What does PACE Do? PACE focuses on enabling effective leadership during organizational change.
It addresses the common struggles leaders face in dedicating time to the change process and understanding the needs of those adapting to it. PACE helps clarify the vision of the change, understand the desires and fears of the people undergoing the change, and create personalized roadmaps for leaders.
These roadmaps provide customized communication assets & tools and detail where leaders need to be, how they should present themselves, and what messages to deliver, when and how. Furthermore, PACE considers the broader organizational context in which the change is occurring to manage the perception of other changes happening simultaneously.
