In this solo episode, I break down my AI Concierge model step by step, the exact done-with-you consulting offer I've used to generate $8,000 in monthly recurring revenue in a 10 day span. I walk through the four deliverables, the intake form, the two monthly strategy calls, Voxer access, and the Notion hub, plus my Audit Optimize Automate framework and the exact pricing ladder I use to raise rates with every new client. By the end, you'll have a complete, replicable consulting model you can pitch to your existing network this week.
