ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Todayyy I talk about the BTS concert I went to with my mom, I share some L's for the week and then go into the details of being present in the moment. The main topic I discuss is all about the fear of falling back into rock bottom. When you experience a shocking amount of despair and work your way out of it, it can be scary sometimes to imagine falling back to that rock bottom. But I share some encouraging ideas and thoughts to hopefully ease that fear's grip.
