TF Management Group LLC: Welcome to Big Mike Fun Podcast by Mike Slotnik. Welcome to the Big Mike Fun Podcast. I'm the Big Mike. Mike Zlatnik, and today it is a pleasure and a privilege to welcome back Harrison Hall. Hey Harrison. Big Mike. Hey, thank you for having me on again. I got so excited when I it was in my email. Like come back on the Big Mike Pod. I know last time we talked we were just getting to know each other and a lot has happened since in the last year and got to meet you in person and your nickname is is is very telling. You made me look short, which I love that. And so I'm just happy to be back. happy to glad that you got I got to meet you and and you know just thanks for having me back on man. Thank you. I love your energy. I wish I could be just as energetic. I'm a little bit under the weather but it was wonderful to meet you. I appreciate your gracious invitation to come to Texas and to your wonderful event. And we'll talk about that Elevate Sirius. you're the founder and CEO of Elevate. It's really an exciting series of meetings, events and it's it's Texas style. Very colorful, energetic. You have some really wonderful guests that come. So it's so good to have you back. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, no, it's it was it was great to have you, you know, come all the way down from New York. You got to kind of see like a a little f sliver of what we what we're doing. And you know, that was our first like smaller one I've done in a while and I just learned a lot from that and you know, just continuing to grow and expand everything. I can finally, after years and years of like people asking me what I do, you know, I even at I even at that event, my Mike like, what is it, what is it you do? And I'm like, I I can't really articulate it, right? And so I I I took I I took the summer off. I went up north. I spent time with the fam, the little one, and just like really kind of dug into like what is it that Elevate Events is? Like what is Elevate, right? And and and I finally broke it down to like I do business development. That's what I do. Events is a part of me bringing like-minded people together. It's definitely not like a money making thing. Obviously a free, you know, bring everybody together and pay for dinner isn't a money making like proposition. I really don't try to make money on the event itself. I really believe in revenue through relationships and creating these, you know, one of a kind, invite-only events where it's like, you know, there's lots of networking events out there that you go to that, you know, are not are are like you have to cut through a lot of the BS, right? There's a lot of people that shouldn't be there. And I want my events to be just like you want to meet that person in that room and keep them smaller, intimate. And then we can always do the bigger, more fun events, but that meeting of the minds that you came to was probably my favorite event that I've one of the favorite events that I've done just because it was just a mix and mingle of just like a a lot of really great people. And so like going forward, like that's what I do, right? Business development, I've done it in every industry, not every industry, but I've done it in logistics. I've sold over thirty million in logistics. I've raised over 40 million in in new construction funding. I've done, you know, grew a real estate team from scratch from 58 million. I had one of the biggest life insurance teams, you know, gr fastest growing life insurance teams at Globe Life last year. And then like got hooked up with Button Up and they kind of brought me in to help grow this AI sales organization. And I can just say honestly what I do now, like it's so great to wake up in the morning and just I just do business development. I help grow scale brands from scratch and and you know, events is just one way for t one tool of of like really getting people and and and bringing people together. I appreciate that explanation and that was a small event. I'd love to come to one of your bigger ones to see I'm sure you get you you get some wonderful bands, yeah. Artists, all kinds of colorful stuff. I guess like Like a carnival event. Yeah. Yeah. But my observation was it was it was interesting and I and yeah, I'm just curious, given the AI advancement, and how fast things are moving, my my thought here is I actually human events matter even more 'cause we just all get too it's very difficult to build connections over the distance. Right. So when you get in the same room somehow you can connect with somebody, you click with them to make a big difference. Yeah, and I I think that, you know, everyone's worried about AI taking human jobs. I think the humans that use AI properly are gonna just be light years ahead of everybody. I mean, to be honest with you, like I'm I would say I'm I'm not an AI expert. I would if I was to grade myself, I'd be like at a C plus right now as far as like my use of AI. But man, I mean, the amount of time that I mean, for example, just It's replaced my graphic designer that was always the biggest wheel in my cog, right? They would have like something wrong with the flyer. They would have, you know, I'd have to go through three or four different revisions. It would take me a week to get the creative for an event, which a flyer is a big part of the event. If you don't have a cool flyer, like you're you're that's like the first thing in an event. People look at the flyer. If it looks like trash or they're not gonna go, right? And then what I'm able to do now is I can do custom flyers for everybody for the event