and when you feel ready, slowly, gently, purposefully, opening your eyes.
00:38:22.320 --> 00:38:36.480
As with this and all of my meditations or any meditations that you practice, be sure to hydrate, ground yourself back in your body before coming out of the meditation, as we just practiced.
00:38:36.880 --> 00:38:43.280
Take as much time as you need to to come up from laying down, or even just from your seat.
00:38:43.440 --> 00:39:10.400
Take as much time as you feel called to take to move into the rest of your day, and bring that feeling of wholeness, completion, integration with you, knowing that what you truly desire also desires you is meant for you, and that you are now walking the path towards it as it walks the same path towards you.
00:39:12.639 --> 00:39:22.320
I'd like to tell you how much I appreciate each and every one of you for sharing your space with me and ask that you please feel free, feel free to share the same with your loved ones.
