ABOUT THIS EPISODE
The Shii don't spare Audree and Michael: you're not using the tools, you're not taking action, you're disregarding the guidance. One question does the real damage. Maybe you don't want what's on the other side. So Michael turns inwards: what if this were true? Everyone is wondering why the work isn't more successful, and the answer is a hidden no, living in his own system, quietly blocking the very life he says he wants.
It starts in the movies. Reading his films as symbols of unprocessed trauma from past incarnations, he watches Grogu hide what and who he is for survival. Then there's the reluctant hero of Project Hail Mary, the only one who can go, who doesn't want to. That's him. Set up perfectly for the mission, hiding his brilliance, never quite feeling safe. Underneath it, lifetimes of persecution: heretics, witches, a man put on a cross and left as a reminder. Shine, and this happens to you.
From there the harder part. Michael catches the mind running two stories at once: I can't handle all that goodness, and I can't do what's required of me. Incoherent, and he's buying it. Underneath it, the mechanic: the mind is a deceiver keeping its job, and it would rather hold you in the known, however painful, than be out of work. Audree sees herself in a TV series, a woman sabotaging the success of the castle she was hired to save, just to stay.
The way through isn't fixing the mind. It's finding the yes. Audree offers her own: signing up for Barbara Brennan with no idea how she'd pay, and the ceiling that split open in a waterfall and freed her to go. A total yes, and creation organized itself around it. No one can free you. Not your guides, not your teacher. Only you can find the no, and choose the yes underneath it.

Audree: Okay, so I was gonna
share something with Audrey.
00:00:02.604 --> 00:00:05.224
She has no real idea what it is.
00:00:06.064 --> 00:00:11.344
And then, uh, I thought, well, we'll
just mic up and, and see what happens.
00:00:12.804 --> 00:00:13.514
So
00:00:17.932 --> 00:00:21.342
I guess if I start the, the
story from the beginning is to
00:00:21.342 --> 00:00:23.852
review it from my perspective for
00:00:26.434 --> 00:00:28.024
clarity and also for the, the listener.
00:00:28.514 --> 00:00:32.654
So yesterday we had a, a very interesting
session with the Shi where basically
00:00:32.654 --> 00:00:35.684
they gave me a thrashing where they
said, "Look, you know, Michael, you
00:00:35.684 --> 00:00:37.074
know, you're not using the tools."
00:00:37.654 --> 00:00:42.273
Not-- I won't go into the, the details,
but, um, you, you're not taking action
00:00:42.274 --> 00:00:47.254
in the world in the way that m- that's
been suggested to us, recommended to
00:00:47.254 --> 00:00:51.194
us, and there's c- there's really,
you know, in a way a disregarding
00:00:51.203 --> 00:00:52.824
of instructions and guidance.
00:00:54.004 --> 00:00:56.263
And, you know, we see this with
our students all the time, and
00:00:56.263 --> 00:00:59.823
so I guess, you know, you know,
you s- spot it, you got it.
00:00:59.833 --> 00:01:02.573
So this is me being on the,
the receiving end of that.
00:01:02.583 --> 00:01:05.003
So like I, like I'm in the state
I'm in, I'm just going through
00:01:05.004 --> 00:01:05.983
it with a lot of gratitude.
00:01:05.993 --> 00:01:14.503
Like, oh, 'cause I j- like I just wanna
move well, correctly through creation.
00:01:16.463 --> 00:01:20.733
And, you know, we're in this middle
of this really, really intense
00:01:22.766 --> 00:01:26.846
transformation that they liken to being
in a, in a chrysalis as a caterpillar gets
00:01:26.846 --> 00:01:29.576
melted into and reforms into a butterfly.
00:01:29.576 --> 00:01:33.626
And really that's what it's been feeling
like for, I guess, a couple of weeks now
00:01:35.776 --> 00:01:40.916
And so, so that's kind of the,
the, the backdrop is, "Hey, you're
00:01:40.916 --> 00:01:41.786
not, you're not doing this."
00:01:41.786 --> 00:01:45.376
And, and so, so I re- was reading
through the transcript of the
00:01:45.376 --> 00:01:49.246
channeling session, which I normally
do, and then, y- you know, the, and
00:01:49.336 --> 00:01:53.616
I, I slow down at places, and there's
this question of like, "Well, why?
00:01:53.736 --> 00:01:57.215
Why are you, why are you, like,
kind of in sabotage mode?"
00:01:57.246 --> 00:01:59.645
They didn't quite say it that
way, but that's my interpretation.
00:01:59.646 --> 00:02:00.366
Like, why am Iâ¦
00:02:01.345 --> 00:02:04.596
I mean, clearly, I mean, it's so
evident that I'm making these, you
00:02:04.596 --> 00:02:09.325
know, kind of poor life choices or
choosing to stay in resistance and
00:02:09.325 --> 00:02:13.186
having the experience of staying in
resistance or, you know, choosing to
00:02:13.186 --> 00:02:15.106
stay stuck and having that experience.
00:02:15.106 --> 00:02:18.195
And, you know, so it's like, okay, well,
that clearly that's what's going on.
00:02:18.195 --> 00:02:20.766
So the, so I'm, I'm curious,
you know, w- why is that?
00:02:20.766 --> 00:02:24.725
So one of the things they were saying
is, "Well, you know, maybe you don't
00:02:25.265 --> 00:02:27.666
want what's coming through the journey."
00:02:29.566 --> 00:02:32.735
And that really opened up something in me
00:02:41.040 --> 00:02:43.280
Yeah, that really opened so, and it, and
when I was going through it, it like,
00:02:43.280 --> 00:02:47.070
I got kinda got like the, you know, I
guess the first one or two levels of it.
00:02:48.390 --> 00:02:51.060
But that's kind of all that
came, and then, you know,
00:02:51.060 --> 00:02:51.919
in the night again, I wasâ¦
00:02:52.680 --> 00:02:55.469
I, I got up 'cause my mind's going
00:03:01.358 --> 00:03:09.488
You know, with attack thoughts and,
and so, you know, I got up and,
00:03:11.827 --> 00:03:16.348
you know, activated being in the
truth of what and who I am, and
00:03:17.387 --> 00:03:18.637
the mind comes, keeps coming in.
00:03:18.637 --> 00:03:20.817
I'm going like, "Okay, well
I'm, I'm really tired of this."
00:03:20.907 --> 00:03:25.637
Like I, like I, I'm kind of done with
this whole mind, the neurotransmitter
00:03:25.647 --> 00:03:30.698
being stuck in this low frequency
thoughts and states, and this
00:03:30.698 --> 00:03:33.548
identity of self-destruction.
00:03:34.407 --> 00:03:37.308
And then it got to a point where
things were, were quiet in my
00:03:37.308 --> 00:03:38.437
being, and I went to sleep.
00:03:39.297 --> 00:03:43.897
Then I woke up, and it's like,
"I don't, I don't feel great."
00:03:44.407 --> 00:03:46.777
And I'm like, "Okay, well, I'll do
my usual thing of having a shower."
00:03:46.777 --> 00:03:49.547
And during the shower,
that's when it all came in.
00:03:51.097 --> 00:03:51.707
And
00:03:54.926 --> 00:03:58.946
To explain this, I'm going to talk
about waking up to the movies.
00:03:58.946 --> 00:04:04.636
And, and what I realized about waking
up to the movies, what it's doing
00:04:06.990 --> 00:04:11.980
is showing you, Jean-Marc Sauer says
this, it's showing you what you don't
00:04:11.990 --> 00:04:14.200
see in your ordinary day-to-day life.
00:04:15.730 --> 00:04:18.630
I would characterize it
now today very differently.
00:04:19.290 --> 00:04:28.400
What it's showing you are symbols and
metaphors for the unprocessed choices
00:04:28.810 --> 00:04:35.030
and trauma from other dimensional
experiences, past incarnations, other
00:04:35.030 --> 00:04:40.709
aspects of your incarnation that have
gone through some sort of experience
00:04:41.089 --> 00:04:45.909
and there's some sort of choice and
glitch and holding on in your system.
00:04:46.409 --> 00:04:49.679
So it's not about, I mean, it is about
seeing this life, but it's really
00:04:49.690 --> 00:04:53.629
about seeing beyond this life because
it's taking us to, movies are taking
00:04:53.629 --> 00:04:58.659
us to experiences way beyond our kind
of normal everyday reality, right?
00:04:58.670 --> 00:05:03.919
So we get to experience another lifetime
in this incarnation, in this life.
00:05:04.529 --> 00:05:05.560
So that's my realization.
