I just feel a little hint of fall entering, just a little bit now, early in the mornings.
00:01:31.599 --> 00:01:36.959
It's still hot during the day, but you know, the seasons in our lives change.
00:01:37.040 --> 00:01:40.319
And uh, I'm just so grateful for the summer.

So tell me how has your winter been?
00:02:04.799 --> 00:02:07.920
It's so interesting when I coach my clients in Australia.
00:02:08.000 --> 00:02:11.840
They are wrapped up in a blanket because it's it's winter there.
00:02:12.000 --> 00:02:19.120
So send me an email, constance at fulfilling your purpose.com, and let me know how your winter been.
00:02:19.439 --> 00:02:20.879
What did you do?
00:02:21.120 --> 00:02:22.400
Did you go skiing?
00:02:22.560 --> 00:02:24.240
I just want to hear from all of you guys.
00:02:24.400 --> 00:02:24.719
Okay.
00:02:25.039 --> 00:02:28.639
So remember to follow me on all my social media platforms.

00:02:40.960 --> 00:02:53.439
I'm gonna upload it to you on all of my platforms: TikTok, um, Instagram, Facebook, my YouTube channel, Constance Arnold, and of course, the the uh is it the tag?
00:02:53.599 --> 00:02:58.240
Yes, my tag is um the manifestation pathway.
00:02:58.639 --> 00:03:00.000
So you can follow me there.
00:03:00.080 --> 00:03:03.360
I'm gonna be looking different every time you see me on there.
00:03:04.159 --> 00:03:06.800
Have on different hair, different lipstick.
00:03:06.879 --> 00:03:09.919
You know, it's just we're just playing and being playful.
00:03:10.240 --> 00:03:17.039
Um, make sure uh you can get my books on Amazon, How to Attract and Manifest Genuine Love, Secrets of Success.
00:03:17.120 --> 00:03:19.759

And I always say up front, I'm not trying to sell you anything, get you to buy anything.
00:03:37.520 --> 00:03:39.680
I'm there to listen to you.
00:03:39.919 --> 00:03:42.639
So we're gonna delve right into it.
00:03:42.960 --> 00:03:46.800
Anybody out there, you know a lot is happening in the world.
00:03:47.120 --> 00:03:49.439
People are so quiet about it.
00:03:49.599 --> 00:03:58.560
I always say you're only as sick as your secrets, and your secrets, you know, all of that stuff that you hold in uh can make you sick.
00:03:58.639 --> 00:04:01.680
We're a very performance-based society there.
00:04:01.840 --> 00:04:03.360
You gotta be productive.
00:04:03.520 --> 00:04:04.560
What are you doing?
00:04:04.800 --> 00:04:08.560
Pull yourself up by your bootstraps, uh, keep going.
00:04:08.719 --> 00:04:20.160
And I teach all of that, but there are many hidden and silent places in all of us that we really need to open up to and not be ashamed about it.
00:04:20.240 --> 00:04:27.199
So today I'm gonna be, I have a great guest, Miss Tracy Howes, all the way from Nashville, Tennessee.
00:04:27.439 --> 00:04:29.519
She's in my home state.
00:04:29.839 --> 00:04:44.639
Um, we're homies, and and we're gonna be talking about how to let God heal your life, or how to move on from grief and loss and create a great life, or how you can hear your own life by hearing from the spirit.
00:04:44.720 --> 00:04:46.000
So open up your heart.
00:04:46.160 --> 00:04:48.639
And guys, I want y'all to listen too.
00:04:48.800 --> 00:04:51.199
I have a large male following.
00:04:51.439 --> 00:04:56.399
I think something like 49% of my demo demographics are males.
00:04:56.720 --> 00:05:04.639
And somebody said that uh men are suffering from um silent desperation.
00:05:04.879 --> 00:05:23.279
Every time I hear that, that just moves me because you guys, you talk about football, you talk about golf, you talk about business, you talk about going after the bag, but there are so many unhidden, um, untouched areas in your life that need healing.
00:05:23.439 --> 00:05:24.720
So I want you to be open.
00:05:24.800 --> 00:05:29.199
So, Tracy House, all the way from Murphursboro, Tennessee.
00:05:29.360 --> 00:05:30.000
Sorry about that.
00:05:30.079 --> 00:05:31.279
I said Nashville.
00:05:31.519 --> 00:05:33.279
The two are so close together.
00:05:33.439 --> 00:05:34.160
Welcome back.
00:05:34.480 --> 00:05:38.639
Uh, this is your first time to the Divine Manifestation Pathway Podcast.
00:05:38.720 --> 00:05:40.000
So, welcome, Tracy.
00:05:40.639 --> 00:05:41.199
It is.
00:05:41.439 --> 00:05:42.480
Thank you so much.
00:05:42.639 --> 00:05:45.199
It's an honor to be on here, Constance.
00:05:45.759 --> 00:05:46.240
Wow.
00:05:46.319 --> 00:05:47.920
So let's get started.
00:05:48.240 --> 00:05:50.720
What a woman you are.
00:05:52.000 --> 00:05:55.519
I am amazed at who you are.
00:05:56.160 --> 00:06:00.639
Tracy has been through the loss of her grown son.
00:06:00.879 --> 00:06:14.399
She has been through the healing of breast cancer, she has been through surgeries, and uh, we're gonna talk about that just a little bit, but then I want to talk about how God has restored her.
00:06:14.480 --> 00:06:24.480
Y'all see how young and cute she looked, how things have changed for her, and how she moved from depression to just living a happy, exuberant life.
00:06:24.639 --> 00:06:36.319
So, Tracy, how how was it for you to move through the grief and loss of your son, the grief and loss of your, you know, going through cancer as a woman?
00:06:38.160 --> 00:06:40.240
You know, to lose a child is devastating.
00:06:40.399 --> 00:06:40.720
Yeah.
00:06:41.279 --> 00:06:44.319
But I never really dealt with it.
00:06:44.399 --> 00:06:46.720
I just kept going because that's what I do.
00:06:46.879 --> 00:06:51.759
I just I just kept going, kept moving around.
00:06:51.920 --> 00:06:54.959
Um in real estate, selling houses.
00:06:55.920 --> 00:07:01.759
And then around February, my son passed in May 2020.
00:07:02.000 --> 00:07:07.519
Around February 2021, it started to hit me.
00:07:08.240 --> 00:07:10.959
And I did have a my first breakdown.
00:07:11.040 --> 00:07:17.040
But all those other months, I was still out there basically taking care of other people, making sure everybody else was okay.
00:07:17.279 --> 00:07:18.480
And I wasn't okay.
00:07:18.639 --> 00:07:27.920
At that time, I want to say my A1C was 12.1 diabetes, and um the doctors was concerned about me, but I I'm still going.
00:07:28.000 --> 00:07:29.040
I'm still going.
00:07:29.519 --> 00:07:38.720
Uh, three two days before Christmas in 2021, I get the phone call that I have breast cancer.
00:07:39.839 --> 00:07:43.040
Um, stage zero, thank God.
00:07:43.279 --> 00:07:45.519
And once again, I didn't accept it.
00:07:45.680 --> 00:07:46.879
I just kept moving.
00:07:47.199 --> 00:07:48.560
When is my doctor's appointment?
00:07:48.639 --> 00:07:49.759
What time do I need to be there?
00:07:49.920 --> 00:07:50.959
Okay, what surgery?
00:07:51.120 --> 00:07:52.319
All right, I'll do this surgery.
00:07:52.399 --> 00:07:53.199
What test do I need to?
00:07:53.600 --> 00:07:56.240
That's basically how I handled all that.
00:07:56.639 --> 00:08:04.720
Um, my diabetes was um out of control, so I could not immediately get my new breasts.
00:08:04.800 --> 00:08:07.120
I decided to have both breasts removed.
00:08:07.360 --> 00:08:11.439
I could not get um new breasts because my diabetes was out of control.
00:08:11.600 --> 00:08:14.959
So I went a year with no breasts as a woman.
00:08:15.759 --> 00:08:18.160
What what did that feel like?