and like A two or three hour period where it would have taken me hundreds of dollars, you know, thousands of dollars on a graphic designer to do custom flyers for everybody. And I'm all about like the social media, the organic growth, right? Like I don't pay, I don't run paid ads. I do collaborations with people. I want to collaborate with Big Mike. I want to give you a value, a flyer that gives you value that we could do a collaborative post. Now your followers. See see what what see me and what my work is, and then my followers see you, and we all win together, organic growth of like real people, not bots. Eventually, I know eventually I've gone viral a couple of times. It's okay, it's cool. Like, like you know, I'm not g trying to go viral. I'm trying to build like real relationships and bring people together and and every piece of content is structured that way, and that's where AI has just been a game changer for me personally. Is is just the graphic design help. I mean, we use it now. Our AI, we I got a AI website builder that's completely redesigning my website that we did, you know, it took us couple of weeks to create this website even la earlier this year. Now I got the AI guy that's done we're gonna redesign it in less than a day, minutes, you know, the the AI. I mean, I can talk to Chad GBT now and we have like real conversations. I'll wake up at two in the morning and knock out like a project that would have taken me three or four days, you know, in in a matter of a couple hours because I can't sleep. It's in my head. I just talk to Chat GPT and we have a whole business plan and sponsorship plans and creative plans. So for me, it's like, I mean I call it cat. That's my assistant. It's cat, not chat. It's cat. And we just like, I mean, I just it's just AI has just been an absolute game changer for for every for everything I use it for. Even like the real estate marketing stuff, you know, cause I do a lot of You know, I help out a lot of teams here at KW and and like I mean, just the real estate marketing, like I mean I can do every everything I wanted it. It's like now I can do it all. I always wanted to do it all, now I can do it all because I have this and it's no longer AI, it's called SI if you pay attention to Trump. Like it's super intelligence now and it's it's the ultimate partner, the ultimate wingman. Hopefully it doesn't take over and kill us all. But you know, for now I'm gonna use it, I'm gonna use it the best of my abilities. Do you wake up and you call, hey cat, is that how you Yeah first thing I'm a cat person too. That's actually very cool. That is Yeah. Yeah. But I do agree, it's it's it's fascinating how much it can do and it is a good you know, a gentic AI is so good for automation and obviously brainstorming and ideas, I guess if you train it well enough and knows you it can do the flyers the way you want it, at least. Exactly. So let's go back to elevate events. What's coming up? What are you doing next? What kind of events you putting together? I give you a little you know, little love, little you know, let people hear about your events and Yeah. Maybe request an invitation. You do this privately. This is not a pay to play, this is more of a somebody wants to be a part of it, they need to reach out to you and ask to be Yeah, yeah. So I mean we just did I mean our big one coming up I mean, we're doing a lot of pipe pop-up micro events. We just did a Elevate Event Series micro event to Houston and back. I had a performance down there. And so we did a bus, a business development bus where we stopped at this real estate development opportunity. My buddy has a studio that he's turning into like a mastermind space. So I brought some of the team down there to see that. We're looking at launching and growing a brand called, it's an alcohol brand called Dum Dum Juice. It's really good, really good alcohol brand. And then so we and and then we have like the mix and mingles at the office. So I'm gonna have those micro events, like more pop-up stuff. Those are more like less more formal, but the the big one, the big daddy, the one that you want to know about, right? Is the 80s party at gallery DeFi on December 10th. So I've taken, like I told you over the summer, like I took a break. You know, I always try to improve. I'm always you know, I'm always trying to make events better. I take feedback, you know, I love feedback from everything and You know, we did the meeting of the minds, that was like the smaller micro event, the one you came to, and then we did the Gatsby party, right? If I compare and contrast the two, the Gatsby party was more time, more effort, more work, less and less results, right? Like the band, the the artists, the all all all the things, all the extra bells and whistles, like took away from like and the whole point was to make sure people connect with each other and and you know, do business, right? And so I I I think I I looking introspectively back at it, I've made it 90% party, 10% business at that event in particular. And I want to make it more like the meeting of the minds was, which was I think we had Brooklyn perform. That was it, right? It was it was all business and less and you know, just a little bit of fun. So, you know, like I said, I'm gonna take that formula of the meeting of the minds and I'm gonna turn this bigger event into 90% business, 10% fun, right? So It's gonna be three hours of hardcore networking of me being you know, making sure that like you meet this person who needs to meet this person and needs to meet this person. We're gonna have small bites, you know, to