ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Diversity is an Inside Job
featuring Susan McCuistion
We tend to focus outwards when we think about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. We look at what groups are/are not represented in our companies and communities. We work to lift up others through community service and financial gifts. We try to call attention to issues through demonstrations and social justice declarations. But these visible fixes are just bandaging the surface of social ills. They don't truly resolve the deeper issues around why inequities exist in the first place.
What if 'diversity' is all about "me" and far less about other people as we've been taught? Join Susan McCuistion to learn why "Diversity is an Inside Job."
Susan has been working in the field of D&I for over 20 years. She is the author of, "The D Word: 12 Steps to Diversity Recovery" and a #1 International Bestselling Business Author. She has contributed to "Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner" Volumes 2 and 4.