00:05:05.560 --> 00:05:09.319
And so the two, you know,
it's almost like, you know,
00:05:09.369 --> 00:05:10.669
the perfection of creation.
00:05:11.109 --> 00:05:17.029
The two kind of clips that I got,
these little vignettes, one is from
00:05:17.030 --> 00:05:27.780
the series The Mandalorian where
Baby Yoda or Grogu is so traumatized
00:05:28.869 --> 00:05:30.879
that he's hiding what and who he is.
00:05:49.102 --> 00:05:50.642
And that's what's going on with me.
00:05:50.762 --> 00:05:55.241
That's what's been going on and then I
was, I was seeing like all the different
00:05:55.241 --> 00:05:59.121
past lives of being tortured killed
00:06:01.600 --> 00:06:03.670
all sorts of horrible things happening
00:06:08.246 --> 00:06:12.416
kind of doing this k- doing this kind of
work and bringing light into the world
00:06:17.430 --> 00:06:19.520
And then I'm like, "Oh, I chose
to have those experiences."
00:06:19.520 --> 00:06:23.039
So again, going back to, you know,
the protocols of unbinding choice
00:06:23.039 --> 00:06:24.710
and, you know, using the tools
00:06:29.762 --> 00:06:33.382
And then the, um, the other aspect
that came up, this might have been
00:06:33.382 --> 00:06:37.052
before, I'm not sure what the sequence
is, was from Project Hail Mary
00:06:39.371 --> 00:06:43.822
Where there's the only guy who can go
on the mission and he doesn't wanna go.
00:06:45.621 --> 00:06:49.991
And it's this cute little JC
that is like, "Oh, I'm that guy.
00:06:52.222 --> 00:06:57.691
I'm that guy who's, like, the guy who's
set up perfectly to go on the mission.
00:06:57.711 --> 00:07:00.551
There's no one else,
and I don't wanna go."
00:07:02.241 --> 00:07:05.561
Which reminds me of, you know, the
character 22 from Soul as well.
00:07:07.790 --> 00:07:11.690
So there's this, um, there's
this for me, this profound
00:07:15.830 --> 00:07:18.270
Letting go of the
i-identities of limitation.
00:07:18.270 --> 00:07:20.790
And, and of course the way
this is presented in my
00:07:20.790 --> 00:07:22.780
life is, you know, being Mr.
00:07:22.780 --> 00:07:26.860
Magoo, not quite getting
it, having confusion
00:07:29.632 --> 00:07:30.842
being in fear
00:07:37.080 --> 00:07:38.240
hiding my brilliance
00:07:49.718 --> 00:07:53.878
Adding all aspects of the truth of what
and who I am or what I'm experiencing
00:08:03.124 --> 00:08:05.814
Well, it's giving me a pretty good
idea why I haven't really felt safe.
00:08:08.944 --> 00:08:10.704
That was the choice to
have that experience.
00:08:11.774 --> 00:08:13.064
Anyway, that's my share
00:08:18.526 --> 00:08:18.916
Thank you.
00:08:19.766 --> 00:08:21.006
That's a beautiful share
00:08:25.486 --> 00:08:27.776
That's a huge insight and awakening
00:08:34.158 --> 00:08:36.738
You know, this little blip in a movie
00:08:43.412 --> 00:08:44.602
And to be honest
00:08:46.702 --> 00:08:52.292
You know, every human being on the
planet is having that same process
00:08:54.391 --> 00:09:01.462
so traumatized that they had to hide the
truth of what and who they are, not from
00:09:02.051 --> 00:09:04.741
other people, from even from themselves
00:09:23.740 --> 00:09:30.520
And when you think about it all
the persecution heretics, witches
00:09:32.750 --> 00:09:38.920
There's a whole entire religion around
somebody that was enlightened in trying
00:09:38.920 --> 00:09:44.150
to help humanity gets put on a cross
00:09:46.421 --> 00:09:51.752
And then they formed a religion around
it and stuck the cross in every single
00:09:51.752 --> 00:09:54.072
church with a dead guy hanging from it.
00:09:55.722 --> 00:09:59.852
Just as a reminder, this can happen to you
00:10:02.698 --> 00:10:02.938
Mm.
00:10:06.350 --> 00:10:12.450
It's also this, you know, don't go
against the rules of the deviation
00:10:13.070 --> 00:10:13.450
Yeah
00:10:13.550 --> 00:10:14.960
⦠the rules of oppression.
00:10:15.090 --> 00:10:15.440
Mm-hmm.
00:10:15.800 --> 00:10:20.610
Under the guise of he died for your
sins, so you should feel shame and guilt
00:10:35.606 --> 00:10:39.856
When we think about, you know, movies or
books is what inspires us are the heroes.
00:10:40.796 --> 00:10:44.446
Those who move beyond the limitation,
those who move beyond the oppression,
00:10:44.446 --> 00:10:46.786
those who free others, thoseâ¦
00:10:47.096 --> 00:10:51.745
It, it's, it's like that's almost like
the, the blueprint of every movie.
00:10:51.935 --> 00:10:52.935
Yeah, it is.
00:10:54.785 --> 00:10:57.605
That's the whole concept of
a hero, like a protagonist.
00:10:57.785 --> 00:10:58.185
Mm-hmm.
00:11:00.146 --> 00:11:06.155
It's overcoming all obstacles, all the
pain, all the wounding that's deep inside.
00:11:07.185 --> 00:11:11.156
You know, receiving a tool or
some- something that they can
00:11:11.165 --> 00:11:13.186
wield their strength through.
00:11:15.055 --> 00:11:22.076
But the ultimate, the ultimate journey
is realizing their own strength, their
00:11:22.076 --> 00:11:26.396
bravery, their courage, the choices
that they're making through the journey.
00:11:26.855 --> 00:11:33.295
It's not about the, the sword or the, the
magic stone that they, that they h- have.
00:11:33.605 --> 00:11:33.825
Michael: Mm.
00:11:34.226 --> 00:11:39.365
Audree: That I think gives them the
impetus or the false sense of feeling safe
00:11:39.365 --> 00:11:42.765
enough to do the ⦠have the courage.
00:11:42.765 --> 00:11:44.916
But the real courage lies within.
00:11:46.165 --> 00:11:49.696
I don't even like to say the
word lies because that's a lie.
00:11:51.225 --> 00:11:52.515
It lies within.
00:11:55.496 --> 00:12:03.525
So even that, that saying is
stopping you from understanding
00:12:04.195 --> 00:12:05.756
the truth of what and who you are.
00:12:07.955 --> 00:12:11.515
The word believe has the word lie in it.
00:12:11.525 --> 00:12:11.735
Right.
00:12:12.466 --> 00:12:18.035
So it's like all these little obstacles,
these little traps if you get too close
00:12:36.334 --> 00:12:38.304
So for me, this is really, uh,
00:12:41.133 --> 00:12:42.174
highlighting this
00:12:46.350 --> 00:12:49.370
principle of creation, mechanic
of creation that you're doing
00:12:49.370 --> 00:12:50.600
the whole thing to yourself
00:12:53.166 --> 00:12:56.536
You know, it's not like, "Oh,
I get confused," or, you know,
00:12:56.536 --> 00:13:00.286
"I don't understand," or, you
know, "I fog," or you know.
00:13:00.326 --> 00:13:03.846
It's like, it's like well, n- n- no.
00:13:04.456 --> 00:13:09.445
It's like there was a, a
choice point in my being
00:13:11.886 --> 00:13:15.315
that's there that's causing those things.
00:13:15.326 --> 00:13:19.276
So everything that's going on, I'm
just really getting this clarity
00:13:19.276 --> 00:13:24.086
now, everything that's going on in
your reality, in your inner reality
00:13:24.165 --> 00:13:27.386
around you, there's a choice point.
00:13:27.386 --> 00:13:30.985
And what the work, and I get--
I mean, it's all obvious.
00:13:31.845 --> 00:13:32.675
This is all tying in now.
00:13:32.685 --> 00:13:36.655
That why awareness is the primary
mechanism of crea- of evolution is
00:13:36.655 --> 00:13:45.015
that y- we're unlocking the awareness
of those choice points to evolve, to
00:13:45.016 --> 00:13:50.326
move beyond the limitation towards the
truth of what and who we are, right?
00:13:50.326 --> 00:13:54.215
So it's not like if I look at, you
know, where I am in, in my journey,
00:13:54.215 --> 00:14:00.525
it's not like I can keep those
choice points of limitation and also
00:14:00.535 --> 00:14:02.986
somehow magically transcend them.
