In this episode, I talk about my severe health challenges, the dismissal and lack of answers from doctors, my sense of betrayal by my own body, and hitting rock bottom mentally and physically to the point of being suicidal.

KEY TAKEAWAYS:

1: Struggling Against Inexplicable Challenges: We all face moments when life presents us with seemingly insurmountable obstacles that disrupt our daily functioning and can leave us feeling helpless.

2: Seeking Answers in a World of Uncertainty: In times of distress, we often turn to experts and professionals for guidance and solutions, only to encounter dismissal, confusion, and a lack of understanding that can leave us feeling lost and unsupported.

3: The Betrayal of Self: There are moments when we may feel betrayed by our bodies or minds, questioning why they're not cooperating despite our best efforts to care for ourselves. This internal conflict can lead to feelings of anger, frustration, and a sense of being at war with ourselves.

4: Navigating the Depths of Despair: At our lowest points, we may find ourselves facing a mental, emotional, and physical abyss, where the weight of our struggles feels unbearable. It. can lead us to contemplate surrendering to despair or even thoughts of ending our own lives.

5: The Burden of Vulnerability: Even those who are typically seen as pillars of strength can find themselves crumbling under the weight of their own suffering, feeling isolated and unable to fulfill the roles they're accustomed to, while simultaneously grappling with their own internal battles.
