Kait Tregenza: Hello and welcome back to the podcast. I'm Kate Trogenza Today we have Mihaly Rousseau Mihaly is a subconscious reprogramming mentor and she's the creator of quantum coding. It's a method that she herself created brought through herself. She describes it as identity recalibration through theta-brave waves, sacred geometry, nervous system safety and energetic embodiment. Her story, like so many of the women who join me on this podcast, is not of polished ease and yellow brick roads It's been a tough road for Mahala. speaks openly about complex PTSD, survival patterns, identity collapse, and years that she spent studying subconscious reprogramming before building a new life across countries. She frames her work around helping women strip away the identities built from trauma, heartbreak, fear and survival so they can come back home to become the women who feel safe receiving more, whether that's more money, more visibility, more love, more leadership, more life. her work lives at this intersection of faith, self-reinvention, feminine power and know she's just deeply human she's deeply feminine she is this goddess that she she talks to and she talks about and I think it's that desire to stop being governed by her past and knowing that she has full control of her future of her identity and that the identity that she seeks to sit in is up to her. It's her choice who she shows up as. You have that choice and you have that power within your body system already. You can access the identity of you that is at that high timeline. That is what you feel deeply called back. into remembering and embodying. So without further ado, let's get into it. Let's bring her onto the podcast. I cannot wait. Welcome Miheila to the podcast. I'm so excited. welcome.
Mihaela Rusu: Thank you, thank you so much. I'm truly honored to be here with you. And I'm so open to see what we are unfolding together.
Kait Tregenza: Hmm. Hmm. it's part of my coding to bring out somebody's magic. it's just so amazing to showcase incredible women and who they are in just like this devoted session of like gushing love all over them. And it just makes me so happy. It really does.
Mihaela Rusu: Absolutely, I believe that you know it's not easy for us women to come up to surface and really bring our hearts treasures to the surface, to the people and seeing you creating a safe space for all of us to come up and be like, yes, this is who I am and I've been hiding for my entire life and just...
Kait Tregenza: Mm.
Mihaela Rusu: you know, expressing my gratitude towards you because we've been connecting on DM and you've been so loving and you've been so kind and also so present in being like, I really want to have this conversation with you. And at that moment, I was fearful. I was having a very recent... situation with a podcast in Romania when I was rejected because of the power of the story and I was a bit raw in that moment and you felt I felt you so soft and so lovingly inviting
Kait Tregenza: Aww.
Mihaela Rusu: me to share the conversation but at the same time creating space for me to come out of that situation as well and to heal and to come back to alignment. and it's just a joy to see your DMs the last time and I really felt this is the moment. This is the moment. I prepared for these months for me to be ready to come here and speak to you heart to heart. Thank you.
Kait Tregenza: Wow. Okay, I'm stepping up. I'm gonna meet you there. Well,
Mihaela Rusu: you
Kait Tregenza: there's so many questions that I wanna ask you about your work and about the woman that you are today, but I think there's only, you can only appreciate that to the extent that people listening to you who might not know you for the first time, know your story and know where you've been. So I don't want to our entire session talking about, you know, your terrible sob story, not to diminish it or anything, but I just know that it's so far behind you in so many ways now that, you know, it really is almost like talking about this other person. but I do think it's important for people to understand that you are, you have not always been who is sitting in front of me and the way in which you carry the ability and the transmission of this change is possible for anyone, I think is so important. So even though it's very cliche to start a podcast with telling us about your story, and I hate doing it in this case, I think it's the most perfect place to start because it's so important to the work that you're doing now and the person that sits in front of me.
Mihaela Rusu: Thank you and truly it feels like my story it is a whole another dimension. It feels like I'm speaking about another person when I speak about my story. I am a completely different woman, a different body, a different reality. I feel like everything I have been alchemizing up until now, literally quantum leaped me over and over again because I used my story as fuel. It was the fuel of me, okay, if this is possible, what else is possible? Let
Kait Tregenza: Hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: me see that. And I was born in a very, very unknown country called Moldavia. It's very small in the northeast of Romania. and I was born into a very dysfunctional family. I have a gorgeous twin sister and a beautiful brother as well. He's five years older than me. The space of that family was the space in which I do believe somehow God was showing me what I am not and what I am not about in order for me to be pushed and forced to truly discover who I truly am. We're talking about a father and this is kind of paradoxical because he was a priest and he was an orthodox priest, yes, and
Kait Tregenza: Got it.
Mihaela Rusu: he was preaching God and at the same time his actions were completely on the other extreme.
Kait Tregenza: Wow.
Mihaela Rusu: I remember I was two years old and I was conscious of myself and I was seeing my mom above my bed, completely red and crying and I knew something really bad had happened and I wanted to help her and I was thinking to myself, how can I help her? I'm this tiny body. and I felt so helpless but at the same time so connected to her, so connected to her pain. deep down I was wondering how can a human being preach the goodness of God and have actions that are completely the opposite of that?
Kait Tregenza: Yeah.
Mihaela Rusu: And it was a very intense childhood. I thank my mom to this day that she had the courage to take us both by the hands and at three years old we escaped our own home. He was out and about. I remember she took the money from the house. She took us by the hand and we just ran. and we were changing our clothes behind a bus station because I knew he had this red tractor and he would follow us to see where are we. My mom was not allowed to go out apart from buying bread and that's all so he was very very controlling in that sense and we managed to escape somehow. running from relative to relative, getting to Romania and from there a new life opened up. A new life that it was not easier but let's say a different level of alchemy, a different level of reality. My mother managed to free herself from my biological father by meeting another man
Kait Tregenza: Mm.
Mihaela Rusu: who became my stepfather. And he was very, he was an interesting person. Very, very interesting. I do believe he had deep wounds that he never took the time to look at himself. and I believe he gone through so much pain that he became a man that would inflict pain to the children. I don't know if I'm allowed to say but let's say Epstein files kind of pain and I started to go through this journey of the most horrible part of my life from the age of 7 up until 14 where every single week I had to go through that situation with my stepfather when my mother was not home
Kait Tregenza: my god, I'm so sorry.
Mihaela Rusu: and You know, it's something I somehow had to go through it in order for me to die and come back on the other side. I made peace with whatever happened. I do trust that at one point he is going to receive healing or somehow he's going to... touch his heart up because I believe he was in so much pain. At that age I was thinking how broken can you be to find soothing in breaking children? And you know, is when programming comes in, right? Because it's not just a life that's intense and it's hard and it's painful. It's a life in which I was programmed for a baseline frequency. I was programmed to see men in a certain way. I was programmed to see my mom in a certain way. I was programmed to have definitions around what women allow, what women...
Kait Tregenza: Mmm.
Mihaela Rusu: Leave how is the life of a couple relationship? How
Kait Tregenza: Hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: is love? What is the definition of love? Couple love, mother love, father love. That was the age in which I was so confused. I did know what a father is. I had no idea what it felt like to have a father. And so many people were asking me, do you have one? And I say, I don't think so. No.
Kait Tregenza: No. Yeah.
Mihaela Rusu: And from the 14 years old onwards, he stopped doing what he was doing because I do know that he was not stupid. He was intelligent and he knew that was starting to be conscious of what was happening. And he stopped, but then he started programming my mother into separating us from her and telling her we need to take care of ourselves. They're going to leave the house and somehow trying to censor or cover up what was happening and he had the big success in you know putting so much shame on me on my sister because my sister gone through this as well we gone through this together and never spoke about it we were so full of shame yes
Kait Tregenza: I was going to ask. Right. That was the question that was most curious to me in this. was like, because you're a twin, are you identical twins?
Mihaela Rusu: Yes.
Kait Tregenza: that's so heavy. This concept of you're going through this parallel trauma and not turning to each other and helping because of the programming of this very, very sick man. And now he's also infected your mother. And so the three of you are in this abusive triangle, all turned away from
Mihaela Rusu: Yes.
Kait Tregenza: each other instead of helping each other to escape. Isn't that so powerful?
Mihaela Rusu: Absolutely. It's, it's, it's, I think he was hell, hell for me, hell for my mother, hell for my sister. We haven't said a word for 16 years. 16 years
Kait Tregenza: to recover.
Mihaela Rusu: to each other about the thing.
Kait Tregenza: Okay.
Mihaela Rusu: energetically I have the image of me like you said turning my back onto my sister even though we had gone through the same thing together at the same time he was doing turns And my mother has had a very difficult job in a sense that she was away all the time and he was drinking as well. And around 13, when I was a bit grown up, I was hiding in the bathroom and I was locking myself in the bathroom so he couldn't get to me. But then at 15 years old, when he stopped, I entered into a modeling agency and there
Kait Tregenza: Okay.