00:14:03.125 --> 00:14:10.866
The journey is about purifying
out all that is not truth, and
00:14:10.866 --> 00:14:12.636
then the truth is what remains
00:14:21.870 --> 00:14:25.920
So the choice to hide,
to limit, to persecute
00:14:48.398 --> 00:14:52.798
So, you know, I know we've been wondering
this and, you know, our students have
00:14:52.798 --> 00:14:56.528
been wondering, well, you know, you
know, wow, this is like really incredible
00:14:56.768 --> 00:14:59.328
work that you're bringing to the world.
00:14:59.338 --> 00:15:01.678
Like why, why are you so stuck?
00:15:02.218 --> 00:15:03.438
Like why is it not bigger?
00:15:03.447 --> 00:15:04.788
Why is it not expanding?
00:15:05.347 --> 00:15:08.128
And now I know
00:15:10.464 --> 00:15:11.843
I'm aware of the no.
00:15:15.028 --> 00:15:16.718
I'm aware of the no in my
system that was saying- You're
00:15:16.718 --> 00:15:18.548
aware of the knowing.
00:15:20.038 --> 00:15:20.558
I'm aware-
00:15:20.558 --> 00:15:21.637
You've been knowing, knowing
00:15:21.637 --> 00:15:23.797
I'm aware of the no in my system-
00:15:24.097 --> 00:15:24.517
Yes
00:15:25.708 --> 00:15:27.908
⦠that the fear
00:15:31.566 --> 00:15:40.026
Of the, of, of what's there before us so
great, it's like this massive ⦠That's
00:15:40.026 --> 00:15:41.486
what it was experienced, this massive no
00:15:46.414 --> 00:15:49.504
And it reminds me of, uh, you
know, you're saying like we
00:15:49.504 --> 00:15:52.264
can't hold the goodness, right?
00:15:52.814 --> 00:15:55.324
You know, we want the goodness in
our life, but we can't hold it.
00:15:55.324 --> 00:15:58.264
The, and the reason we can't hold it
is 'cause there's a part of us saying
00:15:58.264 --> 00:16:00.934
that, "No, no, I, I, I can't have this.
00:16:00.934 --> 00:16:01.964
I don't deserve this.
00:16:01.964 --> 00:16:02.403
Iâ¦"
00:16:03.074 --> 00:16:03.613
You know, whatever.
00:16:03.613 --> 00:16:08.174
That's the, the kind of the hidden
layer that's actually creating the
00:16:08.174 --> 00:16:09.894
limitation we're experiencing in our life.
00:16:20.694 --> 00:16:24.674
And in, in a way, that's why,
that's why no one can free you.
00:16:25.874 --> 00:16:26.864
A- Audrey and I can't.
00:16:26.944 --> 00:16:28.134
Guide- your guides can't.
00:16:28.654 --> 00:16:33.834
It, it's one has to do the work
oneself to see the limiting choices
00:16:33.844 --> 00:16:36.334
that we've made and let go of them
00:16:39.510 --> 00:16:40.480
Ultimately, it's on us.
00:16:40.510 --> 00:16:44.390
And of course, it's really good to take
support because when you have support,
00:16:44.400 --> 00:16:50.319
then the whole journey goes faster
and you get hints of what to look for.
00:16:51.200 --> 00:16:52.450
Got a big hint yesterday
00:16:56.052 --> 00:17:01.092
It's interesting 'cause they-- it
wasn't revealed to me, "Oh, this
00:17:01.092 --> 00:17:02.202
is what's going on with you."
00:17:02.531 --> 00:17:07.071
It was just a couple of questions,
and that's what I think the
00:17:07.071 --> 00:17:08.551
universe is structured as.
00:17:09.142 --> 00:17:13.441
It's like everything's there for
you, but you have to choose to
00:17:13.492 --> 00:17:15.452
turn towards the investigation.
00:17:15.452 --> 00:17:17.281
You have to choose to
turn towards the light.
00:17:17.632 --> 00:17:22.401
You h- have to be a yes to say,
"Yes, I wanna figure this out."
00:17:22.431 --> 00:17:26.851
And when you have that yes, and, you
know, you're using the tools like,
00:17:26.861 --> 00:17:30.331
you know, whatever, what if it were
true, and, and just being open and
00:17:30.331 --> 00:17:32.961
curious, then the information comes.
00:17:32.962 --> 00:17:33.862
But they're a yes.
00:17:34.191 --> 00:17:38.351
It's not like, oh, you know, we've got
these guides, and they gave me the answer,
00:17:38.412 --> 00:17:41.141
and blah, blah, blah, blah, and they're,
you know, they're helping us in the
00:17:41.142 --> 00:17:42.331
journey, and that's why we're making it.
00:17:42.342 --> 00:17:42.822
No.
00:17:43.462 --> 00:17:49.881
They're giving us the absolute minimum
structure that we need so that we can put
00:17:49.881 --> 00:17:51.601
the pieces together and figure it out.
00:17:52.462 --> 00:17:53.841
Some assembly required.
00:17:54.031 --> 00:17:55.212
It has to be that way.
00:17:55.232 --> 00:17:57.112
Think about being a teacher.
00:17:57.252 --> 00:18:00.681
I mean, you're, you're
a, an amazing teacher.
00:18:02.391 --> 00:18:05.322
Do you give people the
answer when they come to you?
00:18:07.321 --> 00:18:12.531
You just point them in the direction
to harness their own intelligence
00:18:12.571 --> 00:18:14.441
to find the answer themselves.
00:18:15.371 --> 00:18:21.901
That's why we talk about running your
own experiments, not-- don't believe us
00:18:24.654 --> 00:18:28.154
You have to run your own
experiment because when it's the
00:18:28.204 --> 00:18:32.234
personal experience, that's when
00:18:34.446 --> 00:18:41.696
the understanding, that's when you
harness the, the teaching and the
00:18:41.696 --> 00:18:48.015
transmission of, of the teaching into
your own being as a living reality.
00:18:48.156 --> 00:18:49.255
It's the only way
00:18:55.072 --> 00:19:00.371
I think about being an energetic
healer and people saying, "Well,
00:19:00.371 --> 00:19:02.371
there's no scientific evidence."
00:19:09.422 --> 00:19:16.822
But your body healed from cancer
or your bone healed rapidly instead
00:19:16.832 --> 00:19:18.921
of taking 18 months, it took a week
00:19:23.446 --> 00:19:25.656
That's, that's true evidence.
00:19:27.286 --> 00:19:33.926
Somebody's observation or telling
you it's true is not truth to you.
00:19:34.906 --> 00:19:36.875
Has to be a lived reality.
00:19:44.490 --> 00:19:45.040
I am.
00:19:47.040 --> 00:19:47.260
Hmm
00:19:53.139 --> 00:19:57.830
Even that saying, you know, "First you'll
be horrified, and then you'll be amazed."
00:20:03.798 --> 00:20:05.798
We're very lucky in this lifetime.
00:20:06.638 --> 00:20:13.478
The traumas that occur to us in this
lifetime are not as great as the
00:20:13.488 --> 00:20:18.138
traumas ⦠Like, people like, you
know, you see those movies of people
00:20:18.138 --> 00:20:23.447
going back into a past life, and they
go back into medieval times, and y- they
00:20:23.447 --> 00:20:30.097
land, and all of a sudden there's these
k- knights or guards in the forest,
00:20:30.098 --> 00:20:34.768
and they immediately just run by them
and cut off their heads, you know?
00:20:34.817 --> 00:20:42.687
It's like the, the traumas, the
violence that hu- humanity has
00:20:42.688 --> 00:20:46.247
endured on this planet is great.
00:20:50.734 --> 00:20:53.874
I mean, we used to burn
people alive at the stake
00:20:57.452 --> 00:21:00.482
as a, as a weekend thing in the village.
00:21:00.562 --> 00:21:03.642
I mean, it was just common occurrence.
00:21:04.502 --> 00:21:10.082
Or stick peop- sticking people up on
a cross and letting them slowly die
00:21:13.196 --> 00:21:20.686
Or huge, you know, hunts of heretics
and massacres, and it still goes on
00:21:20.686 --> 00:21:22.816
today, which is the weirdest thing.
00:21:23.206 --> 00:21:25.676
Genocide, war.
00:21:27.345 --> 00:21:31.696
It's 2026, and we're still killing
each other, persecuting each other.
00:21:31.936 --> 00:21:33.505
Well, there's a reason for that.
00:21:33.785 --> 00:21:35.105
There's still poverty.
00:21:35.705 --> 00:21:38.135
Until the, the, the mind changes.
00:21:38.135 --> 00:21:38.465
Consciousness.
