ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Episode 2: Jake Haas - Tour Stories, Nashville Dreams & Blue Collar Chaos
In the second episode of Blue Collar Lounge, Matt Tucker and Carolina Chuck are joined by special guest Jake Haas (guitarist for Cameron Marlowe) at the Blue Collar Lounge in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Jake shares wild tour stories, including getting robbed at knifepoint in Canada for a PS5 and some sodas, wild nights on the road, and what it’s really like stepping up from club gigs to arena tours with rising star Ella Langley. The conversation bounces from how Jake and Chuck first connected through their mutual friend Chris Gladwin, to Jake’s upcoming move to Nashville (Clarksville area), bouncer horror stories, getting dress-coded at a Hardy show, and plenty of small-town South Carolina mayhem.
The guys also get into:
• Kyle Busch’s passing and other tough NASCAR news
• Trailer park tales and redneck ingenuity
• First cars, bad decisions, and growing up
• Tattoos, family life, and the grind of balancing music with real life
• Chuck’s car sales adventures and sleeping on test drives
It’s raw, unfiltered, laugh-out-loud funny, and full of that signature Blue Collar Lounge energy—real dudes talking real life, music, and the road ahead.
Jake Haas brings the tour insight, while Matt and Chuck keep it grounded in everyday blue-collar reality. Whether you’re a musician, gearhead, or just love good storytelling, this one delivers.
Tune in for the laughs, the lessons, and the chaos.
