In this episode, Jerred breaks down how to use Claude as your executive admin assistant—not by prompting it randomly, but by actually "hiring" it with a job description, a skill file, and a repeatable workflow. He shares how Claude now handles a major portion of his admin workload, including email, calendar, Slack, project management, daily briefings, and task organization.
Here's what you'll learn:
1️⃣ Why Claude can replace a large portion of executive admin work 2️⃣ The difference between prompting AI and hiring AI 3️⃣ The two files you need to build your AI executive assistant 4️⃣ How to use the H.I.R.E. framework to create AI employees 5️⃣ How Claude can manage email, calendar, Slack, Monday, and daily briefings 6️⃣ Why entrepreneurs should stop treating AI like Google and start treating it like a team member
Takeaways:
- Claude can handle a large portion of daily admin work when set up correctly.
- The key is giving AI a real job description, not just random prompts.
- The H.I.R.E. framework stands for: Hand it a job description, Install it as a skill, Run it with a trigger, and Evolve it over time.
- AI works best when you customize it to your systems, tools, and communication style.
- Claude can draft emails, scan your calendar, review Slack, check project management tools, and generate a daily brief.
- The real shift is moving from prompting AI to employing AI.
