ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Today I'm talking with my dear friend, Jennifer Conn, intuitive channel, energetic advisor, astrologer and modern mystic known for her bold and grounded approach to soul work.
Jennifer Conn breaks down the difference between psychic ability, mediumship and channeling, revealing why so many people misunderstand them—and why she believes everyone has access to these intuitive senses. We also explore the role of astrology, the power of inner child work, and why true spiritual growth often comes through friction, triggers, and radical self-honesty.
In this episode, Jennifer shares a refreshing redefinition of mediumship as a conversation with energy, the difference between psychic and mediumship abilities, and why getting out of our own way may be the key to accessing deeper insight.
If you've ever wondered whether intuition is real, how to build deeper self-trust, or what it actually means to live in alignment, this conversation will expand your perspective—and might challenge a few assumptions along the way.
In this episode:
- Why mediumship is really a converstaion with energy
- The difference between psychic abilities, channeling and evidential mediumship
- Why Jennifer believes everyone has intuitive senses
- How astrology reveals your energetic blueprint
- The role of inner-child healing in spiritual growth
- Why triggers can be invitations for deeper evolution
- Building self-trust and getting out of your own way
- The danger of the "healing era" without integration
- How surrender and intuition can guide life, business, and creativity
Spirituality isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you already are - and learning to trust it.