00:21:38.755 --> 00:21:39.295
Oh, shoot
00:21:42.124 --> 00:21:43.744
Okay, we've got a microphone glitch here
00:21:44.074 --> 00:21:44.924
Test, test.
00:21:45.033 --> 00:21:45.584
Is that good?
00:21:45.874 --> 00:21:46.824
Yeah, you're live.
00:21:46.964 --> 00:21:47.303
Okay.
00:21:56.174 --> 00:21:59.344
I think the other thing to say here
00:22:04.871 --> 00:22:05.802
There's a few things
00:22:17.454 --> 00:22:22.283
So I have a lot of experience with
past lives, not only my own personal
00:22:22.283 --> 00:22:29.363
experience of spontaneously having this
type of awakening happening in my being
00:22:30.434 --> 00:22:35.553
and not fully understanding it yet,
and then going to over eight years of
00:22:35.553 --> 00:22:43.103
formal training to learn how to, to work
with energy and work with past lives.
00:22:43.893 --> 00:22:47.213
And then my-- after that, my ownâ¦
00:22:47.793 --> 00:22:51.513
Not even after that, during that,
just having my own training through
00:22:51.513 --> 00:22:56.983
experience, and then working as
a healer on a medical team and
00:22:56.983 --> 00:22:59.153
working with people in past lives.
00:23:01.358 --> 00:23:11.678
So the one thing working with past lives
is that what I've learned as a facilitator
00:23:11.917 --> 00:23:17.898
of past life healing is that I never
tell people who they were in a past life
00:23:21.870 --> 00:23:28.889
And that's also a very important aspect
of the healing and the transformation
00:23:28.889 --> 00:23:33.429
and having the experience of
remembering, awakening to your past life
00:23:36.334 --> 00:23:41.354
Because again, if somebody tells
you something, it's not your truth
00:23:43.470 --> 00:23:51.690
Yet, if you have the experience, the
vision, the remembering, the awakening,
00:23:52.680 --> 00:23:55.229
it can be facilitated for sure
00:23:57.678 --> 00:24:01.468
You know, I've taken you through
that but the first thing I
00:24:01.498 --> 00:24:03.328
ask is, "What do you see?
00:24:04.508 --> 00:24:05.948
What do your feet look like?"
00:24:06.878 --> 00:24:09.708
I don't say, "Oh, this is who you are."
00:24:10.798 --> 00:24:13.797
That, that takes away a person's power-
00:24:14.608 --> 00:24:14.818
Michael: Mm
00:24:14.838 --> 00:24:17.877
⦠Audree: to, to have the
experience for themselves.
00:24:20.302 --> 00:24:25.381
And when you have the experience for
yourself and the awakening, the memory,
00:24:26.601 --> 00:24:31.002
in the memory, the feelings come back.
00:24:32.151 --> 00:24:34.571
All the information comes back to you.
00:24:36.401 --> 00:24:38.682
And I remember one of our students
00:24:42.230 --> 00:24:50.180
I mean, y- you, you actually step into
the trauma, and what can happen is then
00:24:50.180 --> 00:24:55.800
you have the identity to the trauma,
so you're re-traumatizing yourself
00:24:58.958 --> 00:24:59.438
So-
00:25:00.678 --> 00:25:00.988
Michael: Mm-hmm
00:25:01.058 --> 00:25:07.438
⦠Audree: here's the other thing is
w- we're, we're removing or we're
00:25:07.438 --> 00:25:09.998
dissolving all the structures.
00:25:10.248 --> 00:25:15.528
So even the identity of, oh, I
was this person in a past life,
00:25:15.528 --> 00:25:20.487
or I did ⦠I mean, some of
it could be really, really bad.
00:25:20.497 --> 00:25:24.937
Like, you could see things that
you've done that are horrifying,
00:25:26.307 --> 00:25:31.438
or you can- ⦠see things that
are done to you that are horrifying
00:25:33.846 --> 00:25:41.406
And then you either identify as the
victim or the perpetrator, and that is not
00:25:44.212 --> 00:25:47.032
healing and transformation
00:25:49.966 --> 00:25:53.696
So it's a very interesting
00:25:57.134 --> 00:26:03.614
It's very interesting with past lives
because the truth is, is that if anything
00:26:03.614 --> 00:26:08.114
that happened to you, any trauma,
and trauma can be as the perpetrator
00:26:08.124 --> 00:26:14.623
or trauma can be as the victim, is
left unresolved, you will experience
00:26:14.943 --> 00:26:17.844
something similar in this lifetime.
00:26:18.273 --> 00:26:21.594
So you never truly have
to go back into a lifetime
00:26:24.533 --> 00:26:26.974
And when you do go back,
there's a reason for it
00:26:29.782 --> 00:26:30.922
And it's for healing.
00:26:31.682 --> 00:26:34.132
It's to fully let go of the identity.
00:26:35.512 --> 00:26:40.922
It's to fully resolve the, the
trauma, the pain, the suffering
00:26:47.648 --> 00:26:51.187
It's funny that we're talking
about this now because it's my
00:26:51.187 --> 00:26:52.957
ex-husband's birthday today.
00:26:53.378 --> 00:26:53.598
Michael: Mm.
00:26:54.578 --> 00:26:59.788
Audree: And I remember when I met him,
I was so happy 'cause I wa- I don't, I
00:26:59.788 --> 00:27:02.088
didn't remember any past lives with him.
00:27:03.598 --> 00:27:07.348
And I was like, "Oh, we're,
we're on a clean slate here.
00:27:07.348 --> 00:27:09.228
This'll be a great relationship."
00:27:10.237 --> 00:27:17.007
And then it turns out every single
lifetime that I've ever had has been with
00:27:17.008 --> 00:27:19.077
him, and it hasn't been the greatest.
00:27:21.067 --> 00:27:21.748
And, uh
00:27:24.430 --> 00:27:29.650
But it went all the way back
to the trauma I caused him.
00:27:30.060 --> 00:27:30.370
Michael: Mm-hmm.
00:27:31.310 --> 00:27:33.950
Audree: And holding that identity
00:27:36.106 --> 00:27:42.146
of what I did to him was more
horrifying than anything that
00:27:42.146 --> 00:27:43.706
he could ever have done to me
00:27:46.282 --> 00:27:47.552
We're back to self-judgment
00:27:47.702 --> 00:27:47.952
Yeah
00:27:53.590 --> 00:28:00.070
And it has taken a long
time to say thank you
00:28:00.930 --> 00:28:01.159
Michael: Mm
00:28:01.580 --> 00:28:05.009
Audree: and to forgive myself
and my own pain and suffering
00:28:08.558 --> 00:28:13.358
And so you're kind of looking
at like, why would you do that?
00:28:14.978 --> 00:28:20.118
And I, I think the great thing about
the work that we do is that it's always
00:28:20.148 --> 00:28:26.287
been integrated throughout all aspects
of being on all planes of existence
00:28:26.298 --> 00:28:28.177
throughout all time, space, and beyond.
00:28:28.667 --> 00:28:30.187
Everything that we do
00:28:34.520 --> 00:28:39.280
goes back through the timelines,
through the multi-dimensions, through
00:28:39.280 --> 00:28:42.440
the parallel realities, just in case.
00:28:42.810 --> 00:28:45.250
Not as, "Oh, this is true."
00:28:46.720 --> 00:28:46.900
Mm.
00:28:47.300 --> 00:28:51.649
It's more like a, "Well, just in
case it's true, let's hit everything.
00:28:51.660 --> 00:28:55.260
Let's, let's just, let's ⦠If
I'm sitting here in meditation
00:28:55.260 --> 00:29:00.090
now, let it impact everything
everywhere- Mm ⦠all at once."
00:29:00.139 --> 00:29:00.339
Mm.
00:29:02.319 --> 00:29:04.450
What I'm, I'm just noticing now is
00:29:07.668 --> 00:29:13.048
That it's not looking at past lives
for, you know, for fun, right?
00:29:13.058 --> 00:29:14.828
It's not, that's not what
this is about at all.
00:29:14.838 --> 00:29:15.078
I'll
00:29:15.078 --> 00:29:17.098
take past lives for fun, Bob.
00:29:17.848 --> 00:29:18.138
Yeah.
00:29:18.328 --> 00:29:21.308
It's, it's having a present momentâ¦
00:29:21.498 --> 00:29:24.707
This is my situation that I've
described here, just to understand,
00:29:24.717 --> 00:29:26.147
like, the, the structure of it.