pass. We're gonna have small drinks. I don't want anybody getting drunk. There's no open bar. We're not doing all that, right? There's some champagne, but from six to nine is gonna be the hardcore networking. That is when You're gonna meet people and we're Mike, you'll love this. We're going back to the 80s, my guy. Like, if you're not in 80s gear, I'm sorry. I can't hang out, I can't do business with people that can't have a little bit of fun. So we're going back to the 80s. And I don't care if you're a billionaire or a CEO and you don't want to get dressed up. Like we'll have if you don't have stuff, we'll have a stylist there at the front door to make sure that you're in 80s gear. But I don't want anyone sticking out and feeling like, you know. We're going back to the 80s. We're going back to where real relationships were made and where where real connections were made. I'm gonna I'm we're gonna require everyone, and this is gonna be hard for some people, but you're gonna check your phone in at the door. You're gonna give your phone. You don't need your phone. We got plenty of photographers there. And I don't really want you to like connect with somebody and then check their Instagram and then be like, he's not legit. I want you to have like a real conversation for three or four hours with people, build these real relationships, and then come to me. as the connector and I'll put y'all in touch after after the event and we'll make it all happen and I'll be I'll facilitate good business being done at this event. So the last obviously the last forty five minutes, thirty, forty five minutes, we're gonna have some entertainment. It'll be a Dallas showcase, all the best awesome artists in in Dallas and and we'll have a little bit of fun at the end. Have some drinks and then everybody can go party together. But I really want to make this one all business first. We have an amazing venue for this. It's a 17,000 square foot immersive art gallery, number one art gallery in Texas. I would argue probably number one art gallery in the country at gallery DeFi. And this thing is gonna be a something that you don't want to miss. This one is, I mean, I am gonna have everyone's gonna be a partner in this event, right? I'm only bringing together people that I'm doing biz dev for. Or people that need to meet or like clients with that, you know, I've done business with in the past. And everyone will contribute something to the party. I'm all about, you know, a potluck, you know, Thanksgiving. When everybody brings a little something, it always makes the party a little bit better, right? So I am asking for contributions. Every I can get creative on on all the you know ways everybody can contribute something to make this thing awesome. But it is a business development party, right? It's the first ever business development party. Look, make networking fun again. That's our slogan. We wanna have fun and do business in a way that's like frankly, I don't I don't know anybody that's doing it the way that we're gonna do it. And it's gonna be something that, you know, is is is gonna be talked about for years and you know, just a great way to end twenty twenty six and and come get your partners, get your you know, I got a PR company, I got Bill Walsh, I got you know, the sales organization with a button up. They've done over five hundred million dollars worth of sales. They can they can Organi they can, you know, cold call anything. We can we can sell any product. We got you know, Uriah Hall there launching his like male masculinity program. We're gonna have Justin Lyons there, like MGK's guitarist, you know, who also has a mental health program. Like this is gonna be a collection of you know Jeff Krilly who does PR, you know, think of Word that does content, like anything you need for your business, I promise you I have a solution. You know, I I if If you're the the people I do the people that elevate doesn't work for, and I've done it in the past for the I've had these clients before, is bad businesses, lazy operators, and just people that don't have their stuff together. But good businesses that need more exposure, like you have a great business and you need more eyeballs on it. You need people to know about it. That's what I do is make people into the rock stars that they are through content. actually in person at the event and then the follow up afterwards where I'm gonna make sure that you, Mike, if you didn't get to meet, you know, Rhett, the luxury builder at the event, I'm gonna make sure to now get y'all on a Zoom call. We'll all talk business together. So I'm gonna really do my job as the connector. And then where I'm gonna make my money is the con is the post stuff, right? The party, everybody contributes. We all pay for the party. That's great. But where I wanna make millions of dollars with everybody involved is when you make millions, I make I make my cut as well. And I think that's only fair as the person organizing and connecting everything. And the all the one thing that I haven't done over the years is that just because I'm so obsessed with like just connecting everybody, but I need to remember that Harrison as the connector needs to get paid. And so this one's gonna be all all focused on that. I greatly appreciate that explanation. There's a lot of nuggets there and a lot of interesting things. So I I'd love to come. I don't think I could make it physically due to due to to my my own travel, but it's a wonderful it's a wonderful idea. I was gonna ask how many people do you expect to have if that I don't have a number other than I want the right