00:08:19.839 --> 00:08:23.279
Once again, I didn't feel I wasn't feeling my feelings.
00:08:23.600 --> 00:08:24.560
You weren't okay.
00:08:24.879 --> 00:08:29.360
I I or I found bathing suits that cover, I I masked it.
00:08:29.519 --> 00:08:30.319
I masked it.
00:08:30.399 --> 00:08:33.679
I found dresses that I I I didn't feel it.
00:08:34.399 --> 00:08:43.840
I um I want to say 2023, 24 was when I started back.
00:08:44.000 --> 00:08:44.879
Okay, Tracy.
00:08:46.240 --> 00:08:50.799
You know, you're you're gonna get your breasts, you're gonna get healthy, and all of that.
00:08:51.440 --> 00:08:55.120
And that's when I started feeling my feelings.
00:08:55.200 --> 00:08:57.679
That's when I realized that I was mad at God.
00:08:58.960 --> 00:09:00.240
I was mad at God.
00:09:00.720 --> 00:09:14.799
And I had to really sit in it, think about it, talk to God about it, and that's when I started my journey with God again, which I've always been a Christian.
00:09:15.200 --> 00:09:18.639
But with with losing my son, losing my breasts, all that prayer.
00:09:18.720 --> 00:09:31.679
I I just it okay with you know, I'ma pray sometimes, but but that's when I became 2024, was the year of me becoming whole again or starting my journey.
00:09:32.080 --> 00:09:33.600
So true, you know.
00:09:33.679 --> 00:09:39.600
And I told Tracy, I'm her coach, guys, and I told Tracy, I want you to begin to feel your feelings.
00:09:39.840 --> 00:09:40.879
Yes, she did.
00:09:41.200 --> 00:09:44.159
And you you're do you remember we talked about shame?
00:09:45.039 --> 00:09:45.919
Talk about that.
00:09:46.240 --> 00:09:47.919
I was walking in a lot of shame.
00:09:48.000 --> 00:10:01.440
I made a business decision um that that haunted me for months until I had a session with Constance, and Constance said, You're walking in shame.
00:10:01.600 --> 00:10:04.720
And we talked about that, and I was able to release it.
00:10:05.039 --> 00:10:09.279
It happened, moved on, move on, you know, move on.
00:10:09.519 --> 00:10:15.200
You know, and what person in business has not made it's a learning process.
00:10:15.360 --> 00:10:23.519
I mean, I've made so many, but what I said to Tracy was, shame says it's something wrong with you.
00:10:23.679 --> 00:10:30.720
Y'all gotta remember, shame and guilt, they cousins, they live in the same house, yeah, they flow together.
00:10:30.879 --> 00:10:33.279
So shame on you, Tracy.
00:10:33.440 --> 00:10:39.840
You made that business decision, and then guilt comes in and says, Well, why did you do that?
00:10:40.000 --> 00:10:41.039
What's wrong with you?
00:10:41.200 --> 00:10:46.000
Look at look at other people on social media and that you know, so guilt and shame.
00:10:46.080 --> 00:10:57.600
When she made that decision, I tell people, when you when you say, Okay, it's okay that I did it, I'm gonna learn, you know, God can will prosper your mistakes, your perceived mistakes.
00:10:57.840 --> 00:11:07.039
Yeah, and we put shame and uh guilt out of Tracy's car, put them in the back seat, and then we put them on the road because they can't travel with her no more.
00:11:07.360 --> 00:11:08.559
Cannot travel with me.
00:11:09.039 --> 00:11:16.720
So during this time, I had started getting um massages just from you know all the stories, and this is how God works.
00:11:16.879 --> 00:11:24.960
The lady that was doing my massage was telling me they have a program at the YMCA called the ABC program after breast cancer.
00:11:25.279 --> 00:11:27.919
And um, she said, You ought to check it out.
00:11:28.080 --> 00:11:32.159
I leave her, I call, they have two slots left.
00:11:32.799 --> 00:11:35.519
So I it's me and I call my friend.
00:11:35.679 --> 00:11:39.759
She's also in real estate, and her and I get in those two slots.
00:11:40.000 --> 00:11:41.120
I'm excited.
00:11:41.360 --> 00:11:47.919
It's a um, I want to say an 18-week program or something like that.
00:11:48.159 --> 00:11:50.720
I get to join the why for free.
00:11:50.960 --> 00:11:53.039
Uh they're they're gonna have a meal plan.
00:11:53.200 --> 00:11:56.879
Oh, yeah, I can do this, but meanwhile, there's a small group session.
00:11:57.039 --> 00:11:58.159
I didn't think anything about that.
00:11:58.240 --> 00:12:03.360
I'm going to the why for free now for for the next three, isn't it?
00:12:03.759 --> 00:12:14.159
And we get in there and start the group session because it's a book we had to read, and it was just five of us, very intimate.
00:12:15.679 --> 00:12:19.120
That group session did it.
00:12:19.440 --> 00:12:21.759
I'm thinking I'm there for breast cancer.
00:12:22.000 --> 00:12:24.720
I was the first one to talk because that's just me.
00:12:25.519 --> 00:12:33.360
I just it's just like I could finally release, and I let everything out from the passing of my son.
00:12:33.440 --> 00:12:36.559
And you know, in those sessions, you're not allowed to hug each other.
00:12:37.039 --> 00:12:42.879
You know, you have to sit there, and I was trembling and I got it all out.
00:12:43.120 --> 00:12:50.399
When I left there, I remember I called you Constance because Constance has been telling me for years to get in a small group.
00:12:50.639 --> 00:12:52.320
But she wouldn't listen to me.
00:12:52.480 --> 00:13:00.559
There's power coaching plus small support or therapy group, dynamic.
00:13:00.720 --> 00:13:03.200
Those are that's the dynamic duo, boy.
00:13:03.279 --> 00:13:04.080
Yeah, yes.
00:13:04.320 --> 00:13:12.639
We became, we were like, I mean, even to this day, we're we're we're still very close, you know.
00:13:12.960 --> 00:13:19.600
And then I ended up teaching, being a mentor for the next groups.
00:13:19.679 --> 00:13:21.840
I ended up doing two more groups.
00:13:22.159 --> 00:13:26.080
So every time I read the book, it's just it's just more healing.
00:13:26.639 --> 00:13:30.799
You know, I'm thinking I was there for the breast cancer, I was there for all the other stuff.
00:13:30.960 --> 00:13:37.200
Then the second time around, we kind of it was kind of breast cancer and kind of dealing with my family and all that.
00:13:37.440 --> 00:13:40.960
But those small groups are amazing.
00:13:41.120 --> 00:13:43.679
I'm telling you, they they helped time changing.
00:13:43.919 --> 00:13:59.039
I always say, next to my relationship with God, the most powerful thing that the spirit led me to do was to get in a codependency healing therapy group.
00:14:00.240 --> 00:14:06.080
So if I say next to my relationship with God, it's the power of small groups.
00:14:06.159 --> 00:14:22.720
And this uh this that's why when I do retreats, I've done big, I want to keep them intimate because I understand the vulnerability and the power of people coming together and the healing that's in that.
00:14:23.200 --> 00:14:33.679
Yes, and so you went through your group and you and you and you got healing, but then you were kind of sitting at home.
00:14:34.320 --> 00:14:40.639
Yeah, let me just say this God unravels us, it's layers.
00:14:41.039 --> 00:14:42.799
And Tracy was sitting at home.
00:14:42.879 --> 00:14:44.960
What was it like for you to be sitting at home?
00:14:45.200 --> 00:14:48.320
And I said, Well, Tracy, do you feel like you're depressed?
00:14:48.480 --> 00:14:51.279
What kind of what was that period like for you?
00:14:51.519 --> 00:14:54.159
I didn't feel like I was depressed, I was sitting at home.
00:14:54.320 --> 00:14:54.960
What happened?
00:14:55.039 --> 00:15:00.879
I had a family, a couple of family members living with me, and they were paying, you know, paying rent.
