ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Vulnerability gets treated like a weakness, something to protect against rather than practice. But what if staying guarded is actually the thing keeping you from your own intuition?
In this episode of Cosmic Confluence, host Navya talks with spiritual regression hypnotherapist and Reiki practitioner Taras Machula about why trusting your heart over outside validation might be the clearest path back to yourself, how disconnection from intuition tends to show up as anxiety, rumination, or confusion, and why grounding in the physical world matters just as much as any spiritual practice.
About the Guest:Taras Machula is a certified hypnotherapist and hypnotherapy instructor with the National Guild of Hypnotists, based in Manitoba, Canada. He specializes in spiritual regression hypnotherapy and Reiki, and is the co-founder of a spiritual community called the Temple of Divinity, alongside his Healing with Love movement.
Key Takeaways:- Vulnerability isn't weakness, it's often described as a superpower, since staying open-hearted while still holding your own boundaries is what actually protects you.
- Disconnection from intuition tends to show up as confusion, rumination, or anxiety, rather than announcing itself directly.
- Grounding practices, time in nature, water, physical movement, matter as much as any meditation or spiritual practice, especially for people who spend a lot of time in their heads.
- Following your genuine curiosity, rather than what a mentor or institution insists is "practical," is often the clearest signal for a career or research direction.
- Spiritual growth is described as incremental, more like moving up a grade level than arriving at a single finished destination.