people there. I mean just just the the people that I'm doing Biz Dev for right now, the number of companies I I'm over like probably twenty twenty five, just Biz dev companies like that are that I'm currently working with and then I mean, I'm two months away. So I mean, I I you know, the number is I just want the right people there. I would say, like, you know, the way I have it structured, if it's twenty-five, that's great. I doubt it'll be twenty-five. I'm thinking probably somewhere in the fifty to seventy-five range. If I get a hundred, again, I'm not trying to get it it it I don't need to hit a hundred, but if I get a hundred of a hundred like-minded CEOs like yourself. Tom Park, you know, Bill Walsh. If I get a hundred of y'all in the room in a fun environment that we're all like designed to be talking with each other. And again, my job is to make sure that everybody knows what everybody does and make sure business is done. I just think we can all make, you know, tons of money together, which is, you know, one thing, but also like I have a great time in the process. And I think that's one thing that's missing, you know, what and again, y'all with AI, a good news. Look. Life is all the stuff that you didn't want to do, the hard, you know, the tedious stuff is is pretty much you can do very quickly now. And now we can have a lot more fun to like or a lot more time to have a lot more fun and actually like do some real business together. So that's really my goal with this event is I I don't know a hundred people. I mean I I have it capped at a hundred at with the venue. I'm sure I could bring more if need be, but I think a hundred people is is pretty manageable. Fifty to seventy five I would expect. But again, if it's only twenty five and it's the right people, we can make that work too. Yeah. Thanks for that clarification. I'll just give you a little bit of kind of quick feedback, just thinking through the process. And I've been in rooms with, you know, multiple CEOs and I can just tell you small groups work way better than bigger groups. Bigger groups you can you could you know, a hundred people you can have a connect in three hours. This is a what, the three hour thing? You it's it's mission impossible. Yeah. The the other quick thing may be very, very helpful is to get clarity from each person who's coming, kind of what you know, who are they looking to meet or or w what are their needs are. Because the biggest issue you get into the room with a bunch of CEOs, they're all you know great leaders, but you don't know who needs what. And you you spend a bunch of time just connecting and it would be helpful, hey, you should talk to this person right away. Because that you you guys have already a joy and synergy. I'm sure you know this. I'm just I'm just saying. No, no, that's it's it's every time I go to one of these events, I always wonder like who do I want to talk to? Because, you know, you go in a room, not even fifty people, you go in the room with twenty people and you can't have twenty quality conversations in a few hours. I was just in an event in Manhattan and it was a it's called two and a half hour event and I had three pe three conversations with three people. I don't know if they were perfect people or not. But I was able to have three quality conversations. So it's kind of funny. Can you have ten conversations? You could. Can you have fifteen? You could. But it gets a little bit harder to to have a lot of conversation and get any kind of good connection. And I know you you're trying to be the glue. You're trying to be the connector the connecting point. So I think people probably need a follow up discussion. But at least an initial thought, get people to talk who you think will have some joint. synergy to do some business together based on what each one needs. So you almost need to like profile people. Hey, what are you looking for? What do you need? you have a marketing agency and you need more clients that are looking for AI automation. Okay, wonderful. Right? There's a big push for it, there are a lot of players in the space. Or you're looking to somebody, like you said, who are doing a real estate development and they need investors. So you probably want to have conversations with, hey, this is a great developer, they got a wonderful project in in Houston or Dallas and you've got capital to deploy and you're kind of looking for these type of projects in, you know, in this part of of of Texas. So a little bit of that matchmaking will will go the long way. I mean, that's my two cents. No, no. I mean that's amazing feedback. I mean a hundred percent I actually I talked to Weston, the guy who's helping me with the website and that was one of his ideas as well. It's like We need to gamify it where like you come in, you have like an you know, we have like an intake form essentially for businesses where you tell us, you know, where you what you need, who you're looking to connect with. And I think it would also be really cool as the guest list grows, you know, to you know, once I get a you know, a group of twenty or something like that and have listed specifically Who they are, what their name is. And then now that you're saying this, maybe you could check the box of like I want to meet this person. And then again, my job is to make sure that you meet at the event. Now I know everybody's not gonna be able to meet at the event, right? So if you don't meet at the event, that's where the follow up combos of like, Okay, I wanna meet this guy, this guy, this guy, this guy, and you could essentially like check your box or like