00:15:01.120 --> 00:15:05.200
So I'm fine, and you know, okay, I'm good.
00:15:05.360 --> 00:15:11.519
And they both moved out at the same time, and uh I lost that money, but I'm fine.
00:15:11.600 --> 00:15:14.159
I've sell a house here, sell a house there.
00:15:14.559 --> 00:15:17.759
Then last year my sister passed.
00:15:18.480 --> 00:15:24.320
Um, and we had to fly home, the three of us, and that like you know, airfare.
00:15:25.519 --> 00:15:27.840
So so it was a money issue.
00:15:28.080 --> 00:15:31.679
It was a money issue, a money issue, and an abundance money.
00:15:31.840 --> 00:15:42.639
Okay, and the money issue was making me depressed, and I felt like I was just in the hole, I didn't know what to do, I I didn't, I didn't want to move.
00:15:42.799 --> 00:15:47.200
Um, I would look at YouTube or I would sit out on my deck all day, you know.
00:15:47.360 --> 00:15:55.200
Every once in a while, I would still go on my trips and then come back home, and I just was like blah, blah, blah, you know.
00:15:55.519 --> 00:16:05.440
So um my sister passed away last year, and then three months later, three months, 16 days later, my mother passed away.
00:16:06.080 --> 00:16:12.480
I decided, I decided I am not going back to that dark place.
00:16:13.440 --> 00:16:15.759
So I, you know, was still praying.
00:16:15.919 --> 00:16:18.480
Even the Lord had led me, you know.
00:16:18.799 --> 00:16:24.799
Maybe you don't need to go visit right now, you need to catch this flight, this flight.
00:16:25.120 --> 00:16:33.840
And even during that, I was still kind of, you know, but you still kind of what anxious about money?
00:16:34.080 --> 00:16:37.759
I was still at that time, I really wasn't thinking about money.
00:16:37.919 --> 00:16:44.799
I was on my sister and mother, you know, that deal dealing with that.
00:16:44.960 --> 00:16:46.240
Money was always in the back.
00:16:46.559 --> 00:16:48.720
It constantly been on me for years.
00:16:48.879 --> 00:16:52.000
Money has always been right here, you know.
00:16:52.480 --> 00:16:59.039
So I had kind of gotten to where it is what it is when it comes when it came to money.
00:16:59.120 --> 00:17:00.159
It is what it is.
00:17:00.320 --> 00:17:04.880
If if if I pay all my bills and I have 32 cents left, it is what it is.
00:17:05.119 --> 00:17:06.079
God has me.
00:17:06.559 --> 00:17:11.920
And that's what happened for months, for about four or five months.
00:17:12.160 --> 00:17:13.119
God had me.
00:17:13.680 --> 00:17:14.400
God had me.
00:17:14.480 --> 00:17:19.359
And that's what Constance will always say, Tracy, money comes to you in different ways.
00:17:19.440 --> 00:17:21.759
And I'm thinking, well, no, it's not.
00:17:22.079 --> 00:17:25.440
But when all of that was going on, I wasn't even thinking about it.
00:17:25.599 --> 00:17:29.599
And every month, God took care of me.
00:17:29.920 --> 00:17:35.279
Every month, every month, yeah, and I'm like, Go ahead, Tracy.
00:17:35.839 --> 00:17:39.279
Uh, and and I it just every month it amazed me.
00:17:39.440 --> 00:17:41.119
Like, whoa, I kid you not.
00:17:41.359 --> 00:17:47.359
Some days, maybe say like today, this morning, I would look at my account, it would be one amount.
00:17:48.000 --> 00:17:53.200
Later on this afternoon, it would be like a hundred more dollars in there.
00:17:53.519 --> 00:17:55.759
And I'm like, Where did it?
00:17:55.839 --> 00:17:57.680
It I don't see where it was deposited.
00:17:57.759 --> 00:17:58.559
This, that, and that.
00:17:58.880 --> 00:18:00.880
I'm telling y'all how God works.
00:18:01.119 --> 00:18:01.680
How God works.
00:18:03.119 --> 00:18:08.880
And you know, I I just said last week or whenever it was, I taught God is your source.
00:18:08.960 --> 00:18:10.640
We hear that all of the time.
00:18:11.200 --> 00:18:22.640
Your job, your career, your your your stock, your financial portfolio, your bonds, your business.
00:18:22.880 --> 00:18:27.279
Those are resources, your opportunity.
00:18:27.680 --> 00:18:32.319
So God can change your resources at any time.
00:18:32.400 --> 00:18:37.440
And what happens is, and I had to learn, we get fixed on one resource.
00:18:38.400 --> 00:18:40.319
My business, that's it.
00:18:41.759 --> 00:19:03.119
Uh, this big contract is it, my job is it, my marriage is it, but God can switch up those resources and will, but you need to get your focus off of the resources and know that God is your stable, unlimited, unchanging source.
00:19:03.359 --> 00:19:07.039
And so I told Trace, I said, Stop going to your looking at your checking account.
00:19:08.160 --> 00:19:09.920
I I I had no other choice.
00:19:10.079 --> 00:19:15.599
It it was what it was, the emails would come in or whatever, and I just guys got me.
00:19:15.680 --> 00:19:20.640
And I promise you, every month, God had me.
00:19:21.759 --> 00:19:25.039
It it came from different places, you know.
00:19:25.200 --> 00:19:32.319
I stopped trying to figure it out, and I let God, and it was just it was just amazing.
00:19:32.640 --> 00:19:48.000
So moving forward, um, January, we had a snowstorm here in Nashville, and my daughter's friend um works for um this health company, and he's uh he's in the dietitian and all that.
00:19:48.400 --> 00:19:52.640
So he nobody was coming to work, people was calling out, and I remember her and I sitting there.
00:19:52.799 --> 00:19:54.000
I said, Well, you know what?
00:19:54.160 --> 00:19:55.359
What does he need?
00:19:55.440 --> 00:19:58.880
I'll help him out because I'm you know, we're I'm just here at the house.
00:19:59.039 --> 00:20:00.559
And of course, he was shocked.
00:20:00.720 --> 00:20:05.279
Miss Tracy, you you're a realtor, you're a retired military.
00:20:05.359 --> 00:20:08.400
You and I said, Yeah, I need to get out the house.
00:20:08.799 --> 00:20:11.039
He hired me, of course.
00:20:11.359 --> 00:20:14.960
And that right there.
00:20:15.279 --> 00:20:18.720
My I didn't know that I needed that.
00:20:19.119 --> 00:20:28.799
The first week, my body was in pain, my hips, my legs, I could barely walk.
00:20:29.039 --> 00:20:35.200
And I remember telling Constance, I believe my legs were shutting down.
00:20:35.839 --> 00:20:36.799
I really do.
00:20:37.119 --> 00:20:47.839
If I had stayed here on this couch or in the bed watching TV or whatever I was doing, I believe I would have lost my legs.
00:20:48.720 --> 00:20:52.400
Once I started working there and moving, I would come home every night.
00:20:52.480 --> 00:20:53.920
I was taking a leave.
00:20:54.079 --> 00:20:55.680
I have a vibrating plate.
00:20:55.759 --> 00:20:56.559
I was going mad.
00:20:57.039 --> 00:20:59.279
I I had to get some gavlopen.
00:20:59.599 --> 00:21:01.920
I mean, it was it was really, really bad.
00:21:02.240 --> 00:21:06.319
After about two, three weeks, it eased up.
00:21:06.799 --> 00:21:10.079
And um, I you know started doing better.
00:21:10.400 --> 00:21:13.519
Did not know how to serve, have never served before.
00:21:13.680 --> 00:21:19.279
I've been to five-star hotel, you know, restaurants, but I didn't know how to do it.
00:21:19.519 --> 00:21:21.279
They showed me how to do it.
00:21:21.359 --> 00:21:34.720
It's it's a um um older people community here in Nashville, and they love me and I love them.
00:21:34.960 --> 00:21:42.720
And we we would have conversations and you know, just it just a different type of lifestyle.
