ABOUT THIS EPISODE
The Coach and Vince Russo open with a major new chapter in the extended Bloodline conversation: . From there, they map out the kind of long-term, faction-driven storytelling they believe could elevate multiple performers, while also discussing whether WWE is using its talent in the right roles. The conversation then turns to The Rock’s next challenge, the economics of expanding premium live events, Coach’s own WWE broadcast experience, and why booking should work backward from a clear destination.
Later, the hosts get into the core of their creative critique: the difference between spectacle and psychology, the challenge of making lucha/AAA-style presentation feel special, and the importance of protecting characters from one segment to the next. They examine , then debate whether WWE is giving Solo, Dominik Mysterio, Chelsea Green, Bron Breakker, Oba Femi, and other featured talent the material and incentives needed to break through. Coach also reflects on leaving WWE, while Vince explains why creative teams should use performer ideas to create win-win programs rather than protect individual spots.