put a sticky note. I don't I don't know how I wanna do it, but that's that's super that's super fire. That's that's really I appreciate that. Yeah. A little bit more thoughts on the topic. And again, just we're discussing this, I'm just learning just as much. So this is definitely intriguing and fascinating how you're doing it. And it's very different from the traditional conference where there are sponsors who get booths. I was even looking at a charitable event in New York City where I mean they're corporate sponsors. Right. So i i it's just a bunch of corporate sponsors and it and it's designed to raise capital for a for a great cause. But still, even you go in an event like this, how do I know who who am I supposed to meet? That question is a fundamental question unless you really come with very, you know, great clarity. Because otherwise, you if you're looking at this as as as 90% business, ten percent fun, or whatever the ratio you want to think about. Yeah, yeah. You you need to have clarity from a business perspective. Now when you're writing it much more fun than people chill and then they drink and listen to the band, but then you know, how much connection do you get out of it? It's finding the expression don't mix business and pleasure, but you do need to mix. If you have old business, no pleasure, people just don't want to come. So you gotta ha you gotta find some some of that wonderful mix. Yeah, yeah. I went to Patrick but David's con conference, the Vault conference, and amazing information, great information. The first day I learned a lot from going, it was all there was like no structure. I think they just wanted it to be like a networking thing and they had all the vendor boosts and everything. But I got overwhelmed, honestly. There were so many people and I didn't know who I was supposed to connect with, who was what. And you know, I met I did I end up meeting a lot of great people there. I met a great business lawyer, entertainment lawyer. and but you know, it there's there is an aspect of like where this is where I feel like my superpower is, right? If I know everybody that's at the event, I can make sure that you get introduced to this person at some point. And if you don't get introduced to this person, like for example, the the elevate networking bus that we just did, right? Like one guy, JT Burnett, he's looking for investments for his I mean, he filmed Tiger King, he filmed Cheaters, like he's got a huge role index, but it's valued at like I think like seventy-five million just of like stuff he's filmed, and he's looking for an investor specifically for that particular particular like like the business. And and he's the not even it's not even the whole catalog, like he's just looking for a smaller investor. But like I wanted to put him with Chris Manias. Who is an entertainment and business lawyer who would have a lot of those connections and was on the bus, and then JT got sick and he wasn't able to make the bus. And instead of like not making it happen, I'm now facilitating a conversation post event, like because I know JT and Chris needed to meet. And now I can at least if they didn't meet and you know, I can follow up with JT and you know, since I know he wasn't there or, you know, you know, if the person was at the event, I can then follow up with you have like a you know, some sort of like debrief call and to ask, you know, feedback. How is the event? And then who did you connect with? And then who did you need to connect with? I think it's just us talking right now is is something that needs to a hundred percent happen for sure. Let me add a little bit of thought here. So I think events are wonderful. And events are not gonna be the ideal co you know, in depth connection media. I mean it's it's a c it's a quick connection, right? Quick connection, quick quick ki quick catch up. So I think my two senses you're really wonderful at this. You have high energy and you have you're a great connector. You need that follow up. You need kind of a data collection pre event. You you need the event itself and then the post event. Yeah. Who needs to be connected between events and I I think it'll really enhance your platform. 'Cause at the end of the day every time I and I go to a lot of these events, I have the same struggles. It's too many people. sometimes they're too noisy. It's another problem. So I don't hear very well when it gets super noisy. And and and to me, this w these wonderful events, you almost can't talk to people 'cause you can't hear them. So I just hope it's not like if you're running an event, you're running and I'm coming, I hope it's not too too too noisy with too much conversation. I I from I I've just my observation, it it's the worst thing you can do and there are too many people in the room. So you gotta cut the the volume down. But the main thing, main connection, is a one on one conversations. Like I got a introduction from a f by a friend To his friend, that one to one connection just beats the the crap out of everything else. So the events are wonderful. Just make sure you focus enough on who needs what, at least knowing who knows who and what kind of because that ultimate human connection. Maybe you use AI to build, you know, data to be able to assemble hey, here's my network, here's what this person does and who they know. And as you establish those connections, AI might tell you, hey. You should be connecting, you know, Joe with Bob because they're kind of in the same area, or maybe Joe could be a good investor for Bob. I'm I'm just giving you my feedback. If you what I heard from