00:21:42.880 --> 00:21:49.119
Plus, it got me out of the house, it gave me a purpose to get up because one thing about me, I'm not gonna be late.
00:21:49.200 --> 00:21:56.319
If I have to be work at three, I'm 2 15, 2 30, I'm late, but 2 15 I'm there.
00:21:56.640 --> 00:21:59.759
So I started doing that three times a week.
00:22:00.319 --> 00:22:04.960
And in one weekend and on the weekends, because I wasn't doing thing on the weekends.
00:22:05.200 --> 00:22:07.440
And I just I loved it.
00:22:07.599 --> 00:22:08.160
I loved it.
00:22:08.400 --> 00:22:13.119
At this time, the body now is not, we're not in pain anymore.
00:22:13.279 --> 00:22:16.400
Then I'm noticing I'm losing a little weight.
00:22:16.640 --> 00:22:18.000
I'm feeling better.
00:22:18.079 --> 00:22:22.240
And that this time I go to the doctor for my um checkup.
00:22:22.480 --> 00:22:24.400
My doctor, you know, they check me out.
00:22:25.039 --> 00:22:26.400
My blood work is okay.
00:22:26.640 --> 00:22:30.480
Cholesterol's still a little and um A1C.
00:22:30.559 --> 00:22:32.400
Yeah, we kind of need to work on that.
00:22:32.480 --> 00:22:35.599
That's that's January, February.
00:22:35.839 --> 00:22:41.440
So moving forward, I have always wanted to work for this particular airline.
00:22:41.599 --> 00:22:44.319
Okay, before you get that, let's go back to what happened.
00:22:44.559 --> 00:22:49.359
Okay, Tracy heard the still small voice of God.
00:22:49.759 --> 00:22:51.920
Go over here and start serving.
00:22:52.799 --> 00:22:54.559
Didn't it mess with your ego?
00:22:54.720 --> 00:22:56.000
Did it okay?
00:22:56.240 --> 00:23:03.839
Because she's a realtor, she sells million-dollar houses, she does this, she retired military, she drives the Mercedes.
00:23:03.920 --> 00:23:06.799
What am I gonna be doing over here serving?
00:23:07.279 --> 00:23:12.079
But the Bible says, do not despise the day of small beginnings.
00:23:12.400 --> 00:23:18.319
That was the pathway that God used for her, so she had to deal with all those feelings, right, Tracy?
00:23:18.559 --> 00:23:29.200
Yeah, you know, but but but it got her out of the house, it gave her purpose, it made her intentional, and she started moving her body.
00:23:29.519 --> 00:23:46.799
God was preparing her so for what was ahead, and and you know, uh the great uh the lady who wrote um a Florence Scovachine, she said, dig your ditches so that God can fill them.
00:23:47.039 --> 00:23:58.000
Yes, and so even though that was went against anything that she felt her little ego, shame, all of am I right on that, Tracy?
00:23:58.079 --> 00:23:59.519
Yes, you're absolutely right.
00:23:59.759 --> 00:24:04.960
I didn't really want to tell anybody, and I just, you know, Tracy, where are you?
00:24:05.039 --> 00:24:10.880
Oh, I'm in Nashville, you know, not knowing I'm on my way to work, had my uniform on and all of that.
00:24:11.119 --> 00:24:12.880
I you're right, it was the shame.
00:24:12.960 --> 00:24:16.880
But then one day I just thought about it.
00:24:17.279 --> 00:24:19.359
But Tracy, who are you trying to impress?
00:24:19.519 --> 00:24:24.559
Well, who you don't need validation from these people, from any of these people.
00:24:24.720 --> 00:24:36.720
When you were going through these last couple of months or last year, what these people weren't here and quit living a lie because I felt like I was kind of living a lie.
00:24:36.880 --> 00:24:39.359
So I just I started telling people, oh, I work.
00:24:39.519 --> 00:24:40.559
I'm so oh okay.
00:24:40.640 --> 00:24:47.839
And to my surprise, most people were happy that, oh, Tracy, I'm so happy that you're out of the house and you this and that.
00:24:47.920 --> 00:24:50.799
And Tracy, that's you, you're a server anyway.
00:24:50.960 --> 00:24:52.720
You are giver, this and that.
00:24:52.960 --> 00:25:00.720
So I didn't need that validation, but like I said, surprisingly, I I everybody, a lot of people was just yes, good.
00:25:00.880 --> 00:25:03.200
You sound happy, you look different.
00:25:03.440 --> 00:25:09.920
And um, I was I worked with them what January, February, March, March.
00:25:11.359 --> 00:25:13.440
And then you got a phone call.
00:25:13.599 --> 00:25:14.640
Did you get a phone call?
00:25:14.720 --> 00:25:18.400
I know you always had a dream to work for this one major airline.
00:25:18.640 --> 00:25:19.759
My major airline.
00:25:19.839 --> 00:25:30.240
I was on a cruise, and um I had I had applied for it in December when I was on a cruise and um didn't think anything about it.
00:25:30.319 --> 00:25:31.519
I would check it every now and then.
00:25:31.599 --> 00:25:33.759
It kept saying it was pending, it was pending.
00:25:34.000 --> 00:25:41.200
So March, I went on another cruise, and on that Tuesday, they said we would like to interview you.
00:25:42.480 --> 00:25:43.119
What?
00:25:43.680 --> 00:25:44.240
What?
00:25:44.480 --> 00:25:48.319
And it was so funny because the four ladies I was with, they said, Oh, girl, you got that job.
00:25:48.400 --> 00:25:49.200
You got the job.
00:25:49.279 --> 00:25:49.839
I don't know.
00:25:49.920 --> 00:25:52.319
With just call us and let us know that you got the job.
00:25:52.559 --> 00:25:55.200
So, sure enough, I did the interview first.
00:25:55.599 --> 00:25:58.079
I mean, right after the interview, they offered me the job.
00:25:58.240 --> 00:26:02.720
Started crying on the interview, but you cried on the interview.
00:26:02.960 --> 00:26:05.359
I cried on the interview for the job.
00:26:05.519 --> 00:26:08.240
Yes, it's it's my dream with in the military.
00:26:08.319 --> 00:26:17.519
We always flew with this airline, so I always said I want to work for them because they're friendly, they're fun, you know, all of that.
00:26:18.160 --> 00:26:38.400
So I believe that serving at this other company prepared me for walking through the airport now in Nashville, in Nashville, walking through the airport, and I did not let the other job go.
00:26:38.640 --> 00:26:45.039
I still, because now I I'm truly just serving, truly just getting back.
00:26:45.440 --> 00:26:52.240
I come in when they need me, I think about every six weeks, or if they have a party, they tend to have parties and stuff.
00:26:52.400 --> 00:26:54.799
I'll come in, and when I come in, it's such a joy.
00:26:54.960 --> 00:27:01.920
When I get back in my car, I feel like I just feel so relieved because now it's not about chasing money.
00:27:02.079 --> 00:27:05.599
Because I mean, really and truly, that money's gas.
00:27:05.839 --> 00:27:10.400
You know, I'm not even really making it there, but it's not about that, it's about seeing them.
00:27:10.559 --> 00:27:16.000
And when they they walk in, we want to sit in Miss Tracy's section, we want to sit in Miss Tracy's section.
00:27:16.079 --> 00:27:18.240
You know, it's just been.
00:27:18.799 --> 00:27:26.319
I tell everybody now, me going back to work, save my life.
00:27:26.559 --> 00:27:27.519
Yeah, for sure.
00:27:27.759 --> 00:27:34.319
Save my life, and so here you are serving over here, doing something serving.
00:27:34.559 --> 00:27:42.000
I say a million-dollar homes, and then the spirit uh led her to plant the application seed.
00:27:42.240 --> 00:27:43.359
She's in the military.
00:27:43.519 --> 00:27:43.920
How long?
00:27:44.079 --> 00:27:44.640
26.
00:27:44.720 --> 00:27:45.759
Thank you for your service.
00:27:46.000 --> 00:27:47.440
30 years or whatever.
00:27:47.519 --> 00:27:48.240
How many years?