Mihaela Rusu: was a whole nother level of abuse there because programming was there, right? So when the base frequency is there, when the identity is already programmed with that type of abuse, it becomes like normalcy, right? You don't know how to say no, you don't see it as well. I've been living this my entire childhood, so I don't really know what the heck is happening. yeah, so at 15 years old, I believe that my identity was completely shattered as a woman. I did not know who I was. I could not sleep. I started taking antidepressants without prescription, without nothing, and I would just numb myself out. That was the moment in which the desire and the fantasy of ending it all was sounding very soothing. I was already fantasizing about it since the age of five. I was literally thinking, well, what if I just go home? I know that this is not my home, but I know I can. And at 16 years old, it became like a desire, a thought. was very present in my life. And at 19, in my 20s, I told my mother, said, there is something wrong with me. I cannot exist anymore. All of this pain and all of this trauma was so bottled within my body that I started having very heavy reflux, very heavy stomach and digestive issues. I could not eat next to my stepdad. He was still living with us. I had to have dinner, breakfast, lunch, cook him, you know,
Kait Tregenza: Yeah.
Mihaela Rusu: all of the things, even though we looked each other in the in their eyes and we knew very well. well, was there. And in my 20s I got diagnosed with complex post-traumatic stress and the psychiatrist said, you either take these drugs to have a normal life, I don't know what normal means, there's nothing normal about that. And there's nothing normal about you drugging yourself out to completion, think, autodestructive, just...
Kait Tregenza: Mm.
Mihaela Rusu: slowly dying inside of your body. That's not normal.
Kait Tregenza: And did your sister go on antidepressants as well and antipsychotics and all of this?
Mihaela Rusu: No, my sister had a very beautiful coping mechanism. She has developed this sort of forgetting what happened. She doesn't remember anything of our childhood. Her unconscious mind was okay. Just delete the folder. And I am the exact opposite.
Kait Tregenza: Mmm.
Mihaela Rusu: She has suffered but in a way she didn't allow herself to go there. She always
Kait Tregenza: Mm-hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: was telling me I'm not touching that box. That box is locked. I know what happened but I don't care. And she continued to say this to herself until she completely forgot. For me the box was always open. I could not not see. It was so much. I never touched a drug in my life. I took the prescription from the doctor. My mother was like, you have to buy them. have to buy them. I just bought them to make her happy, but never touched it. That psychiatrist, I do believe she was God in a human being, like all of us, but she was, she was very much awakened. And she said, I want you to learn Reiki.
Kait Tregenza: Mm-hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: And I was like, I don't know what the heck that is, but I'll do everything in my power to bring myself back to life. So she tuned me into Reiki and I started practicing every single day when I came back home to Milan, because my psychiatrist was a Romanian. We done this two weeks of journey with my mother where she would file the divorce papers, I would go to the psychiatrist and I would confront my stepdad in front of the biggest church in my city. And those were very powerful two weeks. And when I came home, I started doing Reiki every single day of my life for about, I think about 12 months straight. That was not one day when I would just skip.
Kait Tregenza: Hold on. I just need to clarify. I just need to clarify something. So when you became a model, that's when you moved to Milan. So you were like 16 years old living by yourself in Milan.
Mihaela Rusu: Yes, that was a beautiful opportunity for me to just escape that reality. Yeah, me and my sister, we packed our bags, we went to Milan, we stayed there for three months, we started to build a life that was peaceful and we were working very hard and we were children, but still we were learning how to be independent women and taking care of ourselves. And we went back and forth home in Milan and at one point my sister desired to stay in Romania but I continued and at 19 years old I decided to move, literally not come back to Romania ever again. And this is how I started to rebuild my life from scratch. But still all
Kait Tregenza: Wow.
Mihaela Rusu: of that pain was with me.
Kait Tregenza: I'm also clocking how many languages I think you might speak at this point as well.
Mihaela Rusu: You
Kait Tregenza: Okay, so continuing on, you've confronted him on the church steps. There's a lot of like religious take downs in your story as well.
Mihaela Rusu: Well, my biological dad was a priest and now he's like one of the big pieces in orthodox religions in Romania and I just felt called to do the bravest thing that I could ever do. I was so scared, I was so terrified of literally confronting the devil. And I had my mother next to me. So for the first time, I was telling him what happened with my mother hearing. And I told him, look at me in the eyes. You know very well what happened. And his response was, I wish you death. For me, that was enough. That was a confirmation that, all right.
Kait Tregenza: so I'll die too.
Mihaela Rusu: You said it all. There's no need for arguments here. And yeah, that was a very brave thing from my side to do. Even though I was the scared little girl in the family, was the one, my sister was the rebel. I was the one who's always afraid of things and always want to keep my mom safe and always want to... you know, treat my mother as she is a flower because she was so traumatized and abused when she was in her young age. yeah. When
Kait Tregenza: Makes sense.
Mihaela Rusu: I got to Milan, that was the start of my... let's say the other universe. I opened a portal of rebirth by using Reiki. and healing myself every single day I would take one hour of my day and that was my true devotion. I had no option. It was this or just clocking out. and
Kait Tregenza: Wow.
Mihaela Rusu: Yeah, it's wow, it feels so strange to speak about it because I'm speaking about a different woman.
Kait Tregenza: Mmm.
Mihaela Rusu: I'm not speaking about myself. I'm speaking about someone who... who was cracked, who was broken and had no options. And out of that situation, I found not even my power, something moved in me. And I said, I'm ready to do everything to give myself life again. And Reiki for me saved me, literally saved my life.
Kait Tregenza: And did you give reiki to other people or this was just you and your own healing for your own self?
Mihaela Rusu: You know, it's just interesting because I never thought that I would serve women all around the world. I never planned that. I just wanted to feel alive in the constant practice, in my devotion, the devotion towards my heart. I was not praying to God. I was not being religious. I was feeling very icky around religion. Like there's no way
Kait Tregenza: Of course.
Mihaela Rusu: of bringing religion or God or spirituality. not after what I saw and it was just me devoted to myself for months one whole year until there was a Sunday when I woke up and I started to feel my body I started to feel alive and I could see the colors and I was like this is how light looks like this is how the same the sunrise look like and I was being born all over again I was seeing the colors being colors and not just a flushed pale dark white gray thingies and I was like I think this is working and I was like why is this working I got so curious and I started studying. was like, how is it possible that I didn't take no pill, no drug, the things that the doctor tells you to take? And I just done the simple act of placing hands and channeling the energy and just listening and crying whenever I feel like crying and releasing and being there with myself. and whole vortex opened. People started to come to me, I was like, oh wow, you are doing Reiki. I want to receive Reiki. Okay, if you want Reiki, I'll be happy to give it to you. I have never done it before, but I will be more than happy. So this is how. There was this service side of me, the love and the compassion and the satisfaction of seeing women, seeing men who would starting to hear two days after they came to my session and they was like, Mihaela, I cannot hear. I don't know what happened. My ear is blocked. Let's do Reiki. And two days after they will be calling me Mihaela, I'm hearing. I don't know what you done. I just done Reiki. I don't know what happened. And that got me into studying theta healing that got me into studying yoga and breath work and meditation and I went to India three times I I started teaching yoga and I gave myself the opportunity to Diving deep in every single method that I can get my hands on to see how can I help more and more people and how can I help myself further because I didn't feel fully healed. let's say upgraded. don't believe healing, healed the term is the right term that I want to use. I don't believe that we are broken, but somehow cluttered with things from the past. So we are decluttering our home as we are working on ourselves. So it was just a beautiful win-win situation. The more I was upgrading, the more I could hold space for other people's upgrade as well. and I kept this, let's say this mission hidden offline and I was doing it alongside with the modeling and I was teaching yoga and then I was doing modeling all around the world and I was doing Ricky Sessions in the backstage and everything just felt like a whole nother level. I found my medicine and...
Kait Tregenza: Hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: and then also stepped into the natural process of not isolation, but going through that solitary stage of awakening where you are just seeing patterns playing all around you. You know this stage, right? Like you can see the mother speaking.
Kait Tregenza: I'm laughing because I'm like, don't just keep saying, yeah, I know, yeah, I know, yeah, me
Mihaela Rusu: you
Kait Tregenza: too, yeah, I know, yeah, I get it. Like, just be
Mihaela Rusu: Yeah, yeah,
Kait Tregenza: chill.
Mihaela Rusu: yeah, yeah, it's absolutely fascinating, right? You see that...
Kait Tregenza: I think that when you have a deep trauma that you have a deep curiosity to not only understand, but solve, is the most sustainable reason as to why you would keep going on this journey. And honestly, I think that at the end of this podcast series, like if I do this for 10 years, five years, one year, doesn't matter. I will have collected a series of stories that this is how these women who came to shift the axis of the world were formulated. This is why this
Mihaela Rusu: Yes.
