ABOUT THIS EPISODE
We welcome the one and only Matt Chan to the Born Primitive Outdoor Podcast. Matt is an elite athlete, career firefighter, family man, and probably one of the more fit people on the planet. Matt was also a dominant CrossFit athlete from 2008-2013, but now focuses on getting more people fit with his company TrainForTheWin. He and Aron go over the joys of aging, staying fit in your 40s and beyond. With these two staring at 50, maintaining is the name of the game. Had a great talk with Matt Chan on this week's episode of the Born Primitive Outdoor Podcast.
