ABOUT THIS EPISODE
This episode opens with a few big announcements:
- I am having another baby!
- My 11th annual women's mastermind, Devotional Leadership Council, is open for enrollment. You can check it out at DevotionalLeadership.com
Throughout the last several months on break from the podcast, I've been exploring the complexity of consistency – the beauty of it and the toxic aspects of our demands for it. This week's podcast episode is an exploration on consistency, and how to commit to being consistent where it counts...
In this episode, I share:
- My practice for choosing which balls to drop (aka Why I Suck At Email)
- What the archetypal Maiden-Mother-Crone journey has to do with our interrogation of consistency, and how to tap into the wisdom of the ages
- How to choose your priorities, not from the mind, but from your body and values
- My favorite tool for getting all the things in my head, out, so I can discern where my attention is really needed