Kait Tregenza: is how we were forged. We never believed that we could be broken despite all evidence to
Mihaela Rusu: Yeah.
Kait Tregenza: mount up to this will break you to walk out of what each one of these women who are literally here to to change frequency, to change structures of this planet, to bring a resonance that is so different to what it has been. You would look at any one of these women and go, how is she sitting here? How is she not in a psych ward? How is this possible? How does she love humanity? How does she love herself? How does she love men? I think That's the extraordinary thread that if you don't have that deep belief that you are actually connected to a higher power of some kind, whether it's you want to use words like God or goddess or something else that makes more comfort for you. If you don't have that deep, deep, deep connection that thread back home, of course you would give up. Of you would give up, because it's awful.
Mihaela Rusu: Absolutely. Yes, absolutely. I have to tell you from my perception that I do believe that most of us women take pain and turn it into gold. Where we're even trying. Most of my clients go through so much crap in their life and it's so intense. And the more I work with them and I say, I know all the stories. Like I've been working with 200 women now, really, really intense stories. another one come in and she tells me her story and I was like oh my god there's even deeper than this even more intense than this even more traumatic than this and they still choose love they still choose themselves they still choose to invest in themselves and to upgrade and to declutter the house And it's just, I believe it's an ability, a gift that we all have as women because we're so in tune with our emotions and so in tune with this intuition that you cannot just turn it off. It takes so much energy to turn off your intuition. that connection with the God consciousness, with the goddess, with the source, it takes so much pain to turn it off. And most of us, even if we go through hell, that is still lit. And we are guided to choose somatic work and meditation and breath work and all the tools that we can get our hands on to just get back into our own body. And this just shows how powerful we are. as women.
Kait Tregenza: Yeah. I think that more than anything, if that's all you can take away from this conversation, is like that vortex inside of your body is everything. It's the portal to everything. It's like, find that connection to that creation space with you, that womb space, that intuitive pathway home, because You don't need to know how. You just need to go, it's there.
Mihaela Rusu: Absolutely. Yes. Nothing you have to do. It's already there. And I do
Kait Tregenza: Sorry.
Mihaela Rusu: believe that the most powerful women who are here to change the entire planet go through very heavy childhoods.
Kait Tregenza: Totally.
Mihaela Rusu: very heavy past. It's as if God is showing you, let me just break you down so the true self can emerge. Let me show you what you are not so you can be guided to find out who you truly are. Let me show you powerlessness so you can tap into your true power. And yeah.
Kait Tregenza: But one thing I'm hearing from you in your story is that you actually didn't believe there was a part of you. I'm sure that, you know, on the surface, you know, you were like, what am I going to do? And all of that. a woman who truly cannot find anything about herself wouldn't want to be seen even at a model level. She wouldn't want to rise up and say, I'm going to stay here. I'm going to, I'm going to fight for my safety. I'm going to confront this guy. So there's always that part of you that had a stronger belief in your truth than in that brokenness, right? That's what I'm hearing from you. was like there was always that part of you alive.
Mihaela Rusu: Absolutely, and thank you for bringing this up because I do believe that the voice that guided me to keep myself alive was the me in the future. I remember very well when I was having my tries to just go home. I was on the balcony and as I was like, okay, we're doing it. It's today. I would hear a voice know you are going to build something. something great state. That was a voice and it was very intense and it was a very warm, very delicate, very loving voice. And as I was working on myself with subconscious reprogramming and healing and decluttering the house, I was very in connection, very deep connection with my inner child. I was talking to my inner child. I'm talking to my inner child every single day and I would tell her thank you so much for keeping yourself alive. I mean I'm here because of you and I got to the breakthrough of my god. The future version of me was speaking to the past version of me and this is how my past version of me kept herself alive. For me to kind of take charge, okay? You got yourself, you're in your 20s. Thank you. Here I am. Let's go. Let's build something extraordinary.
Kait Tregenza: It's funny that common question of if you could tell your past self anything from your current state of where you are, what would you tell? And my answer to that is I already have, it is People have to understand that time collapses. in connection to true identity because we only exist in this one moment. And
Mihaela Rusu: Absolutely.
Kait Tregenza: if you want and then we're to get into this in terms of your identity work, but that's how it works. Right. Like your conversations with your inner child are no more or less real than the conversation that you're having with me right now.
Mihaela Rusu: Absolutely. Yes, yes, I truly believe that you have the ability to, time doesn't even exist. You're just tapping into versions of yourself from the quantum field. You can connect yourself with the inner child who hasn't gone through whatever you have gone through. You can connect yourself with the future version of yourself who's sitting right here and now waiting for you to be like, okay, let's have a chat. Come up
Kait Tregenza: Come on.
Mihaela Rusu: and she's like, thank you. I've been waiting you to be ready for this.
Kait Tregenza: And then going back to the introduction that we had in terms of like, you know, me contacting you, you saying it's like, I I'm going to be a no. And I was like, okay. For now, because I I've already had this conversation with you and I don't need therefore to show up in convincing in urgency in moving anything. beyond what will come in a natural unfolding. And so this whole like sales ideology of like, need to create urgency and you need to like put pressure and get the yes and everything. It's like, we'll go to a future point in time. Has that person already said yes to you? If they have, just let it be. If they haven't, maybe there's more inquiry. There's more curiosity, but that's how you really get out of this rush. you get out of the, the, the anxiety and the, the, like the stress that you get yourself into, because you can come into this, this reality where it already is. How do you know that you're going to
Mihaela Rusu: Yes.
Kait Tregenza: build this business that you're already like that you're on the way to build because you go to the point and you converse with the woman who's already done it. And it's almost the certain you don't get the how to steps. You get the certainty. that you are the woman who becomes
Mihaela Rusu: Yes.
Kait Tregenza: this and who creates this and holds
Mihaela Rusu: Yes, it.
Kait Tregenza: this,
Mihaela Rusu: It's not your responsibility. The how-to's are not your responsibility. The mind wants the how-to's, right? Mind must always
Kait Tregenza: Hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: solve, always fix, always find out. Because the mind believes that there's a here and there's a there. There is a journey too, but the soul knows it's already done. It's just a matter of unfolding. And I do believe that somehow for me, God shows me who I am and who I am not. And
Kait Tregenza: Okay.
Mihaela Rusu: by receiving your DM at that time, I was receiving a reflection of myself through you telling me, you will do this. Just know, prepare, you will do this. I knew, I felt it's like, okay, I received seven DMs with invitations from podcasts. I said no to everyone, but you were the one who I felt the pull to. I was like, okay, this is going to, I need to align. I need to come back to my center, and it's gonna happen. But truly, you
Kait Tregenza: Talk to you
Mihaela Rusu: are just me telling me, okay, we're about to do this in a bit. It's gonna be fun.
Kait Tregenza: But I can understand as well that it's not just because something is going to happen or that it is already happened or happening or whatever, that that doesn't mean that it's blue skies and butterflies every day, right? So maybe let's talk about the little bit of like, certainty is good, but there's also some like strange side effects to having a deep, certain knowing. that something's going to unfold because if you're so far away from that reality, like
Mihaela Rusu: Yeah.
Kait Tregenza: we're still human. We still have minds. still have but how, like who am I? And like all of those kinds of things. So as the identity upgrade queen, take us through your own. Take us through a
Mihaela Rusu: Thank you so much. This is very humbling
Kait Tregenza: little bit of that. I guess that, I don't want to say process, but you know, for lack of a better term, take us through that methodology, that process, that experience, how you personally move through those challenges of I'm upgrading, but I'm also still in the reality that I'm in, that I don't want to be in that I know, you know, you're still holding two realities together, you know, that, that stage.