you, yeah, you really love connecting people. You're the glue. You want you you want to your business is is the connection. And that's a wonderful business, but add some more data driven kind of thinking to that. Maybe AI empowered, and then ultimately it's a human connection, but it's a it's a well prepared connection. It's kind of like very quickly people will know if you if you've done a lot of your homework, that's a good connection or, you know like I I remember at your event we had a wonderful discussion with somebody w who was building ground up. And we don't invest in ground up, period. Like I don't like that. I I just don't like it's too much risk and uncertainty so it's a wonderful conversation. They're telling me how wonderful their project is and I'm thinking, hey, it's not a good match. Now We connect, but it's not a great idea. It's not an ideal connection. You know what I mean? All I'm saying is enhance your connection network and your events by thinking through who needs what well in advance. And I'm sure you do, but just this is where you can you can magnify the the impact of what you're doing. No, I I'd love it. I love everything you're saying. I I think more homework. So I know like at the whole the whole slogan for this one's bring your deals, you know, but I really need to make sure that like I understand what everybody's deals are so that we can cut through the BS so you don't end up talking to the guy that has you know, you guys aren't necessarily a match, you know, and spending all your time there. So I I I'd love it. I I I appreciate it. Yeah. Yeah. On the deal front, I've been through conference I mean, I've I've gone to many conferences where they have a like a deal pitch session. And they piss, you know, people go on stage and they p they pitch their deals to investors, right? At least you get a bunch of investors in the room. And at least you know that you have people with deals and people and and and theoretically people who write checks. At least a little bit of that. Now, some deals match, some deals mismatch, but it's a little bit of that, you know, matchmaking. But when you have a lot of everything, with you know, some people looking to invest, some people looking for investors, some people looking for marketing, some people looking it it's it's too many dimensions in the same space, if you know what I mean. But that's all I'm saying is when you have too many dimensions in the same room You don't know. Like you mentioned film production, right? I I have I have zero knowledge of the film. I would never invest in the film. I would never you know it's it it's an i it it's it's a curious conversation, but it is not a productive conversation. So just just that's all I'm saying is think a little bit about the dimensions of connections you're making. If somebody's looking for marketing, they need help with marketing and you have a marketing company, that's a great connection, right? So just thinking out loud. Yeah, maybe maybe we do like breakout groups or maybe I kidnack people I don't I don't know. There the the cool thing about this venue is it's massive. And like a hundred people even if it's a hundred people gallery the the gallery venue. yeah. I mean it it there's breakout areas. Like it's it you're not gonna be on top of each other. So and that's why I chose it, right? Because it's an interesting I mean who d you know, what what great way to like Meet somebody new and you know, it it's always awkward. Meeting somebody new, you have something to talk about. Look at this piece. You know, like a cool art gallery is in and it's not like an art gallery like you would think of. So it's multi multiple rooms. You just kinda walk from a from a room. It's an immersive experience. Like it is it is I I'll I'll I'll show you after this. I'll show you some videos and you'll be like, Yeah, that's pretty cool. It's it's different. I when I say art gallery, it's like it's an immersive, like you you're in the art. Like the art's all around. There's like a sculpture that's a car that's like a like It's it's it's pretty crazy. So the the that gallery is going to induce conversations and I'll be able to I like what you're saying, like break out, like maybe I have breakouts, you know, and and certain you know, certain people go with like a certain speaker, right? Maybe I like the Bill Walsh crew that goes with Bill Walsh and I have the the Tom Park crew and and then everybody else, you know, if it's not pertaining to your business, which you may not know you need some of this stuff, but I I don't I don't plan on it being a pitch fest, you know, I don't I don't plan on it like, you know, I I more of like a speed kind I kinda like you're if you remember at the dinner where I kinda went by and I had everybody just briefly introduce themselves and tell like quick like ninety second elevator pitch about themselves, I'll definitely have that as like one hour, but then I do like I do like the breakout room ideal. I I would say w everything you mentioned smaller groups. So I've I've gone to conferences where they have breakout rooms. So if y if a breakout room is focusing is is focusing on certain specialty. Like breakout room for marketing, breakout room for yeah commercial real estate, breakout room for something else. When you have those, at least you get people to self-select where they want to be. And and and and at least a little bit more of a common ground. we had you know, breakout room a AI in Proptech, right? It's kind of interesting, right? So it's it's it's just all I'm saying is Think of think a little bit about this