00:27:48.559 --> 00:27:49.279
23.
00:27:49.839 --> 00:27:54.079
23 years, and now she has her dream job.
00:27:54.240 --> 00:28:01.920
Tell us what do you do, and how does that energy and having your dream career is that bringing healing to you?
00:28:02.000 --> 00:28:03.119
What is that doing in you?
00:28:04.799 --> 00:28:20.240
It's something about the energy in the airport, just walking in the airport, the energy, because most people, most, are on they're on their way to vacation, uh-huh.
00:28:20.319 --> 00:28:23.200
They're on their way to a wedding, they're on their way to a bridal shop.
00:28:23.279 --> 00:28:24.480
Now, you do have some.
00:28:24.640 --> 00:28:31.200
There, somebody's passed away, somebody's sick, but I started right before the summer.
00:28:31.359 --> 00:28:37.599
They're going to Cancun, they're going to, you know, it, and I like the ticket counter a lot.
00:28:37.680 --> 00:28:39.279
Some people don't like the ticket counter.
00:28:39.359 --> 00:28:40.160
You have three places.
00:28:40.319 --> 00:28:50.240
You have the ticket counter, you have the gates that's that's back there when you get complaining, and then you have what they call BSO, which is where your bags come.
00:28:50.400 --> 00:28:52.480
That's when you're not really dealing with people.
00:28:52.640 --> 00:28:54.240
I like the ticket counter.
00:28:54.319 --> 00:29:02.000
I like it when they come up and and the little kids are telling me, we're going to grandmama's house or we're going to see Mickey Mouse.
00:29:02.160 --> 00:29:13.200
And I love the energy, you know, and for from me, just working, working with these young kids.
00:29:13.920 --> 00:29:15.440
From me being in the military working.
00:29:15.839 --> 00:29:17.200
You the so you the OG.
00:29:17.599 --> 00:29:18.079
I'm the O.
00:29:18.400 --> 00:29:19.519
They call me Auntie.
00:29:20.160 --> 00:29:21.920
Either Miss Tracy.
00:29:22.160 --> 00:29:23.039
Miss Tracy.
00:29:23.440 --> 00:29:24.559
I love you.
00:29:24.880 --> 00:29:26.720
Just being around those young kids alone.
00:29:27.039 --> 00:29:30.000
They're totally different, Constance, from when we were working.
00:29:31.839 --> 00:29:34.720
Totally, totally different.
00:29:34.880 --> 00:29:39.200
I mean, the phones are out, they're FaceTime in their family.
00:29:39.359 --> 00:29:45.440
Why they I uh yeah, but it I enjoy talking to them.
00:29:45.680 --> 00:29:52.400
Um, a lot of them, you know, once they start talking to me, sometimes it turns into a therapy session, you don't even know it.
00:29:52.720 --> 00:29:56.240
And they're they're telling me, you know, they're they're going to school.
00:29:56.400 --> 00:29:58.160
I have one girl, she's so beautiful.
00:29:58.240 --> 00:30:03.440
She's trying, she's a content creator, she works there, and she has a cleaning business and all that.
00:30:03.519 --> 00:30:06.400
And I'm just guiding her do it, do it, do it.
00:30:06.640 --> 00:30:12.319
So I just I enjoy that because I feel like I'm still giving back.
00:30:12.400 --> 00:30:16.640
I am here working, but the conversations are great.
00:30:16.799 --> 00:30:24.400
I can work with the man, I can work with the older woman, younger woman, doesn't matter, black, white, hispan, whatever.
00:30:24.799 --> 00:30:35.359
We can always have a conversation that's relatable, and and I either bring something from the conversation or they get something from the conversation.
00:30:36.319 --> 00:30:38.079
And it's it's it's great.
00:30:38.960 --> 00:30:49.759
It's energy, it's God, it's you connecting, it's you communicating physically, you walking all over the uh Nashville.
00:30:49.839 --> 00:30:52.000
I haven't been in the Nashville airport.
00:30:52.160 --> 00:30:53.680
What's the name of it again?
00:30:54.000 --> 00:30:54.720
DNA.
00:30:54.960 --> 00:30:56.960
Okay, for years.
00:30:57.599 --> 00:31:06.799
Yeah, I went to school at Tennessee State University in Nashville, and so Tracy, God prepared you your body.
00:31:07.039 --> 00:31:11.119
So now Tracy has released, she sent me a picture, and I'm like, who is it?
00:31:11.279 --> 00:31:12.559
Is this your sister?
00:31:13.680 --> 00:31:18.799
Because the Bible says all things are working together for us, yeah.
00:31:19.039 --> 00:31:26.240
And so all of the pieces, the healing, here you are at the airport, and you're loving going to work.
00:31:26.559 --> 00:31:32.000
And it sounds like in our session, you're loving your life, you're loving your body.
00:31:32.079 --> 00:31:33.759
Is that is that what's happening?
00:31:34.000 --> 00:31:35.440
It is, that's what's happening.
00:31:35.599 --> 00:31:45.839
I actually had a doctor's appointment uh like a week ago, and my blood work came back, and that doctor said, What are you doing?
00:31:46.000 --> 00:31:49.519
And then I had to sit there and tell her I got up and went to work.
00:31:49.839 --> 00:31:52.079
Wow, is that what you said?
00:31:52.319 --> 00:31:53.359
That's what I told her.
00:31:53.440 --> 00:31:59.119
I went to work, I moved, started moving my body, my cholesterol's down almost 100 points.
00:31:59.279 --> 00:32:02.240
My cholesterol was on over 300, it was high.
00:32:02.480 --> 00:32:06.000
My cholesterol's down a hundred over a hundred points.
00:32:06.319 --> 00:32:14.319
My A1C is now 6.2 from a it was a 12 at the highest, it was a 12.1.
00:32:14.880 --> 00:32:22.640
So um the vitamin, of course, now vitamin D, because I was never going outside.
00:32:22.880 --> 00:32:30.480
So, you know, all of that, all of that, and I'm just more I'm loving myself.
00:32:30.960 --> 00:32:34.559
Um, I was talking to my daughter the other day.
00:32:34.640 --> 00:32:35.519
I said, you know what?
00:32:35.599 --> 00:32:38.559
I come with perks, and I'm I'm proud of my perks.
00:32:38.640 --> 00:32:41.839
You know, I I see myself different now.
00:32:42.000 --> 00:32:45.920
I see myself as I am Tracy.
00:32:46.319 --> 00:32:59.039
Yes, I am, and I've I realized what all I've been through from losing a child, even before losing a child, my daughter was in a head-on collision and had to learn how to walk again.
00:32:59.279 --> 00:33:09.839
I remember yeah, then I lost the child, then breast cancer, then lost the business, then lost my sister, and lost my mother.
00:33:10.240 --> 00:33:15.359
And even now we're still dealing with finding somewhere for my niece to go.
00:33:15.599 --> 00:33:20.640
But I have decided that I am not gonna let that defeat me.
00:33:21.039 --> 00:33:24.000
Yeah, and with God go ahead.
00:33:24.319 --> 00:33:27.519
No, you go ahead, and everything begins with a decision.
00:33:27.839 --> 00:33:29.920
God was waiting for you to choose.
00:33:30.240 --> 00:33:32.559
He was waiting, he's he's been sitting right here waiting.
00:33:32.640 --> 00:33:38.480
Uh I'm I'm getting ready to get up off of this couch and I'm gonna go over here and serve.
00:33:38.799 --> 00:33:40.960
God was waiting for you to choose.
00:33:41.200 --> 00:33:44.720
I've been telling Tracy, I said you need to go to a support group.
00:33:45.359 --> 00:33:48.720
But then at least five years, Tracy.
00:33:49.440 --> 00:33:56.000
Tracy just like ignored me, but then when she heard it, she she made a decision.
00:33:56.160 --> 00:34:01.279
I'm gonna go and join the why and went to that support group.
00:34:01.680 --> 00:34:08.639
And I want to say to listeners, God is waiting for you to choose, choose, and be prepared.
00:34:08.800 --> 00:34:10.480
This is the one thing, too.