Mihaela Rusu: Yes. Yes, and I do believe that there's a deep part of me that we all women have. It's just a matter of how open it is and how present it is into our body where you just know that you're not alone in this process. You're not doing this process by yourself. You're doing it with a divine intelligence, the same energy that makes your heart beat and makes you breathe without even knowing that you're breathing. in this co-creation process. And this is where my certainty comes. I don't need to be motivated into knowing that I can create my reality. I have been doing this for my entire life. I said, I'm in hell. I don't want to be in hell. I want heaven. I'm ready. The certainty comes from a space of, know I'm doing this with God. I call God as God consciousness. I call God as the energy who's always in connection in communication with me. And I feel the deep pull towards me touching as many women's hearts as possible. And my identity is very scared, is very afraid, but my heart knows there's just some stretching that needs to happen. And this stretch comes with decluttering and upgrading. I can literally be in the same reality declutter, upgrade and feel where am I pulling myself back, break that information and allow the truth to come up to surface. And I have had experience of instant manifestation from one session to hours after receiving an incredible opportunity, like being featured in Goss Magazine and speaking about my method. And that was huge. I have so many proof that the of my communication with God consciousness is that me denying that it would it would be me being a hypocrite, me being blind. So even though you have for whoever listens to us, even though you find yourself in a reality like feels like crap and it looks like crap and it makes you feel so tight and it kind of doesn't allow you to fully breathe, come back to the certainty that God is within and without you. God always says yes to whatever you command and when I see command I say believe our beliefs are commands and God says yes to it I'm a victim. Yes, I don't have money. Yes, I Don't have a good husband. Yes But if you say this is my reality, I know I can change I am ready I don't know how but God hear me out. I'm ready
Kait Tregenza: Hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: and you will be given everything, with or without the tools. Identity reprogramming is nothing but a shortcut. We're just stripping off everything that's not yours, and all the truth comes up to surface. So instead of taking six months, you're taking two weeks to get out of a reality and into another one. That's completely fine, but you can do it without. You have that power. And that power comes with the certainty and the knowing that there is a divine intelligence waiting for you to be like, okay, let me see if she chooses power or powerlessness. power, nice. Let's do the show. And this is,
Kait Tregenza: Mmm.
Mihaela Rusu: it gets to be so simple, know, our mind just makes everything so complex. Our mind wants to fix, our mind wants to... find a problem, even if the problem is not there, it's going to create a problem so you can fix the problem. But if you are someone who wants to completely quantum leap into a reality, doesn't have a tool, doesn't have knowledge, doesn't have breath work, doesn't have somatic knowledge or nervous system knowledge, nothing, but you want to quantum leap, you can. Go to the certainty that you have God consciousness within you and Let everything collapse. Nothing else really matters apart from that connection. And communicate and ask and reinforce the connection. Close your eyes and really speak to it. Really allow yourself to feel the majestic power that you hold within you. The fact that your heart is beating and you're not controlling it. That's just a miracle. That's one proof that you have that God is within you. And I can count, but I don't have enough fingers. And identity reprogramming is just a shortcut. It's just another path. And it gets you to break whatever you have invested your entire life into, you know, energy and emotion, believing who you are, you find that is actually not who you truly are. And when we are reprogramming, we are identifying everything that you believed it is possible for you, but somehow it's not in alignment with what you want to experience. Your conscious mind knows you're doing the work on the outside, but the subconscious mind does its job to pull you back in because, you've been feeding like 20 years of all of this guidelines and you are here. You are, you're telling me that you don't need them anymore. Let me just. tell you a bit more about yourself. You went through this and this and this and your mom that this and then your dad done this and then men are like this and money is this. There's nothing else on the outside. Reprogramming is taking all of that information, burning it down and telling your unconscious mind, no there is another option. There is another information and the new information comes from the safe. the same divine intelligence space which is called consciousness.
Kait Tregenza: I just imposing for that to land for not only myself but for anyone listening because That's a really big deal, right? What you've just said. Nothing that you see, smell, touch, feel, experience every day has to be your life one day to the next.
Mihaela Rusu: change is instant. It doesn't need time unless you believe you need time. I hear so many clients of mine and also I tend to say you know step by step and God says no you are ready now. No baby steps. Do the leap. Just jump. Let everything Go! Everything that made you believe that it has to be slow. Let it go and allow yourself to unfold towards miracles. What we are calling miracles are nothing but who we are. You know, the sunset is a miracle in itself. People healing in days. I had a client who was bed-banned for 80 years. We done two sessions three months after she was walking. I didn't do, it. I didn't do anything. I just reprogrammed her mind and told her from now on you're gonna believe that healing is inevitable. That's all. You're not gonna see that illness as a part of who you are, because you are not. She done the healing herself, because she was ready.
Kait Tregenza: That's what's funny actually about what you're saying here is that this the biggest sickness that we all have and that we're all infected in is that time exists in this linear scale and that everything takes time to to happen to change to do anything. So We are going to age in a linear way. We are going to exist in this linear way. We are going to go to university for four years before we even have an idea in our head. know, everything is about this delay, this delay, this delay, this delay. And even if you think about the way that people are being asked to program their minds differently when using AI or something, right? Where it's like this thing that would have taken you a year. three years, five years, do your PhD in five years, here's something in three seconds flat. The feeling of just like, don't know how to live in this instantaneous world is being actually asked so many people are being asked to confront that belief system, whether they know it or not. What you're suggesting is that we do it in a really conscious way in a way that actually starts to program our own bodies in the technology that is so much more powerful than AI could ever be, which is the quantum, which is the reality of truth, which
Mihaela Rusu: Thanks
Kait Tregenza: is, you know, infinity, which is everything. Right. And like, if you're going to learn AI, then learn this instead.
Mihaela Rusu: Yes, absolutely. You know, I don't have anything contrary to AI as long as you use it in order for you to enhance your power and not to dim it down because ultimately we were programmed also with the concept of time. If you think about it, we think of time of something that's outside of us, that's external
Kait Tregenza: Hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: to us, where we depend on it. We are somehow obeying. it so we are always rushing, racing because something this force outside of us is kind of taking control and dictating how things have to be done and we always have to be on time and always feel like we are not on time.
Kait Tregenza: Hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: And this took all of our attention from this certainty that girl you're co-creating with consciousness in every single minute and every single instant. If you want change instant it can be instant. When you go inward and reinforce that truth time falls flat. It just doesn't exist anymore. Because in order for you to co-create with that energy, you need to be present in the now. You cannot do it from your mind. The mind
Kait Tregenza: Mm.
Mihaela Rusu: will chit chat and create scenes and be like, okay, we need the step one and step two and step three and step four and then the breath work and then the yoga after and then the meditation after. And this certainty says, no, no, come back here. Let me just show you how things are done. And then you allow yourself to manifest instantly and say, how was this possible? It is who you truly are. You literally pick a reality from the quantum field, bring in certainty, because you don't need to be motivated to go to the living room. You just know you can. You choose to go, and you do it. And you're like, here I am. This is the same certainty we have in every single thing. Does it need more alignment if I decide I want to be a billionaire? Yes, it needs alignment. Why do I want to be a billionaire? What is the deep mission? What is the highest purpose of that? Do I just want the money to numb myself out or do I want the money to serve the entire planet? but it comes down to the certainty, space in which you just know there's no faith, there's no trust there. You just know you are always ready. And identity fortunately and unfortunately is a channel that translates our soul power into the world. and reprogramming what happens is that we're creating an identity that becomes a clear conduit of that soul power into the world. If you have a very powerful soul and a deep certainty and a wisdom, like a witch, like a coach, like a therapist, that is full in her fire and she knows that she's here to serve, but an identity that's stuck in the past, in the traumas, in the family programming, how can that identity can translate the deep power that you truly are? So it needs to kind of be broken down and re-educated.
Kait Tregenza: So what's the difference between identity and that desire or that sole purpose? How do those things interact together?
Mihaela Rusu: Identity and desire and soul purpose. I believe that our purpose, I believe purpose in calling can be different. Purpose can change from time to time. It changes as we change. At the beginning you have no idea why you are here and we are here and you know surviving and trying to get by and then you enter into this awakening dimension and somehow we become our purpose. I'm going to reprogram,
Kait Tregenza: Yeah.
Mihaela Rusu: I'm going to upgrade, I'm going to heal, I'm going to rebuild myself up and once you do this somehow there's another purpose opening up because you don't just want to give this to yourself, you want to give this to others and as you give that to others, there's another purpose opening up. But the calling is very similar. It's to bring the love of who you truly are here into the world. It's to express that love of who you truly are here into the world in whatever shape and form it is. Identity, it is, let's say, the dress that was given to us. It was given to us for us to walk into the world and to operate. see me wearing black. You're going to think something of me. You're going to think that I'm a witch, that there's a depth or I don't like colors. You're going to think something of me. Identity is the same. In this dress, I didn't create it. It was given to me by my parents. So we're literally at the beginning wearing our parents clothes, our parents belief systems until I decide wait a second I don't want to believe your crap you had your own life thank you so much I truly honor that and there's also a compassion because you get to have some tools that they didn't have but you also have the power of I'm gonna strip the stress away and I'm gonna build my own my own dress in which you can see my power, can see my certainty, you can see my confidence. And I can impact you and influence you in building your own dress. And the one that's, you know, fitting the best for you.
Kait Tregenza: So. The way that you explained identity. is almost like these garments that we can, that we can change. We, we, we changed them over our life. And I, and, and in some ways we call that growing up in some ways we call that maturity, right? So this is not something that we haven't encountered in layman's terms or in just general life anyway. And who I was when I was 12 is not who I am today and who I'm going to be at 65 is going to be different again. And so there's a level of that, which is identity just maturing as an identity that's changing because of the, the work that I do with myself and the, and the dismantling of these things and the cluttering of these things. that's just a general life goes on your identity changes, right?
