ABOUT THIS EPISODE
“I USED TO BE RUTHLESS. TRANSFORMING TO SELFLESSNESS SKYROCKETED MY SUCCESS. NOW I TEACH OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.”
A powerful conversation with one of the most heart-centered businessmen I've ever met. A success in family, business and life, Jonathan is a example to model success on!
Jonathan Keyser is the founder and thought leader behind Keyser. By using the Selfless Service Model, in just six years Keyser became the largest tenant rep commercial real estate firm in Arizona, and one of the most rapidly growing in the country. In addition to being an entrepreneur, Jonathan is an author, columnist, nationally renowned speaker, and is currently working towards the launch of the Keyser Institute to train companies and the next generation of selfless leaders.
With more than 20 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, Jonathan represents thousands of companies both domestically and internationally across a broad range of industries. He is particularly good at identifying creative strategies to align real estate with business requirements, designing and implementing unique solutions to complex real estate challenges, and solving Landlord/Tenant conflicts where negotiations have deteriorated in the face of rising hostilities.
Prior to founding Keyser, Jonathan was Principal of Cresa’s Phoenix office, which is an international commercial real estate advisory firm. Jonathan is an author, a national speaker on real estate-related topics, a regular contributor to The Business Journal and other publications, and was recognized years ago as one of the Nation’s Top Rising Stars in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Cresa, Jonathan was a Director with Grubb & Ellis Company.
Personally, you will find Jonathan to be the most thoughtful, young-at-heart executive you’ll ever meet. Jonathan has made it his life’s mission to teach others to create their own success through his steps to selfless reinvention. While Jonathan has massive, bold goals professionally, his wife Susanna and four kids always come first. Through his actions, Jonathan demonstrates he is extremely committed to personal development and self-improvement, and he stays active with mountain/water sports, spin and hiking.
