Why Alignment Between your own Values and your Business’s Values is Integral to a Sustainable Career
ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Amy’s Italian beauty brand is a crossroads of things she loves; selling, business, and self-care. She believes in it so much that she bathes in it; in bath salts from Sicily and Milan, that is. She’s mastered the balance of creating something you love that others can love too, and she’s here today with Lisa to share how.
Amy Parsons is the CEO of Mazzafiato LLC. She launched the company after a sixteen-year career as a trained attorney at Colorado State University. It was her love of travel and local heritage brands that led her to start her beauty import brand. She’s here with Lisa today talking about her experience building her business and making a life that she could connect with.
In this episode of Direct AF Sales, Lisa reflects with Amy on her courage. This courage has led her from an unfulfilling but stable career to a wildly successful entrepreneurial journey, where she sells Italian heritage brands. She’s leaving a lasting legacy for her children, one that includes the value of hard work, innovation, and staying true to yourself. Tune in today to hear her advice on pivoting, ‘the law of small numbers,’ and payoffs.