Mihaela Rusu: Mm-hmm.
Kait Tregenza: What I'm trying to understand is when you specifically go out. to choose your garments and to choose this identity. Is it more like playing a character? Is it more like aligning to the purpose that calling that deeper soul truth? Is it more like, I think this one will be good. let me try it. when we're talking about really choosing and upgrading and specifically honing in on our identity to be this upleveled. of ourself, where we get what our dismantled beliefs and then we're choosing the identity and the beliefs that we're putting on. How can we think about it? How do you think about it, I guess, is a better question.
Mihaela Rusu: I do believe that if my calling is to work in a five-star restaurant... and I feel that calling deeply in my bones. I just want to serve in a five-star restaurant. I cannot go in with the street food mentality or clothes on. If I would go
Kait Tregenza: Boom.
Mihaela Rusu: into that restaurant with that street food mentality and mask and shame and, you know, I'm eating for two bucks, I'll be in that space and I'll feel the constriction, the contraction, the pain of me being of me not belonging, of me not being ready, and I'll be clocking out in two seconds. So literally the identity from my perception, it is the garment that is in line with your calling. And that doesn't
Kait Tregenza: Mm-hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: mean that you are ready to... dress as a millionaire in order for you to be a millionaire. No, but you need to find the deep power within you, the truth that you are here to experience God in all forms. And truth, my deep belief, I believe that we are extensions of God. We are just drops of the oceans embodied in human beings. Somehow we are all one energy, but our human bodies look like we are separated, just like a house has this rooms but it's a whole house. And identity allows us to translate these deep truths and deep talents into the physical world, into the world of polarity, into the world of ego and personality and colorful people and different perceptions and opinions. And I'm thinking about myself 10 years ago If I wouldn't have done the work of reprogramming my identity, I could never hold space for a woman who's in crisis and she's broken down to tears and her body's shaking because she's talking about 2015. I could never have the capacity to even speak to you or be on social media and put the camera in front of my face, no makeup, my hair is all messy and just talk about something that I truly care. It takes a garment that truly fits your soul calling to translate the soul calling. And I believe that the more you are... Building your dress the more your soul feels free to express itself Because you are not wearing the weight of your dad's coat or your mother's sweat sweater You are wearing
Kait Tregenza: Hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: something that's silky that feels beautiful to the skin. It feels good to your body You walk with confidence your posture is different because there is no weight on your shoulders and your soul starts to breathe But it starts with that. Truth. The certainty. Okay, I'm here to experience. my own divinity, my own God consciousness through choosing to become whoever I want to become. And it's just absolutely amazing. It's a freedom and a power that I can become a Mihaela right now. when I'll get to touch millions of people around the world and millions of women and put quantum coding in their hands, I would to become somewhere else. We'll be like, okay, this is done. What else do we want to create?
Kait Tregenza: I love that because first of all, think you made it really simple. It's like, can have more than one sole purpose. That sole purpose can move. That sole purpose can shift and change. And so can your identity. And when, and if you come to that point where you would like to do something else and you need a new identity to do that, there's no reason you can't shift and change then as well. And so I think the pressure of you have to get this right because this is your one sole purpose and then you need that one identity and this is ultimate identity and a lot of people on social media they talk about like coming to your highest identity and my question is always like first of all how do you know what is my highest identity I don't even know what my highest identity and truly my highest identity is me not being here anymore like
Mihaela Rusu: Mm.
Kait Tregenza: surely the embodiment pieces got to have of experimentation and play and fun and that's the entire purpose but I think what I really appreciate because I was asking a question just to truly understand what your belief system is here and the certainty that you have and it is the certainty comes because there's no mistakes you can change it again tomorrow
Mihaela Rusu: No, mistakes don't exist. It's
Kait Tregenza: Yeah.
Mihaela Rusu: just you getting feedback, you experimenting, you having the experience. You are expanding through the mistake and you are expanding through that which you call success. But it is you who gives the tag as if
Kait Tregenza: Yeah.
Mihaela Rusu: being a mistake. I remember my past. I was in complete burn down, just a very recent situation. I was burn down from December up to March. This mental nervous system overload. I was working so hard through a belief system of I have to work hard to get there, right? The mind needed to do something to have the step one, step two, step three. And I got to a point where I couldn't see light. I couldn't hear voices. I couldn't see the screen on my phone. my computer so that got me kind of the mental frustration were how I'm going to move my business now, how I'm going to serve women now and I felt like I was failing. I got to a moment where I was telling Fabio, my partner, as I was crying at the dinner table and my tears were falling in the plate because I couldn't even eat and I would tell him, I don't want to do this anymore. I'm giving up. And my partner said, give up. You know, I'm here. And I felt like a complete failure. Like this is a mistake. I've done so much wrong. what happens, what should I do? And at one point I said, you know what, I'm just going to give myself a break, allow my body to come back to its own alignment, health and me being on fire again. And if it takes for me to give up, I will. If it doesn't, I will not. Deep down, I knew that something huge was about to come. I knew it. After a month, let's say end of March I said to my partner, okay, I'm ready to take it to the next level. I don't know how and when, but I'm taking it to the next level. I'm ready. I'm not going to do business like that anymore. I failed there. It's not my way to do business. I'm going to do it my way and I'm going to work three times less and I'm going to have earned much three times more and I'm going to serve more women and I'm going to feel good and I'm going to feel happy and I'm going to feel alignment, enjoy and excitement because I'm like a little child when I am building my mission. I absolutely adore it. When I am in my highest energy, I love every single step of the way. And I just gave the command, I'm gonna do it. I don't know, I don't care how. Few days after, I connected with what is my mentor right now, and it's like, oh my god, god, I'm having a mentor. But wait a second, it's a big investment. I don't know, I haven't been working for like three months, you know, how am I going to pay for this? It's like a five figure investment. It's like, god, I'm doing this, like I wanna do this, and I know that we're gonna do this together, so yes, I could cover for the month. Mind you, five days after I had in my bank account the entire... the entire price of the program of the yearly program, five figure in days after me saying, God, we're doing this. Like, okay, let's go. And five days after when I had those money landed in my bank account, a very good friend of mine who I have seen last time, like 10 years ago, he was like, Oh my God, I love what you're building. I'm a business coach. want to mentor you. And we done a call and it was like, you're doing identity reprogramming. want identity. I'm doing business now. I want business. You mentor me, I'm going to mentor you. And here I was a week after me saying I don't know how the heck but I'm doing it. I have two mentors, my bank account blew up and I am on fire again, working less, serving more, being more happy. Well, was that... Working hard that led me to burn out a mistake? No. It was necessary for me to switch paths, to change, to understand this is not how it's going to work. And I'm willing to do the changes. It was scary, but I claimed onto that certainty. I was like, God, we're doing it. Days.
Kait Tregenza: Yeah, I can really see that because it comes back down to the same thing that you said. It was my childhood mistake or was it the catalyst? Was it everything that I needed in order to be who I'm here to be in order to have the curiosity so deeply fired up in me to find truth in this lifetime? Because honestly, it doesn't matter if you quit your coaching business tomorrow because that same authentic desire to know the truth of who you are will lead you to the next thing. And so it's not about having attachment to your business because
Mihaela Rusu: Absolutely.
Kait Tregenza: it's like, okay, so if you quit, you quit. What then? Like it doesn't matter. And so I think I'm really understanding a little bit deeper about certainty is not about attached to the outcome of how you get the money or what you need or anything. certainty is attached to I will live and be the full expression of my truth. However,
Mihaela Rusu: Yeah. Yes.
Kait Tregenza: that identity comes, however I choose to change my clothes, to change my exterior, to change my expression of that truth in this world, that identity is the fun part. That's me trying this and that's me trying that and that's me trying that.
Mihaela Rusu: us.
Kait Tregenza: And I think what I'm like clocking just to take like two minutes to reflect from My personal perspective is I have been, I have worked in refugee camps as a humanitarian. I have been a venture capitalist at, was the GP of a New York fund. I have my own startups. I've, you know, I, I've lived in five different countries, very similar to you. And like, all of a sudden you get there and you're like, Oh, I don't know this language. And like within a couple of months I'm fluent in that language. And I didn't. do enough study to learn to speak to this level. And what I'm reflecting in your journey and like understanding, like building the certainty that I have in me is before I became someone who, who made investments in early stage companies, I didn't even know what a venture capitalist was. I had to Google it. Like I didn't know that I knew that I wanted to help. particular kinds of people do particular kinds of things. And that sounded really, really, really fun. And so then literally a couple of days later, I went working into that, but there was no plan for it.
