ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Today is a special day because I am speaking to a master I've met before at the beginning of my journey in a seminar I had while living in Belgium as a blue belt. Funny how the world spins and we end up sitting across from each other and having an actual conversation now for the podcast where we get to record who he is and what he does for future generations. There is going to be an opportunity to meet him soon in november of 2023 here in Amsterdam so if you're in the neighbourhood his seminars are awesome!
This episode is recorded in Portuguese, sorry for my english speaking fans, no worries we have plans to make the podcast bigger with your help and having them on youtube in the future with translations.
I wanted to thank Braus for giving the opportunity for me to create the podcast itself and they are just awesome with their products that supports lives in ways that we don't think possible yet, also for them openly supporting my onlyfans that is dedicated to body shaming in BJJ
Special thanks to Kaizen league for supporting this podcast as well , they are the main contribution to my onlyfans which also feeds my need for attention and keeps me mentally stable.
Aproveitam ! oss !