00:29:26.687 --> 00:29:33.338
It's a present moment challenge and
unresolved experience in the present
00:29:33.348 --> 00:29:42.167
moment, and then understanding enough of
the mechanics of creation to understand
00:29:43.447 --> 00:29:50.067
and be open to experiencing past lives
as a mechanism to support the resolution
00:29:50.147 --> 00:29:52.867
of the present moment situation.
00:29:53.247 --> 00:29:53.417
Michael: Yes.
00:29:53.437 --> 00:29:56.387
Audree: So it's not like saying,
and it's not like saying, "Oh,
00:29:56.557 --> 00:29:57.777
I'm having this experience.
00:29:57.787 --> 00:29:58.957
It must be a past life."
00:29:58.957 --> 00:30:04.467
No, no, no, no, no, no, because
the, the, the, the, the, the beauty
00:30:04.467 --> 00:30:09.457
and the complexity of creation is
that maybe it is, maybe it isn't.
00:30:09.557 --> 00:30:11.928
Maybe that's useful, maybe it's not.
00:30:12.437 --> 00:30:16.687
And so it, you know, and I think,
I think we were talking about our
00:30:16.687 --> 00:30:21.737
students and about being a teacher,
and I'll, I'll tie this in here.
00:30:21.737 --> 00:30:27.218
What was coming up for me is, I remember
we'd have these, uh, for the leadership,
00:30:27.218 --> 00:30:31.338
these, these monthly coaching c- not
coaching calls, these monthly, um,
00:30:31.507 --> 00:30:37.457
evolutionary leadership calls, and
someone would describe a problem, and
00:30:37.467 --> 00:30:38.858
there wasn't any coaching happening.
00:30:38.858 --> 00:30:39.897
That's not the structure.
00:30:39.897 --> 00:30:45.117
The structure was, "Okay, w- what
is your assessment of the situation
00:30:45.377 --> 00:30:48.518
and what, what are, what parts of
the framework, what tools would you
00:30:48.518 --> 00:30:51.018
use to support navigating this?"
00:30:52.727 --> 00:30:56.397
And so everyone, in a way, got
extraordinary value from it, but
00:30:56.397 --> 00:30:59.157
at the same time hated it because
then their minds had to work, right?
00:30:59.437 --> 00:30:59.797
Mm-hmm.
00:31:00.208 --> 00:31:03.327
But, but that's what, that's
what the self-mastery is.
00:31:03.327 --> 00:31:05.077
It's like thinking, "Oh,
well, here's the situation.
00:31:05.307 --> 00:31:10.167
What aspects of the mechanics of,
you know, leadership or the mechanics
00:31:10.168 --> 00:31:11.887
of creation are useful here?"
00:31:11.888 --> 00:31:14.887
And so what I'm, the reason I'm
sharing this now is because, well,
00:31:15.337 --> 00:31:17.367
past life is just one mechanic.
00:31:17.648 --> 00:31:18.088
Michael: Mm-hmm.
00:31:18.337 --> 00:31:18.737
Audree: Right?
00:31:18.868 --> 00:31:22.277
It's like if you're in a
garage, you've got a whole set
00:31:22.277 --> 00:31:25.228
of tools to fix cars, right?
00:31:25.377 --> 00:31:27.397
You don't always use the, the wrench.
00:31:28.157 --> 00:31:29.317
That wouldn't make sense.
00:31:29.318 --> 00:31:31.547
I mean, there, there are
a thousand tools there.
00:31:31.547 --> 00:31:33.128
You use the tool for the job.
00:31:34.077 --> 00:31:38.138
And I think that's what the, the
self-mastery is, is, is getting the
00:31:38.138 --> 00:31:44.647
mastery over the, the core set of
tools and, you know, I guess, you know,
00:31:44.648 --> 00:31:47.147
getting help for the, you know, the
parts that, where you don't have that
00:31:47.148 --> 00:31:52.587
specialization or tools, or support from
others who have that specialization,
00:31:53.148 --> 00:31:54.457
and then you get the job done.
00:31:54.467 --> 00:31:55.657
The car's back on the road.
00:31:56.678 --> 00:31:57.837
It's never been before.
00:32:06.702 --> 00:32:09.412
So going back to your Bless you
00:32:13.228 --> 00:32:15.308
Going back to your insight
00:32:18.336 --> 00:32:19.156
What happened?
00:32:20.836 --> 00:32:24.416
Can you describe in more detail?
00:32:24.746 --> 00:32:26.076
So whi- which part?
00:32:27.296 --> 00:32:31.366
Well, I think for me it was starting
with the question, like, well, you
00:32:31.366 --> 00:32:35.655
know, why is there so mu- why are,
why are we stalling in this transâ¦
00:32:35.745 --> 00:32:38.436
So obviously this might apply to a lot
of people listening to this, but why am I
00:32:38.436 --> 00:32:40.075
stalling in my transformational journey?
00:32:40.075 --> 00:32:44.835
Why am I stalling at this place that
doesn't feel comfortable, right?
00:32:44.876 --> 00:32:49.345
So it's not the transformational
journey, it's getting to the other side.
00:32:49.356 --> 00:32:50.645
It's getting to the outcome.
00:32:50.685 --> 00:32:51.975
Yeah, it's getting to the outcome.
00:32:52.315 --> 00:32:53.576
The life improvement.
00:32:53.685 --> 00:32:54.405
Exactly.
00:32:54.435 --> 00:32:56.966
So, so why are things
stalling is kind of theâ¦
00:32:58.095 --> 00:33:02.035
And so for me, I was really looking at
that, and they said, "Well, do you not
00:33:02.036 --> 00:33:04.235
wanna, do you not wanna have the outcome?
00:33:05.115 --> 00:33:06.456
Do you not wanna go on the journey?
00:33:06.456 --> 00:33:07.665
Like, what, what, like what is it?
00:33:07.675 --> 00:33:08.335
Do you not wannaâ¦
00:33:08.545 --> 00:33:10.705
Oh, do you not wanna
finish the transformation?
00:33:11.405 --> 00:33:13.456
Because you, it's kind of like you
don't, you know, maybe you don't
00:33:13.456 --> 00:33:14.575
want what's on the other side."
00:33:15.255 --> 00:33:17.815
And so that's, that's
what activated my being.
00:33:19.766 --> 00:33:24.155
And I started to look, okay, well,
you know, back to this question,
00:33:24.155 --> 00:33:25.756
am I ready to let, let the good in?
00:33:25.796 --> 00:33:28.785
Am I ready to really live
an extraordinary life?
00:33:30.912 --> 00:33:32.062
And, oh, this is interesting.
00:33:32.062 --> 00:33:32.962
There's another detail.
00:33:33.712 --> 00:33:37.642
And what came up for me is, well, it
was actually ⦠Oh, this is, this is
00:33:37.642 --> 00:33:40.302
yesterday, so this is a little, we'll
get this in more detail here, but,
00:33:41.182 --> 00:33:42.822
um, this is what you're asking for.
00:33:43.162 --> 00:33:45.242
It's like the mind was active.
00:33:45.242 --> 00:33:49.121
The mind goes, "Well, oh, oh my gosh,
I don't know if I can deal with all
00:33:49.122 --> 00:33:50.701
that, all that extraordinary-ness.
00:33:50.702 --> 00:33:51.811
That might be too much for me."
00:33:52.102 --> 00:33:55.992
And at the same, at the same
time, the very same time, the very
00:33:55.992 --> 00:33:58.951
same mind is going, "You know,
I don't know if I can do it."
00:34:00.241 --> 00:34:02.062
And I'm going looking at,
looking at this like, well, you
00:34:02.062 --> 00:34:03.342
don't know if you can do it?
00:34:03.351 --> 00:34:04.411
That's why you don't wanna go?
00:34:04.411 --> 00:34:06.601
Well, if you can't do it,
it won't be extraordinary.
00:34:07.022 --> 00:34:09.671
But you, you don't, you don't
think you can do it, whatever's
00:34:09.671 --> 00:34:12.022
required of you, and at the same
time you think it's extraordinary.
00:34:12.182 --> 00:34:13.701
That doesn't make any sense.
00:34:14.362 --> 00:34:14.812
And I was just
00:34:14.981 --> 00:34:18.212
seeing- I'm confused 'cause you
said that you don't wanna go, you
00:34:18.212 --> 00:34:20.071
don't wanna have the extraordinary?
00:34:20.281 --> 00:34:20.561
Yeah.
00:34:20.562 --> 00:34:23.961
The mind's going, "Oh, I don't know if I
can, I can let all that extraordinary in.
00:34:23.961 --> 00:34:26.182
I don't know if I'm ready for
that- Oh ⦠that much goodness."
00:34:26.191 --> 00:34:26.651
Right, right, right.