Mihaela Rusu: That was, this is the power of who we truly are when we are ready to become. Not even become, ready to choose because I believe all of these identity, all of these codes are already within us. We're just literally picking up and we're unlocking that level of who we are ready to be. Like I'm ready to be that and God is like, yes, let's get this done. Let's move the energy. Let's give her the opportunity. Let's make everything easy. easy. And I think that when we are stuck in everything is hard, why is it not happening, why is
Kait Tregenza: Hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: my reality looking the way it is looking, is because we kind of forgot that we are co-creating. We forgot that we're always supported. That's why we get to be so controlling and we get to be so in our masculine energy when we're excessively, believe masculine and feminine are both energies within our body. When they're used properly, they're fire, they're incredibly powerful. But most of us women don't even know who we are as women. We don't even know womanhood and femininity. And a big part of womanhood is that certainty, that intuition. that knowing. I just know that I'm a part of a bigger, bigger force and this huge force is always within me. And it's you choosing.
Kait Tregenza: I think that will make you an excellent mother because my certainty in myself and my intuition and my instincts were so turbocharged in motherhood. And I know that it's something that you want one day. And so it's like, if you keep building that trust in self, it's so, it's so valuable, you know, and, and that's actually in, I don't know if this is part of the quantum identity, but it's definitely part of the quantum creation field where I had already met my daughter almost eight years before I birthed her. And then I worked with her every single day. And she
Mihaela Rusu: This is amazing.
Kait Tregenza: helped me to understand this is the stuff that I'm not inheriting from you. And she was very nonchalant about it, very non-attached. Like, it's okay if you don't work it out. Like, it's okay if you don't get rid of it. I just want calm and it doesn't matter. And that's kind
Mihaela Rusu: Wow.
Kait Tregenza: of like creation how you're talking about as well as like it doesn't matter if you end your business like it doesn't matter. Like it literally does not matter. If you want it that's different claim it. And that's what I that's what I learned about the difference between claiming something and just. endlessly wanting it and what you're talking about and the reason why I'm bringing this in a different way is I'm really hearing from you. It's it's in that claiming it's in that decisive choice of like, but this
Mihaela Rusu: Yes.
Kait Tregenza: is the identity that I'm going and there's no right or wrong. It's just like, this is the one that I choose through which to make that calling come about because You can make your personal calling come about in a variety of different ways. You could still be a model
Mihaela Rusu: Absolutely.
Kait Tregenza: and make your calling come through in a particular different style of way, right?
Mihaela Rusu: Absolutely, yes. You know, ultimately it comes down from my perception, my calling was serving people. How do I serve? There's a billion gazillion ways of me serving everyone. Just me walking on the street and I love to go for walks here in Switzerland and I would say compliments to women as I pass by. I love the skirt. Wow, you look amazing. I love to serve women and I'll be doing it as often as I can because it brings me joy. I just love to
Kait Tregenza: Got it.
Mihaela Rusu: see a woman who walks around the street in her thoughts thinking about her dinner and then she sees someone's like, love that skirt, you look amazing. Like, my God, I'm in the present moment, I look amazing. There's a frequency shifting in two seconds. And it doesn't matter business no business, either, I'm doing it either way.
Kait Tregenza: So I feel like we've understood the whole context of the preamble into your work. I'm sorry if that took so long to like get that because I think that was so important. Like identity is such a nebulous term that people throw around all the time. And I think the way that you've taken people through this and myself through this, it's like, is really clear. It's just really so much simpler than people think, or at least it can be. So now take us through your quantum coding, like what is it, how did it come to you, and how does it work, I guess.
Mihaela Rusu: Right, quantum coding is a result of a very, very powerful inner transformation. Before even getting into quantum coding, I was going through years and years of self-upgrading and decluttering through the use of Reiki and Theta Healing and EFT and NLP and everything that speaks to yoga, breathwork, meditation, everything that speaks to decluttering the house and creating more space for that truth. and the true abilities of you to come up to surface. know, the sensitivity, the hearing, the listening, that inner voice which is not the chit-chatting voice, is that silent voice of knowing, of certainty to come up to surface. I believe if I was not doing all of this hard inner work, not hard, intense inner work, quantum coding wouldn't even be here. It came about I felt it in June 2024 and I remember I felt it so strong in June and on July I just made the story in Instagram myself. I feel there's a new method coming up to surface and it's so strong I don't know what it is. I don't understand it, but it's very very powerful It's going to change lives and I just kind of went out with my life in August During holiday where I was getting sun and myself with the water and being in my feminine and having my most amazing time I had very powerful dreams and it was so lucid I could feel and smell in that dream I was so present and I was given this red book And there was a voice in the background, which I truly believe it was the voice of the divine intelligence, the God consciousness, and telling me, you open the book, this is your book. And as I was opening the book, I was seeing sacred geometry on every single page and this sacred geometry shape or spinning. And I was told that each and every sacred geometry impacts reality in a certain way and that I'm going to use the sacred geometry with people and serve people with this technology by reprogramming sacred geometry into their unconscious mind. That dream was very powerful. I woke up in the morning and I told Fabio, I don't know what this is, but I need to dive deeper into this. And somehow I was told, yes, do, but don't give it to the mind. You need to feel it, not understand it. So practice it. And I allowed
Kait Tregenza: Okay.
Mihaela Rusu: myself to truly channel it. And the method in itself is very simple, but very, very powerful. Simple I think for simple for me because I do it every day it feels like breath But it uses the theta brainwave Frequencies, so it's a very beautiful process in which I guide you to enter into a space that is It's not clinked, not attached onto the body. The awareness is there, is present, but the body is fully relaxed. So relaxed that there's a risk of you falling asleep because theta, is that threshold, right? Before awake and asleep. And from that space, when your unconscious mind is completely open, I'm using very specific commands that I'm just gonna make it very simple are... Telling to your unconscious mind, dear unconscious, the list of all of these limiting beliefs that we just identified before, which is about 100 to 100, I got to the record of 350, that is possible in three
Kait Tregenza: Yeah.
Mihaela Rusu: hours. Very proud of that. All of the list of these limiting beliefs are experienced that to you is no longer necessary. It's close, concluded and finished. You are ready to go about your day, go about your life, integrating a new set of belief system and this is where channeled material comes. The new belief system is information that is channeled directly from source. So we're talking about the highest, most powerful, most joyful, most free information that you can embody and I believe like there is a beautiful love story between me who channels God consciousness and the higher self of the person because my clients are always telling me, my God, it is literally the information that I It's as if you're giving water to my soul. How did you know that? I don't, somehow I'm just put on pause and whatever comes, I give it voice. And the entire session is paired with sacred geometry sequences. And I use flower of life, tree of life of Kabbalah, tetrahedron grid and the 64 tetrahedron and the three, four, five, six, seven D cubes. And we place it within the cells, within the mitochondrial level, within the nervous system, the cerebral spine. We go through specific parts of your body and close it with the DNA code. We are blasting the entire body and the unconscious mind with sacred geometry sequences and this new information. Why sacred geometry? As we look around in nature, there is nothing that's not sacred geometry. Everything is based on a structure, divine perfection. Our body
Kait Tregenza: you
Mihaela Rusu: is a divine perfection structure. Our unconscious mind holds distorted information that creates distorted structures, that creates distorted perception and experiences. And I was told when you are, let's say blasting your unconscious just mind and body with divine perfection, the body is forced to push out and expel, just like in a washing machine kind of energy, everything that is outside of divine perfection, everything that is distorted. And this is how a new belief system is created because this frequencies, this sequences spin within the hologram of our body. We're just a hologram, a container of information. And as this spins, it pushes out everything that is not in order. and the client find itself after three hours of reprogramming with the new belief systems completely embodied and the limiting beliefs completely out of the body. We use the muscle test, the kinesiologic test to make sure that the change is there. This pushes the body into a very beautiful process of integration where you are literally finding yourself in the threshold of the old identity being purged out and the new identity being brought in because every single belief holds in an emotion. If there's not emotion it's not a belief. know fluctuation thoughts don't have emotion they just come and go. Belief is like a tree. We have repressed emotion, the roots, have the trunk is the belief and then we have the leaves which are the conscious thoughts. Take the belief out you'll be seeing those roots coming up to surface and you need to take those roots out. The session forces the purging out of repressed emotions. The roots are coming up to surface. The sacred geometry works for weeks up until 30 days for these repressed emotions to come up to surface and somehow the reality outside is being forced to recalibrate. Rotten apples don't stay in the tree. So maybe fake relationships. Those relationships are based on interest. Everything that is not aligned with the new identity falls away and there are new opportunities coming into play.
Kait Tregenza: coming in.
