ABOUT THIS EPISODE
I found a new connection to thought-provoking things. It comes from Jeff Moore (@JeffMoore__) and on FB: (JeffMooreEP) who shared this golden gem: “Your inner voice becomes the atmosphere you live in every day. Make it honest, encouraging, and worthy of someone you care about. Keep going.” What a powerful thought that I have not seen put into these terms. His post that went along with his thoughts were “Talking to yourself like you respect yourself is a game changer. Keep Going.” Love this!! I do have an atmosphere that I have around me all the time and I’m realizing that I have the ability to have more control over my atmosphere around me. It’s one of many things to keep looking to get better at. Hope this helps you too!! Thanks for listening.