00:34:26.651 --> 00:34:26.791
And
00:34:26.792 --> 00:34:29.042
at the same time, the mind's
going, "Oh, I don't know if I
00:34:29.042 --> 00:34:30.601
can do what's needed of me."
00:34:30.601 --> 00:34:33.111
And it's like, well, if I can't do what's
needed of me, I can't get the goodness.
00:34:33.121 --> 00:34:35.051
It's like, it doesn't make any sense.
00:34:36.381 --> 00:34:37.101
Well, it does.
00:34:37.131 --> 00:34:38.731
It's you're justifying
00:34:39.171 --> 00:34:43.292
⦠Well, I, I, what, what I'm saying
is the mind ⦠What I'm noticing
00:34:43.292 --> 00:34:45.811
this moment is I'm saying, "Oh,
wow, look how cool this is."
00:34:45.811 --> 00:34:53.092
The mind is making up stuff that isn't
even coherent, and I'm buying it.
00:34:53.451 --> 00:34:53.792
Mm-hmm.
00:34:56.822 --> 00:34:59.722
I'm going, "Oh yeah, I don't know if
I can handle it, all that, you know,
00:34:59.722 --> 00:35:02.852
that, that goodness," and, "Oh, I
don't know if I, you know, I'm, can
00:35:02.852 --> 00:35:04.372
actually do what's required of me."
00:35:04.552 --> 00:35:08.242
And I'm like going like, well, I think
that was like the, the channeling
00:35:08.242 --> 00:35:11.352
from yesterday is, you know, this is
a great deceiver, you know, the mind.
00:35:11.831 --> 00:35:12.141
Yeah.
00:35:12.492 --> 00:35:15.272
It's constantly, constant source of
00:35:19.992 --> 00:35:20.232
Hmm.
00:35:21.062 --> 00:35:21.752
Distortion
00:35:22.772 --> 00:35:26.092
Or maybe just trying to keep you
safe, and that's what it thinks.
00:35:26.812 --> 00:35:28.762
Well, see, then that's when
we go to the deeper layer.
00:35:28.762 --> 00:35:31.892
Well, it was trying to keep me safe
because, you know, all the other times,
00:35:31.922 --> 00:35:38.991
you know, I got killed or tortured,
or tortured and killed, or maimed, or-
00:35:39.002 --> 00:35:39.671
Are you sure?
00:35:41.671 --> 00:35:42.352
Every time?
00:35:42.552 --> 00:35:44.182
Not every time, many of the times.
00:35:44.871 --> 00:35:45.121
Right.
00:35:45.142 --> 00:35:49.301
So why are you just focusing on the,
the ones where you were persecuted?
00:35:49.312 --> 00:35:50.592
Does that make you feel special?
00:35:51.121 --> 00:35:54.552
No, it's about the mind, you just talked
about the mind feeling safe, right?
00:35:54.561 --> 00:35:55.572
Trying to keep me safe, right?
00:35:55.572 --> 00:35:58.161
The, if it turns out well, there's
nothing to keep me safe for, right?
00:35:58.611 --> 00:35:59.931
There's no, there's no kind of-
00:36:00.371 --> 00:36:00.881
Bingo
00:36:01.221 --> 00:36:01.501
⦠yeah
00:36:05.240 --> 00:36:05.480
Hmm.
00:36:06.880 --> 00:36:12.230
Like, why isn't the mind focusing
on all the times where you did live
00:36:12.230 --> 00:36:16.570
in higher states of consciousness
and it was good, peaceful
00:36:26.734 --> 00:36:28.344
It was getting it wants to have a job.
00:36:28.824 --> 00:36:29.214
Yeah.
00:36:29.634 --> 00:36:30.924
Trying to create job safety
00:36:35.464 --> 00:36:35.804
by sabotaging
00:36:38.144 --> 00:36:38.183
things.
00:36:38.183 --> 00:36:40.453
Oh, that's what happened on my TV show
yesterday, is the, the woman that came to
00:36:40.453 --> 00:36:43.074
save the- Uh-huh ⦠the Scottish castle.
00:36:43.273 --> 00:36:43.883
Yeah, she wanted
00:36:43.933 --> 00:36:47.533
to- You know, she was hired by
the bank to save this castle from
00:36:47.543 --> 00:36:53.363
bankruptcy 'cause the, the castle own-
owe- owed the bank a lot of money.
00:36:53.994 --> 00:36:58.723
And they started doing better, and
they started, um, producing income.
00:36:58.723 --> 00:37:04.813
The castle started producing income
from tourism, and so she, her job
00:37:04.813 --> 00:37:10.304
was done, and the bank was giving
control of the, the castle back to
00:37:10.304 --> 00:37:14.023
the owners, and she wanted to stay.
00:37:15.153 --> 00:37:17.354
So she started sabotaging
00:37:19.993 --> 00:37:21.943
so she could stay at the castle.
00:37:22.324 --> 00:37:22.554
Michael: Mm.
00:37:25.262 --> 00:37:25.672
Audree: Yeah.
00:37:26.002 --> 00:37:27.402
So she could keep her job.
00:37:28.462 --> 00:37:30.562
The mind just wants to keep its job.
00:37:31.312 --> 00:37:32.862
It thinks it's gonna die
00:37:50.058 --> 00:37:55.268
It's the last vestige of the egoic
consciousness because they're linked
00:38:07.636 --> 00:38:09.046
And truthfully, it is dying
00:38:11.936 --> 00:38:13.716
I mean, that's what transformation is.
00:38:13.726 --> 00:38:14.526
It's death.
00:38:16.466 --> 00:38:19.936
Moving from one state to
another, the old state has to die
00:38:33.413 --> 00:38:36.254
And then the other, the other dimension to
the whole thing that was going on with me
00:38:36.254 --> 00:38:40.453
is my mind's going, "Well, thinking about
all the things that we want to accomplish
00:38:40.453 --> 00:38:44.074
and get done in the material plane,"
and then, "Well, how's this gonna work?
00:38:44.074 --> 00:38:44.814
And what about this?
00:38:44.814 --> 00:38:45.944
And how are we gonna solve this?
00:38:45.944 --> 00:38:46.823
And what about that?"
00:38:46.824 --> 00:38:49.243
And then d- like, you know,
problem, problem, problem,
00:38:49.243 --> 00:38:50.703
problem, problem, problem, problem.
00:38:51.464 --> 00:38:52.973
And then I'm going like, "Okay.
00:38:54.183 --> 00:38:55.564
Yeah, you're right.
00:38:55.564 --> 00:38:56.043
I don't know."
00:38:57.134 --> 00:39:02.294
And am I gonna go with that energy, or
am I gonna go with trust the process?
00:39:08.744 --> 00:39:12.324
And trust the process is not
about being Pollyanna-ic.
00:39:12.324 --> 00:39:13.234
It's, it's about
00:39:16.342 --> 00:39:20.232
moving to a frequency where
things can open up and unfold
00:39:26.870 --> 00:39:31.170
I was just telling that story to
one of my students, our students
00:39:33.742 --> 00:39:37.422
They wanted to continue in the advanced
course, but they didn't have the money
00:39:40.012 --> 00:39:41.872
And I told her the story of
00:39:45.932 --> 00:39:47.092
Going to Barbara Brennan
00:39:47.472 --> 00:39:47.762
Michael: Mm-hmm
00:39:47.762 --> 00:39:49.802
Audree: I didn't have the
money to go to Barbara Brennan.
00:39:51.212 --> 00:39:57.102
It was like $6,000 a year plus
all the travel and all the hotels
00:39:58.012 --> 00:39:59.042
This was in the '90s
00:39:59.322 --> 00:40:01.071
Five times a year, yeah.
00:40:02.082 --> 00:40:05.492
And I had just gotten a, a
really expensive apartment
00:40:06.281 --> 00:40:07.841
on the Gold Coast in Chicago
00:40:11.310 --> 00:40:12.950
And I couldn't get out of my lease even
00:40:16.526 --> 00:40:22.685
But I signed up anyways, and I put
down the down payment, and I signed
00:40:22.685 --> 00:40:27.756
up for the monthly, and I had no
idea how I was gonna pay for it
00:40:30.446 --> 00:40:30.516
And
00:40:30.616 --> 00:40:31.976
you were a yes in your system
00:40:32.056 --> 00:40:37.466
I was a, I was a absolute 100% yes,
something will happen, something will work
00:40:37.466 --> 00:40:45.426
out And I think it was three or four weeks
before I was gonna go for my first class
00:40:47.572 --> 00:40:52.971
There was a huge rainstorm, and I
lived on the top floor of my building.
