ABOUT THIS EPISODE
The Chicago Bears turned up the intensity on Day 14 of training camp—and Caleb Williams finished practice exactly how Bears fans wanted to see.
On today’s episode of Chicago Bears Central, Haize breaks down everything coming out of another eventful practice at Halas Hall as the Bears prepare for their upcoming joint practice with the Cincinnati Bengals.
The offense ended the day on a high note, with Caleb Williams leading a successful two-minute situation and finishing the drive with a 21-yard touchdown to Jahdae Walker.
And Walker continues making his case for a legitimate offensive role.
With Luther Burden III sidelined, Walker has received additional first-team opportunities and continues taking advantage of them—both as a receiver and on special teams.
But he wasn’t the only Bears receiver making noise.
🔥 Kalif Raymond made one of the best catches of practice on a perfectly placed 28-yard throw from Williams.
🚀 Kaden Davis continues proving his preseason breakout wasn’t a fluke.
⚡ JP Richardson consistently created separation and finished practice with a 30-plus-yard touchdown.
And the Bears’ left tackle battle somehow got even more complicated.
Braxton Jones returned and continued ramping up. Theo Benedet received significant first-team work at left tackle. Jedrick Wills Jr. worked with the second unit. Ozzy Trapilo continues on his own return timeline.
Who actually wins this job?