Mihaela Rusu: Yes. And just to make it very simple, this is how it works.
Kait Tregenza: So when you say put the sacred geometries in, is that like a verbal thing or you visualize this or you just, how do you personally do that?
Mihaela Rusu: see and I observe every single thing happening. So as I let's say guide you into that space where your brain and body goes into theta and you're fully relaxing. I connect myself with you into that space. We are both into that space and I see the body clearly. I see the entire container and I don't see it as I see it right here. I see it very symbolically in a sense that I can see the limiting beliefs. I can see the blockages. I can see like you've got the stuff in your stomach. I feel like there's a cement dress around your shoulders. and then I feel the energy. I know that the cement dress is connected to the trauma that we're working on around mother.
Kait Tregenza: I understand.
Mihaela Rusu: everything and once we're doing the session I literally see every single thing happening within your body that from the sacred geometry sequences from the downloads from the beliefs moving out of your body everything is being witnessed because the observer effect is the one who creates reality
Kait Tregenza: I understand.
Mihaela Rusu: And when this is done, also the client feels the energy movement. Very often their cheeks are red because the temperature is rising because there's a very, very deep energy moving through the body.
Kait Tregenza: I think I start to understand why I had a deep instant connection to you. You have very similar skills to me. I never met anyone who, yeah, I've never used sacred geometries in healing practices like that. But, the sacred geometry came back for me in a really, profound way in terms of how we infuse our oils. It's with biogeometry, sacred geometries and, Worked with, I don't know if you know, Dr. Ibrahim Karim and he's a biogeo. You do? Okay. So we used his technology
Mihaela Rusu: Yes, yes, yes, absolutely.
Kait Tregenza: as well in terms of creating harmonies and resonances in and amongst like that's infused not only into the oil itself, but in the packaging. And so
Mihaela Rusu: Wow.
Kait Tregenza: it's like basically like this battery pack, both the dimensions and then all of the shapes on the packaging itself. So it's this, it's the shift away from like, it's not like the packaging, you don't throw it away and just have the stuff that's inside. Now it's like,
Mihaela Rusu: Yeah.
Kait Tregenza: this is a vessel of harmonic resonance that you put in your house and you sit it on your altar because it has the sacred geometries and it has the resonance frequency and it's been measured, right? So it is literally an emission of harmony. And I'm, I'm reminded when talking to you of like, how powerful sacred geometry is and how few people really give it any value.
Mihaela Rusu: We're not even scratching the surface. I believe I'm not even scratching the surface with the work that I do. There is so much power and so much information in the sacred geometry. And because I believe that our ego want to understand from that space of logical mind and sacred geometry has nothing to do with logic. That is pure quantum in a shape, in a form. And
Kait Tregenza: Yeah.
Mihaela Rusu: it's truly a miracle activator.
Kait Tregenza: So question to you personally, it's so easy to find somebody else's limiting beliefs. but my question to you was before you had these mentors, before you were going down that road of being mirrored and being held in that space, how did you personally hold yourself as that mirror? as well as that person looking into it because that's a real, that's the hard part.
Mihaela Rusu: I absolutely love it in your and now I was told that I am So self-aware like give yourself a break because I am always observing myself. I'm always Listening to myself, but not from a standpoint of let me just judge myself. This is not good. This is good. I'm like And
Kait Tregenza: No, you're like tinkering around. You're like, let me get under the hood of this. I need to like fiddle with these beliefs.
Mihaela Rusu: and I use you know, I use my external reality
Kait Tregenza: Mm-hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: So many clients ask me, how do I find my limiting beliefs? Well, use your external reality, that's just a mirror. What are you living right now that you're not happy with? Money. Okay, look at your money. Why do you have those money in your bank account? Well, because I'm poor. Why do you believe you're poor? Well, because my mom was poor. Did you ever feel safe around money? No, so your body doesn't know what it feels like to feel safe around money. Well, no. What is the worst thing that can happen if you feel safe around money? Well, people will take away from me. I will just be writing down a list of all of this juice and I would get to the core of the core of the core which is a very heavy intense program in such as If I become rich, I will be arrested. I will be prosecuted. Rich people are a target to danger. If I become rich, I am risking death. All of these programming that are so heavy that the conscious mind is not allowing, the unconscious mind is not allowing to be felt by the conscious mind. It is being hidden, found deep within the unconscious. Oftentimes, The reality is the surface level. It's the consequence of whatever happens within. And I love to listen to myself. I use my sister as a mirror. If she triggers me, I'll be like, hmm, what is there? What is she showing me? And I'll go deeper and deeper and deeper. writing everything down and I would work on myself and I was like okay it's done I'm fine reprogrammed upgraded next And I would allow myself to truly enjoy who I truly am as I do the reprogramming. I'm not obsessed or fixed or let me just fix myself because I'm broken. No, let me just see what else I can expand into. Let me just unlock some more potential. And yes, it's a game. Like it's so fun knowing that you have the power, that God is with you. You can create anything you want. And if there is an information lingering into your unconscious mind telling you, this is not possible, you can take that crap out of yourself and be like, nope, let me show you how good it gets to be and how possible it is.
Kait Tregenza: Mmm. working at the conscious level to try to find subconscious thoughts by yourself that's a very difficult task.
Mihaela Rusu: with with practice as you go. The first thing you need is listen to yourself. Truly listen from a space of non-judgment. These are just information. And if you have a trigger from a family member, the family member is doing you a favor. It is literally giving you the juice that you should reprogram. If you look at your bank account and feel some sort of information, some emotions that are not allowing you to feel expanded, that's already giving you the information that you should reprogram. Every single thing you look around is showing you what you are not or the potential of what you are. Triggering what you are not. Take that thing out. Does it feel expansive? That's possibility. This is who you truly are. So when I look at a coach that I absolutely adore and I feel inspired, if she's triggering me, wait a second, her power is showing me that I'm not allowing my power to come up to surface. Why? What is the worst thing that can happen if I would allow my power to come up to surface? And then you write it down and then you reprogram. If you look at her and be like, my god, this goddess, she's just pouring life into me. When I see her, I see myself. I'll literally have sensations of when I see this goddess, I see myself. I'll be like her. I am like her. And she's a proof that I am like her. She's a mirror of me, showing me you're going to be here in two years. So enjoy.
Kait Tregenza: It's like this way of doing shadow work in the positive as well as in the negative, right? You're doing identity work in, like anything that excites you and there's no negative charge to it is already fueling you the information. It's already giving you the vision board, so to speak, visuals that you need to know all of this, like bring this into me. Yeah, this is really juicy.
Mihaela Rusu: And everything starts from the certainty that you are always in communication with God. I would ask, okay God consciousness, can you please give me the root belief of this topic? I need some clarity. And I would hear the voice, work on this, and I would test it. I'm like, okay, thank you, but what about this? Is there anything else that I need to go into? Yes, go there. I am always guided because I believe I always am.
Kait Tregenza: Hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: I'm not alone in this. I believe that my work is the easiest, most simplest work that I do. mean, God does everything through me and I'm just like, okay, God, let's have some fun. I'm gonna put myself on pause for a second. Let's serve this woman. And because it comes from a certainty, I'm not alone and I'll never, never will be alone. God is always there to, okay, let's go create. Okay, let's reprogram. Okay, let's pray. Okay, let's have fun. life gets so easy in everything.
Kait Tregenza: Mm. I love that. I mean, like imagine you could go and work at a nine to five and you have to type keys every single day and make lots of work for eight hours. And then they give you a small amount of money for doing that. Or you could just be like, I'm going to go on holiday and download an entire new curriculum of how to change women's lives and come back. it's like easy and fun to do. Your way sounds way better.
Mihaela Rusu: Well, you know, I... I... was working my 95 and I was having 1500 francs per month. I was being paid 25 francs per month, which is like 30 euros per month. I was having jobs when I was doing yoga at the gyms and I was being paid even less, like nothing, but still deep down I knew I'm preparing for something bigger. I know that I need this job for me to learn how to hold space for women, how to guide people, how to allow... allow people also to be free to unfold and to express themselves. For me, that was all preparation. So instead of me being frustrated, I have a crap job, I'm having nothing, I cannot pay my bills, I'd be like, okay, this job I don't like, but... What can I do to learn to expand and use this job as fuel to build my mission? When I was working as a yoga teacher here in Switzerland at the gym up until eight, nine, 10 at night, I would come home and I would have like one hour to build content or to write my freebie or to, would have 60 minutes for building my mission and my business. And my job was like, that's my fuel. I'm prepping. That's my just, I'm ready. I don't mind. And also I was working with women. So I always give myself the proof. I'm working with women. I'm building their confidence. I'm holding space for them. That's all win. It's not in money, but it's an experience which is much more precious than this. So it's
Kait Tregenza: Mmm.