00:40:54.692 --> 00:40:59.471
And I was getting ready to go to dinner
with my sister, and we heard this, like,
00:40:59.471 --> 00:41:05.582
noise, and all of a sudden the whole
entire ceiling cracked from wall to
00:41:05.582 --> 00:41:10.262
wall, and there was literally a waterfall
00:41:12.758 --> 00:41:16.038
Through my living room of water
00:41:20.029 --> 00:41:20.540
And then
00:41:22.870 --> 00:41:24.770
Like, I had to call the landlord.
00:41:25.810 --> 00:41:27.370
And we're just, like, astonished.
00:41:27.390 --> 00:41:31.250
Like, we're-- My sister and I
were just standing there, like,
00:41:31.299 --> 00:41:34.640
literally, like, "What's happening?"
00:41:34.730 --> 00:41:40.259
Like, the whole ceiling, and
there was just water pouring.
00:41:40.750 --> 00:41:44.160
Like, I, I, I got a bucket,
I got a, a garbage can.
00:41:44.170 --> 00:41:47.810
Like, there was nothing, 'cause it
was the whole, like, 10 feet of,
00:41:47.959 --> 00:41:50.679
of water, you know, coming through.
00:41:51.810 --> 00:41:52.509
And, uh
00:41:54.734 --> 00:42:00.183
The landlord comes over and
she's just like, "Oh my God
00:42:03.278 --> 00:42:05.517
And she didn't even know what
to ⦠She was really young, and
00:42:05.528 --> 00:42:08.877
she called her parents, and like,
it was like this whole thing.
00:42:09.477 --> 00:42:10.917
They lived in the building, too
00:42:13.846 --> 00:42:15.206
And the neighbors came.
00:42:15.276 --> 00:42:20.776
All the neighbors came looking, and the
sup- the superintendent ca- like everybody
00:42:21.126 --> 00:42:23.006
was, everybody was- They heard about it
00:42:23.006 --> 00:42:26.586
everybody was standing and like,
"We've never seen anything like this."
00:42:26.626 --> 00:42:28.906
It was just an, like an act of God
00:42:31.062 --> 00:42:34.002
And I'm like, "I can'tâ¦
00:42:34.232 --> 00:42:36.792
Well, I c- uh, this apartment's unlivable.
00:42:36.792 --> 00:42:40.932
I can't, I can't live in this," you know?
00:42:42.201 --> 00:42:43.692
And my neighbor's like, "You canâ¦
00:42:43.932 --> 00:42:45.592
I have a empty apartment.
00:42:46.042 --> 00:42:51.502
I bought the apartment next door
to make my condo bigger, but I
00:42:51.511 --> 00:42:53.182
haven't broken down the wall yet."
00:42:53.192 --> 00:42:55.782
And she's just like, "How
much can you afford for rent?"
00:42:55.831 --> 00:42:59.381
And I was like, "Like $200 or $300."
00:42:59.381 --> 00:43:00.361
And I like, Iâ¦
00:43:00.391 --> 00:43:02.151
For a year, I lived in-
00:43:03.171 --> 00:43:03.981
The Gold Coast
00:43:04.182 --> 00:43:05.461
⦠in this apartment forâ¦
00:43:05.502 --> 00:43:10.731
I think I paid $350 or something
like that, and I was able
00:43:10.731 --> 00:43:12.412
to afford Barbara Brennan.
00:43:14.542 --> 00:43:16.241
Like, it just got me out of my lease.
00:43:17.821 --> 00:43:19.311
Yeah, I think that's what, uh-
00:43:21.514 --> 00:43:25.974
That's what's coming up for me is
that really being in this place
00:43:25.974 --> 00:43:33.643
of looking at where's my yes and
where's my no Knowing the no and
00:43:36.142 --> 00:43:41.002
You know, for me, it's really just
come about, and I think this is true
00:43:41.002 --> 00:43:43.642
at probably at every stage of the
journey, is coming back to the yes.
00:43:44.812 --> 00:43:46.162
Like, where's your yes?
00:43:47.812 --> 00:43:49.791
Like, so I'm looking at where's my yes?
00:43:49.991 --> 00:43:54.051
Uh, it's my yes towards being in
the mind giving me the shit show,
00:43:54.421 --> 00:43:57.851
or is my yes to moving through?
00:43:57.872 --> 00:44:01.542
Is my yes to the truth
of what and who I am?
00:44:01.542 --> 00:44:03.571
Is my yes to going beyond this?
00:44:03.631 --> 00:44:08.801
Like, and so when I keep on coming back
to my yes, then, then that opens up
00:44:14.453 --> 00:44:14.933
Yeah.
00:44:15.024 --> 00:44:18.654
So that, so which is what your, your
point about the story is, is like you had
00:44:18.654 --> 00:44:24.243
just such a strong yes Mm-hmm ⦠that
creation organized around that principle.
00:44:24.413 --> 00:44:24.824
Michael: Mm-hmm.
00:44:26.203 --> 00:44:29.694
Audree: And you know, I think this is
what's, what's really been kind of-
00:44:33.816 --> 00:44:36.526
I call it like a burr under my
saddle, like this kind of like
00:44:40.022 --> 00:44:45.341
The mind wrestling with the paradox of
on the one hand everything's there for
00:44:45.341 --> 00:44:51.901
me when I say yes, on the other hand I'm
saying no and I can see how I'm saying no
00:44:52.571 --> 00:44:58.272
and then I'm saying well it hasn't fe- it
felt like I've been making the best choice
00:44:58.272 --> 00:45:04.871
I could at every point in time based on
what I understood so how am I missing out
00:45:04.871 --> 00:45:06.841
on opportunities that I could have had?
00:45:07.261 --> 00:45:11.341
Like it's almost like well the
configuration of this trajectory of
00:45:11.761 --> 00:45:17.401
neurons and energetics and came up
with what happened so it's perfect
00:45:18.191 --> 00:45:20.872
and at the same time it's like well
and it's perfect and it could have
00:45:20.872 --> 00:45:25.631
been something different and I'm
saying well like well what is that?
00:45:25.932 --> 00:45:27.321
Like what is that different?
00:45:28.131 --> 00:45:30.861
And what I got to is
just it's just the yes.
00:45:31.561 --> 00:45:36.331
It's just that choice within our being
of are we gonna go with our yes or are
00:45:36.331 --> 00:45:39.071
we gonna go with the no of the mind?
00:45:39.142 --> 00:45:42.351
'Cause the mind is just saying no, no, no.
00:45:42.351 --> 00:45:44.142
It's like 22 in that movie Soul.
00:45:44.151 --> 00:45:44.541
No.
00:45:44.551 --> 00:45:44.971
Michael: Mm-hmm.
00:45:45.022 --> 00:45:45.502
Audree: No.
00:45:45.502 --> 00:45:45.831
Mm-hmm.
00:45:45.831 --> 00:45:46.351
No.
00:45:46.821 --> 00:45:48.081
That's what the mind is.
00:45:48.492 --> 00:45:49.471
That's what your mind is.
00:45:49.471 --> 00:45:50.921
That's what my mind is.
00:45:51.711 --> 00:45:56.491
And the way through it is not about
trying to fix the mind, it's about
00:45:56.861 --> 00:46:02.011
being with the yes and letting
the yes shine through our being
00:46:08.590 --> 00:46:10.160
Yes, I wanna move beyond this.
00:46:10.160 --> 00:46:10.630
Yes
00:46:13.676 --> 00:46:14.436
I want the peace.
00:46:14.436 --> 00:46:15.916
I want the truth of what and who I am
00:46:18.316 --> 00:46:19.446
I want to live an extraordinary life.
00:46:19.786 --> 00:46:20.126
Yes
00:46:23.636 --> 00:46:25.866
Reminded, you know, I was going
through this a couple weeks ago.
00:46:25.866 --> 00:46:27.066
It was reminding me of the movie Yes Man.
00:46:27.076 --> 00:46:29.576
I didn't re-watch it because I've
seen it, like, a bunch of times
00:46:31.790 --> 00:46:34.210
But this is, you know, the,
the truth is out there.
00:46:34.220 --> 00:46:35.430
This is, this is what it is.
00:46:35.430 --> 00:46:36.970
It's our, finding our yes.
00:46:38.840 --> 00:46:40.509
And that'll move us through everything.
00:46:41.050 --> 00:46:46.700
It's also the yes to heal, the
yes to let go of the identity of
00:46:47.400 --> 00:46:52.990
whatever it is that you've done
or that you've been a victim to.
