ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In today’s episode of the Beyond Busy Podcast, Richelle Fredson joins me for an insightful conversation delving into the intricacies of building a fulfilling career, balancing family life, and navigating the ever-changing landscape of entrepreneurship. We talk about the importance of following your intuition, making decisions based on how you want to feel, and finding balance through boundary-setting and reflection. Richelle emphasizes the value of authenticity, trusting inner guidance, and seeking support from trusted individuals in personal and professional growth journeys.
“I'm a big believer in lived and learned experience. And that means both what you've overcome as a human living life and being resilient and overcoming challenges and going through hardship, and also, whatever it is that you do for work or what you've trained to do, what have you, there's a place for both. And so I've just seen it happen in all sorts of ways that when you trust that you have something valuable to say, to offer that you will be met with the people that need to receive it.”- Richelle Fredson