Mihaela Rusu: finding the divinity also in this situation. I work with clients who have gone through very tough relationship with their parents. There's a client of mine who was locked in the house for the entire youth. She's 23 and she was locked in the house, mother narcissist, father bipolar, and she
Kait Tregenza: Well...
Mihaela Rusu: was going through some stuff. And she completely lost herself and I was saying, okay, what a waste of pain if you don't rebuild yourself right now and get out of that house. You've gone through
Kait Tregenza: That's right.
Mihaela Rusu: whatever you have gone through. All this pain needs to be fuel, not to burn you, but to burn everything that made you believe that you're not powerful. And...
Kait Tregenza: Yeah. That's why
Mihaela Rusu: It comes... yeah... Yes, this is amazing.
Kait Tregenza: this podcast is called becoming flame. Because the moment that you actually use the fire, you actually
Mihaela Rusu: Yes.
Kait Tregenza: use everything that you have and you alchemize that flame of pain turns into the flame of passion. turns into the flame of fuel you have everything inside of you if you use it's you can have all of the ingredients and put them together and never turn on the oven or whatever. And it's like, you need that heat. You need to turn
Mihaela Rusu: Yes.
Kait Tregenza: on the oven. You need that heat. alchemy doesn't occur without heat. It's the primary function.
Mihaela Rusu: Absolutely and I believe that we are not whatever happened to us. I believe that we are the decision that uses the heat to create something out of whatever happened to us. Like we have all of this emotion, all of this experience, all of this past and be like what now? Do I allow
Kait Tregenza: Hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: it to completely take over or do I take over and mold something? that I can serve other human beings with.
Kait Tregenza: Hmm.
Mihaela Rusu: We are the decision. That decision when we say, no, this ends here. I'm gonna do everything in my power to end this. I don't know how and when, but it's done. You are that decision, that power, that certainty, that flame, that completely collapses timeline instantly.
Kait Tregenza: I'm so grateful for this conversation. I'm so grateful for
Mihaela Rusu: Thank you so much.
Kait Tregenza: this conversation because It feels like, such a long time ago now, but it like in linear perspective, it was not that I grabbed my baby and that I left a father that was very much like yours, very much like the one that I grew up with as well. And I was so angry at myself for such a long time to be like, I know better. I have the skills. have all of this capacity to shift. You know, I've done 15 years of this healing of various different modalities. have all these skills. I can see all this energy. I can make it. I can affect change in so many other people's lives. And I've married the same man that I said I would never marry. And it took me a long time to shift that into. This is not a, this was not a mistake. This was not
Mihaela Rusu: Yes.
Kait Tregenza: ever, ever, ever going to be a mistake. And I spent. the first year of my separation, healing every single aspect that was coming up then rule that, you know, I thought that I had done stuff on, but it's like, okay, that identity was still live. That, that, that trigger, that sad story, that victim story, whatever it is, is still live. And it's like, this, this conversation is so empowering for me because it's like every single thing that I choose now is part of my is in my control, but most importantly, have I been claiming it? Have I been claiming this next and I don't know that I can fully hand on heart state. I've been accepting it. I've been taking responsibility and you know, accountability and all of those things and showing up to do the work and do it. But have I shifted out of doing the work into I'm claiming this identity? and claiming who I be. And I think that's really a distinction for anyone who's listening of like, why am I looping in this stuff? It's like, what are you actually choosing? Are you choosing to loop? Are you choosing that you're in this endless healing cycle? Is that the identity that you're actually putting so much energy into? And I'm really hearing from you that you just keep coming back to this very simple, steadfast message of The certainty that I am God consciousness and that God works through me is, is a foundation to all that I am. And I don't have
Mihaela Rusu: Yes. Yes. Yes.
Kait Tregenza: to decide who I am, but I get to.
Mihaela Rusu: Yes, absolutely.
Kait Tregenza: within co-creation with God, in co-creation to the infinity in the organizing principle of divine consciousness that is our totality. I get to choose whatever niche I want to be in and I think that's such a simple selection of words that literally has the power to change your life as it has for you and as it has for 200 plus women.
Mihaela Rusu: For everyone, all of us, and one question I ask my clients to allow them to understand their true power is, what do you need to believe in to make this inevitable? If this was possible, What would you need to believe in in order for you to make that possible and land? Because we always think, we need to work hard. No. If you want to get there, need to come back to understanding that you are already there, commanding that you wanted to be there, and allowing the identity, the divine intelligence to move the energies for you to be there. You are already there. But what do you need to believe in in order for you to be that certain?
Kait Tregenza: Yeah. What's the answer for you?
Mihaela Rusu: That I'm already held that is already happening I'm already walking the path For my life and for my mission, I believe that this was already There and I'm just following the move. Yesterday I was listening to a beautiful interview with Neil Donald Walsh. I absolutely love the conversations with God and those books are being... I am reading them every single six months just to kind of refresh and reinforce
Kait Tregenza: I love that.
Mihaela Rusu: the communication with God. Neil, he was saying that our reality is like a chess video game. And in the chess video game... all the moves, all the possible moves are already being programmed within the video game. But when you are playing the chess game, you are choosing one move. You know that the computer holds all the possibilities, but if you would have all the possibilities laid down there, how would you enjoy the game? And this is how reality is. happening every possible move it's already programmed it's already present we are just following one move and just go in with the flow and the identity is the one who aligns us with the decision of moving towards a direction or another direction. The identity is the one who chooses. I'm ready for that possibility. I'm going to go there. But all the moves are already happening in the same space. If you would see this, you would not enjoy yourself.
Kait Tregenza: And I guess the identity upgrade is like changing, is like changing
Mihaela Rusu: The inner internal world moves to recalibrate to the reality and the reality is recalibrated to the inner identity.
Kait Tregenza: Amazing. I am sure so many people would love to connect with you, work with you, untap this, tell all of our listeners how they can do that, how they can connect with you.
Mihaela Rusu: I would love to connect on my Instagram page, which is mihaelarussu.official. You can just DM me. I have two beautiful containers for all women out there who are ready who are ready to break, open, crack open, release, and be completely stripped naked of all of these layers, all of this reprogramming, I am holding these containers where we are not doing coaching. Coaching is just a consequence of support that I'm offering, love and nourishment and space, but we are doing deep reprogramming, deep rebuilding of your own gown. Ditching the gown of your parents and, you know, stitching and sewing a beautiful dress, silky dress that feels flowy to you and your soul. I so the first container, it's a two week immersion where we are using quantum coding for the identity reprogramming in 15 days of one-to-one support. We are bringing in all the material, all the support, all the coaching, all everything you need in order for you to fully come back and embody that new identity that we're building. And the second container, it's a three month immersion. We are going heavy artillery. every single month and rebuilding and going deeper and deeper into reprogramming and rebuilding an identity for the woman who's ready to impact the world, to impact humanity, ready to build a mission, to build a business, to build a project, something that she truly feels deep down. It's a calling for years, but somehow she didn't have the courage to make the moves. We are making moves in that container together. Yes. This work is very deep, very powerful work. And I want to make sure that the woman is, perfectly ready for this type of work. Sometimes we are very comfortable with our identity. and we are gaining some benefits of being victims and of being powerless and it's so much easier for me to feel powerless and point the fingers at you and you know it takes quite a big amount of courage and responsibility to go inward and be like okay I don't think I need this anymore I'm ready to step up. So definitely you can DM me on Instagram if you feel like connecting and working with me and go through the application form and see if this work fits. like a glove.
Kait Tregenza: I am so grateful for your time. I could talk to you literally for three months, apparently, maybe.
Mihaela Rusu: Thank you so much.
Kait Tregenza: It's been, it's been a real pleasure. I think that for anyone who comes across this podcast, that just the ability to just dive in deep to your consciousness, to your field, to the codes that you carry, to the note that you sing, you are very yourself. And I think that is. just so refreshing in a world of people trying to be other people. And so I'm so grateful.
Mihaela Rusu: Thank you so much and
Kait Tregenza: you're here to do big and wonderful and amazing things. Thank you so much for your service to humanity and to women. is, it is so needed and so felt. So thank you so much for coming. Thank you for giving your time and your your wisdom.
Mihaela Rusu: Thank you so much for creating this incredible safe space and this podcast is true treasure for all us women who are still learning how to come back to our womanhood. Please subscribe, like and comment and follow
Kait Tregenza: Yeah, please subscribe.
Mihaela Rusu: and all the good things because
Kait Tregenza: GAH!
Mihaela Rusu: you are absolutely incredible. What a joy to speak to you and it's just my heart is rich, it's open. Thank so much, deeply grateful for everything you do for us.