00:34:10.719 --> 00:34:14.239
When you're praying for something, start working towards it.
00:34:14.400 --> 00:34:24.079
If I had not had my resume and all of that saved and a file on my phone, I wouldn't have been able to apply for that job.
00:34:24.159 --> 00:34:36.480
I'm I'm we're in the middle of the ocean, and this job pops up, and I'm able to go in, upload, and apply from the middle on a carnival cruise ship.
00:34:36.639 --> 00:34:37.679
I didn't know that.
00:34:37.840 --> 00:34:39.280
Okay, yes, yes.
00:34:39.519 --> 00:34:46.639
So the one thing that I'm learning, um I have really learned, and you've been saying it for years, Constance, you know, manifesting.
00:34:46.800 --> 00:34:54.559
When you ask God for something, don't just ask and and and go sit down, start moving towards it.
00:34:54.719 --> 00:35:02.559
If you want a new car, start cleaning this car out, start making sure it's spotless, it's beautiful.
00:35:02.800 --> 00:35:07.679
If you want new furniture, keep this furniture clean, keep your house clean.
00:35:07.920 --> 00:35:10.079
And that was the biggest thing with me.
00:35:10.159 --> 00:35:13.679
And Constance, no, now I I want to be busy.
00:35:13.840 --> 00:35:17.440
I have a calendar, which Constance has been telling me for years.
00:35:17.760 --> 00:35:19.119
Use a calendar.
00:35:20.079 --> 00:35:22.320
I just I that's so fun.
00:35:22.880 --> 00:35:24.719
Oh, I'll I'll remember it in it.
00:35:25.440 --> 00:35:28.480
Now I have a calendar and it's full.
00:35:28.639 --> 00:35:38.400
And it is something about when I go back and look at June, May, June, and July and see I was here, I was at this appointment.
00:35:38.480 --> 00:35:39.440
I had to work this day.
00:35:39.519 --> 00:35:48.880
Okay, I switched switch shifts with this person, and it's it's a different feeling, accomplishment, accomplishment.
00:35:48.960 --> 00:35:52.079
That's it, purposeful, intentional.
00:35:52.320 --> 00:36:03.039
Yes, and when you are upper winfrey says intention rules the world, and when you do have a calendar, like I already know everything I'ma eat today.
00:36:03.280 --> 00:36:08.480
Yeah, you've always yeah, I know what I'm gonna eat today, I know what I'm gonna eat tomorrow.
00:36:08.559 --> 00:36:08.960
Why?
00:36:09.119 --> 00:36:10.880
And that don't mean I'm rigid.
00:36:11.119 --> 00:36:19.840
I just know my life, I know how much water I'm gonna drink, I know uh, you know, and so I know who I'm coaching today, etc.
00:36:20.159 --> 00:36:23.440
And so with you, you have become very intentional.
00:36:24.159 --> 00:36:28.159
What I see in you is you you're living life purposefully.
00:36:28.480 --> 00:36:29.280
I got that out.
00:36:29.679 --> 00:36:30.239
Exactly.
00:36:30.880 --> 00:36:38.880
You have a sense of accomplishment, and your heel, the heel, Tracy, has stepped forward and taken choice.
00:36:39.360 --> 00:36:47.360
Uh making choice the heel, I'm focusing in on myself, and I don't have to save the word non-codependent, Tracy.
00:36:47.679 --> 00:36:50.559
It's she seemed like she's taken the lead.
00:36:50.800 --> 00:36:52.880
Yes, I was all over the place.
00:36:53.199 --> 00:36:56.400
Life words, I was all over the place.
00:36:56.639 --> 00:37:03.679
I life was just life and I wasn't I wasn't telling myself what to do, life was telling me what to do.
00:37:04.159 --> 00:37:12.239
And now, I mean, even with with packing, you know, Tracy, you know you're going out of town for Labor Day.
00:37:12.559 --> 00:37:16.239
Get a list, but I've always I don't know what it is.
00:37:16.320 --> 00:37:20.400
I will see people in the grocery store with lists, and I'm like, oh, I just don't have time.
00:37:20.559 --> 00:37:25.280
Yes, you do, and it's so much, it's it's not chaotic.
00:37:25.440 --> 00:37:36.079
It was I was living out of I guess desperation, chaotic, spur, and spur of the moment can be okay, but that was my life, spur of the moment.
00:37:37.119 --> 00:37:47.360
And that it is it, and it spills over into your relationships, it spills over into your finances.
00:37:47.760 --> 00:37:55.760
It you have to get it together, and the the main thing is you have to have that alone time with just you and God.
00:37:56.559 --> 00:37:57.840
Talk about that a little bit.
00:37:58.000 --> 00:38:05.920
I had a friend tell a realtor tell me years ago, um, uh, because I when I divorced, I was dating.
00:38:06.000 --> 00:38:06.559
I was out there.
00:38:06.719 --> 00:38:09.199
She said, Tracy, you need to have one year by yourself.
00:38:09.360 --> 00:38:10.400
I said, What?
00:38:10.639 --> 00:38:12.320
No, not me.
00:38:13.679 --> 00:38:16.480
Well, now it's been what five years, Constance?
00:38:17.039 --> 00:38:19.119
And I understand what she said.
00:38:19.440 --> 00:38:26.880
Because you have to, how do you know what how can you tell a person what you want when you don't even know what you want?
00:38:27.519 --> 00:38:31.280
You don't even know if you like, you know, what's your non-negotiables?
00:38:31.679 --> 00:38:35.280
You don't know until you have that alone time.
00:38:36.320 --> 00:38:41.280
You know, I'm at a point now if oh, he's breathing loud.
00:38:41.440 --> 00:38:42.480
He gotta go.
00:38:46.159 --> 00:38:49.440
You know, that's not a non-negotiable, but I'm just saying what you're saying.
00:38:49.840 --> 00:38:58.880
You have my house is so peaceful and and just quiet and relaxing and hear.
00:38:59.119 --> 00:39:01.039
Did that refrigerator door slam?
00:39:01.199 --> 00:39:02.400
Oh, you gotta go.
00:39:04.559 --> 00:39:13.039
You know, but it you just learn stuff about you and stuff that I with me, you have to be a traveler.
00:39:13.119 --> 00:39:14.079
I love to travel.
00:39:14.320 --> 00:39:20.960
You have to have to have a passport, you have and I'm um I work for a major airlines now.
00:39:21.119 --> 00:39:22.880
I'm I'm hopping on that flight.
00:39:22.960 --> 00:39:26.000
Any if I give me three, four days off, I'm gone.
00:39:26.159 --> 00:39:26.800
You're gone.
00:39:27.360 --> 00:39:35.360
And you know, and what you said is so powerful because you you're being purposeful and intentional.
00:39:35.760 --> 00:39:39.280
And when you do that, the whole universe.
00:39:39.440 --> 00:39:40.320
We've heard Dr.
00:39:40.480 --> 00:39:42.960
Barbara Franklin talking about light atoms.
00:39:43.039 --> 00:39:49.840
When you when you decide, Tracy decided I want to work for a major airline.
00:39:50.400 --> 00:39:55.599
Now she on the cruise, but she has uh God has heard that desire.
00:39:55.679 --> 00:39:57.920
You know, when you pray, believe, you receive.
00:39:58.079 --> 00:40:00.880
She said it with her mouth, she sent it out.
00:40:01.119 --> 00:40:20.719
And so um scientists say that when you make a decision, the whole universe, all the light atoms gonna come and help you, all your angels that you can't even see, all of the Holy Spirit, whatever you believe in, higher power is there in the invisible realm to assist her.
00:40:20.880 --> 00:40:25.119
So, Tracy, I believe that angels have been with you.
00:40:25.280 --> 00:40:30.239
We know the Holy Spirit, the light atoms, whatever else you want to say.
00:40:30.400 --> 00:40:39.440
Look at this how strategically God helped you with your life, with your with that, with that support group, and then with going to serve the people.
00:40:39.679 --> 00:40:47.679
And and so I just wanted you to come on so you could share with listeners that you know the name of my show is a divine manifestation pathway.