with specialty to be able to have greater success. Anyway, my my my my my two cents, you can do whatever you like. No, hey, like look, this is what makes Elevate great is like I just love input I love honest conversations and I love hearing I want my I mean, my goal is to make it the best experience for someone like yourself or my customers, not the best I can party anytime I want. Like I'm not really doing it to party like I don't party for fun anymore. I like some every once in a while I'll go party for fun. But like if you're asking the Harrison, like, what do I like to go do? It's not like go to the club, right? I go to the club or the bar or this or whatever or an event. It that's work for me. It's fun. I love it. Right. But like my typical like for fun for me, what I like to do is like go with nobody around and just watch the sunset or sunrise and like, you know, Michigan or something like that. So this is all this is all I'm doing this to to connect people and and bring people together. So I love the feedback. I'm I this is I'm glad we're talking 'cause I the cool part about this is we're like at stage like I'm open, like the events still like these events grow and they they take on like the input of everybody. I take everybody's input and I try to create like the the mo what y'all are looking for. You know? So yeah. First of all, I I will feel I'll miss the experience. Like you said the immersive experience in an art gallery it'd be so awesome. And I I don't think I can make it due to some other activities. But I I have one more comment. Just you're gonna laugh at this. You're getting old. You're young, but you're getting old. The old guy is telling a young guy you're getting old. When you said you don't want to party and you wanna be in a place of tranquility, that's what typically comes as people get a little bit older. They want more peace and tranquility and less of that, you know, go to the bar and drink. I don't like that at all. You know, it's yeah. once in a blue moon and and and for for reasons. My preference is is early morning than late at night tranquility versus my my two cents. Yeah. So how would folks reach out if they wanted to get an invitation to your event, at least g connect with you and chat with you and see if this would be a great place for them to you know, to ask to be invited. Yeah. I I mean I'm on LinkedIn. I mean the bet honestly for those out there, I mean the best way to get in contact with me is gonna be Instagram, which my Instagram handle is at Harrison, H A R R I S O N dot elevate E L E V, the number eight. And that's the best place you'll it's kind of you know, I I'm I'm you gotta be good at one platform, right? I just picked Instagram and that's where everything is. I got multiple accounts on there and I'm really good on Instagram. So that would be the best way to reach out to me. You can also see everything that we're doing. I'm posting, you know, all the stuff that's going on. It's really cool. I I tr I'm treating I'm treating the businesses that I'm working with as like rollouts, you know, 'cause I'm into music, right? So like I I treat everything like a rollout now. So we have like behind the scenes footage that we're putting together. I'm working on some clippers that, you know, just like a streamer would. you know, I I there's all these streamers making millions off of like negative content, which is just partying and girls and punching each other in the face. I want to be the first one to like put it together for like business content and really show and build up these businesses for the rock stars that everybody is. And rather than me having to tell you everything that's going on, I'm just gonna show you everything that's going on and you wanna call and I'll connect you with with with with everything. So yeah. So follow me on Instagram, Harrison.elevate. You know, we've been Building grown businesses for 10 years now, since twenty eighteen was my first startup with elevate locating and just business development in in all ways from real estate investing to AI. We launching an AI sales platform that, you know, we don't even have time to get into that maybe another time, but dude, I mean that's gonna be life game changing for the market with what we got going on with button up, you know, with the Uriah Hall male masculinity program, Justin Lyons, you know, MGK's guitarist. We're doing some events with him, you know. Jeff Krille, PR guy. Like, I mean, there's Weston Richie with the the the AI website building and the content that he creates. So there's so many cool people that you can connect with on my Instagram and you can, you know, just see what really Dallas specifically has to offer. And, you know, I've talked about this with Jimmy. I've talked about this about this on my podcast a lot. Like Dallas to me is like the new Mecca of of of business. No, no offense to New York, Mike. but like I feel like Dallas is is really popping. And yeah, so Check me out on Instagram. again, it's an application. I don't need everybody there. I don't really want everybody there, like you said. So it's not I I every price pricing's custom and and trying to figure out like how we can all work together versus like I'm gonna tell you ticket prices cost X and sell a ticket. I'm not an amendment. Thank you, Harrison, for sharing. And hopefully a bunch of people will reach out and you'll have a conversation. That that's the starting point. Thank you for coming on the podcast. Appreciate your your wisdom here. Big Mike, let's go, baby. Thank you for having me on. I appreciate it, man. Thank you, Harrison.
