ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Kyle Hutton has spent years helping build and support the music community in Bryan and the Brazos Valley. On this episode of the BVLive.com Podcast, we sit down with Kyle to talk about that journey and, most importantly, the upcoming Bryan TX Songwriter Festival.
The festival brings some incredible songwriters to downtown Bryan for two days of music, stories, intimate performances, and opportunities to hear the people behind the songs. Kyle gives us a look at what goes into putting the festival together, why songwriter-focused events matter, and what he hopes people experience when they come out.
But getting to the festival also means getting into Kyle's own story. We talk about his early days in B/CS, the people who helped shape his path, his work with Real Life Real Music, and his long-running commitment to creating opportunities for songwriters and musicians in the Brazos Valley.