00:40:48.000 --> 00:40:51.360
God got a divine manifestation pathway for folk.
00:40:51.679 --> 00:40:52.800
Would you agree with that?
00:40:53.039 --> 00:40:55.119
I totally agree.
00:40:55.519 --> 00:41:04.800
I totally, but you have to take the time to hear from God, you have to have that that alone time, that quiet time.
00:41:05.039 --> 00:41:10.559
Come off the internet, come off to I was yeah, I'm a YouTube girl.
00:41:10.880 --> 00:41:16.880
You just have to have that quiet time, and in that quiet time, he will speak, he will guide you.
00:41:17.280 --> 00:41:22.639
I I've been in situations where I know I heard God say, leave that alone.
00:41:22.960 --> 00:41:25.440
Yeah, and you have the gift of discernment.
00:41:25.679 --> 00:41:43.840
Tracy can pick up on stuff, and one of my favorite scriptures, I I think is in Isaiah, it said, I'm paraphrasing, I will teach you, I will instruct you, I will show you the way with my loving eyes.
00:41:44.079 --> 00:41:45.280
I'm paraphrasing.
00:41:46.000 --> 00:41:57.599
And so I personally believe for me that being still, being still, yes, and somebody calls it the low whispers of the spirit.
00:41:57.760 --> 00:41:59.440
God don't be speaking loud, spirit.
00:42:01.199 --> 00:42:09.519
It's the low, it's like you tuning into the spiritual broadcasting station, and just it's those low whispers.
00:42:09.920 --> 00:42:12.079
Tracy, go over here.
00:42:12.800 --> 00:42:15.599
Yes, yes, Tracy.
00:42:15.760 --> 00:42:17.199
Upload your resume.
00:42:17.679 --> 00:42:20.079
Tracy, clean out your email.
00:42:20.400 --> 00:42:22.400
Tracy, yeah.
00:42:23.760 --> 00:42:41.280
So God, so in closing, Tracy, I just wanted y'all to hear that no matter what you've been through, no matter what you expect, how many of y'all been through in the hospital and had a son who transitioned, and then a mom and a sister, and then had to, you know, had to go through a therapy support group.
00:42:41.360 --> 00:42:52.880
And those support groups brings up all of the stuff, and then coaching with me, with with, you know, because I'm pushing, I'm I'm I'm doing everything I I know to do with her.
00:42:53.280 --> 00:42:59.920
So so what would you say to people who feel like, man, I just want to give up, Tracy and Constance?
00:43:00.000 --> 00:43:01.920
Is to what would you say to people?
00:43:04.400 --> 00:43:10.880
I would say for me, the best thing that I did was come get coaching.
00:43:11.840 --> 00:43:15.599
Get coaching, like I've said before, I've been on your show before.
00:43:15.760 --> 00:43:19.760
The the football teams, the basketball teams, they all have a coach.
00:43:19.920 --> 00:43:24.480
You have to be led by a coach in those alone times.
00:43:24.800 --> 00:43:26.559
Sometimes you can't even pray.
00:43:26.719 --> 00:43:27.519
I've been there.
00:43:27.760 --> 00:43:30.960
I just call his name, just say Jesus.
00:43:31.840 --> 00:43:32.960
Just say Jesus.
00:43:33.199 --> 00:43:47.920
But the if you can find a support group or a great coach, like I have with Constance, and then with Constance, we have we have us another little group that they're not gonna let nobody come in.
00:43:48.480 --> 00:43:49.360
No, no.
00:43:49.519 --> 00:43:55.599
We've been what five years, five, six years, and it's it's those groups.
00:43:55.760 --> 00:43:58.400
I'm telling you, it's those groups.
00:43:58.559 --> 00:43:59.760
We can just get in there.
00:44:00.079 --> 00:44:04.719
And say, y'all, I'm going through depression, or y'all, my my mother, this or that.
00:44:04.960 --> 00:44:10.079
It's something about those groups and that therapy.
00:44:10.320 --> 00:44:14.320
And you know, if you can't afford it, I I I totally understand.
00:44:14.480 --> 00:44:16.239
I've been there, you know.
00:44:16.559 --> 00:44:20.000
Just just I emailed the first time with Constance.
00:44:20.159 --> 00:44:24.239
I listened to her all day and I sent her an email.
00:44:24.639 --> 00:44:26.719
I didn't know, I don't remember that story.
00:44:27.280 --> 00:44:33.840
I sent her an email, and in the email, I gave her my number and she called me and I heard her voice.
00:44:34.000 --> 00:44:37.280
I had watched her all day long.
00:44:38.320 --> 00:44:40.559
Uh, this was back in 2010.
00:44:40.719 --> 00:44:50.079
And yeah, Constance called me, and she just gave me a 30-minute just to see if we connected, and of course, we did.
00:44:50.320 --> 00:44:57.119
And I'm telling you, when you make up your mind, like Constance said, the money will come, resources will come.
00:44:58.079 --> 00:45:01.679
And Constance back then said, Was it Constance?
00:45:01.840 --> 00:45:04.159
You you wouldn't know yourself in a year or something.
00:45:04.320 --> 00:45:05.039
Yeah, that's me.
00:45:05.119 --> 00:45:10.719
I said, if you are willing to do the inner work, inner work, you wouldn't know yourself.
00:45:10.960 --> 00:45:13.280
I it was it was six months for me.
00:45:13.440 --> 00:45:19.679
I ended up retiring from the military all so I started coaching you before you retired.
00:45:20.480 --> 00:45:21.199
Oh, okay.
00:45:21.280 --> 00:45:22.800
I I didn't remember that.
00:45:23.039 --> 00:45:24.239
Yes, I was afraid.
00:45:24.400 --> 00:45:28.000
Money has always been my, but that'll be another show.
00:45:28.159 --> 00:45:33.840
But money has always been my and I think it's from the way I grew up.
00:45:34.159 --> 00:45:36.960
Yeah, and we know that you could change those money beliefs.
00:45:37.039 --> 00:45:40.480
So it sounds like you're saying, and Tracy knows this.
00:45:40.639 --> 00:45:43.199
I get coached once a week myself.
00:45:45.840 --> 00:45:52.159
I've been mentored my whole life, but I'm getting coaching every Saturday at 11 a.m.
00:45:52.400 --> 00:45:54.000
Eastern Standard Time.
00:45:55.199 --> 00:46:23.199
And so what Tracy had was she had coaching, she had a support group, she hurt, she had a deep relationship with God and our spirit, and she was tuned in what she said about being uh um still that's profit, and she was tuned in to that low broadcasting station, yeah, that said, Tracy, go over here and serve these people.
00:46:23.599 --> 00:46:27.039
Yes, and that was herbody but God, yeah.
00:46:27.760 --> 00:46:36.880
No, but I didn't know how to serve, and see, God has a divine manifestation pathway.
00:46:37.039 --> 00:46:44.800
That's why it was only the Holy Spirit that gave me the name for my new podcast, the divine manifestation pathway.
00:46:44.880 --> 00:46:49.679
If you go to Europe and you go to some of the in some of the fashion houses, they call it couture.
00:46:50.239 --> 00:46:54.000
You buy a dress, that's it's couture just for your body.
00:46:54.159 --> 00:46:57.760
Every curve, every inch, every lump, every bump.
00:46:58.000 --> 00:47:02.559
Yes, it's nobody else will have that dress the way it fits your body.
00:47:03.039 --> 00:47:12.960
And so God wants to give us couture, specific, customized manifestation pathways for our lives.
00:47:14.000 --> 00:47:29.920
And Tracy, I have never seen you this centered, joyful, don't mean everything perfect, right?
00:47:30.239 --> 00:47:34.000
Happy and peaceful.
00:47:36.480 --> 00:47:39.920
I haven't been this way in years.
00:47:40.719 --> 00:47:42.719
I can't even I don't even know.
00:47:43.920 --> 00:47:45.440
I haven't been this way.
00:47:45.679 --> 00:47:49.039
This is this is all new at 57 years old.