00:46:53.229 --> 00:46:57.300
Because you've wrapped your identity
around that, you're going to
00:46:57.300 --> 00:46:59.140
have to let go of your identity.
00:46:59.569 --> 00:47:05.560
I had a client that had MS, and it was
her whole entire identity, and I knew
00:47:06.630 --> 00:47:09.489
You know, she came to me for healing,
and I knew I couldn't help her.
00:47:10.049 --> 00:47:10.410
Michael: Mm-hmm.
00:47:10.770 --> 00:47:16.609
Audree: Because her whole entire
⦠Everything about her life was wrapped
00:47:16.610 --> 00:47:18.599
around having MS, multiple sclerosis.
00:47:19.519 --> 00:47:19.860
So she was a yes to
00:47:21.130 --> 00:47:21.160
that.
00:47:21.170 --> 00:47:21.870
She was a yes to
00:47:23.459 --> 00:47:23.749
her-
00:47:24.020 --> 00:47:24.570
Identity
00:47:24.619 --> 00:47:25.429
⦠identity.
00:47:31.534 --> 00:47:35.534
And she came to me for healing,
but it was l- so weird because-
00:47:36.184 --> 00:47:36.644
Well
00:47:36.644 --> 00:47:40.373
⦠she didn't wanna h- she thought she
wanted to heal 'cause she thought that
00:47:40.374 --> 00:47:44.963
that was what she was supposed to do,
but it was actually she just wanted
00:47:44.963 --> 00:47:52.843
somebody to, to give her massage work
and healing work to reduce the pain,
00:47:53.253 --> 00:48:01.204
but she didn't wanna let go of the, of,
of the chronic, the chronic disease.
00:48:01.694 --> 00:48:02.983
She didn't wanna let go of that.
00:48:03.003 --> 00:48:03.933
That was not
00:48:07.534 --> 00:48:07.544
å¯ã
00:48:10.382 --> 00:48:13.212
You know, I'm reminded, so, so this
yes is, I mean, this is bringing up a
00:48:13.212 --> 00:48:15.382
lot of, like, recurrences in my mind.
00:48:16.762 --> 00:48:21.152
I remember when I was doing my,
uh, neurolinguistic practitioner
00:48:21.152 --> 00:48:24.451
or master practitioner training,
like, a long, long, long time ago.
00:48:25.802 --> 00:48:29.032
And, uh, one of the, the stories, well,
if you're gonna try to help someone
00:48:29.032 --> 00:48:33.222
overcome smoking, you gotta make sure
they carry a, a butt bag around with them
00:48:33.222 --> 00:48:34.951
so they, they keep every cigarette butt.
00:48:35.552 --> 00:48:38.671
And if they can't do that simple
practice of keeping every cigarette
00:48:38.671 --> 00:48:42.082
butt, they're not a really
yes to, to working through it.
00:48:42.452 --> 00:48:42.761
Michael: Mm-hmm.
00:48:42.891 --> 00:48:43.681
Audree: And so
00:48:46.958 --> 00:48:51.458
You know, I guess the, the, the the really
hard thing is whatever we're experiencing
00:48:51.458 --> 00:48:52.978
in our life, we're a yes to that.
00:48:54.608 --> 00:48:59.088
Or we're-- the yes for something
different isn't stronger than the
00:48:59.097 --> 00:49:02.398
no in our system that's keeping
us in whatever we're experiencing.
00:49:03.538 --> 00:49:07.767
I, I mean, I remember when I was
listening to Bentino years ago, where
00:49:07.767 --> 00:49:15.477
he said, "If you're-- have poverty or
financial lack, you, you're pledging
00:49:15.477 --> 00:49:17.937
your allegiance to that lack."
00:49:19.338 --> 00:49:20.718
And it struck me.
00:49:22.257 --> 00:49:22.787
Wow.
00:49:24.338 --> 00:49:27.378
Like, whoa, that is so true
00:49:29.996 --> 00:49:32.895
And, and the mind will be like, "No,
n- I don't pledge my allegiance-
00:49:32.906 --> 00:49:33.406
I don't want
00:49:33.406 --> 00:49:34.556
that ⦠to that.
00:49:34.566 --> 00:49:35.966
That's not true."
00:49:36.496 --> 00:49:36.726
It's like, yeah.
00:49:36.736 --> 00:49:39.645
Why, why would I pledge
my allegiance to that?
00:49:44.494 --> 00:49:45.944
And what if it were true?
00:49:45.994 --> 00:49:47.104
That's what we're saying.
00:49:47.114 --> 00:49:51.854
What if it is true that
you're creating your reality?
00:49:57.038 --> 00:50:03.088
then you're the problem and you're the
solution, and then you have a way out.
00:50:04.328 --> 00:50:10.757
You might not believe it yet or know it
yet, but just that, th- I mean, that's why
00:50:10.948 --> 00:50:13.808
it's on the website, What If It Were True?
00:50:14.978 --> 00:50:17.478
It used to be the top thing
00:50:22.646 --> 00:50:23.676
What if it were true?
00:50:54.830 --> 00:50:55.210
Yeah.
00:50:55.319 --> 00:50:56.590
This is a deep structure
00:50:59.888 --> 00:51:06.018
The mind wants what's known, so it's a no
to everything else, no matter how painful.
00:51:06.977 --> 00:51:09.997
Oh, this reminds me of, uh, in
organizational changes, like
00:51:09.997 --> 00:51:11.457
people love the status quo.
00:51:11.558 --> 00:51:11.988
Michael: Mm-hmm.
00:51:12.178 --> 00:51:13.868
Audree: It's a powerful attractor.
00:51:13.968 --> 00:51:14.377
Michael: Mm-hmm.
00:51:15.118 --> 00:51:19.848
Audree: And so that's what it is for us
at an individual level, is the status quo
00:51:20.797 --> 00:51:22.787
is a powerful attractor 'cause it's known.
00:51:22.817 --> 00:51:28.397
So because it's known, the mind creates
this sense of safety and security
00:51:28.397 --> 00:51:32.147
'cause it, "Oh, I know what it is,"
whereas the unknown is perceived
00:51:32.147 --> 00:51:34.647
as threat, even the unknown better.
00:51:34.647 --> 00:51:38.127
That's why people, when they have
these, you know, wonderful life events
00:51:38.127 --> 00:51:44.407
like, you know, getting a new job
or, uh, winning, winning the lottery
00:51:44.427 --> 00:51:49.078
or getting married, you know, it's
a, it's a stressful event, right?
00:51:50.368 --> 00:51:50.897
It's like, what?
00:51:50.897 --> 00:51:55.597
Uh, uh, because if you think about
it from the mind perspective, the
00:51:55.598 --> 00:51:57.147
mind wants the, the certainty in it.
00:51:57.197 --> 00:51:58.857
All these new, all the newness
00:52:01.614 --> 00:52:02.684
Is not that
00:52:03.294 --> 00:52:03.564
Michael: Mm-hmm.
00:52:25.976 --> 00:52:30.665
Audree: We've also been brainwashed
to believe that any type of
00:52:30.665 --> 00:52:35.336
change creates chaos and it's bad.
00:52:36.576 --> 00:52:42.575
And it's just been this manipulative
mechanism so people don't overthrow
00:52:46.398 --> 00:52:52.088
The, the, the ways or the
functioning that's in place
00:52:55.662 --> 00:52:55.672
Hmm.
00:52:56.372 --> 00:52:57.412
We're coming up on time.
00:52:57.542 --> 00:52:57.741
Mm-hmm.
00:52:57.741 --> 00:52:59.116
I don't know what, what else is important
00:52:59.116 --> 00:52:59.471
for you.
00:52:59.471 --> 00:53:01.531
I don't really have anything else to say.
00:53:01.531 --> 00:53:01.542
Hmm.
00:53:13.370 --> 00:53:14.670
May the force be with you
00:53:15.770 --> 00:53:17.110
May source be with you
00:53:17.510 --> 00:53:19.040
May source be with you
00:53:20.040 --> 00:53:24.040
Which of course it already
is 'cause you are that
00:53:28.154 --> 00:53:33.533
May you have the strength
and courage to find your yes
00:53:36.436 --> 00:53:36.656
Hmm.
00:53:37.846 --> 00:53:38.446
It's all your strengths.
00:53:38.466 --> 00:53:41.436
For me, you have the choice for your yes
00:53:45.742 --> 00:53:45.752
Hmm.
00:53:46.472 --> 00:53:47.302
Okay, let's take three minutes
00:56:27.100 --> 00:56:27.990
Michael: Thank you for joining us.
00:56:28.509 --> 00:56:29.520
Let's be evolutionary
