Jon Heck is a former football strength and conditioning coach who spent 9 years across UNC football, the NFL, and Troy University. He is also a powerlifter, strongman competitor, nutrition coach, and founder of Hammer and Chisel Performance.
In this episode, Drew and Jon break down why advanced physique athletes are often missing the basics that actually make them look and perform better: eating enough before dieting, building an athletic base, doing cardio with intent, loading the core, dialing electrolytes, and using compounds only after the foundation is actually in place.