00:47:49.360 --> 00:47:53.599
This is all new for me, and I'm enjoying it.
00:47:54.079 --> 00:47:55.920
I'm enjoying it.
00:47:56.320 --> 00:48:02.880
We can see, and you know, the Bible says your latter years shall be greater than your former.
00:48:03.119 --> 00:48:10.960
You know, don't uh Dolly Pardon died this week when you see this, you know, and Tracy, she's close to Nashville.
00:48:11.440 --> 00:48:19.440
Oh, yeah, in Tennessee, and and so we were just talking about she was 80 and she still was living life to the foolish.
00:48:19.519 --> 00:48:23.280
Uh, they interviewed her and she said, I'm just not beginning at 80.
00:48:23.519 --> 00:48:24.159
Sure did.
00:48:24.239 --> 00:48:25.920
Yeah, that right now, Nashville.
00:48:26.000 --> 00:48:39.599
We're devastated, but she to me was a perfect example of a strong woman in her feminine energy, stayed in her feminine energy, a business woman, you know.
00:48:39.760 --> 00:48:46.079
Just but Dollywood has was has made Severeville, yeah.
00:48:46.159 --> 00:48:49.440
Because we both know that little town, it was a little town, right?
00:48:49.519 --> 00:48:52.079
Right, not not not its own and popping.
00:48:52.320 --> 00:48:54.800
But Tracy, I'm so happy for you.
00:48:55.280 --> 00:49:04.159
Uh uh, and that's why I want you to come on as exhibit a y'all of how God can and will hear your life.
00:49:04.480 --> 00:49:06.800
But then Tracy had to participate.
00:49:07.039 --> 00:49:18.880
I had to get off the couch, she had to make a decision to get off the couch and go to work at a place, and she didn't know all the hidden gems that God has for her.
00:49:19.039 --> 00:49:37.440
It ain't no doubt in my mind, I'm gonna prophesy to you now, that even it in that airlines because you are the OG there, and you you got 23 years in the military, they're gonna see your leadership, they're gonna see all of that, and I tell you, promotion is yours if you want it.
00:49:37.679 --> 00:49:38.639
I receive it.
00:49:39.440 --> 00:49:41.039
You already know that, though, right?
00:49:41.119 --> 00:49:42.559
Somebody done told you, yeah.
00:49:42.719 --> 00:49:44.960
Promotion is yours if you want it.
00:49:45.119 --> 00:49:54.800
Yeah, you know, the Bible says promotion doesn't come from the north, west, east, and south or south, it comes from God, and here you have been strategically placed.
00:49:54.960 --> 00:50:07.760
That's why all the young kids they looking up to you, you the OG, yes, and so management is gonna see that because it's all about customers that you love people, you love to talk, yes.
00:50:07.840 --> 00:50:14.079
I've got so many emails, so customers, um, passengers write in.
00:50:14.239 --> 00:50:20.400
And um, I've already gotten three where you just don't know who's watching you.
00:50:21.039 --> 00:50:26.960
And um, I helped this elder, this older lady, elderly lady, and she hadn't flown.
00:50:27.039 --> 00:50:28.000
And I helped her.
00:50:28.639 --> 00:50:32.960
I I made sure her stuff was bagged, I made sure she made it to her seat.
00:50:33.119 --> 00:50:41.840
I that's just me, and somebody wrote the company, and um they they they're big on praising, so it was a big old thing.
00:50:42.239 --> 00:50:45.119
The you know, shout out to Tracy House.
00:50:45.280 --> 00:50:48.639
And I'm telling you, you don't know who's watching you.
00:50:48.800 --> 00:50:49.519
I have no clue.
00:50:49.599 --> 00:50:51.840
I'm I'm just doing this out the kindness of my heart.
00:50:52.000 --> 00:50:54.400
I looked at her like she was my grandmother, you know.
00:50:54.559 --> 00:50:55.440
Yeah, yeah.
00:50:55.920 --> 00:51:01.840
Somebody wrote in, and but she was at gate D1 in Nashville, da da da da.
00:51:02.320 --> 00:51:14.960
So yeah, and and there are all kinds of miracles that God has waiting for all of us if we are just lisper listen to the low whispers of the spirit.
00:51:15.199 --> 00:51:18.480
Yes, so guys, I hope you're encouraged today.
00:51:18.639 --> 00:51:25.599
If God is no respecter of person, you are loved, and and this is the last thing I'm gonna say for real, for real.
00:51:26.079 --> 00:51:34.000
And I heard somebody say, God loves to be with us and is with us, or I may say spirit, constant on believing God.
00:51:34.079 --> 00:51:42.960
Okay, spirit, the divine, loves to be with us and is with us in the perceived low places of our lives.
00:51:43.119 --> 00:51:46.400
Yeah, we don't feel it.
00:51:46.480 --> 00:51:52.480
We don't know how you gonna be how you one with God and you're gonna be separate from God in those low places.
00:51:52.960 --> 00:51:57.440
Yes, so that's what that's what I'm gonna say to you, Tracy.
00:51:57.679 --> 00:51:58.800
Thank you so much.
00:51:59.039 --> 00:52:22.079
I'm so happy for you, so proud of you, and uh I thank you, Constance, because you over the years have given me the tools, given our group the tools, and you have listened to God, and you what you tell us you do, and we see you doing it.
00:52:22.480 --> 00:52:22.880
Thank you.
00:52:23.440 --> 00:52:29.119
I want to take this time to just say thank you for what you've done for me.
00:52:29.679 --> 00:52:41.519
Well, you know, people tell me that they all everybody wants to know how did you make your move from one platform to being your own independent podcaster?
00:52:41.840 --> 00:52:44.000
So I knew y'all were watching me.
00:52:44.159 --> 00:52:48.159
Yes, and I wasn't faking it, I wasn't trying to be all of that.
00:52:48.239 --> 00:52:59.840
I said I allowed myself to feel my feelings and with my group and with my clients, I shared with them my experience, how I was feeling, my fears, all of that.
00:53:00.079 --> 00:53:10.719
But it was a deep knowing in me, yes, that that what God was putting in me was pulling me to the new place in my life.
00:53:10.800 --> 00:53:13.599
So thank you for so I know they're watching me.
00:53:13.760 --> 00:53:20.639
Yes, I'm not fake news, I'm just gonna tell y'all the truth, and thank you for thank you for saying that.
00:53:20.960 --> 00:53:23.280
Yes, thank you for saying that.
00:53:23.519 --> 00:53:30.480
So, everybody, I want you to think of one person that you know and share this podcast with them.
00:53:30.800 --> 00:53:33.039
Somebody needs to hear this.
00:53:33.360 --> 00:53:41.599
One of your friends, your co-workers, your siblings, your sister girl, your mama, your daddy, your boyfriend, your man.
00:53:42.159 --> 00:53:43.840
Somebody needs to hear this.
00:53:44.000 --> 00:53:51.920
This is a word of encouragement, this is a word from the spirit, and I just want you to share it on your timeline, on your social media.
00:53:52.079 --> 00:53:52.880
Quit sharing.
00:53:52.960 --> 00:54:00.000
Uh, you can for one day not take a picture of your meal and share it on social media, which I don't do that.
00:54:00.159 --> 00:54:01.440
And no judging here.
00:54:01.519 --> 00:54:03.119
Don't send me no emails.
00:54:03.440 --> 00:54:05.280
And uh share this.
00:54:05.519 --> 00:54:09.519
You never know where people are and what they need to hear.
00:54:09.760 --> 00:54:10.960
Thank you again, Tracy.
00:54:11.119 --> 00:54:20.320
So, everybody, as I say every week, the same power, love, energy that put the solar system together that created this fabulous world.
00:54:20.480 --> 00:54:27.280
That it's a beautiful day in the ATL today that that has the sun uh just out there in the galaxy.
00:54:27.360 --> 00:54:34.639
That same power energy, and love is on the inside of you and will create your life in a beautiful way, like Tracy.
00:54:34.960 --> 00:54:36.480
Everybody have a great week.
