ABOUT THIS EPISODE
AUTHENTICITY CALLING PODCAST
Values Over Vanity: Building a Career and a Movement That Actually Mean Something
Featuring Santana Inniss | Founder, The Glow Initiative
What if coaching wasn't a luxury reserved for those who could afford it? What if your career could be built entirely on curiosity, justice, and integrity, and STILL change the world?
Santana Inniss is proving both are possible.
IN THIS EPISODE:
Ralitza and Santana open with a candid conversation on AI safety and the real risks of tech tools in the hands of children - a thread they promise to pull further in a future episode.
Then the conversation shifts to Santana's career journey: one guided not by titles or income targets, but by an unwavering commitment to personal values. She shares how aligning who you are with what you do is not idealistic; it is the most strategic move you can make.
From there, we go into The Glow Initiative - GlowI - a platform redefining who gets access to transformational coaching. In its first year alone, GlowI provided over 200 hours of coaching to women who could not otherwise afford it, matching them with volunteer coaches in a model designed for sustainable impact, community reinvestment, and systemic change rather than profit.
They also get honest about coaching as a profession: the energy it requires, the presence it demands, and why authentic connection will always outlast the promise of quick financial gain.
THIS EPISODE IS FOR YOU IF:
You are a coach wondering how to make your work mean more. You lead or work within a nonprofit and want to see coaching done differently. You are a woman who has never had access to a coach and didn't know where to start. You believe systemic change begins with one empowered woman at a time.
"Coaching can be a tool for empowerment, community reinvestment, and transformation — if we build it that way."
